Well, I was so busy the day On-Star notified me and forgot about making an appointment with you. So days went by. I would have forgotten if it wasn't for your customer service. Your employees gave me a courtesy call and told me that On-Star had contacted them that my car was in need of maintenance service. I so appreciated it ! My car had only 3% oil life. Jim Ceci is an exceptional salesman. He helped us in Oct. 2015 to purchase a 2016 Chevy Cruize suitable for our son's first auto loan and made sure that we were driving away with a great car, including warranty and maintenance plan for our piece of mind.We returned last week (June 2016) and Jim patiently worked with us as we test drove a 2015 Malibu, a 2016 Chevy Cruize, and a 2016 Chevy Camero. After hours of comparing pricing and financing, we chose the Camero ( of course ??).Both experiences were friendly and compassionate to our needs. And Jim was there to get us set up with our trial on star and followed up with us over the next week to answer questions for us.Overall, great service and knowledgeable. We'll be returning for future purchases and services.

This was my first experience with buying a car, so I was a little hesitant. Erick Barraza and the rest of the Webb Chevrolet Plainfield team were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They made sure to explain all aspects of the vehicle I was interested in, and always made sure that neither I nor my parents had any questions or concerns. I've had my car for a little over a month now and I couldn't be happier! Since purchasing it, Erick was sure to follow up with me to make sure I was still satisfied with my vehicle. It's so nice to know that Webb Chevy really cares about their customers and wants to be there for them if there's any need. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

I cannot thank Erik and the entire staff at Webb enough for my beautiful new Cruz. Erik and his team went above and beyond to get me an incredible deal and I learned so much more about buying a car that I had missed out on before. I'm young and have had bad experiences in the past but I never once felt like I was "just another car" to them. They really helped me to understand what I getting myself into.

While the repairs were done well, the customer service was lacking compared to my previous experiences with Webb Chevy. No one went through what had been done with me, the cashier was preoccupied & indifferent, the car was not washed & had a big gummy streak on the windshield & my bluetooth was disconnected & not returned to it's original state. While I had been promised that it would take one to one & 1/2 days when it took longer I would have appreciated a phone call to update me on the situation. Disappointed considering how stellar they had been when I purchased my car.

I recently bought a car at Webb and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had!! I was lucky enough to have Marlon as my salesman who was so kind, applied no pressure, but was able to answer all my questions and worked with me to get a great deal! Donna was also a blast! Never had so much fun financing a car and was able to get me a lower interest rate than originally quoted! Will definitely be back at the end of the year for my next car !

Word-of-mouth sent me to Webb Chevrolet. I reached out to them online and their contact ladies, Shannon and Vanessa, were very good customer service oriented. My salesperson was Marlon Richard. I did not leave there until I was in a car. He does his job very well. I was completely satisfied with the team even before I had the vehicle. They are like family. You feel right at home waiting on a decision. If you have children, they even have a play room. You cannot beat that! Mrs. Donna, the finance lady, was awesome also. One of the sales team walked by and said, "Marlon is going to get you in a car!" It happened as he said. I am very grateful to Webb Chevrolet of Plainfield. I am now driving a 2013 Ford Focus. My wife and I highly recommend that you go to Webb Chevy of Plainfield they were very attentive and they work with you. Marlon our dealer is a great guy helped out every way he could to find the right vehicle for us he gave us some choices, we selected and we are definitely happy to do business with them in the future. The finance lady Miss Donna is awesome to deal with and to work with she is our daughter's favorite car dealer person you can see it's if you are ever in her office look for my daughter's artwork on the walls. Jason was awesome, he did exactly what we needed and helped us out every way he possibly could to keep our payments as low as possible. One of the best managers I've had the pleasure to deal with. Bill Miller was a very personable salesman that fought to get us in the car we wanted. In the end we were able to make a deal despite being there half the day and leaving once before being called back with good news. Word of advice when you have a customers financial history in front of you in black and white and they tell you several times what they can and cant afford trust them. If it wasn't for the fact that I really liked the car I would not have come back, but I am glad I did. After all the games Webb Chevy did end up listening to us and was able to deliver and give us a payment on a car that was out of our range to be affordable.

I hope I can try to help some people so that they do not have to waste their time. The other day we went into the Webb dealership, looking to purchase a car. After the normal run-through of questions the enthusiastic salesman asked us at his desk, he then asked what we did for a living and how much we made monthly. I know they are following a routine, but I wanted to say that I would never answer a question like that! (we did not give that information either). It is none of the dealership's business and I know they are only asking to find out how much money we could afford to spend- obviously they are working off commission but it is still intrusive to ask such a thing! We then waited for the salesman to come back when the manager quickly approached us and told us what a great deal he had on the 2016 cars. We told him we were interested in used cars that were preferably 2015 or older, but he kept exclaiming how the 2016 cars were much better and we did not want any used ones. The salesman had already found on his computer the cars we were interested in that were for sale in their lot. First of all, if we say we want a specific car, you should go and find us that specific car, because we already made a decision on what we were interested in, and did not want to waste our time looking at cars that we clearly did not want, which we made very clear. The salesmen then told us to come back to his desk to look at the 2016 cars, but we did not want to waste our time looking at cars we did not want, so we said that we would look at the cars we were interested in outside in the lot. He went out to go and pull up a car he said that we would want. After waiting, he drove up a 2016 car, specifically what we said we did not want. We even told him that this was not a car on our list, but he said he remembered us saying that it was (which we did not.) We then said we had to get going, but he then asked us to come back inside so we could talk so more. We said we had to leave, and he still asked again, claiming that his "head will get ripped off" if we did not. We left after telling him we hoped it would not hurt too much. I do not think begging for a customer to come back inside for them is the best way for business representation, and the managers should not apply so much pressure where their salesmen are begging for people to come inside. We had heard from some other dealerships that the Webb Chevy Plainfield was not favorably ran, but we did not know it would be so obvious. Overall, the salesman was trying really hard, but you may happen to waste your time here. Sorry & thanks.

