I have bought several vehicles from this dealership. Joel the sales manager and Thayne the finance manager have ALWAYS bent over backwards to help our family! Someone mentioned Denver and I got hosed! Jason Jensen the GM even called and thanked us for our business a few days later!!! Service appts take awhile as they have most of the mine accounts, my suggestion is to call early! Anyway, hope this review helps you if you are considering this place!

Great service poor warranty service per Chrysler
Julie is great and handles things to the best of her ability. Chrysler is I different issue they are the worst for handling warranty issues.

Nice sales guy, poor follow through
I liked that Whites was willing to work with me, and what I wanted my payment to look like. The follow through after the deal was done was poor though. I made multiple trips back to the dealership just to tie up loose ends.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff! When I did not know why my vehicle was leaking oil the service department was able to get me in right away. They found a leaking oil can in the back of my truck, and made light of what could have been an embarrassing moment.

Terrible experience. Called while traveling and was refused emergency service. Service manager stated they could help us in two weeks and did not offer any alternative shops or assistance at all. Found smaller local shop that had us up and going in one hours time. Pitiful business

Confronted the sales manger that the minivan they were trying to sell me go for about 5000 less anywhere else they tried to tell me I don't know how to compare apples to apples ... Sales manger over there is a moron and very rude. Save yourself some money and shop around go down to denver ... Stop letting wyoming auto dealers gouge us for more money

First off Dennis is very knowledgable with his trucks and cars, then secondly the support staff pertainingg to the sale, and service departments all are great people to work with. I have given them an excellent rating because they met or exceeded my needs on all of my transactions. Hint: Ask for Dennis when you are in need of a new truck or car.
