I was wanting to trade my Harley and current late model car. I shopped weeks looking at 3 different competing car brands/models, all with comparable equipment and capabilities and consider myself an "educated" car buyer. Winslow BMW and Bob Evans, my sales rep, made the process comfortable and easy. The decision to purchase from Winslow BMW was simple, they WANTED my business!! They took an active role in finding me a FAIR trade value for my motorcycle - unlike the other dealers. They returned phone calls, emails, and texts promptly and even took a proactive approach to communicate without me feeling harassed or bothered, just a good balance of two-way communication - not so with the other dealers. They were willing to make an appropriate deal collectively without either of us feeling taken advantage of - Can't say the same about the others! All in all, I'm a satisfied consumer and fan of Winslow BMW. Making a purchase, especially one that tickles so many emotions, shouldn't be a head or heartache! Kudo's Winslow BMW, Neil and Bob for making this neither, but simply, a pleasure!!

Working with Bob Evans was a seamless process. Bob communicated promptly before and after the dealership visit to pick up the car. Bob made us feel at home at the dealership (very new facility and very inviting). He also spent well over an hour explaining the various features of the car (which are many). Bob was very easy to work with regarding the final price of the car and other aspects of the lease. And, he recommended a number of places to stay and eat during our visit to Colorado Springs to pick up the car. I purchased my BMW X1 last Friday. I was very nervous about my experience. This was my first time to even walk into a BMW dealership. I have to say that within minutes all of my fears were gone. Charles was very helpful and answered every question we had. He made us feel comfortable and very welcome. We walked out with exactly what we came in for. We came in close to closing time and I never felt rushed or pushed. Everything was explained to us in great detail. My purchase at Winslow BMW was the best sales experience in 27 vehicle purchases over 29 and a half years of buying vehicles. Scott Lord was exceptional as the first person I met with upon arriving at the dealership. He handed me off to Scott Madelans who is the best salesman on the planet; Scott knows what to say, when to say it, and how much to say to the customer. Winslow BMW and Scott truly demonstrated a First Class Operation that you expect at a high-end dealership like Winslow BMW. I stopped by to see the vehicle I was interested in and had to leave for an appointment. Scott had the car ready for me to test drive after I returned about an hour later. And, he stayed past his normally scheduled hours three days later when I showed up unexpectedly to see if we could close the deal. Scott painstakingly worked with me and my wife until 8 pm after we decided to purchase the vehicle and patiently answered all our questions. The purchase agreement paperwork was prepared in record time and Jim Carlson was superb as our finance manager, explaining all the potential add-ons without pressuring us to purchase them. Scott also had the vehicle brought forward for my wife to see and test drive on the day we purchased it. In addition, Scott invited me back the next day to conduct some one-on-one training for all the capabilities the BMW possesses. You usually DO NOT receive that sort of outstanding service after you sign the paperwork and drive off the lotthis really sets Winslow BMW apart from other dealers! After driving the BMW for two days, I can say it is truly the Ultimate Driving Machine they purport it to be. Quality fit and finish, solid ride, incredible handling, technologically advanced, and very quiet best describe the BMW. I live in Las Vegas, and shopped here previously, and bought from Winslow a little over a year ago. That was such a great experience, of course that when I need to look again, Winslow is on my very short list. Having been in hospitality for a very long time, I am hyper sensitive to really keen, sharp service, and NO Pressure.Needless to say, I took delivery of my 2nd purchase from Winslow this past weekend, and I am beyond pleased yet again with the entire experience. I am a guy that does not mind paying if I feel I am being treated great, and getting a good value. Winslow BMW met these objectives perfectly. The service and experience with everyone at this dealership has been exceptional, really and truly (Again). I didn't feel like a "customer", I was treated like family. When I get service and sincerity like this, I don't mind paying (though I did get a very good deal as well.) My car was delivered quite delicately, and all the paperwork needed was FedEx overnight, with a follow up call with Jim Carlson. Any and every question or concern I had (Which was very few mind you) were answered clearly and concisely. I realize for some people, buying a car with minimal "tire kicking", or going out of town might be a hard pill to swallow, but I have been a BMW driver for about 15 years now, so the car's are not "new" to me, I know what I'm looking for, and what I am willing to spend. The key word here is "trust" when buying, and Gregg and his team at Winslow I trust, plain and simple. Good People, not commitment afraid, do what they say they will do. Like the review title says, It must be the Family aspect of this dealership, because you are treated like it and it shows.There is no value you can put on good service when it comes to buying cars, especially a BMW. Everyone wants to feel treated special, and that they are getting a value. Winslow did that for me again.For a Buying experience, you can deal with no other dealership as confidently as Winslow.

