We went in after my husband got off work to look at a bugger car as our family is growing soon. Not only did we feel very comfortable right away with our salesman, but he helped us get a good deal! (We did a lot of research) We were given honest service without all the usual tricks and shady sales tactics some dealerships employ. Not only that, but we couldn't get a sitter and had to bring our one year old with us, and everyone was so friendly and helpful keeping him entertained during the whole process. Giving him food and toys and even chasing him around the showroom floor, much to my son's excitement. Overall we had a great experience with honest family friendly service, and felt we were treated right and not bamboozled at all!

Best car buying experience we have ever had. We contacted them not thinking we could get financed at all. They made magic happen. We first spoke with Kaylah who narrowed down what we were looking for before we even got there. We are foster parents with two infants right now so it's a bit of a pain to get them all out there door,let alone happy while we car shop. They had a civic and an accord pulled up before we even got there! When it sprinkled they offered an umbrella. Kaylah handed us to Mike W. who was absolutely amazing. He answered all our questions and even told us about the vehicles, things we didn't even think to ask, he covered. They had our financing done before we arrived. The whole process took less that 1.5 hours. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They didn't waste our time by sitting and waiting for paperwork or anything. They really made the best of our time and were SO patient considering we had two little monsters with us. We really appreciated all the small touches that other dealerships we have visited don't do. They filled up the gas tank and washed the vehicle before we left! We didn't expect to get an extended warranty or oil change package but are SO happy they did. Not once did anyone pressure us or treat us any different from someone say, with perfect credit. The whole experience was incredibly easy and we walked away happy and excited to have a Honda in our family. My wife's dream car in high school was a 1998 Civic, and I'm happy we were able to finally get her a Honda she absolutely loves. (She never did own one) We can't say enough good things about Mike and the dealership. Give them a chance and I'm sure they will WOW you like they did us.

I ended up not purchasing a vehicle and it turns out that was for the best. The Internet employee (Jessica), my original Salesman (Brian Bullett I think) and the Insurance specialist (can't remember her name) were all very friendly and helpful. But.....Brian's immediate boss (can't remember his name) and the Sales Manager (can't remember his name) and the Finance Manager (Chris) I worked with couldn't have been more condescending and high pressuring. All that being said, I was able to get an agreement I was happy with on a vehicle I really liked. I signed all the paperwork, shook hands with everyone I worked with and was set to return the next day to drive the car home because it was 8pm and I was in a rental I had to return the next day. The next day I received 2 calls from Chris the Finance Manager, he said that the interest rate had to be raised 2%, the length of the loan shortened from 62 months to 53 months, and they needed another $290 cash for the down payment, and the monthly payment would be $30 more per month. I said no, I already signed all the paperwork. I was then was told it was never approved by the lender, so basically take it or leave it. So I went back and got my cash and Registration of my trade in, and was very impersonally told just "Here you go"" by Chris the Finance Manager. Very unacceptable in my opinion. The thing which stuck out the most to me was during the negotiations I initialed a non-obligitatory preliminary agreement on a half-sized piece of paper obviously just put through their copier, which the Sales Manager said that was "My word" to them and he was "disappointed" that was going back on my word. I told him that I guess I have no integrity. He then added another $500 for my trade in, which is when I agreed and signed all the docs, which I could not get out of had I wanted to (and I didn't want to). Then the next day they change things, are able to get out of things, and I'm the one with no integrity??? Sounds to me like they found someone or felt they could find someone willing to pay more than me. Stay away.....


