I stopped in to Wiesner GMC Buick to look at the Yukon and met Mason Webster, who was so helpful, friendly and easy to work with. He immediately pulled a Yukon XL up for me to drive home so my sick wife could see it and go for a ride to be sure she liked it as much as I did. Missy Wagner also helped me the next day when Mason wasn't in, and between the two of them, I literally had the best purchasing experience of my 63 year life!! Wiesner made every aspect of buying our new Yukon XL Denali a good one. Wiesner gave us good value on our trade-in, allowed me to take home 3 different Yukons for us to test, and be sure of what we wanted (i.e. 2WD vs 4WD), and gave us a good deal on the new Yukon we purchased. Dreading the usual endless time it usually takes to close the deal and sign the paperwork, I was delighted when I was done before they could get the car detailed and ready for me ... literally the fastest closing I've experienced. No pressure from the sales people (Mason and Missy), no pressure from the finance person to purchase the typical extended warranties/add-ons, simply professional, knowledgeable, friendly people who did their jobs well, made the entire experience easy and convenient, and made us very glad we bought our new Yukon XL Denali from Wiesner.

I looked at Ford, Dodge and then GMC. I needed a new truck and I have had very good luck with my last (5) Ford vehicles. Took my Buick enclave to have some repairs done decided that I may want to trade it in and after two phone calls I still could not get an appraised value on the vehicle so I had the repairs done they tried to charge me for things that did not need to be fixed then when I went to pay the cashier was very rude in telling me that they didd not accept checks over $200. ( they don't mind taking a down payment check over $200) after many years of buying cars and loyalty to their service dept I'm done.

Purchased a brand new 2015 Yukon XL did not know it had water damage. Through a leak through the roof. Had known would never have purchased it in the first place in almost absolutely no help from the dealership or General Motors. Buyer be aware of possible leaks if purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

I went in for routine maintenance. My vehicle had a few recall notices. The wait time would have been longer than I could have stood for so a courtesy car ( which was relatively brand new) was loaned to me during the interim. I was told to expect my car to be ready the following day but I got a call late in the afternoon that the work had been done and it was ready for pick up.

We had purchased a 2009 Chevrolet Avaleache at the Wiesner dealership in Huntsville, Texas. We had the vehicle serviced at the Wiesner dealership in Conroe since that time because we had purchased and moved to the Graystone Hills subdivision in 2009. Maegan became the guardian of service to the Avalanche and 2009 Corvette that we own, and was there to help us from Day One! We had envisioned purchasing a future vehicle from the Conroe dealership because of the service provided through Maegan. She was moved from the GMC service area to manage the Hyundai section several months ago. We did not particulary want to lose Maegan for our service person, but we understood the move. We were assigned to work with another employee in service named Luis, and he was a three time your out striker. We were qucikly assigned to Sabrina who is much like Maegan. We have been very satisfied with the service provided by Sabrina. It was unfortunate that the very day we came in and purchased our 2013 Yukon, and went to visit Maegan to show our purchase, and check on our daughter's Hyundai, that we had learned that Maegan had been fired from the dealership shortly before we arrived. Our thoughts were we had made a mistake in purchasing a car at Wiesner any maybe would have going up the road a mile or two to purchase a car at Buckelew Chevrolet. It is obvious that whatever management staff is currently in place at Weisner does not directly interface with the public to meet our needs. The interfacing is through the service staff such as Sabrina and Maegan.

I had recently purchased a car from Wiesner in Conroe and discovered that I did not have the tire lock key to my tires. I went in without an appointment and was told I would have approximately a two hour wait. I had places I needed to be but also needed to have that taken care of so said that I would wait. I had barely sat down in the customer lounge when Karen Walton came up to me and introduced herself as a Customer Care Specialist. She said that she had been made aware of my plight and had secured a courtesy car for me to use while they worked on my car.She was very attentive, professional, friendly and efficient. She went way above any customer service I have received before. She made sure I was comfortable in the car and gave me her number in case I had any questions while I had the car. We saw an Avalanche advertised on the internet at this dealership, when we went in it was a bait and switch. They claimed the price was a typo and would not honor the price. They wanted $5,000 more than the advertised price. When I tried to complain higher up the ladder, they would not return my call. Very bad tactic. We walked out and will never deal with this dealership again. I have talked to other dealerships that said they should have honored an advertised price. Shame on them. Just a tactic to get you in there. Beware of their advertised prices.

