It was time for a new vehicle. We had an amazing experience at Honda Wilde east side today. It started out online early this morning. I got emails from sales manager, then the sales rep Renee Klein Skow, along with Finance Director Steven Skow. This was an awesome experience from start to end. It was almost like I bought a car from family. I feel like I had so much in common with them both. It was actually fun. Which I have never said before. Some of you know I used to be in the industry and doing the same job as Steve. They got the job done, and went above and beyond what was ever expected. My wife and I purchased a Honda Odyssey From Wilde Honda on Monday. Typically I dread the car dealership experience, however our experience at Wilde was far different than my pat experiences at other dealers. Our sales rep Jeremy provided a great car buying experience without any pressure. Jeremy helped find us several options that fit our families needs and budget so that we could drive and compare several options. We came back the next day to test drive the car a second time, called Jeremy to let him know we were coming and when we got there he had the van parked in front, warmed up and ready to drive. I couldn't ask for a better experience with Jeremy and the rest of the Wilde Staff. I will be back when I need my next car.

I found a great deal on a used FJ Cruiser via cargurus.com and inquired about the vehicle using Wilde's website. Chuck followed up within a few minutes and I was able to quickly set up a time to come test drive the vehicle. Chuck texted me the next day confirming that the car was still available ready to be test driven. When I arrived at Wilde, the FJ Cruiser was sitting right in front of the dealership and ready to go. Chuck answered every question I had and was able to work with me negotiating a trade-in value for my Cadillac. Not once did I feel pressured by Chuck to purchase the vehicle, which is common at other dealerships.

I went into Wilde on Saturday Nov 5th with the original intent to just refinance the 2015 Honda Civic I had bought in July 2015. I was working with Renee Skow as my salesperson and Steve Skow as my finance guy. Well it turns out that refinancing the 2015 Civic wasn't happening due to a body trim style change as Honda no longer makes the trim style the 2015 car had. So Steve asked if I may be interested in refinancing into a newer 2016 Honda Civic. He never pressured me to do that and I knew I could just walk out with what I came in but I'm always willing to listen so as I test drove a 2016 Civic; Steve worked on a financing package. He came back with an impressive one; got my interest rate down from double digits on the 2015 car to single digits on the newer one saving me thousands in interest payments if I had kept my 2015 one. So I was sold and the new 2016 Honda Civic is a beauty to drive too :) Wilde continues to exceed my expectations every time I go there so they have absolutely earned my business for life. Steve is a huge asset to Wilde; he really goes to bat for the customer to get them a great deal. Renee is new but she was such a pleasure to work with and I know she'll be an excellent salesperson for everyone that comes in. Thank you again and until next time!! :)

I can't say enough good things about this dealership- everyone is amazing! I had been emailing with Shawn periodically for months after looking into trading in my Honda Civic and upgrading to a luxury car. Once I finally made up my mind on what I wanted, I met with Peter W. and Shawn while at Wilde for an oil change. Peter W. searched and found me a Mercedes with the specifications I was looking for (I'm picky!) within a week or two. Once the car arrived, Shawn worked with me tirelessly in order to make it all work for me to be able to get out of my lease early, and into my Mercedes! Shawn truly went above and beyond to make this my best experience in purchasing a car- hands down. I didn't have to deal with the usual drawn out process of a pushy used-car salesman, which was SO refreshing. I actually enjoyed the process of getting a used car! I just purchased a Certified Honda Odyssey from Leticia and got a great deal. There was one item that needed replacement on the van and she ordered the part for us. It arrived in less than a week and we went in to get it installed. When we arrived on a Saturday at 3:56 p.m. we found out that the regular service techs went home a 4:00 p.m. The Service Manager immediately checked to see if she could catch one of them before they left. One super-helpful tech gladly stayed late to install the new part. They went the extra mile for us and we greatly appreciated their effort because we live about 1 1/2 hours away from Wilde. While I was waiting for the part to be installed, I checked out their "Green Roof". Besides its beauty, it showed that Wilde goes the extra mile for our environment as well. My family was leasing a 2015 Honda Odyssey from a dealer in the MKE area. I bumped into Michael Owens, a salesperson for East Towne Wilde Honda, about a month or so ago and he asked me if we would be interested in upgrading our regular 2015 Odyssey for a 2016 Odyssey Elite for the same monthly lease payment. I said, are you kidding me? That's a no-brainer! My wife seconded the sentiment. As if that were not enough, Michael Owens personally delivered the new 2016 Odyssey to our home, which is over an hour's drive from the dealership. That's right, he literally pulled the car into our garage in the evening hours on a Monday night. He then spent about an hour with us telling us about the new gadgetry in the 2016, and answering all of our questions. He then jumped into the 2015 Odyssey and drove it back to the dealership. This was, by far, the best car sales experience I've ever had. Thanks a ton to Mike and ETWH.

