Second purchase from WBM. Great staff, great customer services. I worked with Antonio Ferrari on my last purchase. I got an amazing deal, and spent maybe 2hrs max at the dealership. All my questions were answered, I got an extended warranty and I'm very happy with my purchase. Thanks! I def recommend this dealer and will be back to buy again.

I truly believe that buying a car is what you make of it. If you're prepared and you know what you want, then you'll have a good experience. With that being said, I feel that the folks at WBM of Arlington did great job in keeping this as a smooth and easy experience. I dealt mostly with Antonio and the general manager Tony and can say that both men were very helpful in this process. Tony even gave a great assist at the 11th hour when I had a mix-up at my financing office. But because of his help, I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I do certainly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a 2007 Acura TL from Antonio and Paul. The car was fresh to their inventory so it had a little prep to be done prior to sale. They had a mechanic on site who took care of everything. Car needed new front tires. Paul adjusted the price a bit to accommodate the new tires. He even had the mechanic put new brakes on the car. The car was clean, deal was fair, I was happy. The car passed Maryland inspection after I bought the tires. Antonio had the paperwork done in no time. Good experience. Carfax couldn't tell me if the timing belt had been changed. Had it done. My mechanic said the car was in great shape.

I've been looking for a very specific BMW for the past 2 years or so. About 3 months ago, on Cars.com, I came across what seemed to be the exact car I've been searching for. A black BMW 335xi M sport with every option I wanted, low miles, and a low price. I've seen similar cars while searching, but this one was much cheaper than any other one I've come across. My immediate thought was "Ok, what's wrong with it...?" I analyzed every single photo of the car, examined the Carfax for any red flags, and triple checked the description for any signs of previous accidents, etc. I still couldn't believe they were selling a perfectly good car for that low of a price, so I decided to hire a professional to inspect the vehicle. *Side note: I live in Wisconsin, which is about 900 miles away from the dealership. Therefore, I couldn't inspect the vehicle myself* The day after I hired the inspector (he's not affiliated with WBM in any way), he sent me a 3 page report that included the condition of nearly every part of the car. He thoroughly inspected the engine, hoses, belts, gas tank, suspension, wheels, brakes, rotors, lights, seats, etc... Much to my surprise everything was either in good or excellent condition. The next day I emailed Antonio Ferrari to schedule a test drive. I was very nervous that I'd drive halfway across the country and something would go wrong, like they'd try to low-ball me on my trade in, or some hidden fees would magically pop up or something. I ended up taking a leap of faith and I drove 900 miles to go buy a car that I'd never even seen in person. Even though I arrived a day later than intended, everything was ready to go when I showed up. Antonio pulled the car around and I test drove it. The car was perfect. After the test drive we went inside and started going over the paperwork. Antonio explained every single sheet of paper I had to sign and he wasn't pushy at all. Everyone was very laid back and professional. After I signed the paperwork I was brought into a separate room with an employee named Tony Johnson. This is the part of buying a car that is usually very uncomfortable because it's where they try to push all sorts of warranties and extra vehicle protection on you in order to get more money out of you. Tony went over an extended warranty plan with me that my car qualified for, and he asked if I'd like to consider buying it. After weighing my options I decided not to buy it. And that was that. He didn't try to change my mind or try to make me feel stupid for my decision. He simply moved on to talk about my trade in. We had discussed the trade in value over the phone a day or two earlier, and he kept his word on how much it would be worth. I was in a position where they knew I wasn't going to drive my old car 900 miles back to Wisconsin, so I was very worried they'd try to use that to their advantage by offering me less that it was worth. They offered me what it was worth and everything worked out great. I've had the car now for over a month, and I purposely waited to write this review so that I could talk about their customer service after the sale, and the condition of the car a month later. I'm happy to say that WBM of Arlington's customer service is fantastic. I've had a few questions about my title/registration and all I had to do was send an email to Jeremie Torres (he handles the title/registration for the cars) and he immediately replied with all the answers. He couldn't have been more helpful. As for the condition of the car, it is still in perfect condition and there hasn't been a single problem with it since the day I bought it. I couldn't be happier. In summary, Antonio Ferrari, Tony Johnson, and Jeremie Torres were great to work with and I got my dream car for way less money than I could find anywhere else. If you're thinking about buying a car from WBM of Arlington, just do it!

I was looking for a used Saab with low mileage, and WBM was one of the few dealers with one in stock. They allowed me to take it from the lot for a few hours so that I could have my mechanic in Rockville do an inspection. WBM agreed to deduct the estimated cost of the repairs required to pass Maryland inspection from the asking price. Antonio and Tony were friendly and not pushy. The final sales process took less than 30 minutes, and they expedited delivery of the title. When the Maryland MVA refused to accept the bill of sale because the print was too light, they faxed a dark copy immediately. I am happy with the car. So far, no unpleasant surprises.

