From the time we walked into their dealership, until we left,and one month later, Ziad, Sales Manager, has contacted us to make sure everything is going well with our 2017 purchase. Our experience dealing with West Herr dealerships--West Herr Kia and West Herr Nissan was wonderful. After doing test drives, we ended up buying a vehicle from West Her Kia. We were greeted warmly when we came in and were immediately directed to a salesperson, Kyle Kluckhohn, who took the time to listen to our needs and concerns for this purchase. He gave us a two different vehicles to try out. While he was over getting the vehicles we were visited by Ziad the sales manager and asked about our experience. When we went to purchase, Louis the finance manager made us feel very comfortable and answered all our questions. He worked with us to find the best payment options. After the purchase, Mike B. came to talk to us not only about today's purchase but also was concerned about a poor experience we had at a sister dealership 5 years ago and gave his card and contact info and said if we EVER had any questions or needed help with our new KIA to call him directly. I felt so valued and respected as a customer that I have no hesitation recommending this dealership and its sister Nissan dealership across the street. Chelsey at that location was wonderful in setting up appointments and answering questions, but ultimately we decided the KIA was a better purchase for us. So if you are need of a car, I would send you over to West Herr Kia to Davonte, Kyle, Ziad, and Mike. They'll make sure you are a happy camper; they made our car purchase a painless and enjoyable process.

I have recently leased a Kia Optima from the dealership in Orchard Park, NY. I chose this dealership, because of the very positive experience that I had last year when helping my 88 year old parents acquire a car. Marc Nagy was great! He was so patient with them and got them a very affordable deal. When my poor ten year old Jaguar blew a head gasket and had to be put down, I knew the first place I would head. I contacted Marc and told him I was interested in leasing. He told me that the current best offer was for the Optima. He explained all my options and helped me make the right decision. The deal he arranged for me was well within my budget. I especially liked the patience he showed when explaining the car's features. I would definitely recommend Marc and this dealership. I love the car! It is beautiful. It is a luxury car without the luxury car price tag.

Difficult buying process

I was given a price on a new Kia on an internet chat. Upon arrival they did not want to honer the price. After some tense time and going thru 2 managers they finally gave me the price. Not a comfortable time and only made the purchase because of the price. Sales rep and finance manager were much better and understanding. That is the only good part of the process. Its hard to trust a place that does not honor its original communications.

I've bought two cars from Andrew Garrigan over the years, one new and one used. Each time he was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. When I was in the market for a pick up, Andrew kept his eye out for me went out (in a snow storm) to send me pictures he took himself of the perfect truck the minute one was traded in. Next time I was in town visiting my in laws I bought the truck and drove it 6 hours back home and use it to commute to work everyday now. Could I have found something closer to home in the NYC area? Of course, but when you're buying a car youre making an investment in a machine that you need to get you to work everyday and your kids to school safe. Andrew has delivered in the past and I know I can count on him to again for my next vehicle. Even if it means having to go to the other end of the state, dealing with Andrew is worth it.
