We bought the car for my daughter & her fiance who together have 5 kids. I found the vehicle online that morning, called another West Herr dealer (Julie) who was at a different location who set us up with a dealer at West Herr Nissan in Lockport and let him know we were looking at the Highlander.When my daughter and her fiance got there, they looked it over and took a test drive. When I got there later, we all sat down and began the process. I have never had so much fun buying a vehicle, EVER! The sales rep (Paul) has a great sense of humor and we all "meshed" very well. We spent most of the time laughing and joking, and, oh yeah, we got the car. We met the finance guy and the fun just continued. Everyone was incredibly friendly and personable.My daughter and her fiance are extremely pleased with the vehicle, and I'm happy and relieved that they have one that safely seats all of the kids.The whole experience was awesome, in spite of the whole "parting with money thing."I have a leased Corolla through another dealer, much closer to home, but I may go this far out of my way just to work with this dealer again.Well done!

Derek Vandriel sold my husband and I our last vehicle out of West Herr Nissan Lockport. We found the vehicle located at another West Herr online through FB and Derek got the vehicle to Lockport within a day. From start to finish he treated us with respect and was not pushy in any way. He answered our questions and walked us through the process explaining everything in depth and taking care of our entire family, including our two girls. The financing manager there did a great job in getting our application approved and we were very happy with the service and warranty offered there. You will never feel like Derek is not treating you with respect and he will put your needs and desires above the need to make a sale. The facility was fantastic when I returned a week later to have a small dent fixed. This was the best car buying experience we have had BY FAR and our Explorer is still doing fantastic after a couple months later and two long road trips later.

I was searching dealerships in WNY for a 2015 Nissan Xterra. I live in Rochester, NY and although there were a few in Rochester, West Herr had one with very low miles. I was hesitant to made the drive to Lockport, but was glad I did. I scheduled an appointment, and when I arrived I was greeted by salesman Kevin Haines and manager Jamie Raymond. Both Kevin and Jamie made me feel comfortable, not like I was at a "car dealer". Kevin took me on a thorough test drive reviewing all the vehicle details and answering my questions in detail, while Jamie assessed by trade. We worked out a deal that day. They handled all the paperwork and got the vehicle ready so I did not have to make a return trip from Rochester. Kevin Haines and Jamie Raymond truly made the trip worth it. Great atmosphere, friendly people, great experience.

A newer salesman, Robert Ford, contacted me while I was in the final year of financing my 2006 g6. I had tunnel vision of just getting through my final payment, even though my car would very clearly not last much longer after. Robert completely shattered my negative opinion of car salesman, by helping me find the exact car I wanted, cutting my interest rate by 17 whole points, and ultimately sending me on my way in my new Honda Civic as a very satisfied customer. Any and all car buying that I do from now on will be done through him, and I will send every friend, family member, or even acquaintance to him as well. Thanks to him I'm driving a nicer, safer, more affordable car with much less of an interest rate. He's the man.

After two test drive my son found the car he liked. Kevin Haines was very helpful, patient and was able to give all info. about the car. I did expect some negotiation on price, but that wasn't the case. I didn't like that though. We did have some problems with the car but eventually all repairs we're completed and he is enjoying the car. I would give the whole process 8 out of 10.

Great service, they really treat you right even for something small like an oil change. Darryl the service manager has a passion for cars and it's clear he's very knowledgeable. There was no pressure at all and they didn't try to find problems on my vehicle to up sell like other dealers. He even took the time to talk with me and I didn't feel rushed like I was just another customer. I definitely would suggest coming here for maintenance on your Nissan. To top it off they wash your car for free (and actually make it shine).

