Staff is very friendly, helpful, and informative. My sales rep was Jane's Alaniz. He made my car search an easy goin process and I drove away with a comfortable purchase. James presented us the car and informed us about many features in the make and model of the vehicle. He seemed very knowledgeable about the product. He put effort in making sure I was able to walk away with what I was looking for. Unexpected Blessing!

I went to World Car Kia just window shopping after having totaled my vehicle the week before and only had a week to find a vehicle. I had been looking at different dealerships and vehicles all day and decided to stop at World Car on my way home while it was raining out. As soon as my 5 year old son amd I arrived, we were welcomed by Chelsie, one of the sweetest most honest sales person. I told her my situation and urgency for a vehicle and gave her a price range i was hoping for. She was nice enough to show me a few cars and within the 6+ hours i was there, i was able to walk out with a new (used) vehicle. Chelsie and her team were able to accommodate my needs and offered a great deal that i could not refuse or pass and expect to find a better vehicle anywhere else. I walked away emotional as it it was first vehicle that i had ever purchased by myself and after a head on collision it was a blessing that I was purchasing a Kia optima.. One of the safest vehicles to get back on the road. I would definitely recommend stopping by world car if you are searching for a new or used vehicle. Tell them your needs and they try their best to have you drive away in a new or used vehicle that meets all of your standards!

Best Service Of All

I have purchased four new Kia's from World Car KIA in New Braunfels over the last 7 years from Jerry Lee. Not only is he the best salesman, Jerry works with the best group of employees. The service department led by Mike and Matt are great. When I bring my 2016 KIA Optima in for service the service department checks out dvdrything. If they notice anything of outside of what I thought it in for then they advise me of what has to be done and what can wait.

Awesome shopping experience

Bought a car about 4 months ago. My salesman Janes Alaniz was very knowledgeable about cars on the lot and did an awesome job getting me into exactly what I wanted and at the price I could afford! James worked very hard to get me an affordable car and not just make a sale or sell me something I could not afford!! I was extremely disappointed with customer service at World Car Mazda Kia in New Braunfels Tx. 7/28/16 at 3:00pm No customers in the showroom but my husband & I. We waited patiently for 30mins to look at some vehicles , but unfortunately the manager & salesman were lto busy laughing & talking about their own affiar. In short, it is very obvious to me with service like this WE WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN NOR WILL WE REFER ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

The best dealership and service department

I have purchased 4 cars from this location. It was based on the salesperson, Jerry Lew and the wonderful Service Department. Matt and Mike are the best. What I love about the service department is they are not pushy. They will explain what repairs or services should be done immediately and what services or repairs can be done later. They will get you every discount or coupon to save you money.

Great Experience at World Car Mazda!!!

Our experience at the Mazda dealership in New Braunfels was very good. Dwayne Small met us right away to help us find a vehicle we were comfortable with, and was in our price range. The sale went very smooth and quick. Dwayne told us about the vehicle, took us on a test drive, and explained the pricing. A very good experience!!

I was looking for a new vehicle , I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay.."topher" my salesman and Freddie the sales manager completely understood that. No hidden sales gimmicks or fees..It was exactly what we had agreed to. From the time I walked in until i left with my new 2016 Mazda cx5..only 2.5 hours had passed..By far the easiest and fastest I have ever dealt with when it came to buying a new car..I would highly recommend theses guys..i will be back when i decide to buy another.

I came in looking to get a bigger vehicle. My salesman was Chris Jones. He was the best car salesman ever! Explained everything to me. Helped me get into a blue tahoe, just like I wanted! It really was a smooth, easy process. And Chris was the friendliest and most helpful ever. Will definitely be going back for all future car purchases.

Amazing experience

Went into World Car KIA here in New Braunfels. Honestly- best experience Ive ever had buying a car. Over the years, Ive had good car salesman, and bad ones. Ones that are pushy, rude, and shady. And some that are nice and friendly. But at World Car, I met with Chris Jones. He was the most up-front, honest and friendly car salesman I ever worked with. They ended up giving me a great amount for my trade in. Knocked several thousand off my new Optima. And got me the payment I wanted. Chris Jones will be my go-to car salesman from now on.

Didn't expect That :)

We get a new car every year, most of the time we go to the same place but we saw a commercial for the kia cadenza and wanted to check it out. came into the dealership and, like always, we expected 100 salesman to bum rush us. this wasn't the case with world car in new braunfels. We were given our space, and a salesman by the name of Chris Jones came to greet us, he was excellent. Knew his product, gave us an awesome test drive, and made us feel welcome. He even at one point told us "Make yourself at home" Amazing, needless to say we bought the cadenza, love the car and all of the people, if you need a car and kia or mazda is in your list of vehicles to look at, stop by this place, you'll be glad you did.

brand new optima!

I've been doing a lot of research on what kind of vehicle I wanted and finally settled on an Optima. I went in and worked with Edward "Topher" Young and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and super laid back. I test drove a few different Optimas and they finally found the right one for me. Bill, the GM, did me a solid on my trade-in and got me a great interest rate. This is the 2nd car ive purchased from them. They're just super nice and helpful.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!

We will never be back! We were told on the phone that they would help us and that they would take our trade in. But we get there and Chris never looked at it. All he did was try to put us in the junk car they cant get rid of on the lot. They cut down my other dealer. But yeah know what. At least my dealer fought to get me in the vehicle I want. And my other dealer treated me like a person not a number.

Amazing Service

This is my first experience buying a car and Kia made me super comfortable. I knew I wanted a Kia for the overall safety rating and was surprised by the outstanding warranty and upscale Kia service. My salesman Frank was awesome! He made buying my new car easy and took all the stress away. My dad was even impressed with him and my dad doesn't give compliments freely. Frank went over all the details of the cars with me, test drove several to make sure I was satisfied and I ended up with a soul....I love my zoom zoom car.
