I'd been shopping around for a lease and I knew my search was over after working with Jordan. I explained what I was interested in and the price point I needed to stick to and he made the entire process simple and fun. The facilities are in line with the products they offer at the White Allen group. I leased new model year Volkswagen, and had the luxury of browsing the Audi/Porsche lineup further down the showroom while I waited. I had been wanting to made the switch to a German engineered car for some time, and the current models are competitively priced for the options they offer. While I'm happy to be done with the task of finding a new car, I'd have no problem doing it again with Jordan and crew.

I live in Columbus, but found an excellent deal at White Allen Auto Group in Dayton. speaking with Jordan over the phone, he agreed to not only send pictures to my phone, but also check for any minor items the website didn't pick up on! Feeling more confident about making the hour and a half drive, the vehicle was washed and ready for us when we arrived, along with warm and friendly greetings from Jordan and the staff. After test driving and going through financing this dealership is well worth the drive and I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle!!!

I was traveling from TN to MI in My 2010 VW Jetta. Progressively awful noises from the rear of my car! My hubby studied my route and found this dealership on a Friday afternoon. I had a three year check-up on my Beetle yesterday. They did a wonderful job. My service was going to take 2.5 hours, so I opted to have them take me to a nearby mall. Even on a cold rainy day White Allen performs with customer service! I recently purchased a new car at White Allen. I had taken my car back for the regular detailing/cleaning that you get with every new car purchase. White Allen provided me with a rental for the day. While they serviced my new purchase the rental got a flat tire leaving me stranded. Shawn Norman from White Allen drove 45 miles to rescue me in my time of despair. He changed the tire in the pouring down cold wet rain so I had safe way home from work. Shawn was polite, responses, and put my needs first. I asked him how long he had been with White Allen and he answered 23 + years. I hope White Allen appreciates the gem that they have. Myself and family greatly do. Heres to Shawn for providing outstanding customer services in a world that is losing it! Shawn myself and family will be back - see you soon.

It is the color we wanted and with the drive train we wanted as we could not buy a new diesel.The purchase was very easy and both Nick and Jamie treated me very professionally.Now I am waiting for VW to complete the buy back of the 2010 Jetta TDI.jetta with the drive train, as well the exterior and interior colors I wanted. I worked with Tim Brookhart again -- this is my 3rd Jag, and my experience could not have been more positive. Even though it was the end of the month and sales were quite brisk, Tim did everything possible for me, communicated with me on his own time and most importantly, did everything I needed. Anthony Gardner then spent time to help me become familiar and comfortable with the electronics of the car and "got me rolling." All went well....again, and could not have been better. Since I rather stand in front of a firing squad then go to a dealership for service I must recommend the Volkswagen service at White- Allen on Springboro Pk. Very very quick appointment was provided, good shuttle service when service representative remembers to call them for pick up . Luckily I was given the number and he picked me up as quickly as possible to pick up my car . The shuttle driver was very courteous and professional will drive with him again . I received excellent help from everyone who was involved in my problem (remote triggering car alarm for no apparent reason). The parts folks were very thorough and were the ones who diagnosed the faulty remote (battery no longer properly attached within the casing). Since my other remote was dead, I ordered a new one, which they promptly obtained. Service dept was great - I got right in the day the part arrived. The VW service scheduler was super patient with me, even when I spilled my Starbucks all over her desk, which I am very sorry about. Thanks so much, all!

The staff was excellent. The price was more than I was hoping to pay. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I cannot recall the name of the drivers or the cashier but they were professional and pleasant as well.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! If you do not care about your car, then take it here!! My car was towed in after hours when the car was over heating. When filling out the paperwork to explain what was going on, we specifically asked that somebody call us with their findings. The following day I called 3 times between trying to get a loaner & getting no returned calls like promised, never once during this time did anyone tell me what was going on with my car & nobody else called to talk about it. Upon going to pick up my loaner car I was told my car was ready! What?! Nobody called me! I was told my standard service was done..um, did you take care of the real problem however? Asked to speak with the service manager, whom assured me there was nothing wrong with my car. I am sorry, however cars do not just overheat for the heck of it! Told me there was nothing he could do & sent me on my way. Needless to say, I was unhappy with this, but not much I could do. I got less than a mile away, where my car overheated worse than when it was towed in! I called & told them I would be coming back right away. When I got back I was told by the service manager 'good thing this happened when you were close!' He was condescending & rude. I left my car there that evening, as it was the end of business day, however after doing more research on the service department there, I had a tow truck come & tow my car the next morning to Audi Connection. Having my car towed was the best thing I could have done. Within no time of getting my car, they had diagnosed it (which was exactly what we had been telling White Allen we thought was wrong), had the parts ordered & it was back, as good as new in 24 hours! White Allen was a HORRIBLE experience! I cannot recommend it to anyone, for any reason...well, at least if you want knowledgeable people that will take care of your car!

