First of all, after 3 weeks of shopping, I was unaware and shocked how a large number of the used car sales mens i dealt with seemed to know little about cars and even the ones they're trying to sell. The "on the spot go with the flow" lies followed by lies, or that's how it seemed, made me feel uneasy. My salesmen, Logon, was extremely knowledgible and seemed to be a down to earth honest guy. The comfort and confidence his persona gave me was much appreciated and provided a solid buying experience. Only mistake I made was rushing things and in result not noticing A LOT of exterior damage I originally over looked. I learned I will never buy a used car again without seeing it clean and on a sunny day.

I had a great experience at World Class Motors. I despise having to 'shop around' for anything and I had a couple of cars in mind mostly for the price. But after talking with the people there ( and especially due to my 0 credit score) they were able to finance an awesome car for me that is very enjoyable to drive. Thanks, World Class Motors!!!

My wife and I drove 2 hours to look at a car that we found on cars.com I am not a internet guy so this was all new to me. The car was setting out front, it looked just like it did on line. I knew it was not a brand new car, but I didn't want to pay a brand new price. The car was just as they described. We were able to take the car with us that day. I just purchased my third car from World Class Motors in the last 2 years. They are great to work with. My first car had some mechanical issues and their service department was great to work with. When I traded that vehicle in they gave me a very fair trade in value. My credit was less than perfect and they have worked with me every time and now my rate is 5.99 on this last truck. I will never buy from anyone else.

It took us 10 minutes to even find somewhere to park due to the over whelming amount of inventory everywhere. I'm exaggerating a little, but you would think they would address the issue. After looking over the inventory I noticed the car I was interested in wasn't there. Come to find out they sold it, but appeared to be available online still. The sales men, whos name I cant remember (younger guy, well dressed) introduced himself with a bright smile and apologized for the disappointment. I wanted to leave at first, but we talked and I explained my situation and what we were looking for (AWD,budget,miles,) and he showed me such vehicles. He was a very smooth talker (typical) but I was surprised when he spouted off the cars details and answered my questions as if he already knew them. I fell in love and was seriously considering a particular car I never would have if it weren't for his factual information. I purchased one and I didn't buy it from world class, and would have if it werent for the color. Hopefully the gentlemen who helped me out will see this, and I'm sorry I can't remember your name but thank you!! I love my car and you were a huge help!

The guys are very welcoming and cordial. Never felt the pressure to buy like at other places. They were very patient to answer all my questions. After looking for a car for over a month I finally found one I really liked, and even more so the price. Only problem was it was 5 hours away. I inquired about the vehicle, and an hour later I received a call from a sales rep by the name of Logan. This would be the first of about 12 separate times we spoke over the phone in regards to the vehicle. I was a little concerned with wasting my time making the trip only to be very disappointed, as I had already experienced this situation too many times over the past month. Surprisingly, Logan was equally concerned about wasting my time. Of course I had a series of questions about the vehicle and Logan answered everyone with great detail. He had quite an extensive amount of knowledge about all the vehicles as I originally was interested in about 4(quite the inventory) different cars with a over whelming amount of questions due to prior research. He was very patient, and made sure I understood everything. I had questions about the timing belt being changed as I knew its importance/expense. Logan expressed that he was not aware of any record of it being changed FORSURE, but did personally believe the service was completed due to the noting on carfax of recommended maintance performed at xxmiles, etc. I found that to be very "ethical" as your typical sales man (you would think) would say it had been changed for sure. VERY IMPRESSED Without any request at all, he offered to take detailed pictures of the vehicles scratches, dings, dents, blemishes etc. in order to present an adequate representation of the vehicle and what to expect in person. He created such a sense of comfort in our relationship I didn't feel it necessary and instead told him I would be there in 5 hours! My husband & I made the trip and when we arrived we were greeted as if we were family from Mike(GM) & Lamont(SalesManager) and Logan soon followed greeting us both by name. We looked at the 2 vehicles we had narrowed down. As we talked, Logan expressed that his job was to educate his customers on particular vehicles and leave everything else up to them. I felt his intentions were accurate and it developed a trust to the point were I pretty much started asking for his personal opinion and what he thought was best long term, cost of owning, etc. he stated only facts and left his personal opinion out. We decided on the 08 C300 and, as would anyone shopping, we tried to negotiate the price. Logan expressed that the dealership very rarely ever negotiates, as all the vehicles were priced to sell and almost always the best price within 100mi. radius. We were okay with that and felt the price was more than fair. To our surprise, Logan mentioned taking $75 off for travel and the GM, Mike, was more than happy to honor that when it came time to do the paperwork. Mike was very pleasant and polite to talk with. He went over all the paperwork in detail and confirmed we understood each document we were signing. In conclusion, we left enthralled with our service and vehicle. Everyone was very knowledgeable and fair. Most importantly though, the price was more than fair and we would recommend World Class Motors to anyone.

