I have dreamed of replacing my 2007 Grand Cherokee but I did not know the process could be so simple and convenient. I worked with the General Manager David Berwald early in the morning while my car was being serviced. By noon I drove away with a used (like new) 2014 Grand Cherokee due largely to the extra efforts of Ryan Smith who was as efficient as he was friendly. I am so excited by the car but even more thrilled that Walser continued their excellence in sales as well as there unsurpassed service. The value for the car was exceptional. The trade in for my car was generous. I never felt pressured and they opened the books to show me my selections. This was not an impulse purchase. They knew and understood I knew my options and alternatives and worked with me as I looked at two separate cars. Their honest responses and knowledge of the product was impressive. I think Mr. Berwald runs an amazing shop and knows to manage people (staff and customers) with so much respect that it translated to the highest possible professional service from management, to Ryan's processing, to Jim in the service department. This was not our first experience at Walser Jeep. My wife has also had the same extraordinary treatment as well as my daughters. All have exceeded five stars...to more like seven. That is why we returned and will continue to return. So comfortable, so affordable, and so professional. A uniquely satisfying experience. Congratulations to all.

After finding the truck on the website, we called the Walser dealership in Hopkins. Nate Wallin had the truck waiting by the front door for us to see and test drive. Nate is not a high pressure guy. He was very courteous and polite during the entire process. Nate answered all of our questions and was very thorough. Purchasing the truck was not stressful. Nate made this transaction pleasant. We would highly recommend having Nate be your next salesman when you are ready to purchase a vehicle.

My wife and I recently traded in our 2007 CRV (which we loved) for a previously owned 2013 CRV from Deanna Eischens at Walser CJD in Hopkins, MN. Deanna was knowledgeable and very personable, and was totally low pressure, allowing us to try out several CRVs and pointing out the best features of each, as well as respecting our financial parameters. She was an absolute delight to work with, and super professional in her process with us. We'd recommend her to anyone who wants a car-buying experience where they feel like they're getting a square deal and not a super-slick salesperson just trying to make a commission. ***3rd post*** Walser ended up stepping up to the plate and took care of me 100% after having a bad experience! They took my complaints very serious and had a regional manager AND the service manager, Dave, call me. This is the level of service I received the 1st time I went in. They took care of all the issues I had, and even had 2 guys come to my place to pick up my vehicle to finish the work that needed to be done. It showed me that they really do care about their customers and prove it with their actions. I am back on the Walser band wagon and plan to purchase my next vehicle there in addition to continuing to have my service done there. ( To follow is the issues from my last visit that were thoroughly taken care of, in addition to my first pleasant experience) I've had 2 experiences with Walser. The 1st one, 6 months ago was great. Today, was a horrible experience! I brought my Jeep in for what I found out later was 6 different software issues and the paint on my tow package showing a lot of rust after 1 year of use. The first service rep tried to intimidate me and was absolutly condescending , using phrases like... did you NOT hear what I just told you?? After he walked away and told the other service reps, " I can't deal with this guy" another one came over and was much better and at my request, told me a manager would talk with me about the other rep. Which never happened even after asking a 2nd time. He was either in a meeting or too busy. Because there were 6 different software issues, they said it would take until 3pm but would not give me a loaner even though my lifetime bumper to bumper warranty that I purchased covers loaners. They ended up giving me a shuttle ride to my place. At 2:30, they called and told me my Jeep won't be ready until tomorrow but they will send a shuttle to pick me up and bring me back to get my Jeep and then I can come back tomorrow and have them finish it. I live 20 minutes from them, 30 minutes in rush hour. The rep that called me acted like making that round trip 3 times was no big deal in the middle of my work day! Very cocky, nonchelant with a "just deal with it attitude". I will never go there again and if Jeep doesn't step up and fix the rust on their trailer hitch frame (which, the 1st rep told me they won't do anything about because the paint just rusted off and wasn't pitted), I'll never buy a Jeep again either. OH, The service rep told me I had a 50/50 chance of the software fixes working so my Jeep may continue shifting hard. TO FOLLOW IS THE 1ST VISIT REVIEW- How did the attitude and feel of the entire place change in 6 months?? It went from friendly to ugly....... Had a great experience in service. They kept me well informed, the place was very clean and well layed out to be able to relax and they made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting. The wait time was also reasonable. No complaints. It's a little ways from me but I'm going back with all service needs and, possibly, future buys.