Horrible New Car Purchase Experience

Unfortunately, my wife and I recently purchased a new car from West Hills Honda. It was a horrible purchase experience that took all of the fun out of buying a new car. They presented to us a new car that had what they referred to as "severe water spots". The windshield had adhesive residue from stickers and there were a couple of scratches on the paint. The salesperson agreed it was unacceptable and sent it back to the detailer. It came back looking about the same. Of course, they promised to take care of it if we would bring it back on another day for an appointment with a better detailer. We came back 4 days later and after about 4 hours, it came back but still not looking anything like a new car. They, of course, promised to make it right, but said we would need to leave it with them and we would need to take one of their loaner cars. Long story short, after about 10 days of one unfulfilled promise after another and an additional 2 trips to the dealership, they presented the car in acceptable condition. Promises, promises, promises from the salesperson, internet manager, new car manager, service manager and even the dealership manager. From top to bottom, not one individual, who was involved and had knowledge of our situation, took ownership of the problem, made necessary corrections and followed through with a sincere apology on behalf of West Hills Honda. And yes, we have contacted West Hills Honda manager Rob Colon. We contacted him via email on Sept. 8th and Rob said in an email to us on Sept. 9 that he was out of the office until Sept. 19th but would "reach out" to us then. We are tired of waiting. Just another unfulfilled promise.As an update, the General Manager of West Hills Honda made contact with us following the placement of our review. He agreed that the dealership fell short in the area of customer service with our purchase experience. The General Manager has apologized for the situation.GMGig Harbor

I purchased a car here because my family has bought about 10 cars here and always had a good experience. This time was different however. Although we had a good experience with the salesman everything else was horrible. They told me my car would be ready for me to pick up on Tuesday morning, it wasn't. Then they said it would be ready Tuesday evening and I drove out there to get it to find out it still was not ready but they would have it done Wednesday morning. I had already driven to west hills Honda 3 times at this point which is an hour each way. Wednesday morning I call and they say it won't be ready until the afternoon (I live out of state and had to drive a long distance to get home and had already extended my trip b/c the car was not ready). They weren't apologetic and did not seem to care that they lost the business of 4 car owners who had exclusively bought from them for the last 20 years!

From start to finish, the experience I had was excellent! I was greeted by name with a genuine smile at the front door within seconds of parking my dying former vehicle. Michael Covey, my sales associate, kept everything moving gracefully and gave me just the information I needed to know without my having to ask. And when I did have questions he was very knowledgeable. And each step, from the test drive to the signing of papers, was honestly friendly and helpful. The location is great, and easy to find, and I got a good deal. Thanks West Hills Honda!

I never leave reviews but because the service West Hills Honda provided was exception, I felt it warranted my comments. I was on my way home from work on a Tuesday night around 4:00 p.m. My car started to emit steam and the smell of antifreeze in my 2006 Honda Civic. There were no warning lights going off in my car so it made it easy to dismiss at first. Well, the farther I drove the more obvious it became that there was something very wrong. I decided to drive start to West Hills Honda for a check out. When I arrived to the dealership it just so happened that Aaron Citizen was coming out of the service office to get his dinner when he saw me drive up. He quickly retrieved his dinner that had arrived with his and went back into the office to get his clip board. He checked my car in immediately and told me that he would have the car checked out in on Wednesday morning. Well, to my surprise, in morning Aaron called to tell me the block was cracked but not to worry, the manufacturers representative had been contacted and it would be 100% covered. It was a recall I was unaware of. Aaron got my car fixed by Thursday and arranged for a temporary rental car (only for a day) while the new short block was being installed. It was painless, quick, professional and It didn't cost me a thing. I am so happy. I would recommend this dealership and Aaron Citizen with all my future car repairs.

After doing all my research on the vehicle of choice ( 2016 Honda Fit ) I used the internet to narrow my search of all the Western Washington Honda dealers. Bottom line: It's not worth the effort to leave this area when we have a great dealership right here at home. Sales Rep. Jason Simonis answered all our questions and knew about all the features of the vehicle. He really made it a pleasant experience. We are now happy owners of an Orchid White Fit LX. Came in to find out more information on a lease for a Honda and ended up finding the perfect deal and the perfect vehicle that was in my price range. It even hit every tick on my wish list--all thanks to Rachelle, Rachelle was fantastic, answering most of my questions before I even finished realizing I needed to ask that. She kept me updated on the process entirely, rooted for me when I was negotiating my deal and stayed friendly and cheery throughout the whole half a day process. She introduced me to the people from other departments that helped as well, and made sure to call and check in that everything was still fantastic with my new car.