I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about these gentlemen. The car was listed with lots of great pictures and offered an adequate representation of what was there in person. Based on my previous research, the car was listed appropriately and everything fell into place. I knew what my trade was worth and his pricing was correct; it couldn't have been much easier than it was. I would absolutely, without question, work with Marek and Michael again in the future.

Talked to a gentleman online inquiring about the Audi s5. Stated price was way to high compared to others within a 100 mile radius. Sales person agreed and I stated I did not want to drive there do to distance unless if interested price would be dropped. Stated he didn't want to waste my time and that he would be able to meet my price point. Waste of time. Vehicle was filthy, scratches were visible, and price definately should play a factor. Sales even stated the vehicle has been there done time. After talking he said he would discuss with the GM. My price point discussed online said it was able to be met, when arriving snd taking to the GM it was not honored. False statements all the way around, waste of time emailing and then travel. When leaving and stated I was not interested received horrible service. If not interested a customer has the right to walk away, shouldn't have to hear comments irrelevant to the vehicle.

Was highly upset do to travel arrangements, when getting to dealership the owner was not very professional, stated uninterested due to false description, and received back lash. Very unprofessional.

We drove quite a distance to look at a vehicle. It was horrible, not at all like the pictures. We noticed later that there were a lot of discrepancies between the pictures and the car we looked at ... was it the same one? They knew we were coming, and when we got there to look, the car was filthy. Couldn't open the driver side door, and two of them finally got it open -- only for the inside door panel to be hanging off (it wasn't in the pictures!). We were assured it would be "detailed" -- the car had been listed for quite a while, wouldn't this have been done already? It was obvious when the car ran for about 2 minutes that there was a massive exhaust leak, as the entire inside filled up with fumes. As with the other things we found, the response was, "We can fix that." I'd just think all those things would be fixed prior to putting it out on the lot, was was concerned that they seemed totally surprised by a lot of the problems we found even though we had been told the mechanic had checked it over and all was good. We drove away.... quickly.

Although I didn't purchase a vehicle, I was most impressed with their follow up and customer service at every interaction. We tried to make a deal and Sebastian was very thorough and fair. It just happened that I found a vehicle at another dealer that fit my needs and budget better. In the future, I would be most comfortable in working with World Class Motors.

I drove a distance of 2 hours to check out the 2006 Murano listed on site. Rear of vehicle was filthy as was the engine and compartment. The cup holders still had dried coke syrup in the bottom. The salesman said they would detail it (you'd think they would do this before placing on lot to show).I reluctantly took the car for a test drive to find it shook severely from 40 to 60 MPH.I took it back and told the salesman their was no way I as interested!!Hope this helps anyone thinking a driving to check out this vehicle.

I had a great experience at World Class Motors. It was the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. All the employees were nice and very attentive to my individual needs. They worked very well with me over the phone as well as in person. When it came down to numbers, I told them what I wanted to pay and they made that happen, actually the payment was even cheaper than what I had anticipated. I looked at majority of their inventory before I made up my mind about the Land Rover and every vehicle was in mint condition. The facility itself was very clean and kid friendly. I will most definitely be recommending them to anybody I know looking to buy a vehicle.

I have noticed that some dealerships treat a woman as though she is incapable to know about cars. This is not the case at the World Class Motors. They have always been respectful and treated me very well. I always feel welcomed when entering the showroom. I will continue to bring my vehicle to them for service. If I buy another vehicle, chances are, it will be coming from this dealership.

My name is Chris and I live in Florida, I found World Class Motors online and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase I made with them. I flew to Indiana and one of the owners named Marek picked me up at the Airport. He took me back to the dealership and the Audi I was interested in was clean and ready to test drive. Everyone there was so pleasant and eager to make my experience as enjoyable as possible. I purchased the vehicle and drove it all the way back home without any problems. I would recommend them to anyone that is interested in a quality vehicle, and I will contact them again for my next vehicle.

I bought my Murano with World Class Motors...had been looking for a few months and simply couldn't decide what I wanted. Every time I walked on the lot, my every question was answered and needs were taking care of. They stayed after hours until we got to where I was comfortable with my payment. Had a minor issue with the vehicle that they took care of promptly and even found something else and fixed it right away. I will always recommend people that go above and beyond like they do!!!!

I purchased a 2008 Audi A4 from World Class in early 2013 that had ~80k miles listed on it. I went online afterward and discovered that the same car was listed for sale in the prior year with 115k miles on it. I notified World Class Motors of the potential odometer fraud, and they returned my money and agreed to remove the listing. All's well that ends well, right? Wrong. Earlier today (December 10, 2013), I noticed that the same exact car is being listed for sale, this time showing 87K miles on it. I was ready to believe their innocence the first time around; however, their re-listing of this automobile shows their complicity.