We brought out Pilot in for a small paint repair on the hood. We thought it would take some time to get it back, so we tried to schedule a drop off and set up a loaner car. We really didn't want to be without our new car for long though. Michael Owens (our awesome salesperson) was VERY helpful in getting things scheduled and even met me in the Service Department and drove our Pilot over to the body shop himself! Elisha Lone set up the repair for us in the system and we extremely accommodating to my tight schedule. Long story short, we thought the hood would have to be repainted, but with the team at Wilde was able to get a quick review and repair at the auto body shop without having to do any major work. I got the car back within an hour and it looked great. Elisha even left the work order open for me to have a couple of days to be sure the paint stays looking great! Awesome job of customer service by both Michael and Elisha. I am very happy with my first service experience on our new Pilot!

This by far was the best purchasing experience i've ever had, this deal was totally done over the phone and all i had to do was pick up my 2017 Honda Accord Sport CVT. The experience was so unbelievable, that i find myself looking out my window at the sharpest vehicle that i've ever owned to make sure that it's not a dream lol. Phil Hogan and Michael Owens remind me of 2 NBA Hall of Famers, Phil took the ball out and brought the ball up court and hit Mike with a crisp pass and we scored. Customer Service is very professional and personable. I am very big on customer service and it was good to experience it in this day and age. Everything that these gentlemen said, they did. it was so sweet, that at first i didn't believe them lol. Everyone starting with the sales person to upper management was working hard to provide my with the best possible price. Vehicle had minimum damage (two dents) to the driver side doors. Being a used vehicle, knowing it will not be perfect at any time like a new one would be. Wilde management and I came to agreement on price adjustment for the repair. Very pleased with financing people that got the lowest rate for the remaining amount after paying half on the agree price.Good job goes to the detailing team, the vehicle was presented clean top to bottom.I would expect the service department will be equally as good.OVER ALL A GREAT EXPERANCE. My husband and I have always bought used vehicles. We went car shopping at several places, looking at used, but also inquired on new vehicles. Wilde Honda was our third stop. I contacted Leticia back in April by e-mail and told her that I was possibly looking into buying in the future. Leticia was prompt on returning my e-mails and I never felt pressured by her into buying back then. Fast forward to September, I contacted Leticia and asked her if she remembered me contacting her in April about a vehicle. She said yes, and I said I think I am ready to look at vehicles now. We stopped by Wilde and she asked what I was looking for. I told her a CR-V, but FWD. At first, I was uncomfortable and unsure if I was really going to purchase a new vehicle, remember we have never purchased a new vehicle before. Leticia asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle. I told her a couple of things I wanted in particular. She found what I was looking for and said it literally just got off the truck. She brought us down to the shop, where the car was just getting inspected. The car was still partially wrapped! But I said I was still unsure on a purchase. Again, Leticia still did not pressure us. After two days, we contacted her and told her we would like to buy the car from her. Leticia answered all of our questions and sat in the car with us and explained a lot of the features of the Honda CR-V. She also took the time to set up both of our phones before we left.We had an excellent experience at Wilde and will recommend them to friends and family.

