I found the truck I wanted online, called and spoke to the internet department and they handled everything over the phone. Agreed on price and payments and they delivered the truck to my house with no extra charge! Best buying experience i've ever had!

I bought my first Tahoe from them 6 years ago when they were in Hazelhurst. Mr. Al was friendly, listened to what I wanted and got me everything on the list! I just bought my second Tahoe from their Baxley location and Mr. Al, once again delivered!!!!! All the staff there was great!!! I had my two year old with me and while my husband was dealing with all the car stuff, they all helped to keep her entertained!! Mr Woody himself came out and talked with us and showed us the play room for her to hang out! They really put a lot of thought into this building b/c the best part is all the offices are made of glass. When she was playing, I was able to keep on eye on her the entire time and still deal with the car stuff when they needed me. Besides the great deal on my car and the fact it is absolutely beautiful, as a mom, it's the small stuff like that that will keep me coming back and referring to all my friends and family!!

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had!! The General Manager, Keven Carter, was extremely helpful and put me in the vehicle of my dreams, a Jeep Wrangler! NO BUYERS REMORSE EITHER!! Keven was up front and honest with me about what was affordable for me and my budget. They made the buying process simple and stress-free. I recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. The new facility is gorgeous and loaded with inventory! I've even had my vehicle serviced there a couple of times and they did a great job too! Well worth the drive to deal with! They make you feel right at home!

If something is not right, he makes it right. He is very reliable and trustworthy. That is very important when buying a car or truck. We have never been disappointed in any transaction that we have had with Kevin Carter. He also has a another salesman that helped us this time and his name is Jonthan Roland. Questionable service on two occasions.
I own a 2011 Ford Fusion. In the latter part of 2013, I received a letter from Ford about possible problem with "throttle" (not a recall yet). Kept the letter and later began having problems with the car "surging". Took the car to Woody Folsom Ford in Baxley and explained problem. Waited while they "repaired" the problem but person who took my complaint apparently was not listening. About 1 1/2 hrs. later, he brought car out; when I began to leave, had same problem as when I took it in. He was standing there and I brought to his attention that car was doing the same thing, and he admitted he also heard it and asked me to bring it back. Apparently they "fixed" the throttle referred to in letter from Ford and did nothing about the surging. Took the car back in a couple of days; they checked and said would have to order a part. Came back a third time for them to replace the part. That was apparently the problem, but they did not listen to me the first time. Today I stopped by Baxley dealership to inquire about the cost of wheel covers (or hub caps) that were not "after factory" as were the ones that came on the car (two of which fell off within two months after my purchasing it.) Since I am on a walker, I asked if someone might come out and get info they needed and tell me the price of four new ones. A black gentleman helping me went inside and asked and returned to tell me I would have to get out and come inside. He pointed to another fellow who I was told was the Parts Manager; I asked him if someone could come out, get the info off the car, and check for me without me having to get the walker out. He stated "sometimes". Very poor management (whether this was the Parts Manager or any other employee).
employees failed to get my property out of my car
Your employees failed to comply with what they said they were going to do with my personal property. They said that they would transfer my property to my new vechile and failed to do so, I have spoken to Woody himself and he has yet to return my messages and property!!! Never again Will I deal with this dealership again!! I had some valuable things in my car!!

It's just difficult to find a salesman that isn't busy. Even with the messages I leave and emails I don't get any of them replied back to but when I finally get someone that isn't busy to ask questions about a few vehicles I'm interested in, come to find out that there vehicle database is inaccurate. That the vehicles in question have been sold weeks or months ago. They would tell me they will fix the problem and get back with me on what they actually have but never hear from anyone again. It's back to trying someone who isn't too busy to help. I would forgive all that if someone would at least respond back to my messages.

Found a mustang at this dealer, when i called to set up a time to come over and see the cat they brought the car to my house fro me to test drive and even sent the paper work in. Never even had to good in to the dealer. very nice people and easy to work with