Carin Marceau with Allstate found us an amazing insurance rate much lower than our current policy. The dealership goes out of it's way to make your experience the best possible. To top it off they have an espresso bar in the service waiting area. Loved it!

My husband and I were shopping for an SUV. Neither of us had driven one before so we had a lot to learn about their overall handling and features. Kent from West Hills Honda was fantastic. Because West Hills owns so many different manufacturer dealerships we were able to compare literally side by side a Honda CR-V, a Toyota RAV4, and a Mazda CX-5. Because we were able to drive them all within the space of an hour it was much easier to pick out differences and figure out which would be best for us. Kent was very patient and extremely thorough. At no time did we feel pressured to go with a specific brand or to buy a car before we left the lot. With Costco pricing everything was completely up-front. We highly recommend West Hills!!

In August I went to get a used crv. I knew what I wanted and what a suprise to be able to walk in and without any "hard sale" attitude I was taken immediatly and shown what was there. MY LUCKY DAY! we have purchased a new vehicle from West Hills Honda before, when we started looking my wife (who the vehicle was for) desired to look at Hondas again, she found the Accord that she loved. When we started looking for a vehicle for my wife, deep down I had a feeling it would be another Honda. In 1993 she purchased a new Honda Civic, she loved that car and drove it for 14 years, until we went overseas, she recently returned and it was time to get her a new car. We started working with Jason, who referred us to Robert, he walked the lot with us and answered all our questions as my wife looked for her car. When she found the "one" Robert was able to explain all features as well as demonstrate everything, he worked with us and we found the price we agreed on with no pressure, it was a pleasant experience which is not the norm when car shopping.

We recently moved over to the Redmond area and decided to trade our RV in and try a new Toyota vehicle. Over the many years that we lived near Bremerton, we had purchased 1 used and 2 new Hondas from West Hills Honda. Our experiences have been very good. Over that period, we had become acquainted with Rob Colon, the general manager. He was a very busy gentleman and extremely knowledgable on all things regarding the automobile business. We had no idea which Toyota store, anywhere near Redmond ,had the best reputation and we wondered if Rob would remember us (it had been almost 2 years since we had spoken with him) and give us some guidance. We called West Hills Honda and requested a call back from Rob. Since so long had passed and there was no possible financial gain in this for Robwe figured he might not want to take the time to return our call. Brought our CR-V in for recommended service (50K miles) and to read any stored codes, if any. I made an appointment ahead of time, and they were very busy when I arrived, but were ready for the car when I got there, which implies good organization. The lounge is comfortable and there's a coffee bar and wifi. They topped up all the fluids and changed the rear differential oil, inspected the brakes, wheel bearings, updated the ECU software, checked alignment and recommended a transmission oil/filter change and flush (no thanks). They washed the car, which I didn't ask for, but I thought was a nice gesture. They didn't do a terrific job, but - hey; this isn't a car wash. For all that, the bill was zero, nada, zip. I'm pretty sure Honda reimbursed them for the diffy oil, but I was pretty shocked just the same. They want my business and they act accordingly. I expected to pay for the service; this was a very refreshing change from what I'm used to from auto dealerships. I bought some maintenance items while I was there. The parts weren't in stock (dash lights not in stock? Really?), so I had to pick them up later. The items were ridiculously expensive, but I expect that from a dealer, because some things aren't available anywhere else and they probably had to come from Japan. Also, they have that nice showroom and all those hungry staff to feed and buy shoes for. (pro tip: dealers are not the least expensive parts-buying option). They did not call when the parts arrived; I had to call and find out if they were there. They can get whatever you need there, but communication is an area they could improve on. My expectation of a dealer is that they would have a fairly large stock of brand-unique spare parts on hand, but that seems to have changed in the years since I was a tech at a dealer, and they appear to have moved to a central parts warehouse. If you order the parts on the phone, you can save a trip. I no longer expect to go there and pick up much of anything on the day I need it. I have experience working at a Porsche/VW/Audi dealer as a mechanic in the distant past, and these guys have really impressed me. I have no experience with their sales staff. The public side (service writers) of the service department is outstanding. There are plenty there to handle crowds of customers in a reasonable amount of time, they're knowledgeable about their product and the ones I've had contact with seem to be sincerely interested in getting things done and generating happy customers. Works for me!