As I mentioned in the headline. I hate buying cars! I had no interest in buying a car except I had to my because my Land Rover finally quit on me. I had been to dozens of dealerships and dealt with high pressure sales, cheesy tactics (well how much do you want your payment to be......), junk cars (that looked great online). Then I drove past White Allen European Auto Group. I was on my way home and only had a few minutes. I stopped in because I saw a car that caught my eye. I was greeted by Tom (one of their salesmen). I told him I only had 5 minutes. He showed me the car and l said I was looking and I was going to stop back on Monday. On Monday I took a look at some of their other cars. All top quality from a little Ford Focus RS up to some beautiful Porsches. Tom and I went for a test drive. I said I wanted to make an offer. We chatted for a few about the vehicle and the deal was done. Very professional and business like. Then the dreaded Finance manager was called in........ I was waiting for that to happen........ Just kidding. He greeted me. I told him I was going to go through my bank. He asked the rate and if he could arrange financing. Within a few minutes he came back with almost 1.5 points lower on an already below average rate. We did the paperwork. There were no hidden tactics or additional costs and I was out the door. While the paperwork was being done the car was cleaned (it was already spotless) and detailed and I drove off with a great feeling about something I absolutely hate doing (buying cars). In summary, Great cars, Great people, Very helpful, Nice facilities, Good price (I say Good because we always want it for less money but in reality I should say Great because we came to a fair price for both White Allen and I on a beautiful car). Highly recommended and I will buy my next car from them..... Hopefully one of those nice Porsches!

Made me feel at home and very much welcomed! Thomas Yearms handled the paperwork with ease. From start to finish, it was pain free, exciting and driving away in my new car left me feeling great! The procedure was not at all a hassle - heck, I'd buy a car from them in the future should I need one :)

I have been a customer of White Allen over 10 years now. I have owned several VW's and Audi's both. I have known many people who have been employed by White Allen over the years. I bought a new GLI from them in December of 2013, a 2014 model. I have had nothing but problems from this car from literally the 2nd week of having the car. This would be the 4th car I have purchased from White Allen alone. Over the years I have seen some degradation in quality of service, but now it seems much more prevalent. I literally would not recommend this dealer to anyone. My car is not even a year and half old, and they are now refusing to touch my car. I was told to take my car elsewhere. I still have people I know who work within this organization who have revealed to me some of the outright absurd things that have recently been happening at this dealership. I have attempted to sort through things, keeping my cool. Though I have to say, that I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service ...

What a wonderful experience this was from the very beginning! The sales staff made me and my wife feel very comfortable and we did not feel pressured. The gentlemen who was working with us was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and answered all of our questions. The sales staff worked effortlessly with the finance and management staff to complete the sale smoothly! I would highly recommend White Allen VW to anyone considering a new or used car from this dealership! What at great team to work with. Also, I want to note that the salesman went out of his way to help us on the day of the sale. He personally came to our house and provided us transportation to the dealership which allowed us to avoid the juggling act of getting our first car back to the house that would have been required because of medical limitations. The sales person we worked with, Thomas Yearms, was very professional and patient throughout the process. He was even exceptionally helpful after the sale. Buying a used car can be stressful and confusing. Tom made us feel comfortable and at ease with our decision to buy a pre-owned Beetle for our teenage daughter. This was by far the easiest car deal that I've ever made and I have purchased or leased a LOT of cars over the years. I walked in, met Tom Yearms, stated that I wanted a particularly equipped Tiguan in a certain color, stated my budget terms and poof. Tom Yearms and Jamie Hanlon made it happen with none of the usual car dealership back and forth or silly games. The deal was struck in ten minutes or less and I actually got a better deal than I expected! Jamie then went out of his way to locate and obtain exactly what I wanted. Finalizing the paperwork and the delivery of the vehicle was just as easy. I can't say enough good things about how pleased I am with the product I purchased and the whole transaction from start to finish. Many thanks to the whole White Allen team!

I inquired about a brand new model shortly after the pricing and delivery ETA was released to dealers. I quickly picked out a combination of colors and options I wanted and the team went to work to obtain an allocation swap for me. While the delivery date they mentioned was optimistic, it was only off by a week or so, and in the end ran through hoops to make good on the promise. The dealership is always clean and the sales associates are respectfully enthusiastic about your needs as a customer. I am not your typical buyer (as I do countless hours of research on the technology, background and history of the cars I purchase) and they were more than accommodating to my somewhat compulsive tendencies. I requested the car not be detailed (only washed) and the front plate mount not installed and much to my surprise, both requests were honored! In the end, I bought the first VW Golf SportWagen from White Allen at an unbeatable price and with an interest rate that couldn't be beat. If my family buys another VW while stationed in the Dayton area, you better believe we're coming back! Thanks guys!

