Great Service

Was in the dealership June 2015, spoke with Cliff Sears about what we needed to do to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. February 2016 we decide to go see what kind of vehicle we could get that was reliable and dependable for her to go to work and school. Cliff gave a us 3 best options and she seems to be very pleased with what she picked out.

From the moment that I email Widrick Auto Sales to ask a quick question about a vehicle I knew that I wanted to purchase a vehicle from them. I dealt with a man named Cliff Sears over email for a few day and set up a day to go and look at the vehicle in question. The day I arrived at Widrick Auto an older gentleman met us outside, asked what or who we need and then went and let Cliff know we were there. Cliff came out put plates on the car and allowed us a test drive. After the test drive I went inside, and proceed to tell Cliff what I need my payment to stay at and the other things I wanted with the vehicle. Cliff was great!!!! Never tried to get me to buy more or push me into a vehicle I didn't want like other dealerships have in the past. He made myself, my 4 year old and my father-in-law feel very welcomed and comfortable the entire time we were there. Not only did I get everything I need,but he was also able to save me a little on the payment and even helped me return the rental that I had. Cliff made my whole car buying experience simple and easy!!!! If I ever have to purchase another vehicle or know anyone that needs a vehicle I will definitely be recommending Widrick Auto Sales and Cliff Sears to them.

Claude (salesman) was very attentive to our needs, knowing that what we were hoping for was not realistic. So we are very pleased with our used vehicle, and will need to pay more for longer than what we had hoped, but at our ages, we need something dependable. The dealership was very gracious in including other things such as a trailer hitch, undercoating, etc. which helped fill our list of perceived needs. AMAZING!!! As expected!

The guys came through for me again! I told them what I was looking for and where I wanted to be price/payment wise. In 2 weeks, they found EXACTLY what I asked for- and I LOVE my new Equinox! I have been using Widrick's to repair my vehicle and rent vehicles when needed for the last 4-5 years. I have never seen a nicer group of salesmen, a cleaner lot or selection of vehicles. Claude at Widrick's assumed personal responsibility to find any and every way to get me into the car I wanted working from 7am until 8pm friday night. I drove away in my new car a few hours later and they gave me a gas card which filled my whole 17 gallon tank! My salesmen Claude was professional,realistic and funny through every step of my first car buying experience. I was turned away everywhere else but because of all of his hard work I was approved though Widrick's for my sparkly silver,low mileage, not dents or dings 2012 chrysler 200 with brand new tires,brakes and more. My new car was cleaned for me the day of purchase and drove to the front door for pickup. I will never look at another dealership ever again. Outstanding work and thank you again so very much!

Quick and Easy

This is my second vehicle with Widrick. I told them what I needed, what I was looking for on a saturday, and was driving my new vehicle on Monday. Everything went smoothly, and there was absolutely no pressure to do or buy anything I did not want. The staff are helpful and friendly and treated us right. They are a small dealership, but I have found it to be better this way, with more personable staff willing to help you.

Don't go anywhere else.

Not sure where to start. This is my second vehicle purchase from Widrick auto sales. Because of circumstances beyond my control ,my credit score was the lowest it has ever been. Steve (the owner) took a personal interest and in 24 hours I was driving home in a 2012 Toyota Rav 4 with 20,000 on it. Our salesmen, Claude was easy to work with. No stress nor pressure. Just good old fashion customer service. My wife and I can not begin to express our gratitude. Oh, and Tim in service. Top notch. I highly recommend Widrick Auto Sales.

AWESOME!!

Filled out form on website knowing I had horrible credit. Didn't really expect to get financed but thought I'd give it a try. Immediately got a callback from Mike Nuffer and he invited me to come in and talk about it. We chatted, he took my info, and got me financed. 2 days later (they were closed for Easter Sunday) I drove away with a very nice, clean vehicle. I would like to thank Mike and everyone at Widrick for all the help. (The other salesmen even gave my grandkids toys while we were doing the paperwork!) Can't get better service than that! Great salesperson and service

My wife and I recently bought a SUV at Widrick's and the experience was great. No hassle when I asked to take the car for a test drive, unlike other dealerships that want your life history before "allowing" you to drive one of their cars. No pressure to make the sale...the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. No insulting "I have to talk to the manager" regarding every offer and counter offer... We took the car home that evening...that was a great experience...no waiting for them to "prep" the car, they had the plates and forms right there...filled them out and drove our new car home. I'd certainly buy from them again. Thank you for making this a good experience.

I was driving around in a 12 year old vehicle that was beginning to nickel and dime me and was shopping for another car but was turned down by other dealerships. I stopped in just to check things out. Cliff was my sales rep he asked me what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend and payments that I would be happy with. There was no pushing me into something I didn't want. He worked on it and crunched numbers and to my surprise I left that same day with the car I wanted.

Surprise Acceptance

My wife and I were out shopping for a new car because our van had just broke down. We stopped into Widricks just to browse there inventory. I began talking to Claude whom convinced me to just check my credit, what could it hurt. I was surprised to find out that not only one but three banks wanted to fund my loan. Now I should say that I have never had a car loan, preferring to purchase a cheaper car and just maintain it. My wife and I were able to drive away the next day with the confidence and peace of mind that working with Widrick has brought. The next day my battery died I jumped it myself,I was not able to get into Widricks to get the battery replaced they actually let me get it changed locally and reimbursed me for the cost. I would highly recommend them for anybody even if you don't think you will be approved, they will work with you to get you into a car and keep it running well.