I initially started out with a quote from the Costco Auto Buyer's Program which would have knocked $3,000 off the MSRP of a new 2016 CRV. I fully intended to buy by car at that other dealership that starts with a "Z," but I figured that I should look around at another lot to know my options. So, I started out at Wilde, and Josh Campbell came out to talk with me and give an overview of the CRV. We took it on a quick test drive, and then I tried to bargain him down. I pulled out the quote from the Z. dealership, and he--with his manager's approval--beat it by $400. Josh was very professional and pleasant throughout my negotiations, but I decided to walk off the lot without buying since I still had an appointment at another dealership the next morning.After going to the other Z. dealership, I came running back to meet with Josh. I called him and asked if Wilde would still honor the quote that they gave me the previous day, and he said yes. The person I was assigned to meet at the Z. dealership was very old-school and hard core; he used every trick in the book to make me feel like I was being unreasonable and that he couldn't sell me a car at that price. Then he mentioned raising the service fee to match Wilde's and taking away the heavy-duty mats that the car is supposed to come with just to match the Wilde price. Basically, I would have gotten a worse deal at Z. than I did at Wilde. More than that, I didn't like how the Z. salesperson treated me--he basically came out and said, "Hey, don't bother making that call to Wilde; just leave my cubicle and go there. I don't think that Wilde will honor a quote made in red pen on a piece of paper, but feel free to come back if I'm wrong." I didn't want to give that guy a commission.So, I bought my CRV at Wilde, and I'm really happy I did. The overall vibe there is a little younger, more relaxed, and the sales folk and others seem to have good rapport with each other. Josh Campbell was excellent at the negotiations, and he was willing to talk to his manager a couple of times when I asked him to go a little lower. It was hassle-free, and I knew I was getting a good price.I liked that Josh told me about the pluses of the CRV, showed me how to use the technology, and he also gave me warnings about a tire indicator light that could go on in the winter. I also liked working with Chris West, the finance guy. Finance folk can sometimes be the real dragons, but he actually didn't come off as pushy when he tried to sell me all the extra insurance plans. One of the smartest things he asked was which specific features I'd be interested in insuring (instead of getting an entire package). Hey, I'm buying a Honda again because the only thing that I had to do with my 14 y/r old Honda before was change the batteries, tires, and oil. I know that it's reliable! Still, I was worried about all the fancy new technological features breaking, and there was a moment when I considered buying extra coverage. Even when I said no, though, Chris was still nice.That said, remember that buying any car new or used is always more expensive than you expect: I think that the service fee was $219, then there's transferring plates ($79), taxes that really add up ($1,300 for me), etc. I highly recommend Wilde, but be realistic. Before planning to buy a car, I expect that it'll cost ~$2,000 more than the agreed-upon price.P.S. 1 After buying the car, Josh was super fast about doing the little detailing, car wash, and installing plates. He also told me that there are free car washes for the life of the car at Wilde! How about that? If you go to Wilde, ask for Josh . . . he did right by me.P.S. 2 I've only had my new car 3 days. If my original impression of Wilde changes, I'll come back and update my review.

He respected that we came in knowing what we wanted and did everything he could top get us the perfect car for our family. Karen and her boss helped us ensure we were getting the very lowest interest rate. My bank offered 5% and she and her team ended up getting me a 2.79% loan! It was the most positive car buying experience I've ever had. They also have a nice coffee bar, clean bathrooms, a lovely fish tank, a big TV, and computers for customers to use while they wait. I dealt with Michael Wills, he was not pushy at all just provided all the information, answered all questions knowledgeably, and had everything in line and organized. The dealership unfortunately does not hold cars so one I wanted to buy was sold before I could finalize. I looked more online and found a few i was interested in and texted Michael. We bought a Honda Accord in August 2015 and we had a WONDERFUL experience. Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable. Because it was so smooth and our overall experience was wonderful we went back in May of 2016 for a 2nd vehicle. I wish that I could say this experience was as wonderful as the first. Laura and the gal we worked with for financing, Karen were top notch and wonderful. However, the vehicle we purchased has been basically a lemon since day one. Because it was a used vehicle the Wisconsin Lemon Laws are not applicable. This vehicle has been in for repairs for the same issue a minimum of 5 times since we purchased it 3 months ago. The ONLY reason there was almost a month between "visits" was because we were gone for 2 weeks and the car sat and was not driven. Our first clue to run the other direction from this vehicle should have been on our test drive. However, we trusted that they fixed the issue. I will be the first to say that if we received one of these emails to fill out on the actual "service department fixing" our vehicle I would not be able to rate it positive at all. I can NOT express enough that Laura, Karen and Elisha L.(who is the service rep) have been wonderful to work with.