I was a little leery of buying a used car from a used car dealer, but everyone was very helpful and attentive. I'm happy with my purchase and all the folks at WBM. The car we bought is a 2014 Lexus RX, which they let me take overnight to my own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, which proved to be helpful in identifying a problem with the rear shocks. We bought the car and had the shocks replaced By Lindsey Lexus under Lexus warranty.

I bought a 2008 BMW 528i from this dealer and couldn't be happier. John was my salesman and he was wonderful. I originally was scheduled to visit on a Friday, but called to see if I could come in early. He said sure and was able to accommodate me as soon as I walked in. He pulled the car around and provided a detail tour of the outside. We got in and before pulling off he provided a detail understanding of the cars' console and added features. My test drive was amazing. I really appreciate his professionalism. He didnt bother us with casual banter, but focused more on the driving experience itself. We arrived back to the lot and he went over some additional information and passed me over to Tony. Tony was great also. Just when I was going to walk away from the deal, he called the finance company and negotiated a better term on my behalf. Its been a month now and I only had to take it for an oil change (the car told me). Lastly, Jeremy called with my hard tags, which I didnt expect to come in early but I am definitely thankful for. This establishment is great. I was recommended by some friends and colleagues, and I will continue the trend. Thank you WBM

OUTSTANDING SMALL DEALERSHIP on 02/16/2016

First let me start by saying that I was searching for an Audi A5 utilizing various online sources, one of the sources let me to WBM. I was really skeptical because you hear so much about small dealerships and how they rip folks off. I called the dealership to inquire about the Audi, the person I spoke to was Neima (hoped I spelled his name right!) He was very helpful, I filled out a credit application through WBM's website and as soon as I was approved I received a call from Neima to come in and get my car. I had been researching this particular car for months and it was priced way lower than the NADA blue book value. I asked the saleswoman (she was Neima's partner since he was with a client) but she said we are trying to sell cars and we don't have a lot of room. The lot of the dealership is really small and they are always getting cars so I could see why the price was really nice. I found out my car was purchased from an Audi dealership, I was told that they do not purchase cars from auctions. Everyone was super nice and the Saturday that we were there it was really busy. I love my Audi, its beautiful, low miles and in immaculate condition as were pretty much all of the cars that were on the lot. I have never been to a small used car dealership in which all the cars looked in like new condition. All of the salesmen were really nice in addition to the sales manager Tony! I have already recommended WBM to many of my friends.

I was in a very tight time crunch, such that I contacted the dealer midday and drove the car home by COB. Jon was really kind in sharing the CarFax in the initial call and gave a very thorough crash course on how to operate and maintain a Prius V. The car was fabulous, way under NADA. It seemed too good to be true, however they go through a tremendous amount of sales with excellent salespeople and have a tiny city lot. They never buy from auctions. Great value, would recommend.

I recently bought a car at WBM and had a great experience and I want you to know that this dealer cares about its customers. From my observation while waiting to finalize my deal on paper, this dealer works as a fine tuned machine and does a TON of internet business. I drove 4 hours for my deal and was very pleased to say the least. I bought the car in early December of 2015 for a great advertised price... because that's what they want to do - SELL CARS AND MAKE SOME SMALL PROFIT and GIVE YOU A GREAT DEAL TOO! It's a win-win! Do as I did and do your homework by going to N A D A . com and see what the car is worth and compare it to WBM's sales price. It's a GREAT DEAL! Title was clean, carfax was readily available, and service by my salesman John was excellent. Tony - The sales manager, was very good and worked very hard to make sure the car was in prime condition, and that I was totally satisfied before I left the lot with my car. So I say to you, if you live far away, it is worth the drive and it is worth financing with them too... they had better finance rates than my credit union which were good rates already. It was easy to deal with WBM because of the bottom line: 1) a great sales price and 2) even better used car finance rate. So don't be afraid to use their financing tab on their web site - I'm glad that I did as it saved me lots of money over 72 months. Plus the dealer document fees were the cheapest around!! So bottom line again - don't be afraid of any of the few negative reviews that you read on here - I'm glad I went with my gut that this dealership was caring and indeed they are!! You will not regret it. I only wrote this because they asked me if I was happy to please write a review. I am writing this a month later from my purchase date and I must say, i am pleased! Thank you WBM and Thank myself too for having the faith to drive 4 hours and out of state to buy!