Scott has always been great to deal with. I ordered a vehicle, where negotiating a price and everything went very smooth and felt no pressure. Along with ordering, I was in and out of the dealership all the time with my impatience and wanting to look at other cars as I waited the 3 months for it to arrive. I was able to look at other cars at my leisure as I debated between models, debate the pros and cons of going with a vehicle on the lot, and any question he couldn't answer, he went out of his way to find out and was able to text me an answer when he found out.Overall, in purchasing a vehicle with Scott, even with the very few negatives I had about other things in the dealership, Scott made things right for me and always seemed to be above and beyond any salesman i'd ever dealt with at any dealership. I don't generally enjoy buying cars because the negotiation is usually lengthy and manipulative, I'm often disappointed with the product, and the post-purchase "experience" feels more manufactured than genuine.Working with Sue Harris and Tom Betterson was refreshing. We spent most of our time selecting the right car (for my wife) and very little time deciding on a fair price for both the car and out trade. They were kind, competent, and a pleasure to work with. This is the best engineered car I've ever owned, and the most fun to drive (435i x-drive with manual transmission). And yet I find myself looking for excuses to return to the dealership and say Hello again.

I've resisted hybrids for a long time because their "rate of return" was way to long, and they were boring, but the i3 changed all that. Its very efficient and a blast to drive! Our buting experience was awesome, Bob Evans was incredible, very knowledgeable, and he introduced me to Scott Lord who ownes an i3. Talking with him I felt he was very happy with his decision. After the first drive on the Interstate, I knew I woukd be too. Winslow BMW has been around for about 50 years, and their new facikity is beyond words.

I went in to test drive a 4 series on October 24th. Met Charles White and we drove a 428i xDrive Gran Coupe. In the dealership, we talked about my criteria and told him I would send a few configurations to get a price quote. The prices for the 4 series were slightly higher than I was comfortable with, so I thought I would consider a 3 series. I was still considering the 4 series, but just wanted to weigh my options. So, went in to test drive the 3 series on October 31st and talked with Charles. He said they drive the same and was not interested in me driving the 3 series. He told me the 3, 4, and 5 series all had the same engines and there really is no difference. I was floored. Why would anyone consider buying any car without driving it first.For me to spend $40K on a car, I may want to drive the car once and decide to buy it. But, I also think it is very reasonable to drive the same car, in this case a 4 series, twice before making a decision. Here, I wanted to drive a 3 series, not the 4. Since I was not able to drive the 3 series, I went to Denver and drove the 3 series and I drove the 4 series for a second time. I also drove a MB C300 twice from the same dealer earlier in the week. I am not sure why Winslow and Charles White have their philosophy, but I personally think it's lazy and/or stupid. I will no longer look to Winslow for future car purchases. For me to buy a car, I want to drive it first.Jim

I brought my vehicle in after my brake like came on. They service tech checked the pads and said they needed to be replaced. He wanted me to make an appointment for the next week. I declined because I had the car inspected prior to purchase which was less than 6 months prior to this visit. During that inspection I was told the brake pads were fine. I ended up taking it to an independent shop and they confirmed the pads were fine however the sensor was bad. Since this was my first an only experience it left me feeling like I could not trust Winslow and probably won't go back for their advice on service issues. Hundreds of dollars difference between pads and a bad sensor, glad I got a second opinion.