He found that one of our tires was at a low pressure compared to the others: 24 PSI to approx. 33 PSI on the other tires. He explained several possible causes. When I suggested simply adding more air to bring up the PSI and driving the 100 miles home, without hesitation he said "NO" Let me tell you, it is rare to find a person so caring! To the general manager at Wilde East Towne Honda, Mike is a valuable employee and you are lucky to have him! He had our low tire looked at and a hole was found and repaired. Talk to anyone and they'll most likely tell you that one of the most dreaded experiences is going to the dentist. A close second is going to a dealership and buying a car. I have purchased a few cars in my life and this was by far the best overall experience I've had. I worked with Velislav, AKA "Famous Veli" -- a Bulgarian spitfire of a guy with a generous spirit and a vast knowledge base of his product. He understood what I needed and where I needed to be price-wise and delivered and THEN SOME. Chris in the finance department was also a gem to work with. He was clear, concise and most importantly, treated me like he would want to be treated. My deal would not have happened were it not for the Sales Manager, Peter. Yet another great guy who was fun to talk with even after the dealerships doors had closed. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction and didn't excuse himself until all my questions were answered.I don't write reviews often and the ones I usually write are often negative. It's a pleasure to write something positive for a change. My experience at Wilde could not have been better. We went to Wilde thinking it would be the same as every other dealer we have delt with in the past but we were wrong. The building is very well kept and nice in appearance with a great display of various cars. Josh our salesmen was very personable and knowledgeable, overall great to work with got us into the exact car we wanted. Kathy and Steve in finance took great care of us and got us a good deal with less then perfect credit to work with, and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Before we left josh made sure we had everything we need from a full tank of gas to programming our phones and presets. This was by far our best experience with buying a new car that we have ever had. Wilde has made us a customer for life.

I reached out to Mike Owens referred to by a coworker who had just got a new car from Mike to see what he could do for me in the situation I was in with my dodge charger. Being told by where I bought from they could not help me as to it had to much negative equity I figured Mike would not be able to help me either. I got an email a couple hours later and with in two days I was there to pick up my new 2015 Honda civic. I absoultly love my car and what all it has to offer. I went in to look at a Chevy Cruze and my sales associate Laura knew everything about that model as well as others with comparable features and pricing. She was super knowledgeble and so helpful! She was awesome with communication before and during the sale process. I ended up driving away next day in a 2014 kia forte with a lower price than I expected, low interest rates, and awesome service warranties. The only reason I wasn't handled the day of looking was because it was at around 8pm when I got my credit application and no banks were open, so this wasn't the dealer's fault. Next day I got Samir as a sales rep after Laura called me at work and told me she didn't work that day. I hope Wilde can verify that Laura will get the sale because she did most of the work getting me into my amazing car! I got into the business office then and Brent was way better than I expected! I was actually getting a little scared about the "business team" as the sales reps kept referring them to, but Brent was so conversational and personal that it made my experience so much better than expected. I truly felt like a friend of the staff from day one til delivery. All the staff there were very helpful and personable and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a Honda Accord fro Wilde East Towne Honda. Their no pressure atmosphere made the buying process very comfortable. I actually test drove the car on a Thursday and loved it right away, but naturally I wanted to check out other options. Mikel, the sales rep, actually encouraged me to leave to test drive other models because he was more interested in me finding the right car instead of buying that car right then from him. We left our home in Virginia Beach, VA on July 23, 2016 heading for Minnesota and on July 25 about 25 miles from Madison on I-90/I-94 some object on the highway sliced the side of our tire on our 3-month old CRV. Once AAA responded and our spare was put on we proceeded to this dealership and were greeted immediately by one of the most pleasant individuals. Her name is Elisha Lone. She immediately called the parts department and a Continental tire to fit our vehicle was not in stock and would not be available for a day. We did not have a day. This young lady immediately really wanted to put a Continental tire on the car and started calling people in town who she thought might have a tire to fit our vehicle but no luck. Your dealership did have a Bridgestone so that is what we purchased and put on the vehicle so that we could proceed with our trip. Elisha was one of the most pleasant, caring and thoughtful individuals that we have experienced. I walked into the dealership on Wednesday and was greeted right away. I asked for a sales associate and was helped out by Conor. Conor was helpful in listening what I was looking for and showed me several Honda vehicles. He also showed me other vehicles they had on the lot that I also had questions. We test drove several. He asked if I could choose a vehicle, which was the best. It was the Honda CR-V I took for a test drive. I thanked Conor for all the time and efforts but I needed a bit of time to consider my wants and needs. Conor was not pushy!!! He gave his number and said to call back with any questions. On Friday he gave me a call to check in with me. In the meantime I did more research on line, checked out other cars, and spoke with several folks about car purchases- especially the CR-V.I called Conor back and quoted a price i was willing to pay for the one peticular CR-V I liked and it was accepted! NO haggling!! I was willing to pay this price and they accepted!! Simple......I came to dealership on Saturday morning , my car was ready to go!! clean and sharp! Conor help me out with making sure the car package was complete- from clean shiny tires to the hatch cover for inside of the back of CR-V!! He even took my other Honda civic to get it washed and clean the tire rims.......Way cool!!!! those little extra things can mean the biggest. Financial dept was great. Samir was the perfect type of salesman for me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the vehicles I was looking for (a mini-van). He helped me narrow down what I wanted vs. what I needed in a mini-van. Then he applied no pressure in the sale other than asking me reasonable questions about what would make the sale happen. My family and I were just able to make it to Wilde East Towne Honda at closing time on a Friday night as our van was dying. Even though Michael Owens and Phil Hogans were just locking up, they were understanding and grascious; they assessed the van quickly and told us that the vehicle would be their top priority. They locked our van in the garage, since it was loaded for our vacation, and brought out a loaner vehicle for us to get to a nearby hotel. Michael stayed with us until we were able to confirm a hotel reservation and took the time to make sure we were acquainted with the rental vehicle.The next morning we received a call at 7 am with an update on our van. By 9:30 our van was repaired. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and their fantastic service saved our vacation. I highly recommend Wilde East Towne Honda.