Found a vehicle that I wanted at WBM. Called to see if it was available and the salesman said that it was. Their website said call for Carfax. When I asked the salesman about the Carfax, he acted kind of strange. He asked how I would be paying of the vehicle and I said cash (Im guessing that was the problem). He said well come on down and Ill have the Carfax waiting for you. I told him that I had to travel over 2 hours to get there and I wasn't interested in coming down until I saw the Carfax (which I wouldn't have even pushed, but the website OFFERED it). He said he understood and would get the Carfax and call back. Never did. Something strange going on here, and they won't get my business.

What attracted me to this dealership is that they don't buy their vehicles from auctions. And they proved it to me when they showed me where the car came from. These guys were awesome to work and deal with! I first met with Neima and selected the car I wanted, then we went on a test drive. When we got back, he wanted to introduce me to Tony, the GM. I thought for sure I would get the hard sell, but when I said I wasn't quite ready to buy yet, we shook hands and parted ways. After a couple of weeks, I decided that after looking at several cars, they had the one I wanted. I came back early one morning to take the car to have it looked over by a Mercedes Benz mechanic (very important on a highline car) and was greeted by Antonio. Antonio was awesome in that he not only set up the car so I could take it, but put the tags on it, made sure there was enough gas in the car to get there and back, and he wasn't even my salesperson! Love the teamwork! When I came back, they worked with me on getting some of the issues fixed and even went patiently over the report, the carfax, and the car with me. Not knowing a lot about cars, much less a Mercedes, Ali took a lot of time to go over the car with me while answering my questions. I have never seen so many people bend over backwards to assist in the purchase of a car. Neima was gracious with his time in test driving the car with me, getting the paperwork together, and answering my questions even after the sale. Tony was awesome to deal with and working with me on other things I wanted for my car. Ali is probably the most patient service manager I've ever met and his explanations were on par with other mechanics I've talked to since the purchase. Antonio was great. He made it so I didn't have to wait for my salesperson to take the car to the mechanic and even assisted with the paperwork to get me in and out of there as quickly as possible. Jeremie, the title person was great. Within an hour of talking to him, he had everything ready for me to pick up so I could get my tags. I was in and out of his office in two mins. Not once did I feel stressed about the sale, the process, or the final purchase of the car. I have to add too that EVERYTHING until the final paperwork was done on a handshake! How uncommon is that? And yes, I would recommend them to everyone! Oh, and in case you're wondering, I'm in no way, shape, or form, related to anyone who works or owns WBM of Arlington. They're just that good. It's definitely a place to consider if you're looking for a good used vehicle.

Gessin (G) was my salesman...he was new to the dealership, but very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I purchased a Lexus SUV in May, and only wish I had purchased my second vehicle from WBM as well. I was very picky, and it took over a week to find the perfect vehicle that would fit my budget, but also had features that I needed in a vehicle. Tony and Gessin didn't give up on me. They contacted me almost everyday with options. The sales team, the finance director, and the manager were equally as professional and pleasant. There were a couple of minor issues with the vehicle, but they did not hesitate to address the problems -- and sometimes I was not very nice (sorry guys). For example, I found a bubble in ONE tire. The manager replaced ALL FOUR tires. I found a rip in the armrest, the leather was repaired THE NEXT DAY. I would joke with Gessin about this, but the only problem I had with the dealership is detailing. I always said that they need to hire a new car wash guy. :) But, aside from that, I really, really enjoyed my car buying experience. Thanks guys! :)

I approach car buying as I do anything, with great research. I knew what I wanted, how much the vehicle was worth, what I could afford, pulled my credit beforehand so that I knew what it was and what I could get financed for. I found the vehicle online and read WBM dealership reviews, which were good except for a few people that must have walked blindly into car buying not prepared at all ( very evident upon reading their review).... I was not on the lot 2 minutes when an eager salesmen approach. G saw that I was interested in the Range Rover and did not hesitate even though I pulled up in a work van and work clothes. I was test driving the truck in less than 5 minutes. I went to WBM to LOOK at this truck .... And after some serious persuasion from G I had them pull credit and work numbers to see if they could pull off something I would be happy with. These guys are definite car salesman and rather talented at their jobs, they will attempt to put you in a car when you go there !!!! That is why they are there. The first Rule of all business....Make Money !!! Needless to say they found a lender, made numbers work, and I drove home in My New Rover. Down payment was very reasonable and finance manager/ overall manager Tony was as easy to talk to as G. Next day finance company from georgia called to follow up with questions about vehicle and lady was nicest person I have ever dealt with on the phone. I have never bought an expensive used car out of state and had to get it inspected myself after purchase in order to get tags, this is VERY scary !!! Because you will be responsible to fix whatever it needs to pass. Luckily all I needed was rear Brake pads... Maybe luck? Maybe these guys already looked the car over? It's been 1 week I have done everything I promised them, they have done everything they promised me and I have New MD permanent tags on it and everything was smooth. Don't think that you can walk blindly into a used car dealership and not have issues, but if there was a dealership that was possible you are looking at it !!! The dealership appears small but stop and look around at the number of vehicles they actually have and the number of reviews on here.. I was back today and there are a ton of vehicles gone and new ones in their place Thanks G, Tony, Jeremie for a very simple buying experience