My wife and I showed up at Winslow BMW one evening intending to kick tires on a 328d Sports Wagon. Upon entering the brand new, very inviting, building, we were promptly and courteously greeted by Bob Evans. He helped us track down the car we wanted to look at (a 2015 model that was very well priced), and demonstrated his knowledge of not only the car, but of the brand in general. After a test drive, my wife was obviously in love with the car, and we proceeded to sign and drive without the typical feeling of pressure to buy that we have felt at other dealers in the past. We were as much motivated by my wife's love of the car as we were by the professional and courteous manner in which we were treated by Bob and the other people we interacted with at Winslow BMW. The process was smooth; everyone was fast and thorough in doing their jobs. We had some questions the following day and walked in without an appointment, and unfortunately Bob was on a test drive and not available, which we understood. Rather than force us to make an appointment or wait until he was available, we were helped by Scott, who was also very knowledgeable and eager to help us. Everyone with whom we have dealt at Winslow obviously wanted us to be happy with our purchase as well as our experience during and after the purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation.

I was recommended to the BMW brand and this dealership, specifically Bob, by a friend who has a 428i and has graciously let us drive it many times. I had done my research and decided to purchase a 320i after test driving the model I had reviewed at their website. Bob is extremely knowledgeable on the brand and answered all our questions on the test ride. I was ready and said "start the paperwork"......or I thought I was ready. Had to go back home and on the way, my wife asked if I had seen the 228i convertible. Not being much of a convertible guy, I was not interested, but when I got home, my mind said look up the 228i. Well, not only did they have the convertible, but a coupe. I was impressed and felt I have to see the coupe or I will wonder if I missed out on something. In a nutshell, I decided to go with the 228i (i call it the 428i's little sister) after Bob took me for a test drive. It is SO fun to drive! I first looked online for the used car inventory and I was pleased with the wide range of used BMW's they had. After a couple of minutes of discussion about price, we had a deal. When the salesman and I went back over the car, I pointed out that one of the cup holders wouldn't work and the windshield had a small crack in the passenger side. They didn't blink an eye and said they'd take care of it. Any question I had about the car that came up later was answered and I felt like I was really taken care of for the first time. Mind you I'm 46 and I've purchased plenty of cars since I was sixteen, I'd recommend Winslow to my family.

I had less than stellar cooperation from the closest dealer and explained that to Bob Evans at Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs on the first phone call. Bob assured me that he would be direct, up-front, and make the purchase as smooth as possible. He did just that and more, and yesterday we made the 9+ hour trip. I brought my BMW in to get a service code checked to see why my car was experiencing loss of power while being driven. I advised the service tech that the code would only show when the car was driven. Having spoke to BMW North America, I was advised it was probably my high pressure fuel pump, which was currently under recall. When I brought my car in, they proceeded to only plug in a code reader and pull up existing codes, despite my request for them to drive the car and then pull the codes. When they called I asked if they drove the car, the first response was no, then when I asked for a manager, they turned around and said they did drive it. I received a quote of over $6000 to replace my turbos, low pressure fuel pump, vacuum lines and THEN I could pay an additional $125 to retest to see if there were any other issues. I also was told I needed to do an oil change, which had been done less than 300 miles before and when I got under my car I noticed that my oil filter was loosened creating this "leak" they claimed. Retighten, no issue. I had to pay $138 for a false report and went home to purchase my own code reader. I gave them a poor review on the website and what do you know, they removed it. I spent less than 15 minutes under the hood and using my code reader was able to find the issue. A small tear in 1 vacuum line, went to Advanced Auto and spent $5 to get the replacement line, which $5 left me with extra! I spent $5 to repair ALL of the issues I was experiencing, yet they wanted to take $6000 from me!!! I will NEVER take my car back to their dealership and will advise anyone who is considering it, to take it elsewhere, they are a bunch of scam artists looking to take all they can get from hard working people like myself! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had participated in a BMW drive event and I was hooked. I couldn't quite afford a new BMW, but there were some very affordable BMWs to be had. This is one of Winslow's key differentiators from other dealers (not just BMW dealers, but all dealers) - they work with YOU on what YOU can afford and what you need. Scott Lord and Scott Madelin helped me pick out the right car for me. The 135i is a super powerful "sleeper", meaning it's fast and powerful but looks relatively normal (no giant wings or brightly colored rims). The car was CPO (see my repair review). This means it had some warranty left on it. My BMW feels like a new car and I'm excited every time I get to drive it! I think both Scotts listened carefully to me and determined what I really needed. Jim Carlson was open and up front about every aspect of the financing arrangement. He didn't aggressively push anything on me, though I did add a few options for peace of mind. Overall, Winslow was very fair. They treat me so well whenever I go to the dealership (I have an older BMW as well). They really have a huge qualitative advantage over any other dealerships in the area, and certainly over the other BMW dealers in Colorado.