I have had my share of dealerships in my lifetime. However, Wiesner has totally changed my perspective. We first purchased a work truck for my husband. They went out of their way to make this the most transparent process and their pricing was awesome. So when it came time to trade in his old truck and my car and get us down to two vehicles we decided to try Wiesner again. I had noticed that the atmosphere was different from other places. It was very professional yet there was a peace about the place. I went in to buy a new vehicle and ended up leaving with what they called a new vehicle with 1400 miles on it and many other small cosmetic issues. My contract I was told for whatever reason had to state that this car had more than 2000 miles which is shady if you ask me, cause in reality it only had 1400 miles. I went in the weekend before Thanksgiving and it's 12/3/12 and I have another appt. at the dealership tomorrow to try to resolve the issue yet again. I was contacted today and assured that someone with the ability to fix this would give me a call. That didn't happen. The back of the driver seat is not connected, the vehichle has 4 scratches,one speaker rattles, after it was detailed I found mud in the car and a french frie. Really? Well I will rate them again tomorrow and talk more about tomorrows visit. I would really just like a new, clean and properly functioning car, afterall when it's all said and done I will pay $47,000.00 for this new car.

This has been the best experience of buying a car. I felt like I was at home and I wasn't pushed to buy a car or truck, but rather I told them what we wanted and they were there to help us along. The people in finance got us handled promptly and they were great. Our sales person was mason Webster and we couldn't of asked for a better person to assist us. He was absolutely amazing. He knew anything and everything there was to know about the vehicle we wanted and how much it was going to be and what kind of things to look for when buying for the first time. And we also had a lot of help from Lauren thorstad in the service department while we had a little bump in the road with our new vehicle. Mason found exactly the vehicle I was looking for. I test drove the Enclave a while ago and have been undecided as to which SUV I would purchase. I asked an Enclave owner how she liked her vehicle. She replied that it was the best car she had ever owned and that her next purchase would also be an Enclave. Mason contacted me about the end of year sale and I feel I got a great bargain. He responded promptly and never complained while I decided exactly what I wanted.Once I selected the car I wanted, I knew what the best price was for it. Greg gave me that price without haggling or complaining. I agreed to buy the car without ever stepping foot in the dealership. In fact, most of the transaction was done over emails.I made an appointment to pick up the car. The car was clean and ready to go and the paperwork was already prepared. Annette, an extremely competent, efficient and friendly employee with 24 years of service at Wiesner walked me through signing the documents. My husband and I were "just looking". We went to Wiesner of Conroe and was greeted by Mason. His no-nonsense, easy going demeanor led to the purchase of not one, but two vehicles. Took my 2006 GMC Envoy to dealer for low oil pressure, told them there must be leak even though no obvious source because I had added 5 quarts in last 2 months. Tech said "no, the code only indicated oil pressure sensor failure, you must have just not added enough." Kept it all day and charged $500+ to change out sensor & add oil. Of course, the problem persistend. Took it to the neighborhood mechanic who used his eyes, ears, & knowledge to figure out in 5 minutes that both valve cover gaskets were blown & leaking, said it's a common problem on GM 5.3L V8. He replaced them (and sensor, again)--no problems at all in the 7 months since. Then more recently, took it to Wiesner for an air conditioning vent problem. Again kept it all day, when they called me to pick it up it wasn't fixed, Sabrina said sorry, tech on duty that day wasn't familiar with the CODE for an air handler problem. Why ever buy from a dealer with a totally incompetent service department?