Like many used car dealers, they'll use the "What can I do to have you buy this car today?" and "Let me talk with my manager." and "Come talk to the manager" So you go through that routine, but where wouldn't you? It's a used car dealer. I bought an 11 year old BMW 3 series Sport Package and they gave me a fair, not great, deal on my trade in 3series wagon. I love this Sport Package model. I owned one previously and found one with below average miles at WBM. I brought it next door to Arlington Auto Care where they have a healthy skepticism of used car dealers. AAC did a pre-purchase inspection for under a hundred bucks and gave it a thorough going-over which resulted in a thumbs up. I can't stress enough, ALWAYS pay an unrelated auto repair place to do a PPI. The last 3 series Sport I had inspected (private seller in Richmond) revealed over $4,000 in needed repair so I walked away. WBM's Bimmer checked out fine. The sunroof was broken. WBM manager included free repair in the sale contract. I brought it back for the repair and it turned out they needed to order and install a whole new motor...which they did a week later AT NO COST. When it's time to replace this car, I would definitely come back to WBM.

I had been searching for a used Land Rover Range Rover Sport for a couple months and I came across one that WBM of Arlington had. All the info they had given me was correct and their customer service was excellent. This was my first time buying/financing a car and they walked me through the process step by step. They helped me get the best deal possible and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The sales manager, Antonio, was a great guy who knows what he is doing. I would absolutely refer friends and family to this dealership in the future.

I just bought a used jaguar from these guys and I have to tell you: it was a very pleasant experience ! No pushy sales guy, no haggling, no hidden fees or " let me check with the sales manager if we can do that". The sales force is well trained, polite and eager to please ! Don't be put off by the less than perfect building or lot out front, it is a classy and well run operation. The price point for my car was reasonable, the transaction was smooth and they offered me a loan from 3 different bank within 20 minutes although my credit score is far from perfect. The sales manager offered to pay for labor if I supplied the part ( brake pads ). Overall it was a good experience and I'll probably go back there a couple of years fr now ! Give them a shot, they're honest

Recently purchased a used RAV4. The customer service from Victor was top notch and even included picking me up at my place of work to test drive the auto or drop offs. The overall experience was very good at a very busy dealership. My only negative about the experience was there were a couple of misprints about the features on the vehicle in the ad (heated seats listed but not on vehicle and way too many floor mat packages for a single vehicle). There was no hesitation with stating that the ad was wrong. I would definitely do business with them again.

When I finally got in touch with a salesperson I asked for more information as well as a video of the car since I lived 800 miles away. I offered to put a $500 deposit and was told it wasn't necc. and the car was at the BMW dealership getting refurbished and they would be in touch after the weekend. Monday and Tuesday went by and I never heard from them again, then I got in touch with the same salesperson (Antonio Ferrari) and was told he had made a mistake, the car was sold!! Honest Review by The Automotive Advocate (Part 1)