I Bought a Used Vehicle from Wilde that was not a Honda, and the buying experience went so well that while finishing the paperwork I opted in for a maintenance package for oil changes as well as tire rotations. That has been over three years ago.Since then my experiences bringing in my vehicle for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance has proven to be just as good as my buying experience. Cheryl Romo always takes the time to discuss the work that is scheduled to be done, my concerns if any exist, and is in contact if something unexpected is encountered. The work is always completed in time and my vehicle returned as clean if not cleaner than when I dropped it off. I've had some unexpected issues and Cheryl has always been able to work with me to get my vehicle in for repairs.It's nice to be able to visit a Service Department and not have to worry about being treated as a number, but as an individual they care about, and Cheryl certainly does.

I originally went to Wilde East Towne Honda in Madison, WI because I was in the market for a used 2014 Honda Accord. Upon arrival I met with Mike Wills who took me out to the all the used Accords they had on the lot. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful he was able to answer all my questions and if he didn't have the answer he would find someone who did. I test drove 3 Accords that day which provided me a good feel for what I would be buying. After the test drive it was clear to me that I wanted to buy a Accord EX-L Model and I wanted the White Orchid Peal with the Ivory interior. Unfortunately Wild did not currently have this color on the lot in the model and year I was looking for. Long story short I ended up buying a 2014 Accord EX-L from a Toyota dealership in Plover, WI. The next day after I purchased my car I emailed Mike Wills and told him I bought an Accord and he was very happy for me. I asked Mike if I could bring my car in to Wild to get some assistance on learning all the bells and whistles this car had. Since I bought it from a Toyota dealership they knew little to nothing about the Accords. I already have been to Wild East Towne of Madison 2 different times to meet with Mike. Mike spent time with me going over all of the car features and even had Todd Kaun a sales and leasing consultant help me understand what I need to get my navigation projected on my screen in my car. I also just bought 4 all weather floor mats from Wilde the last time I was in. My car also came with a remote start and I had no idea of how to get it to work. Mike and Todd both were helping me figure this out and then they had Scott Jensen come over to help. Scott knew right away how to use the remote start and showed me how to use the remote. I am very grateful that Mike has welcomed me into the Honda family at Wilde East Towne Honda. Mike told me himself "Even though we couldn't earn your business this time around you still are apart of the Honda family and we are here to help". I will continue to bring my Accord to Mike and the Honda dealership over the years as I need service and have questions. I also told Mike in 4 or 5 years when I am looking to get into a new 2019 or 2020 Accord I would like to purchase it as Wilde East Towne. Overall, my experience has been great at this dealership and I would encourage everyone who reads this and is considering buying a new Honda, give these guys a shot they do a great job!

