Bill at White-Allen Honda was engaging and went the extra mile. I conducted a dealer quote with about a dozen dealerships in my area through Honda's website and he was the only one who came back to me promptly with not only a direct price but also applicable rebates and other information. He was also able to quickly get me the color of car I wanted, even though it was not initially at their site. Bill spent over 3 hours finalizing the lease with me along with numerous phone calls and was both amicable and pleasant the entire time. He also took it upon himself to personally prepare the vehicle and it looked fantastic. Bill hit it out of the park and I love my new Honda Civic. Additionally, I especially appreciate that no one at White-Allen Honda was pushy about extra incentives that I was not interested in nor could afford. The final price of the vehicle was reasonable and matched the advertised price on Honda's website.

Super friendly staff and made my process in car shopping fast and efficient without all the "pressure" other dealerships like to put on you. I was immediately contacted after requesting for some information online through email. I responded back with what I was searching for and what my current situation was. I was again, immediately contacting and started the process over the phone (without even stepping foot into the dealership), and after work, I was able to pick up my new car! Paperwork was simple and fast and I couldn't be more happier with the whole process. My salesman (Willie Buck) went above and beyond to make my stressful situation into a less stressful process, which was awesome. I would recommend that type of salesman to anyone and everyone looking to get a new car. I had a fantastic experience with White Allen Honda. I had been referred there by a family friend, and it was even better than I expected. Michael was my salesman, he didn't give me the run around or tell me things that he thought I wanted to hear. He listened to me, he listen to my concerns about being unsure of buying a used car, and he took care of things. He even admitted when I thought that something sounded off with the brakes, he had it put in the shop and called me a few hours later after it had been looked at by the technicians and offered me a 2nd test drive to see if I was still interested. They gave me a fair price on my trade in, the finance department worked with the lender I had already chosen, and everyone there was very friendly and made the day awesome for me. I will definitely recommend this dealer for new or used cars.

We were a bit disappointed with the financing process with the Finance Manager Justin , when the very last sheet in the signature process through a credit union identified an undisclosed $225 finance charge in order to be able to get the interest-rate. It would have been nice to have disclosed this charge upfront during the application process.

First and foremost I'm not a haggler. I have been a Honda fan since buying my first Accord in 1988. I knew what I wanted. After a few emails between them and other area Honda dealers, I was able to identify and select the car I wanted on their web site. After a brief (15 minute) telephone call to their internet sales rep, I was able to finalize on a price. I drove in about an hour later, signed the paperwork, and left the lot after a little over an hour. The experience was smooth, the sales-person, his manager, and the business manager were polite, courteous, and able to quickly answer the few questions we had. They matched the lowest price I'd been able to find between four dealers in the region. The White-Allen facility in downtown Dayton was easy to get to, clean, brightly lit. I highly recommend them.

Transmission was jerking at 20 miles per hour. The service writer suggested dirt in the filter and that draining a filling with new fluid may help. The jerking occurred three times and did not occur on my way to your store. It has not occurred since.

I just had an oil change and have a tire checked. The trouble light on the tire kept coming on. The tire was removed and the rim was cleaned and so was the tire and replaced. It has worked great. Of course the oil change was just a normal maintenance request. I was told it would take about 45 minutes to an hour, but it was done 30 minutes. Pleasant surprise.

I took my car in due to an engine noise. Three days later I paid $1,300, but still had the same engine noise. When I talked to the service manager he said they believe the noise was inside the engine and there was nothing that could be done short of tearing the engine down. So I just spent $1,300 with nothing to show for it. And the added bonus.....someone at the service departments cleaned out over three dollars in change from my coin compartment!This is not the place to take your car if you are having engine trouble!

First, the dealer immediately offered the lowest sales price in the local area for the True Car program. This was my first experience at the Service Center since they had changed locations at White Allen. I was a little confused about pulling into the location at first but I quickly adapted to the change about driving the car directly into the building, rather than parking outside and then the service guys checking the odometer and VIN there. Service was excellent.

I am on my second Honda lease with White Allen and I have worked with Michael Ledford both times. The extent of my experience with White Allen has been with Michael, since my Honda vehicles have been completely reliable. I have had regular oil changes and the service staff has been friendly and helpful, but I haven't had to test their mechanical abilities because my cars have run perfectly. Michael helped me to figure out my first business lease and made the process smooth and low stress. He took the time to understand my needs and get to know me and my consulting business. Three years later, when the lease on my Accord was ending I had to tell Michael that I was in a fierce battle against cancer. He expressed genuine concern for me and my family and helped me with my new CRV lease, even though I had to be driven to the dealership by my brother because I was so sick. He did all he could to make the vehicle transition as worry free as possible. I am now cancer free and Michael stays in touch with me, asking me about my health. Obviously, when it comes time to get a new vehicle, there is only one person I want to handle the transaction and that is Michael Ledford and White Allen.

I am very happy with my new 2015 Honda Odyssey buying experice with this dealer. The sales guy K Ralston helped to make the buying experience so easy and faster (I heard and experinced in the past where it takes hours together and painful). He kept everything ready for us so that we are all set to go through the documentation, sign the papers and out of the dealership with our van within an hour. He took time to explain the van features and offered his contact details in case if we needed. Even though we drove all the way from Columbus, OH to the dealership we felt it was worth enough. I visited 3 Honda dealers when I was considering purchasing my new civic The first offer from another dealer ended up being $2800.00 higher than White Allens . I left that dealership and called White Allen where I had leased an accord in 2010 . I spoke to Michael L. and was told to give him a few minutes and he would call me back with a competitive price. In 20 minutes I received his call and offer. it was substantially better. To make sure I shopped his offer with another Honda dealer where I was told his offer could not be beat. I am currently having a dispute with White Allen Honda about the matter of an extended warranty (that I did not want, but my husband & I were convinced in finance that it was very comprehensive. The used vehicle I purchased was a Subaru with over 100,000 miles on it. The extended warranty was through Zurich and when service was called in for coverage, my mechanic was told that the work would NOT be covered because the car had over 100,000 miles on it at the time if purchase. Zurich stated that WHITE ALLEN HONDA misrepresented their product. BUYER BEWARE OF GHE EXTENDED WARRANTY. We were lied to while being shown the pamphlet of what the warranty would cover... It would only cover if the engine blew up or the transmission went out (at the discretion if Zurich). To try to handle this unethical practice of selling a product that was void, I talked to the GM Dan Nagel and he was NOT professional, very nasty to me, hung up the phone and answered the BBB with a response that was a lie. Stating that I paid lower price for a power train warranty. All correspondence can be viewed through the Dayton, Ohio BBB. I have since called the Ohio Attorney General to file a complaint, which I was notified that WHITE Allen Honda has other similar complaints on file with this dealership. DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY!!!!!!!!

The salesman (George Allen) told us before we purchased the 2005 Nissan Titan that the cause of the SES light being on would be fixed. They reset the light but didn't fix the problem, telling us that someone installed new catalytic converters but didn't reset the light. After the light came back on we brought it back in. They then told us it costs too much to fix at $4000 for new cats (inflated price if you ask me because a dealer that can get discounted parts) and they said weren't going to do it. They left us high and dry. Avoid this dealer like the plague. They are liars and cheats.

I've been going to White Allen Honda since 2007 after my hoorible buying experience at Hidy Honda in Beavercreek. I chose to get all my servicing done at White Allen and I can't say enough good about them. They are GREAT! I have always been able to get my Accord in for service on short notice. Always friendly and polite. They fix the problem at a fair price and never tried to con me into getting other things fixed. Do not do business with Hidy Honda. They are unethical crooks. Read their reviews for yourself.
