Excellent Service; Well worth the 7 hour drivr

Best experience buying a vehicle ever. I live almost 7 hours away and saw the vehicle I've been searching for six months listed. I called, and after a little phone tag, was given excellent treatment from the start. I made plans to make the trek with confidence they would hold it for me until I saw it. Better than advertised! This is the type of personal customer service I'd easily pay more for, but I didn't have to! Small town business etiquette outside the big city.

Great place to buy a car. They went out of there way to make sure the carwas ready. They replaced the battery and changed the free of charge and also sent me a manual when i found out mine was missing.

Highly Recommend Wheels of Chicagoland

I recently purchased a used Jeep Liberty Limited from Wheels of Chicagoland and was very impressed with this dealership from the beginning. I sent an inquiry about the vehicle I was interested in and received a response very quickly. When I arrived for a test drive, I met Jeff, who was easy going and personable. He allowed me to take the vehicle out for as long as I wanted. I've been to other dealerships where they insist that one of the salesmen accompany you on the test drive, so I was relieved to find out that I could take it out on my own in order to really get a feel for it without feeling pressured by a salesman. When I returned to the dealership, Jeff simply asked what I thought. There was absolutely no pressure or persuasion to buy the vehicle! That alone made me want to business with them. I felt like they respected me as a patron and weren't just in it to make a sale. Jeff showed me the Carfax report and was up front about the fender benders that the previous owner had in the vehicle. He even held the vehicle for me with a very small deposit since I knew I wouldn't be able to come back for another week in order to make the purchase. The vehicle I bought was cleaned from top to bottom, had a full tank of gas, and brand new oil change. If you are in the market to buy a used car, I highly suggest recommend going business with Wheels of Chicagoland.

Wonderful Experience

My wife was looking for a replacement vehicle for a 2005 PT Cruiser Convertible that was nearing 90,000, that she loved. Amazingly 'Wheels of Chicagoland' had the EXACT same vehicle (just a different color), with less than 23,000 miles. Working with Ed was simple and quick... none of the normal 'tricks' many dealer try. When we showed up the car was clean and ready to be test driven. Once we decided to buy, we came to agreement on the price in a matter of minutes. We had a couple of minor issues after delivery, but 'Wheels of Chicagoland' stood behind the car and made things right, VERY IMPRESSIVE.

Great long distance buying experience

I live in Cincinnati and was looking for a used Acura MDX on Cars.com and found a very low mileage 2004 MDX at Wheels of Chicagoland. After I reviewed the Carfax report, I called Ed to learn more about the car to see if it was worth driving 300 miles to look at the car. I made the trip to Wheels of Chicagoland and found that not only the car as advertised, it was an almost new 10 year old car. I purchased the car and drove the car home. After the purchase I called Jeff to get the service records from the dealer who had done all of the service and within hours he got the information for me. If you are looking for a special car and a good buying experience, I highly recommend Wheels of Chicagoland.

Ed and Jeff turn the automobile purchasing process into a pleasurable experience. No "let me talk with my manager" nonsense that you get with a dealership. They were friendly, funny, courteous and listened to what I was looking for in a car. I made an appointment to look at the car and when I arrived the car was clean and ready for a test drive.......imagine that! We soon came to an agreement, which was not painful at all, and drove away in a beautiful car! I will be using them the next time we are looking to trade-in a vehicle as well, they take a very simple, honest approach in buying your car or selling a used vehicle to you.

The customer service is quite possibly the best in the industry and you get a Mom and Pop feeling there - I didn't even know that was possible at a car dealership! Best experience ever purchasing a used car

I have to say I wasn't looking forward to buying a used car for my son. I have been in the car business for over 20 years and have a very good understanding of how used car dealers work. I had been to several dealers looking for my son's dream car and my experience was less than pleasant. Then I found Wheels of Chicago-Land on cars.com. As soon as I spoke to the guys at the dealer I had a feeling that this time my experience would be different, and they proved me to be right. I finally found an honest dealer who really believes in providing outstanding customer service. I walked out feeling confident that I made a good purchase from good people who were not just trying to make a dollar. Sold my car in less than 30 minutes for more than what Car Max offered. Easier than selling a car yourself. They explained their offer and unlike Car Max were willing to negotiate some. Best way to go to sell your used car.

Extremely Pleased

I recently purchased a used Nissan Altima from this dealer. What a pleasant, satisfying experience it was. The car was even better than I thought it would be. The best part of my experience was that when I arrived at the dealership to meet with Ed, he simply handed me the keys to the car and let me check it out alone at my leisure. NO pressure or salesmanship tactics whatsoever like I had experienced at other dealers. All my questions were answered 100%. I felt so at ease. The whole process from my initial call to the actual purchase just seemed too good to be true, but it was. I have already recommended a family member to Wheels of Chicagoland who was also thrilled with her purchase. Ed had promised me he'd get me the owner's manual to the car and sure enough at 2 weeks later the manuals did arrive. Simply put the service and follow up were more than I could hope for and I most certainly would go back again and refer family and friends.

My new ride

This was my first experience with this dealership. I emailed them when I found a car of interest to me and got an email back that day (it was a Sunday even). I set up an appt. for the following week. I met both of the owners who are extremely nice men. They negotiated the price a bit for me. I believe I got a fantastic deal on the vehicle I purchased. They always were very polite on the phone and even let me park a car over the weekend so I could pick up the new one during ofc. hours and get the other car sometime over the weekend. Very happy customer.