After losing a Black X6 purchase, I found a 2012 Vermilion Red Certified Pre-Owned BMW X6 at Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs. Every car I've ever owned has been black. When I called for a black one, Bob Evans explained that currently they only had a Vermilion Red one, but that it was positively "stunning". I explained that I live about 70 miles from them, and that I had a trade ('11 Land Rover) and that I'd like to do most of the legwork prior to driving down. Bob said we could do everything except sign the paperwork, either via the phone, e-mails, or the Internet. I still wasn't completely sold on the color yet, but he sent me photos (and swore it looked even better in person), and pointed out two minor scuffs on the wheels, so I wouldn't have any surprises. I lined up my financing (through BMW) on the Internet, received my trade number, and we agreed that I would bring my trade down that afternoon. I was holding my breath that I'd like the color, and I went down. The car was exactly as represented, I loved the color, and drove it home last night. All the issues I've had over the years buying a car never happened, and I'm so happy I listened to Bob about how pretty the Vermilion Red was. I would totally recommend Bob and Winslow BMW, and next year when I'm ready to trade my Black 335i, I'm going back!

...Our family has bought many BMW's over the years from Winslow BMW. As I was driving to my Son's in Boulder last Saturday, I had an "alert" light come on. I didn't know if I should drive with it, so I called Winslow's and learned that the Service Department was closed on Saturday. Bob answered the phone and after finding out why I called, thought he knew what the alert was. He had me pull off the Interstate (and waited until I was safely stopped), then had me go through an exercise that would clear the light if he was correct. I did as I was instructed, and it did indeed clear. I'll stop at the dealership soon and have it checked, but the car had been at the airport for an extended time. I totally appreciated his taking the time to see if he could help, instead of just saying "I'm sorry the shop is closed on Saturdays". I then continued on with my trip feeling confident.

