Had a leak at the radiator and the service department located the cause and replaced a defective fitting on the radiator and now it does not leak. Work was done quickly and I was notified when completed, very professional they way they do business and they treat you like they appreciate your business. I have two vehicles that were purchased there and the only thing I don't take them back for is gas...everything else from tires to windshield wipers and batteries comes from Westcott, I have no reason to go anywhere else and when I am ready for another vehicle that is where I will buy it, when folks treat you fair then there is no need to go anywhere else. That's just my two cents!

The sales staff were very friendly and very helpful. They answered all our questions and concerns promptly. Everyone made us feel welcome. Our sales rep was very courteous and patient even though she had to stay past closing to finalize the sale. We never felt rushed or pushed. I would recommend Westcott to anyone.

The body shop did a great job repairing my bumper however they need to do a better job with confirming all work complete before notifying pick-up. I had to come back the next day to pick up my vehicle not to mention I was late for work. Overall great job matching the paint on my car.

JR and Desiree were excellent deal with. JR is probably one of the most honest and forthcoming automotive person I have ever dealt with. Desiree was very knowledgable about her products and was extremely helpful and friendly. Both are excellent. Jeff Law the F&I man was extremely courteous and made the financial end of this transaction painless!!!

The car had to be returned so that some issues could be fixed. The tire inflation monitoring system had to be reset and the reminder for the next oil change had the wrong mileage entered.

I was shopping for a new truck looking at the 2013 GMC Sierra's because of the rebates on the 2013's. I couldn't find one that i wanted because they had sold most of the 2013's already. The people there were very attentive to my wants and didn't try to put me in a vehicle that i didn't want. They told me about a trade-in that they had just gotten in and brought it out. They did not pressure me they simply ran the numbers and gave me a great deal on the truck of my dreams. Couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. I recommend anyone to go here and see the service that they offer. I am very happy with all aspects of the deal. They made the process painless and easy and backed up what they said.

Got the oil changed and there was a zipper sound in the steering that was corrected per a service bulletin. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, made the experience enjoyable, I appreciate the help getting noise repaired.