We had a very limited amount of time to spend at the dealership. Leticia helped me get the ball rolling so that when we arrived there (we live an hour away) everything would be done and we could just take the car for a spin and get to the paperwork. She made sure everything was to our liking and had the car detailed and ready to go when we got there. The only negative that we experienced was the super hard sell of "extras" once we got into the financing part of it. My husband had to sign 4 different documents stating he was declining purchasing their extended warranty. What should have taken 15minutes to complete, took about 45 because the finance guy was trying really hard to sell us a variety of add-ons like gap insurance and scotch-guarding. Overall though, the experience was one of the best I have gone through buying a car, and the people and facilities there are amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them in the future.

I paid too much for the car, my bad. That is why four not five stars at the top of this survey.However I will still be a Wild customer because of the great knowledge, honesty and friendly manner of Cheryl Romo. I dealt briefly with several other service representatives at Wild. But Cheryl Romo stepped up and took ownership of my noisy starter problem. She listened, she explained and she made commitments she knew she could follow through on. The result is one very, very happy Wild customer, me.I owned a computer store for twelve years. If all my employees were Cheryl Romos I would still be in that business today. She is the epitome of what a sales & service company wants on their staff.


She was honest with us and made sure we were treated fairly.

My wife and I worked with with Elisha when the air conditioner in our 2012 Honda Accord stopped working. Elisha worked with us to find the problem and when the initial diagnosis was wrong, she was honest with us and made sure we were treated fairly. Elisha went above and beyond what I would have expected compared to my experience with other car dealerships. She honored our warranty even though the eventual problem was not supposed to be covered. This is true customer service.

Since our family is growing, it was time to upgrade to a van. We worked with Jeremy to find a van that met our needs. When we were ready to purchase, Jeremy was unable to meet us on the day that worked for us due to a personal emergency. Therefore Mikel quickly and easily took the reigns and was very easy to work with. On the day of purchase, we worked closely with both Shawn and Mikel to get a more than fair trade price for our CRV, which allowed us to purchase a van that fit our needs and within our budget. All three of these dudes were more than helpful, friendly and committed to making us happy and getting what we needed and wanted at a more than fair price. Thanks guys!

Our sales rep Mike was immediately responsive to our wish list, and kept in close contact as cars meeting our desires became available. Once on site to begin the purchase process, Mike was courteous, sincere and very responsive to our questions and any concerns that came up. While he was exceeding attentive during the lengthy purchase process, it was wonderfully refreshing that he never exhibited any form of sales pressure and is a positive asset to your team.

Once in awhile you can catch an employee on a good day and that's great. Jerry Ortega was extremely helpful and polite! He was very honest and treated me with respect. Jerry was very easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. It was easy to tell right away that he actually cared about what I wanted. This was evidenced in the fact that he didn't try to sell me anything or push me into something I didn't want or need. I've been to dealerships and purchased vehicles in the past where they attempted to sneak in certain coverages and additional charges on the finance paperwork. I can truly say that Jerry, and Brent in finance, didn't attempt to do this at all! They were up front from the beginning and everything they said I would pay I did. Drove 2 hours to buy this car from them and I'd do it again!

I never thought I would have such a grand experience buying a car, but Jeremy, Karen, and the rest of the staff at Wilde Honda made the experience and absolute treat. From the initial internet inquiry to the delivery of the car was flawless. Jeremy promptly replied to my inquiry and quickly scheduled an appointment. We were greeted with a hearty smile and a friendly wave. I felt like we were ol friends but that we just didn't know it yet. He quickly got us in the car for a solo test drive. When we returned it was so relaxed and no pressure. In fact, we had to initiate the conversation regarding purchasing the vehicle! The whole time we were treated with nothing but respect and kindness by everyone we encountered. And the financing! We came preapproved, but being after hours we had to come back the next day to finish the transaction. When we returned, we found out there was some conflicts with our bank. They had taken open themselves to find a different options for us, and with a better interest rate! They had only our best interest in mind and we did not feel like they were just trying to upsell us. If cars weren't so darn expensive we would come back all the time! Thank you for the wonderful experience.