We were searching online for a new 2014 435i xdrive and found one we liked here at Winslow BMW for the very beginning the dealer promptly answered any questions over email and the same day we went down close to their closing time to view the car. We had a terrible experience with Winslow BMW. Skip Winslow BMW and go straight to Elite Auto in Colorado Springs. Full story here...We recently moved from Texas where we had a great relationship and experience with the BMW dealership. Therefore, we decided to go to Winslow first for our BMW repairs. The window of our car got stuck in the down position, so I took it in. A few days earlier, the "check engine soon" light also came on. When I arrived at the dealership they told me it would be $130 just to diagnose the engine problem. I decided to wait on that problem because it seemed ridiculous to charge that much JUST to diagnose it. The dealership in Texas always looked at our car, gave us a list of possible issues we could fix and then let us decide...free of charge on the diagnosis. Later that day Winslow service called and told me it is going to cost over $500 to fix the window...$130 of which was to "diagnose" the window issue. Seriously? I walked in telling you the window wouldn't go up and they charge $130 just to tell me my window is broken? We went ahead and had them fix the window because we were already out $130 for the "diagnosis." As I am driving away I realize that our mirrors are now no longer working. After going back and forth with them several times I realized that I am just going to have to settle for our car being more broken after Winslow's service than before. They insist that the mirrors were already not working. I know that's not true because it's my husband's car and I drove it to the dealership for service and there is no way I could have driven the car without adjusting the mirrors. Even if they were broken as the dealership insists, the appropriate thing would have been to call me when they had the door open and explain that the mirrors weren't working and ask if I would like to fix them. Instead they noted the mirror problem in a lengthy PDF they emailed me and let me drive off with broken mirrors. I could not be more displeased with my service at Winslow. I highly recommend that you skip Winslow and go to Elite Auto in Colorado Springs instead. A few days later I went to Elite Auto for my "check engine" problem. They fixed the issue for $118 total. No "diagnosis" charge. Elite Auto is honest and they aren't trying to add bogus charges to your bill like Winslow will. Only go to Winslow if you like wasting money and leaving with more things broken. Elite Auto also serviced my Acura MDX at a great price.

Recently my Jeep Liberty had hail damage and Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs had been recommended to me by Bob Evans to do the repairs. My car was damaged enough to need paint repair as well, and Bob had said they had the best painter in the State. Most of the damage involved paintless dent repair, and the original estimate by my insurance company came to $ 2,800. After getting into the repair, that estimate had to be increased and David Gola & Gene Gilbert had the claim re-opened with little delay. The paint came out perfectly matched and I am now thankful that Bob recommended them to me. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, Ill be sure to return to Winslow BMW!

What started out as a "check out the competition" visit turned into the best car-buying experience ever! Bob was so easy-going and open about pricing and value. He didn't flinch when I gave him copies of the invoices I had acquired in my visits to other dealers and worked his best to match the deal. I am very impressed with the Winslow BMW experience. Firstly I wanted to call out Jason Russell, a service advisor, who has taken care to get to know me and my older BMW over the past 4 years. He always works to get me a nice loaner vehicle and goes out of his way for customer service...even spending 20 minutes on the phone in my new car with Sirius XM when the radio was not activating, until it worked. I know he likely had other pressing matters but this was important to him to make sure I was happy. Bob Evans, Internet Sales, was diligent with keeping me informed as to when a car similar to what I build on the BMWUSA website would appear at the dealer...it is a low production and new vehicle (at least in Colorado), so having this information on hand got me to the dealer for a test drive quickly.Jim Carlson, Finance, took care of my credit application and got a thorough appraisal on my trade-in while I was on my test drive, so less waiting...he had numbers ready for me when I got back from the test drive. Jim worked with me to get a finance package and deal I could live with, I think I can describe it as a "win-win" solution.Jim at least has you leaving thinking you got a fair deal! He even let me take the new car home before I had the full down payment (I did not come to dealer with a check book) or financing completely signed off.Dennis Klykov, their "youngest" sales consultant, really loves his product and is enthusiastic about the BMW line. He took the time to explain some of the lesser known features in my car which I might have eventually stumbled upon, but it was good to work with someone with passion and excitement for what he does. No pressure from him, and he even arrange for a loaner car for me while I got some add-on work done and installed my floor mats right in front of me while other dealers I am sure would have handed me the package and sent me on my way. The cookie tin in the mail was a very nice "thank you " touch as well.Even their service technicians come out to meet with you, I worked with Bryan on a couple of items, again another BMW enthusiast who knows whats-what on the vehicles he is working on.Only quibble right now is I cannot figure out how to get that fancy new audio system to hold a radio station "pre-set", I guess I had better read the manual!I would highly recommend this crew if you are looking for a BMW new or certified pre-owned.