Our experience with all persons at Webb was excellent. Brent our salesman was very helpful to us in making our decision on a vehicle. The friendly, family atmosphere with no high pressure made our vehicle purchase a good experience. We have also had some limited experience with your service department and have found them to also be very good. When purchasing a new car we always choose a dealer with a good service department and we have been very satisfied with your service. (We had to have some recall issues resolved on previous cars and these issues were handled in a prompt and efficient manner.) We would definitely recommend this dealership.

Also my husband and I didn't have the best of credit and we knew that we would pay high APR however Brian was able to help us out tremendously and got us a great deal. I just purchased my chevy equinox and love it! My salesman was Mark G. and he was great, very comfortable to talk to and answered all my questions. I told him what I was looking for, what I wanted and he showed me all the vehicles he thought I would be interested in. He made sure I looked each one over to make sure I was making the right choice in what I wanted. Before I knew it, I was signing papers in Ryan's (finance manager) office. Ryan was great too. He went over everything making sure I understood what I was signing with my financing and trade in, to maintenance contracts. In no time I was in my new veh and driving home! Mark G. has also followed up with me making sure everything is going good with my new veh. I would highly recommend Webb chevy to my family and friends.

Worst car dealership ever!!! I highly recommend never buying a car from them. I bought my first used car here and had problems with it from day 1, which is to be expected with a used car. But they were very un cooperative and didn't help at all. I ended up selling the car and buying a new one. They are still giving me problems with refunding my extended warranty!!! Horrible at making their customers happy, every sales person I had felt with was arrogant and rude.

Our salesperson Josy was great. He listened to what we had to say. He was able to relate well to us and did not try to sell us on cars we did not want. He was never pushy. He was patient with us every step of the way. By far he made our car buying experience the best we have ever had. The car we purchased was in very good shape, and they worked with us on the price. My husband and I went to Webb to look for cars. I walked in and told them my budget. The sales manager, Ralph, said he had the perfect car for me and brings it around. It was a nice car but a little over my budget. I told him and he came down in price but I wanted to drive it and show it to my uncle who knows cars. I come back to purchase it and they go back on the price and are very rude and Judy say that it was a mistake. I try to talk to another manager but they won't let me. So in professional.

Last Monday, my husband Ken and I spent a good part of the day going over plans to replace our"new" car that had suffered severe water damage. Jason, Ted, Ryan, and Jeff were all must understanding and helpful in easing our minds & making the transition to the 2015 Malibu very easy. It was bittersweet for us because we loved our car, but peace of mind was uppermost in our thoughts. I am sure we will enjoy our new addition as well as we did our other recent vehicles. Our family has now bought four new cars from Webb in the last 12 months. And we have been treated like royalty each time. Mike and Crystal in Service were phenomenal helping get our car serviced and repaired. Also MANY thanks to Pat the mechanic who replaced the ruined engine and found and repaired other things that were out of kilter. A HUGE Thank you to all who were involved in this crazy situation! I hope we never run into bad weather like that again, but if we do, we certainly know where too go for help! And Thanks go out to Jackie Webb, who I am sure was working behind the scenes too.

I just purchased my first car from Webb Chevy Plainfield. I've put it off forever because I was always worried that a dealership would take advantage of me. Also, being younger I was concerned that I might not qualify for any good deals. Webb Chevy helped me through every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable with my new car. They were transparent and honest with me. They made sure the car was perfect before they gave me the keys. They also made sure that the deal I was getting was the best I would get anywhere. I can't recommend them enough!

Horrible Experience!! They played around back and forth with my husband when it came to money. They worked out a deal and every time he went in there it was a different story and they asked for more and more money down. He also traded in his car and the old finance company refused to work with him, so we had to set up our own arrangements to pay his car off and then show them so they could issue him a check for the amount. I told him to me this didn't seem right and I thought alot of their business practices were very shady. We pay the money and give them the tittle and their finance manager decides to only offer 60% of what we payed back! That was not the agreement at all. Needless to say we are beyond upset and have contacted the better business bureau in regards to this. I urge you to never go to the Plainfield location unless you want to be lied to and taken advantage of.

I don't leave reviews. Lazy I guess. But I have to leave one here. I have been to 20+ dealerships the past 2 weeks trying to find the right car. I have been treated poorly by some, ignored by others, and pestered by many. I went to Webb City Chevrolet not sure what I would find, but what a pleasant surprise. Chester was my sales rep and he was the kindest, funniest and most professional person I encountered, perhaps ever. He was simply awesome. He was straight-forward, honest, and made the entire process a pleasant one. The facility was clean, spacious, had a children's area, vending machines, etc. They even brought out pizza for us to have while we went through the process!! They bought my little girl a pop from the machine and Chester made her feel like she was the center of the entire process. Oh yeah, we bought a car too lol! The car was spotless. They had it looking as good as it possibly could. Half of the dealerships I visited neglected this detail. Some were downright filthy. Not here. They had the lot clear of all snow, pulled the vehicles up for you, etc. After they gave us the best deal they could, they put gas in the tank and gave it another cleaning prior to us driving away. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. I am a real person who simply had an excellent experience here. And if you go, ask for Chester!!

After my husband purchased a vehicle from here, they called 2 weeks later to inform him that the bank is backing out of the deal because of a glitch in the system? Poor customer service, you cant sell a vehicle to someone and then back out of it after all the papers are signed and put a down payment on it. I have contacted a lawyer! This place needs to get their things together!