3
Jay Harrell - The Automotive Advocate on 02/17/2014

Customer Service: 3.0 Buying Process: 3.0

I am an automotive industry columnist and expert and recently helped one of my clients purchase a 2011 Toyota Sienna Van from WBM. We have gotten off to a rocky start, as I purchased a 13k mile Toyota Sienna from the dealership online, sight unseen. I based my buying decision purely on the nice photos on their company website, which showed several, "well-made" photographs of the van and the word of a member of their sales staff. While i usually always speak to the store manager when buying vehicles for clients, I ended up dealing directly with a member of their sales staff because of the level of confidence I felt, mostly due to his professional demeanor during our phone, email and text conversations. I am a auto advocate for car buyers, so people trust me to find and procure good vehicles for themselves or their families and it's my responsibility to "deliver the goods". Having spent more than three decades in the retail automotive business, I'm keenly aware of the fears buyers face that are associated with online purchases, especially when buying "out-of-state" and "sight unseen". I've experienced some very difficult quality issues with the vehicle I purchased from WBM and a huge advertising oversight, as the dealership represented a particular, but expensive, factory option that was disclosed on their website listing, but wasn't on the vehicle when it arrived. Their was also a fair amount of undisclosed damage, all of which was easily taken care of, but at a pretty substantial, personal expense. damage you wouldn't expect on a vehicle that only had 13k miles. The dealer has been excellent at following up with me and we've been in the "discovery and report" stage for one week now, meaning I had to professionally gather and document the issues in detail, so dealership management could make a determination, as to what to do. I intimately understand the difficulties dealers face, selling hundreds of vehicles online every year, and making sure every vehicle is properly described and advertised, so my review is in "PENDING" status and will consist of Part 1 and Part 2. A dealership cannot be judged on mistakes made... WE ALL DO THAT... , and as consumers, shouldn't pass judgement on a dealership over a mistake. A dealership, AS WELL AS THE CUSTOMER, should always judge the dealer on how the mistake is handled. While many dealerships see mistakes as "headaches"....they are actually "opportunities in disguise". My research has found that most loyal customers didn't become that way over receiving "expected" service, but became "fiercely loyal" because a problem existed in the initial transaction and they ended up being "blown away" by the dealership's response to their particular issue. I'm not one to get mad and "blow-up" on a dealership over a mishap, mistake or communication issue, but I....like everyone else, should judge them on how the matter is resolved and to what level. As for me, the jury is still out. I will write a follow up review and detail my entire experience, so future customers will know, WITHOUT DOUBT, whether this is a dealership you want to do business with. I'm paid to professionally analyze the customer buying experience at different dealerships, so this will be a review you can "hang your hat on". I will write a follow up review, entitled "AN HONEST REVIEW (PART 2)", the moment I hear back from WBM ownership and will either "sing their praises" or document the "stone cold truth". Sincerely, Jay Harrell - The Automotive Advocate in Tennessee

I drove up to Arlington from Richmond because WBM had the model and color Range Rover that I was looking for. I was apprehensive about making the long drive for a car I hadn't seen but felt that I would get a better trade on my high end vehicle in DC vs where I lived. I was also leery about not buying from an authorized dealership. While the facilities at WBM don't appear glamorous, I will absolutely state that Ali Nezam (Service Manager) and Tony (Sales Manager) operate with complete integrity. They were fair and honest with me every step of the way, especially afterward. It's a used car. It wasn't perfect, but it was very nice. We addressed my points of concern and reached agreement. Everything that they said they would do to support the sale of my vehicle they have done and in Ali's case, so much more. When unexpected repairs were required on my new car, he went above and beyond to help me, even though he had no obligation to do so. As a result, I saved a lot of money on the repairs and the car is great. I was truly impressed and appreciative.

WBM Motors is a great place to buy a car hands down. Excellent customer service, top of the line cars and unbeatable prices. These guys really went the extra mile to make sure that my buying experience for my '07 BMW M6 was a great one. Being a former car salesman for high line products, I know what a thing or two when it comes to the car business. It also helps if you know what you want and to do your research first. It makes the car buying experience much better. These guys get an 'A' in my book. i have had my 'beast for four months and so far, no problems. I am very pleased. If the gentleman at WBM continue to provide great service, sell great cars and go the extra mile for its customers, they will soon become Washington areas #1 place to buy a car.

Our son's Lexus GS300 was on it's last leg. We needed an affordable and reliable used car. We located a fully loaded low mileage 2011 Toyota Camry at "WBM of Arlington" priced well below other dealerships in the Tri State area. We called "WBM of Arlington" and spoke with Antonio who confirmed the price we saw was correct. Being the skeptics we are, we thought this was a trick. We totally expected the price to change once the purchase process began, but it never did. We were expecting hidden fees, but they never came. It's also worth noting, we started the purchase process at 6pm Monday night, my son was driving the car off the lot on Tuesday morning. Antonio and the sales staff at "WBM of Arlington" were extremely informative and accommodating which made the purchase process both simple and pleasant. From now on "WBM of Arlington" will be my family's first choice when purchasing cars. Thank you Antonio, for delivering the exact car we wanted at the advertised price. Wayne