Customer comes first

I was looking for a truck and knew I didn't have the credit to even possibly get one. I had been to other places and it was the typical dealership conversations. Claude at Widrick showed me a truck I knew I had to have. The next day while I was at work Claude worked all day to work with the banks and numbers to get the truck. As I got off work he called with a bank offer and a trade in value I never thought I would've gotten. I drove right there and signed and drove away. Best experience I have had with a dealer. Claude is honest and tells you exactly what the situation is, not just what you want to hear. I will be going to them for any servicing, purchasing, etc. I recommend Widrick to all.

Amazing easy going experience

Called Claude, got us in the next day. Arrived at dealership, the vehicle we had mentioned was already to go for the test drive. They are amazing with younger children. Great Place! Great People and GREAT cars.

I purchased my first car from Widricks back in 2004 a used 2000 Saturn. This car was not only my first car but was passed down to two of my brothers. It was a great Car. They also did a complete paint Detail on my Camaro back in 2006 and you would have never known the car was Purple after they were done painting it Burnt metallic orange. I have purchased from them ever since. My husbands Ford truck and My newest addition 2013 Chevy Camaro. Even got my very picky dad to purchase his Work van from them as well. They service cars too. Truly a one stop shop for used cars.. Cliff is my salesman and never lets me down.. I tell him what I want and if they don't have it he will find it!! Gives me way more than they truly should for my trade on top of the great prices. Good job Guys..

Honest, Very helpful, and patient!

After being turned down everywhere else Widrick helped us out. Trying everything to bend over backwards to help our particular situation. We were able to get out of a car that was not reliable and able to get into a safe and reliable SUV. I feel so much better about driving with my family in this car. I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever need another car I will go there no question! Claude was amazing, so nice with my kids, and very patient. Not every place is as patient and helpful with little kids around. Amazing and very family friendly. Cannot express how impressed and honest they were.

I actually got denied the first time my application went up but Claude Loomis worked for two weeks to get an approval and now I have the exact car I wanted and with payments right where I wanted them. This is an amazing dealership to go to. Incredibly customer friendly operation!

Hard to give enough compliments to Jim Widrick and his staff! I have purchased two vehicles now from him and the experience could not have been any better. They truly are all about customer service. In addition, his maintenance/repair department is top notch. No need to worry about unnecessary repairs or overbilling. He is as honest as it gets! When my daughter's car needed repair while she was away at school, her local shop estimate was 1700 dollars! We had her drive home and have Widrick's take a look, and ended up repairing it the same day we brought it to them, and for only 475! He stands behind his sales, and backs up any maintenance problems without question, making the buying experience exactly how it should be....comfortable, and with the confidence one needs knowing that any troubles with your purchase will be resolved expeditiously and without question. I recommend his dealership without hesitation!

I got what I wanted

i went to widrick auto to just look because I didn't think I would ever get a new car but the salesman Claude loomis helped me out and worked very hard to make sure I was going to drive away with a car but not just any car the car I wanted and at a reasonable price. When I purchased my car at Widricks I believe that I had one of the best sales people there. Claude was very helpful with finding the right car for me. He also did not push anything on me to make me decide he spent almost the whole day with me and my parents. He has very good patients! Best dealer I have dealt with in a long time

The whole process was easy. Being I have 4 kids I do not like to be in a dealership for hours upon hours. All in all I was in there for maybe 4 hours. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and helps to create a family environment.

Great Deal

I was treated great , no pressure to buy , was left alone to take my time to decide. My sales man at Widrick's was able to get me an even better interest rate than I thought I could get. Over all I was quite pleased with the whole experience. The car was sold at book price, but the car fax came back suggesting it could sell for 800 above the book , so even though we I didnt get a supper deal, i did get a fair deal.

I recently purchased a used 2012 Mazda6 from Widrick auto sales and I couldn't be more pleased. This was my first time buying a car on credit and I honestly didn't know where to start or what to expect. My sale associate took the time to explian things to me and help get into my new car. He was not pushy at all and went over the top and then some to help me. My only complaint would be that my car could have been detailed more carefully but, is understandable because of how fast they had to turn the car over to me. Widrick auto sales is a perfect place to purchase a vehicle if you are new to the buying process.

I recetly purchased a vehicle from this dealership in the last two months and I have been more than pleased with the level of service the staff at Widrick's has provided me. I was referred to them by my brother and father who both purchased their vehicles here as well in the last two years. The salesman Cliff was very helpful in getting me into the car I wanted and within my budget. He really saved me from having to buy a lemon at one of those No Credit, Drive now pay later dealerships. He was very willing to work around my work schedule and helped me get into my vehicle right away. Being new to the area I really needed a car to get around. A friend recommended this place and sure enough I found a car that I liked. The car I noticed was in great condition and at a reasonable price. The staff worked with me and gave me a good deal with out any pressure to buy. Great Experience

Widrick delivered exactly what was promised and more. Windshield was broken the night before I was supposed to take delivery and Widrick had a new one brought up from Albany and installed ASAP. I was offered a loaner car at least twice for the inconvenience. As with any used car purchased understand that what you see is what you get, warranty included. If you want a new car warranty (and the depreciation), buy a new car. I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years and enjoyed the small dealership experience found at Widrick.