Kenny King is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! From the start Kenny was very personable and friendly. I have purchased 4 cars and each time there was a long tedious process. This dealership was very efficient in their process and I felt like I was making a purchase I was proud of. Kenny was open and honest from the start and where as history had proven to be a 3-5 hour process... NOT WITH KENNY.. he offered the online credit application and did the financing before we came into the dealership. Once we got there, it took my husband and I about 1 hour to really decide what we wanted and after that another half our to wait while they finalized and drafted the bill of sale. My wife and daughter went to visit Ed because a friend had just bought a car for their daughter--both first cars. We had also promised our son a Yukon for college education. My wife's intent was to wait until later in the month to purchase these 3 vehicles, and to simply take my daughter to test drive and narrow her selection and choices. At this point, I should state that my wife is a cost-engineer with 20 years experience in the field--not easy to impress when it comes to numbers!After meeting Ed at the dealership, my wife said he listened to her ultimate goals, then showed them several autos meeting our criteria for my daughter within the specified price range. He allowed them to drive several cars, and found her a Yukon to preview for my son.Ed then gave my wife pricing for both of the cars, with a sight unseen trade value for my son's current vehicle. There was no desire on Ed's part to know how much we were putting down, or where we were getting financing--just 2 straightforward numbers.Ed then allowed her to leave her car at the dealership and bring home a pre-owned and VERY clean Altima, which my daughter really liked--no pressure to buy it, just wanted me to be able to look at it. They also brought the Yukon home for my son to view. We had our mechanic check out both vehicles and the mechanic said they were 2 of the better pre-owned cars he had seen in awhile.At the end of everything, Ed honored his pricing, the sight unseen value for the trade, and offered to fix a couple of things on the Altima most dealerships wouldn't even have allowed. He offered to replace the windshield on the Altima at no charge simply due to a small crack on the passenger side.Needless to say, we wound up and bought both cars, our kids are extremely happy, and we didn't have to go to numerous dealerships and get the run-around, etc...you know what I mean: the salesperson gives you a number, you counter, he has to check with the sales manager, and the dance begins...NOT WITH ED WALLACE!Ed's business model is simple: clean cars offered at a fair price with a person who's word is good. Why? Staff patience at Weisners, that's why. Other dealers have good sales staff, but they didn't impress me as "patient". My wife was after me for a new vehicle for two years. Problem was that she could not make up her mind. We purchased our 1998 GMC Van from Wiesners, so we were looking into the Terrain and the Acadia as a replacement. We also checked out the Lincoln MKX, Fords, Chevrolets (only American made, despite all the hype for higher reliability). She looked up and down, driving the Acadia and Terrain on several different occassions. Even tried the Enclave (Buick). Jesse stayed with us through all this trial, and when she settled on color, interior accommodations and other items, along with a compromise on several other options items available, Jesse and Vince helped us locate the right vehicle in Bossier City, LA. We closed the deal pending the delivery of the vehicle. When it arrived, there was a small surprise, but by then, my wife was agreeable. Weisner is the perfect example of what is wrong in the car business because they are still playing the sad old tricks shady dealers utilize. What they attempted to do to me was the old "change their advertised story" on me when I went in to buy a car recently and said "oh that special doesn't include this vehicle." I had been told (via email and in person) by two of their sales people (Clinton and Kenny) that the vehicle was part of a special they were offering.What they do is add on the phony dealer profit items (paint and fabric protection, after market wheels, etc) to inflate the value of the vehicle and their profit margin, put out an ad saying the prices are reduced. However, when you show up to begin negotiations they claim "oh wait, this doesn't qualify!" Basically they treat you like a fool when you think you are doing a straight up deal. When I called them on their tactics the salesman was speechless as he was caught in the lie. Very unprofessional behavior!I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. Avoid Weisner, you'll get a better deal and treated fairly and with respect elsewhere. They have lost my business and I'll be sure to tell this story to everyone else who asks me about where to buy a car when they see me in my shiny new SUV!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Vince responded promptly to my email with a phone call and started working on what I wanted. They did not have the color I wanted in the Acadia but he was able to locate one and have it delivered. He was able to get what I wanted on the financing and everything was handled in a professional manner. When I picked up the SUV, Vince went over every feature and button and explained everything. I went to buy an used vehicle last week and I had two experiences. The first was another GM produce dealership in Conroe and the experience was terrible. The sales rep. started out high pressure but would not budge on the price. I then traveled to Wiesner GMC. This experience was a pleasure and the sales rep., Travis Burrage, was friendly, helpful and low pressure. We had a deal struck within 3o minutes of being at the dealership and all my request and questions were quickly taken care of. I recently purchased my first car from Weisner in Conroe Texas. There is a salesman named Jesse Lankford, who helped me greatly through this new adventure.He was very honest about what he thought I did and did not need. He made me realize what was important when purchasing a used vehicle for the first time. He was very good at not being too pushy or making me feel overwhelmed as a first time buyer. I also had my 3year old with me for this long process. After a long day of working up a deal , my son could no longer take being there. lol Mr. Lankford quickly realized that my son could not , or should I say would not tolerate too much more of it. We knew we were going to buy a new car. It was between a cadellac and Buick. We typically shop around and compare prices. when we met Mr. Lank ford it was apparent that he would do all possible to negotiate a deal we were happy with. We didn't look any further. Whenever I'm out shopping for a new vehicle, for me, it's all about the sales agent and not so much the dealership. The sales agent is their representative and Kenny King was a GREAT representative for Wiesner GMC. Kenny was friendly, confident in his knowledge of the vehicle, and easy to talk to. He made my husband and I feel like we were his family! Kenny made four sales the day we purchased our Terrain, but still in all he made us feel like we were his only customer. I went to this dealership looking for a bigger car for my family. Ron Hoisington came out greeted me with open arms and a very warm attitude. I have been to other dealerships looking for a vehicle and everyone I went to I was treated like a commission, with Ron he took the time to show me around and explained all the features of every vehicle that I looked at which was a lot. He did not rush me or treat me like I was a waist of his time. I enjoyed the fact that when I brought my husband back later that day his attitude toward me did not change as far as in some cases when a woman brings a man with her all the attention is shown to the man, because they think they will have better luck selling to a man. He treated us as equals and did not exclude me out of any of the conversation. By the time we left my husband and I both felt very secure in our decision to buy a new car with him. I owned a car that was 10 yrs old. It had some problems, so i started looking for a new/used vehicle. I had been to several other places that they harassed or I couldn't even find a person to help me. We were driving down 45 and I told my friend thats my new car, he laughed and we turned around and went back, which you all were closed, so i went by the next day and talked to Ron and said I want that car and he said its yours, lets start the paperwork. I didn't think I would be able to get it, but the finance lady and Ron worked it out and I thank them for that, because i love my car. I went to weisner and Ron was very nice and the finance lady was also a very nice person. I had never bought a vehicle, through financing before, but Ron and the lady talked me through it and answered all my questions. As for the price, the car was priced for one price, but the marquee sign had a lower price and I did end up for getting it lower than both prices.