My husband and I were looking to upgrade our vehicle so we stopped into the lot and that's when we met Nick Buccarelli. He was great we told him what we were looking to find and he was able to find exactly what we wanted in our price range. That by the way has never happened before fir us, we usually have to settle for something a little less then what wewant. Our new Rouge is great by the way! We did have a wiper that did not work but that was no big deal we got it right in to the servicedepartment and they even gave us a rental for the day at no charge to us! I was in need of a new car due to a job change. I had a pretty new Nissan Frontier but the gas mileage wouldn't cut it for my new 1.5 hour commute to work. I went to Cappellino and several other dealers to find a car with great gas mileage. From the time I walked in and spoke with the sales team, I was hooked. Nick Buccarelli was great. He was not pushy but gave me the facts straight up. He knew I was only shopping around but spent time with me to help me make a great choice. His sales team also gave me a great offer on the trade in of my truck and the price and payments on the new car. I have used this dealer for oil changes/service visits for my truck - they are quick and efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car.

First of all I never give anyone a score of 'excellent' I reserve that for God. Our son's car was totaled in front of our house by an erratic driver. He had to be back in Louisville for school in 2 weeks. By the time insurance, etc was taken care of I believe we had 3 days to find a car. Tim Boyle at Cappellino's provided us with information on a couple Nissan ideas - steering us away from his own vehicles that may not be appropriate for us. Tim found us a car that was reliable and practical for our son - big enough to carry all his music equipment (and Altima). Further, we had trouble with one of the speakers in the car. Knowing that my son is a musician he was willing to fix the issue for free - past the 30 days - because of the distance from college. Thank you! As the Lord blesses - we'll be BACK!

The buying process was very user friendly. Our salesman, Nick Buccarelli was focused on meeting our needs and expectations. We worked our way through the product line, and arrived at the Versa Note as the best fit for our needs. Nick and the Business Manager were very open and straightforward in the negotiations. We closed the deal in less than 20 minutes with couple of simple iterations. The vehicle delivery process was quick and efficient. We were on our way in about 30 minutes after a very thorough review of the vehicle features and settings. I would highly recommend Nissan Versa Note as the car, Cappellino as the Dealership and Nick Buccarelli as the Salesman.

We have always been greeted in a very friendly manner. On occasion Mr. Cappellino has even come out to say hello. The entire process of trading in and leasing new is such a smooth procedure. Our son also has leased and again Mr. Cappellino came out and spoke with us. I was out shopping for a new car, I had see a Juke on the road. I just had to drive one. It is great I love different! Head lights and rear lights are big, different shaped. I had to have it. They had two in the lot but i wanted blue. Sun roof , heated seats, lets say not easy to please. They found one an had it brought in. We worked on trading mine in an getting a loan. "Fair" more than fits them. I explaine what I could make in payments. My 2011 Juke is still my baby an my next car will come from there too! Everytime i look at the frame on my license plate an it says "We worked it out". I think how great they were to wrk with .

I have had a car buying experience at Cappellino Nissan that makes it enjoyable to purchase or lease a new vehicle and feel real good about. I was met by sales person Nick Buccarelli who has made the process very easy and very pleasant. I also met Al Steffenhagen sales manager who again was very enjoyable to work with and the real test of a dealer/customer relation is to have a problem after taking delivery. I came i to get a 2012 Nissan Sentra almost 3 years ago now and I wasn't expecting to purchase a car that quickly, but after talking to the salesman, Tim Boyle and how friendly he was I decided upon taking a test drive. They had no special editions in stock, but Tim had his brand new one in the lot. He let me test drive his own car, that's how friendly and trustworthy he is. I have never had that happen before and that was the first time I met Tim and had even been into the dealership. Since they had no special editions in the lot, Tim had to see if they could trade cars from another dealership out of state. I was told they would have it in 36 hours, but in 24 I was driving off the lot and enjoying my new car smell. My lease is up in 3 months and I will not go to any other dealership or any other salesman besides Cappellino Nissan and Tim Boyle. For the first time since I got my first car when I was a teenager I am actually excited about going through the whole new car process with Cappellino Nissan and Tim Boyle.