I went in to WBM as they had the model of car I was looking for - Subaru Impreza Outback Sport. Showing up at their door I was met by Victor who was very nice. The car I wanted was parked on the second level and no colleague responded to his request to help move cars in order for him to get this car down. Once in the car it handled well. I came back another day with my wife to test and she was impressed with the vehicle. If Victor fully handled the sale we may have purchased the vehicle. He is a good salesman. However we were handed over to his manager for the final dealing. This is when things went awry. First, there was a serious inconsistency in the Carfax whereby the reported mileage just before bought by WBM was different by 20,000 miles. With that I asked Tony to go back to the previous dealership - who supposedly owned it for a year - and find out what it was used for. The next day he came back and said the Carfax error was fixed. However the back end was repaired rather than the front end. It now read 54,000+ as reflecting the WBM purchase but the front end now showed the previous owner had it for only 27 days, so now there was a year unaccounted for as well as 20,000 miles. Secondly, the vehicle had only one key. To sweeten the deal Tony offered to go back to Subaru to get another key. After reading reviews on cars.comI was sure to ask about another key but then did not feel assured that WBM would follow through. I asked for further clarification on the Carfax inconsistency but never received another call. We went elsewhere and purchased the same model/make. It seems that WBM did not do its proper due diligence on the vehicle before taking it on; potential buyers for this vehicle should be aware as it is still for sale.

I can't speak for all of the salesman or all of the cars, but what I can say is that I believe I got a great deal. Time will tell, for sure, but the service from my sales associate, Sam, was great. His manager, Tony, was flexible and reasonable. Stayed after hours to process my order and secured amenities I believe to be a standard with good service. I agree wholeheartedly with the review by Avid Sports Car Enthusiast from North Carolina. The lack of follow through by both Ali, Tony and Sam the salesman was absolutely awful!! They definitely play games and pass the buck one to another after the sale. They lack professionalism and customer service is a foreign concept (unheard of after the sale). Promises are not kept, phone calls are not returned once they receive payment. Ali the owner is rude and dismissive. When challenged, he will hang up the phone on customers with no apology or remorse. This was absolutely my worst buying experience ever.

This dealer stands for price alone. They are a stereotypical used car dealer that is amicable until after you purchase a car....then you are officially pronounced dead to them. I have bought and sold more cars than they sell in a month so I am familiar with all the nonsense unfortunately utilized by some to sell a car; Black hat (Tony)/White Hat (Ali) role playing, false advertising (car advertised with windscreen but did not have it), Promises made but not kept (Don't need a bankers check, NO follow-up, car was represented as complete but had one key versus 5 it came with). If you are an extremely educated consumer and WBM has a car you must have, get the car and get out. Do NOT utilize their services or recommended vendors. If you expect nothing in terms of any assistance with follow-up issues, you will not be disappointed. Ali Nezam, the owner, utilizes the title Quality Control/Inventory Manager and is helpful prior to purchase. After purchase both he and Tony, the sales manager, are very purposely not accessible. No ethical business I have ever purchased from operates in this manner. I love my car (a future collectible), but cannot in good faith recommend this dealer to others. It is such a shame that WBM only has a small fraction of the dealership role and experience correct, as they do have some interesting inventory and GREAT prices. Unfortunately, price isn't everything.

I bought my car from here a year ago and have been paying for it ever since. For starters, I live in md and getting it to pass the inspection was a headache and I spent 800 on that alone due to bad tires, tie rods, front wheel bearing, etc. I couldn't take it back to the dealership to be fixed because they stated I did not purchase a warranty. I stated that I was told if anything went wrong within 30 days they would fix it for me. That same sales person said I should've got it in writing. I then spent over 1500 trying to fix an evaporative leak for emissions, which was ultimately waived because the car would not pass. The car is a volvo s80t that seemed like a good price and great miles at 78,000 but being as though the abs brakes, stc, alarm system and engine failure all need to be fixed and I'm still financing the car, I will definitely not make another trip to this dealership.

Searched for several months looking for a specific car/specific features. Had seen a number of cars on internet and in person, only to be disappointed when I saw the car in person. The quality of the car from WBM of Arlington exceeded the quality portrayed in the pictures on their website. Price was realistic and consistent with other dealers, though the car was better. Service was courteous. Sales person was friendly, not aggressive, did not oversell the vehicle, answered every question we had. Pointed out potential maintenance areas to consider in the future. They are one of the first places I will look when seeking used cars in the future. The rating criteria does not dial in value, or quality of the vehicle, which I would have rated 5 stars; hence, my high overall rating

Washington Boulevard Motors is not much to look at - but there is no reason to be alarmed. The whole point is buying a car, not milling around the dealership admiring the building. We came up from southeastern VA to look at a couple of cars that had caught our eye in the DC area. Admittedly, we were wrong to initially "judge the book by its cover" as WBM's price was more than fair, their service was polite and amicable, and we ended up driving home with a great used car. We were a bit concerned about dealing with a small, independent shop distant from our home, but there was ultimately no reason to be worried - and the lower overhead seemed to impact their prices (in a good way). They seemed to have a good inventory in different price ranges, but we were really only looking at one particular model. We took the car to an independent mechanic who found no overt problems. WBM provided an Autocheck vehicle history report which we verified through vincheck. We did not finance the purchase and it did take a few weeks to finalize the title documents and receive them by mail, but now we have them in hand without any issues. Ultimately - Tony, Alfonso, and Jeremie were all great and made the whole process really very simple. In short, Washington Boulevard Motors was a wonderful and, in our experience, a trustworthy place from which to buy.