I purchased an A4 CPO. I was sold on a premium experience. The experience has included new pistons for an engine that was consuming 6/10 of a quart of oil every 1000 miles, a $ 425 service that needed to be completed 3000 miles after purchasing the car, and a underwhelming response from management. Although Audi replaced the pistons at no cost to me, it came at a cost of 10% efficiency in fuel mileage and the car sounding and behaving much different then when I purchased it. I of course was unhappy and expressed my disappointment with the dealer. I was told by the manager that he understood why I would be dissatisfied; however, he was not at all interested in offering a solution at any cost to them. I requested that they purchase my car back and I would buy another CPO car, hoping to buy something I could have more faith in, I was told my car was worth $ 8000 less than I paid and they weren't willing to take the loss. As far as premium goes, Audi is a joke. As far as the dealership standing behind their products, forget it! Never again will I do business with Audi or a White Allen dealership!

This was absolutely the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had in the 20+ years of purchasing cars. We went in and bought a 2014 VW off of Frank Masinople. Frank was new but Mike Martin the Used car manager answered all of our questions and was really easy to talk to. He made us feel at home. We even had a enjoyable experience in the office doing our loan paperwork. The Only complaint I have was the popcorn was a not good, but hey we will take that. Great job!

Went to buy a car on a Saturday and had the Salesman write up a deal we left and he was suppose to get back with us and we never heard from him so my husband called and asked to talk to him they said he was with a customer and he never returned our call. We ended up going to Beechmont Audi in Cincinnati and drove home with a new Q7 Audi! Beechmont Audi was great to deal with and gave us a better deal.

Purchased a new VW from White Allen and it was a great experience. My salesman Mike was very knowledgeable about the car but didn't hit us with any high pressure tactics. This is how buying a car should be! I love the fact that they let me go on an test drive by myself so I can actually test the car without someone breathing down my neck. The staff worked to give me a great deal and good finance rate as well. If you're looking to buy a car without high pressure tactics than you need to visit White Allen VW and ask for Mike Bartoe!

Dealer left transport blocks in suspension picking up new vehicle. Dealer can't return phone calls. Difficult to locate people when you're there. Mechanics aren't very experienced - got more information from on-line forums than their service dept. Hard to find someone who can explain features, especially the Nav systems. Overall, they make it difficult to do business and hard to have any confidence in their abilities.

At first all seemed great. My salesman, Roger Hoffman, was extraordinarily professional and low pressure. The pricing was fair and I was ecstatic about my first VW experience. I was absolutely thrilled with my new 2013 VW Beetle Turbo Convertible, for 5 days.... until the check engine light came on... It was Saturday night and I already had an appointment for that Monday to have my XZilon treatment applied. I informed Nicole in VW Service about the check engine light and she said she'd check it out before doing the Xzilon treatment. She called to tell me that it was "just a loose connection" and they fixed it and that it must have "come loose during shipping" and that they took it on a 25 mile test drive to make sure the new connection held? I told her that sounded ok and they proceeded with the Xzilon treatment. She called me later that afternoon to tell me that they took it on another test drive to be sure about the check engine light and it came back on. They checked it out again and determined that the Intake Manifold was bad and needed to be replaced. I told her that I was not happy with that to which she replied "I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that is what warranties are for!".... I was in disbelief. I told her I needed to talk to someone about getting a new vehicle as I had only had this for 5 days and driven it for less that 200 miles. She asked who I'd like to talk to and I asked for Roger. I explained that I was not happy with what was happening and that I wanted the vehicle replaced. He said he would see what he could do. That was yesterday. As of 1pm today I had not heard anything from White Allen and decided to drive there to see the GM. The GM, Jeremy, was at lunch and I saw Roger in the Showroom. I asked him what he had heard and he said, "I heard they are fixing it" to which I replied, "that's a good idea if you are going to resell it" and left... No one from White Allen had called me to address the situation and I'm assuming they are just going to try and force the repaired vehicle back on me. I have put in a call to VW North America and started a case. The Regional Conflict Resolution Manager is supposed to be in touch with me by the end of business tomorrow. I will update this review once the issue is resolved. At this point I am in hopes that, although handled poorly thus far, White Allen European Auto Group will handle this the right way.

I found the make and model car I wanted and at the price I wanted (through cars.com) at White Allen European group. I found a similar one as well at another place. The other car was cheaper, but that car, and the dealer selling it, did not leave me with a good feeling at all. We decided to go with the more expensive one as it just felt better. I trust their word that the mechanics went over it and inspected it carefully. The initial point of contact was with Kara, and she was very responsive. The sales guy, Ernest, was fantastic as well. When we signed papers with the manager, he was also great about getting us at the payment point we need. The free drinks and popcorn as well as a very comfortable patron seating area was a nice bonus. I would definitely use them again. They sell pretty high end vehicles, so to keep people happy at those price points, they have to be good, but at the same time, we were treated just as nicely, even though we were buying a used car that was not one of their brands. I think that says a lot about this dealership.

Ashley had it shipped from out of state for us.The only bad thing I would say is that there was a software glitch with the transmission and the service bulletin had not been posted so it took a while for them to correct it (~10k). Not the dealers fault per say but still a pain...