I was in the market for a rare 2009 Mercedes Benz SL600. Found exactly what I was looking for on Autotrader.com. The vehicle was located at Winslow BMW in Colorado Springs, CO. Winslow BMW has a great website with many photos, good descriptions of their cars. Bob Evans (Internet Sales), had a great video of the car I was interested in. I went to Winslow BMW to look at the car. Bob Evans went on a test drive with me, and answered my questions while I thoroughly looked the car over. I went back a couple days later with my trade in and Bob Evans went with me for a longer test drive, while his staff appraised my trade in. I left a deposit for the car on a Saturday afternoon (my bank was closed) and it took a few days to get financing arranged thru my bank. Winslow BMW was great and understanding thru this process and held the car for me for two extra days, as my bank was running behind. Bob Evans is great to work with. He knows his products, listens carefully and does not pressure the customer (like the image most of us have of a used car sales rep)! Steve Simmons (Sales Manager), had more information on the car for me. Jim Carlson (Finance), had all the paperwork correct and ready for me when I arrived to pick up the car.Overall: a great buying experience. I highly recommend Winslow BMW. The Winslow dealership has a great website for searching their inventory. Bob Evans had posted a terrific video clip of the particular car that I was interested in which helped me decide to go look at it. Bob did a great job explaining the car and taking me for an instructive test drive. I found that dealing with him and Steve Simmons on reaching an agreed upon price was easy and direct and the arrangement of financing through BMW Finance was great. Overall great experience and in the first couple of weeks of owning it, they have been great about covering some warranty issues. So far service is very competent and friendly.

We drove down from Denver to see the car and test drive it on a Thursday evening and then completed the negotiations with Bob via phone and e mail on Friday. After trying to find a car that suited my needs and having them either sold out from under me, sold in transit, or just not having a phone call returned, I decided to try an out of town dealership. I saw a car that looked very nice and clean, clean car fax and Bob took a deposit over the phone. When we finally got everything worked out and I was ready to purchase, there was an issue with the taxes and I was about to lose another car because the mailing address I have is in a city where I don't live. I am remote and have a P.O Box and it seems the city that it is located in has been collected illegal taxes for a while. Well, the county finally got it straight, they dropped the tax rate implemented by the city (I don't live in) which made a huge difference in price. I went down to pick up the car and it was even better than the pictures had portrayed. I got a great deal, they were nice enough to work on the asking price with me and they were as nice as could be. I recommend this dealership and the DRIVE to anyone looking to purchase a great vehicle.

The internet salesman, Bob Evans, and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Bob was not pushy or overbearing at all, and was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. We called in advance, and he had the car cleaned, fuelled, and waiting under a canopy (it was raining) when we came for a test drive. We bought the car, and he and the finance manager stayed after-hours to finish with us. They were quick, but not rushed as we completed the sale and Bob taught us about the car. We are very happy with our purchase and the dealership!

I went to this BMW to check out a jeep. The jeep was leaking on both of its differentials, so I took it to my mechanic. The sales men was convinced that leaking at 20k is normal, which it's not. Then they had their maintenance manager come try to convince me also. So inally I got the jeep to a mechanic, it had been in a mjor accident and the whole front end had been poorly replaced. This vehicle is NOT SAFE TO DRIVE!!! I can not believe any Maintenance mgr would pass that vehicle. If anyone buys that jeep they'd have to do 10k+ in repairs. I am very disappointed.

By the time I contacted Winslow BMW I pretty well knew what car I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I found the car online and drove an hour to test drive the car. I felt the price I received was reasonable and was happy to see the price we agreed on was about 1k below kbb retail price.Out of all the sales guys I test drove with at various dealer locations Bob was easily my favorite pick. However, the Ralph Schomp dealership didn't require anyone ride with me and that was nice too. UPDATE: The next day after buying the car and personally cold starting it for the first time I noticed a rattle that goes go away after a couple of minutes. I decided to take the car to my local dealer and it turns out that the timing chain is stretched and the repair is estimated at over 1k. This repair is covered by a warranty that expires in 5 months...good thing I was proactive in this matter or I am sure I would be left covering the cost on my own.