I loved my 2004 Honda Pilot so much that I had put over 170,000 miles on it. The Lord knows I really wanted a new car but I detest the car buying process so much that I continued to drive my old one. West Hills Honda was by far the best buying experience that I have ever had. My salesman Deonta Finger was professional, knowledgable and respectful of my time and requirements. He did not waste our time and his performance was consistent with the fast and professional service that I recieved from the time I arrived at the dealership in reception to the moment I drove off the lot in my new car. I am disabled. Because of this having to do "routine" maintenance is a task for me. I have been regularly visiting West Hills Honda for almost 5 years now, since we moved here from GA. In every single instance I have been treated like a lady (and I like that :). Work has always been promptly performed, as promised, at the price or less than estimated. Every single service person has been extraordinarily professional, courteous, and quick to assist me and do what they can to make me as comfortable as possible with my mobility issues. My last visit was with Ryan. What a wonderful employee!!! West Hills obviously goes to great lengths to have the best of the best in their service department and I applaud you for this. Not only are they knowledgeable but they are also personable and treat their customers like friends rather than just another person going through their shop. Not only did they perform the services I needed, but Ryan assisted me in making decisions about future maintenance issues. I will continue to not only bring our Insight for maintenance but I spoke with Ryan about our other 2 vehicles and even though they aren't Hondas I was assured it would be no problem in having them serviced at West Hills Honda also. I hated this dealership, my first experience made me never want to come back. My wife begged to take a look at the Honda Odyssey, after introductions my wife got a tour and they did work on our trade in while we asked and learned about the different options. We were shown multiple mini vans and he asked us positives and negatives about each. He was polite and eager to get to know our situation. once we sat down for negotiations they provided us time to figure where we wanted to price to be at. The price we started at was lower than any in 100 miles of West Hills and 400 cheaper then the Honda Website and Kelly Blue Book stated price with installed options. They took the fun right out of haggling due to beating the best prices. I stated my price desires and most were met and ones that were not they explained and let me make the choice. This could be a essay, but all i can say is thank you Mike Covey for making me not hate myself for going to your dealership. In the end we are happy and would not have wanted anything different out of our car buying experience.