On 12-12-12 I picked up my 2009 Saturn Sky, (Chili Pepper Red, I might add,) from Washington Blvd Motors in Arlington VA and these guys were fabulous to work with. I live several hours away so it was a long distance purchase and my first significant online purchase. I was a little nervous at first but they provided me with more and more information on the car. They handled everything for me and trouble shot every little problem. I cant say enough good things about them. Every staff member was understanding of my apprehension and answered all of my questions. There were scads of photos and I went from scared to very excited about my car. My Sales guy was Antonio, finance guy was Anthony and the title guy was Jeremie. Their prices are great, and their service it even greater. They are professionals who take their jobs and their reputation very seriously. I would recommend them to my best friend. Not to mention that I have THE COOLEST car on the block.

I came to this dealership not knowing anthing about them but because the car they had was what I've been looking for. From the start, my salesman was polite, professional, and caring. And what I liked was that they were not too aggressive or pushy. They worked with me on the price and was prompt to fix a minor problem before my next visit. I ended up buying the car I wanted and would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

to him whenever u need guidance. Antonio, a wonderful salesman, i would recommend u ask for him whenever u need the help of a salesperson. However AVOID some arrogant for nothing salesperson(ALEX) there who seem know very little about customer service. Good place to shop for a car if u make the right decision to talk to the right sales person.

I purchased used vehicle from this dealership. No issues with the car, sales person or price of car. NOT happy with their "company" policy to withhold all but 1 key at the time of sale despite being given cashier's check from credit union for entire amount. Remainder keys given when title/tags come in. Can someone tell me what sense that makes? They couldn't! Credit union involved, bar them maybe???

No nonsense, professional and knowledgeable Alex..

I only visit dealerships after reading reviews, irrespective how good the deal looks. I was looking for one of the German 3 (BMW, Audi, MB) - they have good stock to select from. I communicated by phone with Alex few times to start with, always professional, calm and I learned, during the test drive, also knowledgeable about engines, tune-ups, etc. Car (A4, 1.8T) I was interested in and I saw was as it was described: exactly, no hidden (non-mechanical) issues. I would have bought the car from Alex,if I did not come across unusual deal by chance (low mileage BMW, sold by elderly gentleman). Relative to what I experienced out there, Alex is the one to ask for. Patience and politeness in dealing with Washington Blvd Motors will get you your deal.

They will work with you . . .

I bought a Used 2003 Acura MDX from WBM this past Saturday and this was by far one of the best buying experiences that I have had. My fiance spoke with Antonio on the phone on Thursday and explained my credit situation and the payments that i was comfortable with. I applied online Thursday evening and Antonio called me a few moments later to confirm receipt. By noon the next day, I was approved for a loan and I mean really approved. They didn't tell me that I was approved to just get me in there like some dealerships. Antonio and Tony (finance manager) were genuine and willing to work with me to get additional upgrades done to the vehicle. I came in on Saturday and I was allowed to test drive the car for 2 hours with my fiance to discuss the the purchase. I was not in the dealership for more than an hour and that was the biggest plus. The staff at WBM will work with you. My credit is fair and I had another car loan on my credit but they worked with me. I will definitely buy my next car from them. I have already recommended them to my sister and best friend.

I just would like to say that my experience with Washington Blvd. Motors was a pleasant one. Not only pleasant, but honest. I had purchased a pre owned vehicle, and anything on the car that was repaired or needed fixing was completely disclosed to me. Nothing was hidden or blurred, but was uprfront and right out in the open, and as a buyer i appreciate that. It is the first time i have ever experienced such honesty not only from a car dealer but from any business. The general manager - Ali, is a top notch professional all around, and because of him and his integrity i will be buying from Washington Blvd. Motors again.... Sincerely, Tom

Financed a SL500 from them a while back. They took it to the Mercedes dealer in Arlington to have it inspected and paid for it... on top of the ridiculously cheap price I got to begin with. They will go the extra mile to make your deal happen, as they did with mine considering my credit that left much to desire. Great experience through and through. Thank you!