We live in the Conroe area, and have purchased six cars from the same salesman Steve Reich at Weisner. We just bought a 2011 Buick Lacrosse that we really like. The reason we always go to see Steve Reich is that he knows more about cars (product knowledge) than any one we have traded with in the past. He always takes the time to go over why the car we are looking at will fit our needs. There is never any of that "what is it going to take for you to drive away with this vehicle today?" salesman pressure. My wife drags me to every dealership in the North Houston area, but we always end up buying our cars from Steve. We have recommended him to friends and family, and when they go to Weisner, they buy from Steve.The service department is very good. We get our warranty work and maintenance done there. They schedule appointments and will pick you up or drop you off if you live in the local area.Overall, buying from Weisner has been a pleasant experience.

My husband and I drove six hours to Conroe, TX to purchase a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. We arrived and told the sales person (Kenny King) we knew exactly what we wanted, we knew how much we wanted to pay, and we already had our own financing. We told him how much we hated car shopping and we didn't want to be there all day. We specifically went to the Conroe location because we used the USAA car buying service and were referred to Wiesner Buick. Wiesner had a sad inventory of maybe three Lacrosses to choose from - none of which were what we wanted (color and model). The new car sales manager insisted he could get the car we wanted from another Buick dealership - he just had to work it out with the only dealership in Texas (Hearn, TX) that had the model and color Lacrosse we were looking for. My husband and I went to lunch hoping when we got back we would have an answer. When we returned, the sales manager said he was waiting for the other dealership to call him back. At this point, three hours had passed. After an additional hour of waiting, the sales manager announced the other dealership had agreed to the dealer trade, and we would have the car the following day. We waited ANOTHER hour for the paperwork to be completed so we could sign for the sale (no dealer financing necessary). We finally met with the finance department, signed paperwork and were out the door after five long, brutal hours. After initially giving us a low-ball offer on our trade-in, they agreed to pay it off; after all, we owed less then what it was worth. Anyway, we cleaned out our trade-in and went home in a loaner Lacrosse. The next day, my husband called Wiesner to find out the status of our vehicle - had it already left the Hearn, TX dealership? The sales man, Kenny, told him the Hearn dealership had still not agreed to the dealer trade and they were still working on it. WHAT??!?!?!?!?! My husband and I were livid. We thought we owned the car and now were being told there was a possibility we werent going to get it after all. The sales manger lied to our face as he shook our hands and kept us there five hours knowing full well he had not worked out the dealer trade. I immediately called the Hearn dealership and was told by the owners father they had NO intention on trading the vehicle because the Conroe dealership did not have anything they needed or wanted. The sales manager at the Conroe dealership was still lying to my husband as I was on the line with the owner from the other dealership. Bottom line, there was an utter lack of integrity and professionalism displayed by Wiesner Buick. We completely wasted our time and energy! That very evening my husband drove two additional hours to the Hearn dealership and purchased our vehicle within an hour and a half. Wiesner Buick should be ashamed of their shady and unethical business practices. They do not deserve your business. STAY AWAY if you value time and honesty!!! Oh and heres the kicker - after I demanded they bring us back our car and pick up theirs, Kenny, the so-called sales man, rudely exclaimed he should have us take them back their car but they would go ahead and bring us back our car to be done with it. Also, when I told Kenny how upset I was he stated, "it's just like anything else in life - shit happens." Wowthat's the type of people you have working at your dealership Mr. Wiesner - hope you're proud...