He had the car washed and parked in front of the dealership when we arrived. It was perfect. We took a test drive and made the decision that this BMW perfectly met our expectations. I love these guys at Winslow BMW! Working with Bill Fishe isn't like working with a Client Adviser at a car dealership, he is more like working with a friend that happens to sell some of the best cars in the world. I was out of town on business and asked my wife to take my 2008 328xi in for an annual service, and while she was there with our daughter to pick up the vehicle she spotted a beautiful red BMW Z4 sitting on the showroom floor. She called me right from the dealership and said she had found the car of her dreams. At 50 years of age now, I have learned one thing and that is, "A happy wife makes a happy life", so I made an appointment to test drive the car on a Thursday after I returned home. I figured I would point out the impracticality of trading our car, which only had 20K miles on it for a two seat roadster and then we would be on our way. Boy was I wrong. I test drove the car and fell in love with it myself, but still tried to throw up road blocks along the way to make sure I was getting what I really wanted. I needed more for my car in trade and they did it, I needed less for the purchase price, and they did it. How can you not work with a bunch of guys that try so hard to give you a great deal. The paperwork was started that afternoon and I was driving home in my shiny red Z4 the next day.

Tried to purchase a used car from this dealer. Worked the deal over the phone, looked over the pictures, specifically asked the dealer if there was any damage to the vehicle i.e. scratches or dings. Was told of a few marks on the trunk, and no dings what so ever. Drove a little over 10 hours to get the car, walk out, there was only one panel on the car that didnt have some sort of ding or scratch. The front bumper cover had spider web cracks in it from being run into a curb, and the drivers door looked like it took target practice at a driving range. After pointing out all the damage, they told me it would cost them $150 bucks to repair it, and thats all they would take off the price. The sales manager didnt even have the nerve to come out and try to work something out. Very disappointed in this dealer. No lets try and work it out, nothing. I got the heres your refund on your deposit, have a nice day. Never again. Needless to say they still own the car, and I spent 2 days in a car and $500 bucks in travel expenses for someone who couldn't be honest over the phone. Thanks guys!

By far the best buying experience of my life, and I'm 50 years old. Bob Evans is a true pro. Never once pushed me. I loved that I only worked with him throughout the process. I was stunned at the lack of high pressure. I will steer people interested in BMWs toward Bob. Very passionate and knowledgeable about cars, in particular BMWs. First I would like to say the sales staff here is awesome! Buying a car I would highly recommend this dealership. However if you ever have any questions or problems with your car, don't even bother. Coming to this dealership or even calling is complete and total waste of time. If you can ever get someone on the phone they never seem to be the correct person to talk to to. When you have to go in to the dealership for yearly service or have an issue with the car, you sit around waiting for about 20 mins to even be greeted. Then it takes them another 20 mins to find the time in their precious work day to find out what you need. They are rude and condesending in the service and parts department. And reception for incoming calls, so sorry I bothered trying to explain why I was calling so I didn't get the running around once again. I have had 3 different dealings with the service and parts department and am so happy I am moving out of state so I never have to be bothered with this type of treatment again. Good luck if you decide to not take my advice and drive to a Denver dealership.

We had a wonderful experience with this dealership and our salesperson, Bob Evans. We purchased a brand new 2012 X3 and could not be happier with the car so far. Bob was helpful, friendly, and kind to us. He also gave my little boy (who is four months old) a BMW Teddy Bear as a gift, which made our new BMW car pickup day extra special. In addition, Bob was excellent at helping us order our custom car and stayed on top of the entire production process, informing us of the steps along the way and ensuring that we would receive our car very quickly. If fact, we received our car in less than three weeks from the day we placed our custom order! I highly recommend Bob Evans at Winslow - I worked with him to lease a new X3 last fall and it was a really positive experience. As someone who works in sales (I'm a realtor) what I appreciated most was his style - low pressure, respectful, responded in a timely manner - felt like I was dealing with a real person who wanted to get me the best deal possible and respected my decision making process, which is how I try to do business. Winslow seems like a great dealership without the glitziness of some of the other BMW dealers in the state - just good customer service and authentic people. Can't recommend them enough, and I'll be back when it's time for a new car even though I live in Denver and work about a mile away from one of the other BMW dealerships.