In February of '14, our car was totaled by an under insured driver. Everyone was ok, but the whole experience of dealing with insurance companies and looking for a new car was a nightmare.That is until we met Jason Lewis at West Hills Honda. Jason spent a lot of time with us over a three day period, running all over the complex (often getting drenched in the process) to find us cars to look at. It didn't seem to matter to Jason or the good folks at West Hill Honda that we weren't looking at expensive cars, or that we were taking a lot of time, they just seemed to want to do what was best for us. My glove box would not unlatch, I was told that it would cost $50 to get it unlatched and determine what the problem was, I agreed. When Ryan Zieg saw just how easy it was for the mechanic to open and remove the glove box he told me there would be no charge. Bought a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L through the Costco Auto Progam after having several test rides in the Accord. The dealership had only three new accords on the lot and finding that they had more accessories on them that I wanted decided to order one. They didn't try to push me into something I didn't want and were very straight forward and honest with all my dealings. We received a coupon in the mail for a cheap oil change if we test drove a car. We were not planning on buying a car! We test drove the CRV (which I have always wanted - Barb) but Mal did not like the gas mileage. It has changed and it is better on gas. We test drove and before we knew it we had bought a car. We started out with a higher interest rate through Kitsap CU and when my husband went into the credit union the next day we found out that the interest rate was lower. We called the dealer and they were willing to redo the paperwork and get us the lower rate. I wish this had been done at the beginning but oh well. I cannot say enough about the red carpet treatment I recieved from West Hill Honda. Josh Williams knows his product and was fun to work with. I had a very smooth and professional experience buying a new Honda Fit with Amy and the entire staff at West Hills Honda. Amy made an immediate good impression that stood out from other dealers I had contacted via email. I already knew exactly what car I wanted. Instead of beating around the bush like the others, Amy was ready to deal and to order a manual transmission model from the factory. She had the straightforward, no-nonsense approach I was looking for, and met the price I asked for. After we made a deal, Amy was always available and responded immediately to calls or emails while we waited for my car to arrive from Japan.My favorable impression continued throughout the whole process. That goes for Josh, the finance manager, too. He was welcoming, professional and non-pushy.The "internet salesperson" for another dealer told me "there is no 'buy now' button on the internet for the Fit". Maybe so, but this experience came as close as you can get. The only time I even went to the dealership was to pick up the car. That was quick and easy too. It could not have been easier or more painless, even special. When I arrived to pick up my brand new, 2012 Honda CRV, the "red carpet was rolled out." Kent greeted me outside and graciously escorted me into the dealership where Rob Colon was beaming with pride re the deal we had made! In a few moments, Josh, who had all the necessary paperwork lined up, explained with precision and clarity and all was signed. I love a win-win situation! After not having so much luck with the first dealership I contacted, I started working with West Hills Honda. I had done all the research necessary on the car I was going to buy, and knew what it was worth, and knew what the accessories were worth by their as-installed price. I told Amy, the internet sales manager exactly how much I wanted to pay for the car and what options I wanted on it (it was a very reasonable price.) I told her what I needed as a trade-in value for my trade-in vehicle and she dealt with the used auto manager for and made it work, without him ever looking at my trade-in!I got a great deal on everything, and they made it SO EASY. Akeem in financing was extremely organized and had all the necessary paperwork in order and ready to go. He explained everything very concisely and effectively to me, and before I knew it we were done. This was the easiest and smoothest new car transaction I've ever dealt with. It was well worth going out of my way from Issaquah to buy my car there. I had a very good experience with WestHills Honda. I stopped by about a month ago to see what options were available on a new 2011 CRV. I wasn't ready to make any decisions that day regardless of sales pressures. Yes I got a couple of follow-up calls but they were more informational than pressure. Yes the sticker prices were higher than I could find on the internet but I knew that was negotiable at WestHills or anywhere. I looked at other AWD vehicles for about a month and decided to go with the Honda. I called Ed back but he wasn't going to be available so he sent me to Sam. The price on the car I wanted had dropped considerably since it had been there awhile. I brought my trade-in and got an estimate and bought the CRV. I have gotten a couple of follow-up calls from Sam to see how everything is going and if I have any questions. I haven't been to the service department so I don't know how to rate them. The sales and finance department treated me well and I would recommend this dealership.

Had my car serviced with them for about 10 years. Oil changes and maintenance all on time. Car always well taken care of and ran like a Swiss watch. I had the head gasket replaced a few years back due to an oil leak. After the work was done, the engine had a heavy knocking sound. I came back in to get it checked out and they were nice enough to give me a loaner car for the night. They told me it was a worn bearing and shouldn't be of major concern as it was no safety concern and would likely go another 100k and "tightened things up" to mitigate the sound. It always ticked just a little after that but otherwise worked fine. I had other services such as brand new tires/struts done over the next few years as needed, confident that this car would continue running well for a good time. This year however, about 500 miles from home, one of the rods shot out of the side of the engine, rendering it useless. I was stuck in Canada and having a weak USD made repairs be almost $6000 USD (about $5100 CAD/conversion) and there was no guarantee as to how long a used engine would last and no way to economically get it back to the states to do the work here so I ended up writing the whole thing off and renting a car to get back home. I was reading up as to why crank bearing fail in otherwise perfectly good engines (never burned 1 drop of oil) and the main reason is accidentally running the engine without oil. Could it be when they did that work on it that happened and they tried to cover it up? I have no way of knowing for sure, but I know this, I don't know a single place that would own up to something like that or not try to cover it up if they did. It's also possible they did everything fine and it was just a fluke thing... who knows. But giving the vehicle a clean bill of health only for it to kick the bucket a few thousand miles later leaves me very displeased to say it mildly. Also, all other maintenance other than oil changes concluded in a much hire price than originally quoted and parts are generally best gotten elsewhere for much less if you can help it, but it's the dealership so they do good work and it's worth it, right?? I don't really know what to think or who for certain to blame for things going wrong. But on a better note, customer service and friendliness were A+ and they have a very clean and professional business front and free shuttle. Leaving a lower mark for quality of work could be partially because I'm blowing off steam. Things could just happen too. I'll let you be the judge of that. Also, I'm not not going to be one of those "I had a bad experience with X make of car so I'm never getting one again" people. I have another Honda serviced by them and it still runs and drives great, however, now I have decided to do oil changes myself which makes recommended a "no" because I am wary of having to take it in and have something like this happen again.