I came to Washington Blvd Motors on a Saturday afternoon just to look around, and Dina politely obliged me to do so without any pressure. After a test drive, I left the lot to "talk some sense into myself" about being hasty to choose the first car I liked. Ali took great care in addressing my questions and concerns as a first-time car buyer. When I learned that the car I wanted, which had arrived as a trade-in that day, had been sold, Alfonzo was so gracious to show me other options. No matter if a car was double parked or up on the lift, he made sure I saw all that was of interest. It was love at first sight when I test drove my beautiful 2007 BMW 530xi, and I knew I was ready to buy when Alex showed me a few features I wasn't aware of. I am currently rebuilding my credit profile which required a second review by the bank. On Monday I received news that the bank decided not to finance the deal...But wait it gets better... Tony and others from the WM team diligently contacted other banks and found a reasonable rate and term that was satisfactory for me. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! If you are in the market for a car, don look any further than Washington Blvd Motors.

Would ride the bus before buying here!

I came in to test drive a car after seeing it on the website and applying online. I left a small deposit during my visit to let them know I was serious about making a deal but, I also let them know I was looking at the dealerships and this car purchase was a want not a need so I was going to take my time. To sum it up salesperson and finance obviously lack communication,(office of Tony is right next to Alfonso's desk) I was promised to be able to take the vehicle of choice to have it inspected by an outside mechanic due to the fact the carfax indicated it had been involved in an accident and I needed to have it pass MD inspection, never happened. I started to send email communication so that I could have a paper trail after numerous promises and miscommunication, I sent an email advising them I expected a reply within 72 and I was prepared to make the deal, no call, no response.....that is until I sent yet an additional email reminiding them of the unfullfilled promises and to have my deposit refunded. They had the nerve to call me and tell me they had a buyer for the car the night prior, that was 3 weeks ago, the car is still there. End result....I am still waiting, will post everywhere possible to warn customers.....unless you are DESPERATE for a car DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have found my vehicle of choice elsewhere by a dealer who stuck by their word and where they are obviously concerned about customer retention and word of mouth.

Came across a used BMW X6 at their dealership, asked about a carfax several times however I never recieved any, the sellsperson informed me that he has a carfax and that the vehicle has been involed in two accidents and he would send me the carfax. NEVER RECEIVED THE CARFAX!!! always insist on independent verification.

I just wanted to write about how wonderful the service is here. I had called to inquire about a car and when I informed them as to a problem I have with my leg which makes it difficult for me to get around, their sales associate Antonio brought the car to me! When that particular car did not work out, he came back with another which suited my needs perfectly, brought along the CarFax, explained all the features of the vehicle, and then took me out for a test drive. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase the vehicle in the end because I discovered I needed to undergo an expensive surgery on my leg. Regardless, I know how fortunate I was to receive this type of personalized service. No other dealer would have brought the vehicle to me! I want to thank Washington Boulevard Motors and Antonio for having done this for me. When I recover, I know exactly where I will be going to purchase my much needed car!

Like most people, I am somewhat hesitant to shop at a car dealership, but when a car I had been looking for popped up at Washington Boulevard Motors in Arlington, Virginia. I hunkered down and prepared for another car buying disaster. Wow, was I wrong! This was truly one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Their General Manager Ali is a true asset. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Case in point, he had the car delivered to my house 3 hours away from his location (no charge) with the promise that I could drive the car for a couple of days, have my local tech or dealership check it over and if anything was wrong he would either pay to have it fixed or I could return the car. Wait, it gets better. My tech found a few issues, nothing major, and I already knew I was going to keep the car, but Ali called to find out how the car was so I explained to him what had been found. Not only was he extremely apologetic for items that were out of his control, but he said he would cut me a check to help with the needed fixes. That is amazing. In the end, I got the car I wanted at an unbelievable price, and that was all trumped by just a great buying experience. Who would have thought that possible?? I want to thank Ali, Andy, John and the rest of the staff at Washington Boulevard Motors for making this such an easy, trouble free, and enjoyable purchase!

DO Not go HERE! They are very friendly when your interested in purchasing a vehicle but when it comes to making arrangements and sticking to them they are HORRIBLE. I had to go through a horrible ordeal just to get my hard tags. It was excuse after excuse from everyone. Then I was having some mechanical issues with my vehicle , mind you I still had temp tags not even 30 days old and I mentioned it to the tag n title person I was told I brought the car it is not their problem its mine. Im giving you a fair warning DO NOT GO HERE! Go somewhere else. I will continue to post everywhere i can to let them know that you cant treat people llike anything. They were rude and very unprofessional. When i asked to speak with the owner i was told he wasnt there numerous times. Time after time. DONT go to Washington Blvd Motors in Arlington, VA ! "Washington Boulevard Motors is a small used car dealership with a helpful staff that answers questions in a straightforward manner."<<<<<<<< LIES ALL LIES THEY ARE THE TOTAL OPPOSITE!