We just bought our 4th car from these guys and they have always been very friendly and have that "small town" welcome when you walk in. Jim Carlson is our sales guy and he knows everything about each car we have looked at from the inside out. As for price, they have always been honest and forthcoming with both price and trades and we have always felt we have gotten a "good deal" when we left. The staff and JIm Carlson have always gone above and beyond to meet our needs and find exactly the car we wanted. The follow up is fantastic and if there ever is a problem, we just talk to JIm about it and he knows exactly how to take care of it. We have never had any major problems. We have also gotten service at this dealership. The service manager and mechanics have all been honest and fair in price. I would trust this dealership to do any repair. Special orders have also not been a problem. Over all, this dealership does a great job!! We will be back to buy again!!

Brought car in for minor door handle repair. The did a complementary inspection (of course) and gave me "recommended action plan" listing over $3,700 in recommended repairs (bushings, hoses, belts, brakes, CV joint boots, etc). I was suspicious, so I took the car to a independent shop and ask for a quote for all the repairs listed. They said over half the items listed were perfectly fine! The brakes were at 75% new, and winslow recommended replacing both front and rear rotors and pads! The claimed some bushings and belts were bad, but were actually fine. Based on my experience, I believe they are exaggerating the deterioration of normal wear items to increase business. Get a second opinion! And I won't even go into how much they charge compared to an independent shop.

I've dealt with Winslow for a number of years and have always walked away pleased. We bought a new car from them in 2006 and Jim Carlson was wonderful. Very helpful and always friendly when we come in.With a more recent purchase of an M5, I got the see Winslow a lot more and Chris Smith and the service department really helped me out. It wasn't always cheap but M's are a bit pricey to fix. I enjoy walking in the door and being greeted by a very friendly crew and having the BMW issue being solved. We have had a lot of service work done over the years and have to think hard if there was ever a problem they didn't take card of to our satisfaction.As we anticipate the purchase of another car, we will again use Winslow. These people are the most rude people I have ever seen. Not only did they treat me like crap, the service manager chris smith actually said never bring your car back here again, after legal action was threatened after they said they released my car AFTER telling me they would not release it to anyone but me. After I did get my car from them, they gave it to me with my left tailight completely inop. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. They give BMW a bad name. The best thing that could happen for BMW is if this place shut it's doors.

My care was towed into Winslow on Halloween. A diagnostic exam showed that cylinders 1 and 4 misfired (241 Misfire Fault). Winslow suggested replacing plugs and boots on all cylinders. Agreed to that and paid $400. A week later, same problem. I called Winslow and they said they would pay for the tow if it was the same problem. They did a diagnostic test again and cylinder 4 had the same misfire fault. Now they tell me nothing is wrong and then charged me for the towing. Both of THEIR diagnostic tests show the same problem, but on the first they say there's a problem and it's going to cost $400, second time they say nothing is wrong. I brought this up with Tim the service manager and he said he'd look into the problem. That was a week ago. Haven't heard from them since. I still don't know if the problem is fixed.

Waited 20 Minutes before I was even greeted for service. Staff was short and rude with all communication. Talked down to us like we were stupid. Sat and waited over 3.5 hours for a service Kim said would only take about an hour. After 2 hours we found a manager to find out about our car(Kim could not be found). Tim acted like he could care less about our concern and told us it was just about done...1.5 hours later another guy drops off our keys and says we are all ready. Invoice was not so bad- price-wise, and the work seems to be ok.