I came to Honda just to see what was available and what my options might be. I was greeted within 15 seconds of walking through the door by a salesman named Jason Williams. Jason was very polite and immediately asked me if there was anything he could do for me and I told him I was dying of thirst and he rushed and gave me a free bottle of water. After that Jason took me to a vehicle and drove me around to multiple dealerships to help me find a car I would love to own. While we were searching, he had another employee, (I believe his manager) take my keys and inspect my current vehicle to get it appraised and see what kind of deal I could get on a trade in. I spent approximately 45 minutes to an hour with Jason and he really helped me to find that perfect car. Unfortunately after I spent all this time with him, and we found the car I had fallen in love with. I was unable to get approved for the loan. BUT even though I was upset about not being able to get the car (Due to my delinquent and horrible credit), I left there knowing that when i get my credit fixed and can get a car I would really like, that I now have a FRIEND I can go back to at Honda and know I will be very well taken care of. Jason exceeded my expectations, I do NOT like going car shopping because most salesman are TOO pushy, and really don't let you speak, they basically try and talk you into getting something that you don't really want, and won't take no for an answer. Jason STILL did not take no for an answer but instead he was able to really dig down and find my needs and what i wanted in a vehicle as well as my price range, and he DID succeed in finding me that vehicle, I just couldn't get approved. I will be coming back to West Hills soon to get that car, and the ONLY person I will go through is Jason, he was unbelievable and was very knowledgeable and I know that I will be well taken care of!

Everyone we encountered at West Hills was very friendly and helpful. Samuel is a wonderful person as well as salesperson. We told him we were interested in the Accord and the Civic but not sure which way we'd go on that choice. He went out of his way to show and explain the vehicles to us and even asked us questions we had not considered in our quest for the right vehicle for us.Samuel was very patient and thorough, and quite persistent in his serch for the particular car we wanted, as they did not have one on the lot. When he did locate one it was nice to see that he was as happy for us as we were in getting the car sooner than expected.We had several options added to the Accord SE and were impressed with how quickly and how well the installations went. And we felt the price of the vehicle was extremely reasonable considering what a great car we got.Our experience with West Hills Honda was very pleasant. We decided to trade-in our three-year-old Honda Fit (purchased new at West Hills Honda) for a larger vehicle. Because of very positive past experiences in sales and service, we turned first to West Hills to see what they might do for us. David Beamish was introduced to us, and he listened attentively to our interest in finding a quality used car that would give us more of the comfort and safety we were looking for. He introduced us to the Accord class, explained its many fine qualites, and patiently answered all our questions and concerns. He then showed us three used Accords, and we focused our attention on - and test drove - a 2010 model with very low mileage. We told David that we had made a committment to test drive a 2010 Camry at a different dealership, but that we would talk with him again the next day before making any final decision. Before we left, he put some numbers together that included a trade-in for our Fit in the price. At no time did we feel pressured by David to break our prior committment. We DID test drive the Camry, and were impressed with its comfortable and quiet ride. The Toyota dealer did offer us top bluebook value for a trade-in - along with a lot of arm-twisting. But because of the depth of David's information, and our prior experience with the quality of vehicles and service at West Hills Honda, we returned the next day. After David was able to offer a match of the bluebook trade-in offer, we purchased the 2010 Honda Accord he had shown us the day before. David was professional and knowledgeable during the entire process, and it was a pleasure purchasing an automobile from him. We know we made the right decision, and we'll strongly recommend West Hills Honda, and especially David Beamish.

We were a late afternoon emergency having been towed in from the Kingston ferry. After boarding in Edmonds we lost our stering/ignition. Surprise, it was raining hard. The service department was an oasis of friendliness and efficiency after a long time in the "rainforest". Parts had to be ordered and shiped from Portland. We had commitments ($$$ non refundables) and limited time. We had to be on the 2pm ferry to Victoria in less than 48 hrs. Brandon made it happen. He promised to have us out by noon the day of our transit and he came through. The weekend was a day away. Everything came together as if weaving a seemless garment. The orchestration was impressive. We travel 7 months of the year for pleasure and have been in an out of Honda dealerships all over the U.S. so hopefully our recommendation for West Hills Honda carrys extra weight. If we have to breakdown we want the dealership to have modelled its service department on West Hills Honda. We have been spoiled for the best. Thanks again to Brandon and our super skilled mechanic. Three days before Christmas 2010, our car was rear-ended and totaled. On a wet morning on Christmas Eve, I walked into West Hills Honda and was greeted by Jay Dezuveldia, who spent the next two hours with me as he listened to our concerns in finding the right model, and test driving a couple of great options. In the end, we settled on an Accord sedan that we enjoy. Jay made our less than convenient timing looking for a new care quick and painless. Jay and the staff at West Hills Honda were polite, caring and most important not pushy or demonstrated any pressure sales tactics. We left West Hills Honda extremely satisfied and will gladly return there first, when we consider any new/pre-owned car in the future. Thank you Jay Dezuveldia and the staff at West Hills Honda!

Thanks to West Hills staff and professionalism we got pointed to right where we wanted to go. The greetings were cordial right from the start. I'm sorry I didn't make this visit to your website as soon as this but I was waiting to use at least a tank of gas. WOW! 275miles on 3/4 of a tank in our "brand new" hybrid Civic. We don't have 500 miles on it yet, so I'm hoping for improvement. I can't think of any improvement w/staff at West Hills. Salesperson David Grable knew just how to help us into what we were looking for. Aikeem is great at answering all our questions. I was a 'walk-in' at West Hills Honda, and David Beamish met me at the door with a smile. I explained I was there to test drive only, and Honda was the first of several dealerships I planned to visit that day. Never did I feel pressured or manipulated by David during our 2 hours together. I test drove a 2007 Honda CRV, a used KIA, and a new 2011 CRV. David was unbelievably knowledgeable about all three vehicles - and other makes as well. He listened attentively to what my concerns and priorities were (safety and reliability.) He explained in depth how these characteristics rated in the vehicles I was looking at, and used language I understood; and patiently answered all questions and concerns...he never 'pushed.' I DID test drive other vehicles at other dealerships, but because of the depth of information and quality of the dealership and vehicles at West Hills Honda, I returned three days later and bought a 2011 Honda CRV SE. Not only was David professional and knowledgeable during the entire process, so were others I spoke to in the dealership. I feel confident I made the right decision, and will strongly recommend the West Hills Dealerships, and especially David Beamish. (FYI: I am a 68 year old widow - and this is the first vehicle I have bought on my own, as well as the first NEW vehicle.)

After I researched information online about CR-Vs, I went to the dealership to ask some questions and test drive the vehicle. Peter was the first salesman we saw, he sat down with me and "listened" to me. He then answered me with a direct question. After that we went to see the different colors of vehicles in person. We then went for a test drive in a the EX model. While I was driving Peter showed my son more features in the vehicle that he was interested in. Upon returning to the dealership we discussed pricing. I got a great deal on the vehicle I drove and the next day I went to pick it up. My entire experience at this dealership was fantastic. These salesmen we curtious, professional, and down to earth...no pressure at all. I am recommending the dealership as well as Peter Metcalf as your Honda representative.

I have been through 3 or 4 dealerships in my time, and I'll be serious with you for a moment. West Hills Honda has been the best dealership and the people that I have come into contact with there have been very kind to me. They have shown me that it is not just my car that they care about, but they care about me too. They shuttle me to my house, call me when my car is ready, come and pick me up, and even then, they still take the time to ask me how I am doing. One time, for example, Brandon in the service department even bought me lunch at the dealer while my car was being worked on. So if I were to sum up West Hills Honda in one word, it would be: GREAT!!

I'm a Canadian, and I purchased a used Toyota Highlander Hybrid from West Hills Honda. I researched car prices from the border down to Oregon and West Hills gave me the best price for a great vehicle. They offer over 250 good quality used vehicles on the lots of the dealerships in the West Hills Autoplex. Their prices are very competitive, and their knowledge and service are excellent. When it came to the cross border importation of the vehicle, West Hills Honda staff made things go very smoothly and took the vehicle to the border for me. I highly recommend the experience. I saved about $9000 by buying in Bremerton rather than in Vancouver.

I would like to offer a huge Thank You to P.J. and Josh at West Hills Honda. I have driven Honda's for the past 24 years, dealing with 2 different dealerships in the state and I would like to congratulate West Hills for their "over the top" customer service. I purchased a new 2011 Accord this past weekend, replacing my Honda Pilot. I had a little separation anxiety going into it, but P.J. put me at ease and made the whole experience very fun. I really enjoyed working with Josh in the finance department; he was relaxed but very knowledgeable which made me feel confident in my decision. I would highly recommend West Hills to any prospective buyer out there. They are #1 in Customer Service whether it is in the sales or service part of it.

I'm quite surprised at some of the negative reviews I have read here. My experience at West Hills Honda was excellent. I arrived, a single woman, trying to decide between some Honda models and some Toyotas. PJ, my salesman, happily lined all of them up for me, enabling me to test drive one after another without changing dealerships. (I later went to Toyota, and he had been very up front and had not misrepresented his competition). Early in my conversation I told him I would be buying the car through Costco ($400 over dealer invoice was all they would make from me), yet he continued to be patient and spend as much time as I needed to make my decision, even when on subsequent visits I arrived with three young children in tow! My only complaint was being forced to listen to a long discussion of after market add-ons (Maintainance agreements, extended warrantees, etc) that I had no intention of buying but the man (not PJ) insisted I had to sit through anyway.The car arrived when they said it would, was ready for pick up when they said it would be, and the whole experience was easy and free of pressure. Two months later PJ still checks in unobtrusively by text just to make sure that all is well and that I have no concerns. I would unhesitatingly buy from them again.

I could fill several pages about our awful 2-day sales experience with this dealership on the attempted purchase of a new Odyssey minivan that amounted to nothing but hurt. The bottom line is that their sales tactics are the most insidious we've ever experienced over our life times, including complete disregard for an elder with a heart condition after being held waiting for hours past dinner time... to achieve nothing but the sales force's practice of "we've got power over you!"If Honda America reads this, I strongly encourage you to revoke, shun and ban any authorized dealing license of your product from these crooks.Fortunately, we found healing a day later after finding exactly what we were looking for, at the advertised price, at Dick Hannah Honda in Vancouver, WA. The courtesy and dealings with them were like day vs. night.

I had THE WORST experience buying a car from West Hills Honda; when I first stepped onto the lot, they quoted a price of $18,500 for a car with an MSRP of $16,000! I lowered the asking price and bought a new car that Saturday, but the color I wanted was not available on the lot, so they had to transfer it from another dealership. I was told that it was already available and that I would recieve it on Sunday. I didn't recieve the car until that WEDNEDSDAY...not only was the car not ready to be picked up, but they lied about it's status...it was still being transported to Washington on a truck! The worst part of it all was, after the sale, West Hills forgot that I existed...I had to constantly call to find out the status on my car. I was the customer; they should be informing me of the situation. Plus, everytime that I called, my dealer or his manager was always conviently in "a meeting". I really felt like West Hills gave me the run-around AND the brush-off. I am a young female so all that they saw was someone they could take advantage of. They are so preoccupied with potential customers that they really neglect the current ones. PLEASE...before you buy a car at West Hills, research other dealers in the area. The customer service at West Hills is truly HORRIBLE!