I have purchased 3 vans from them in the past and was looking to get a new van. However, when I walked int he door I started out with a horrible experience with the sales person that approached us. I was so turned off and felt like someone who fell through the cracks of their sales team. After 2 weeks of feeling this way, I felt that i needed to say something to them so they could make any necessary changes to prevent that in the future. Bob (the GM) was incredibly sympathetic and helpful. He helped me by setting me up with Katie (a different sales person) and encouraging me to give them one more try. What a great experience I had from then on out. I just bought my new van yesterday and couldn't be happier. Thank you, Bob! (and Katie)

Took my Jeep in to add a trailer hitch in an effort to protect gas tank. Purchased OEM elsewhere as Walser wasn't able to get Mopar. Jeep Chrysler claims there are issues with gas tank puncture from after market non-OEM trailer hitch. Despite Mopar instructions in the box for a below bumper mount, they cut into the bumper. After pointing this out to the service manager, he agreed cutting the bumper was not necessary. Nothing has yet been done to correct the damage, which frankly is the least they should be doing. We've been dealing with this for weeks with no attempt at resolution.

My experience with Walser Chrysler Jeep Dodge was just sad. From the salesman, receptionist, and sadly to say even the General Manager. I waited for over a month to purchase a 08 Lexus that was in reconditioning and is still in recon. I was told over and over that the car was going to be ready and the car was still not ready. I spoke to the GM and he even told me that the car was going to be ready. I hate being lied to and treated unfairly. I would not recommend anyone to buy from WCJD in Hopkins, MN. In October of 2013 I purchased a ram 1500 from this dealership. In December of that year I found out; due to the xm subscription being due that the radio in my RAM was not the radio /GPS unit that came with the truck. Someone had taken out the NAV GPS / Sat unit and exchanged it for a unit without the NAV/GPS. Different radio ID and for a Chrysler 300, not this Ram truck. Called the dealer and was told by the receptionist that that was my problem not the dealers. I wrote a letter to the manager explaining the details of this and was never responded to. The only reason I am writing this is that someone; either the dealer, or the prior owner stole the original unit and put in a lesser one in exchange thinking no one would ever be the wiser. Well, I'm a bit wiser now that the window sticker shows the NAV/ GPS radio and the fact that RAM sent me a letter regarding the NAV update disk for the truck, and the VIN # shows a NAV Radio. Thank you Walser for having the moral, and ethical behavior to take care of this in such a timely manor. (hopefullty you will get the sarcasm)

Paul called us to tell us about the incentives being offered on our leased car. We chose to lease another vehicle. He spent a lot of time going over the various things on how to operate the car. He worked to find the best deal - best car for lowest price. We are extremely pleased and will certainly return to Walser and particularly to Paul.

I found an ad for a vehicle on cars.com listed by this dealer when I contacted them about the vehicle I was told it was being "processed" "walserized" they told me and that as soon as it was available they would let me know. then after the holiday july 4th weekend I got an email that said the vehicle was no longer available and the sales person wanted me to give them a price range etc for the car I wanted it was obviously a scam to just get me hooked into their sales team I live several hours a way and would have had to drive long distance to see the vehicle and would have done so to facilitate a good purchase now I know not to deal with this dealership or their sales staff beware ads that have this dealer as the seller they are scams

The service center helps keep track of my maintainance schedule, so I don't have to. The check in is always easy, and my car is ready when they tell me it will be ready. I like the new savings card as well.

The service department was very good in explaining what was wrong with my van and how much was expected in costs. They kept me informed on how things were going and how long it was going to take. Because it was going to take more than two hours they gave me a ride home and then came to get me when the work was completed. I was able to get other things accomplished during that time other than just sitting around and waiting at the dealership. I appreciated the complimentary vehicle washing as well.

I drove to the dealer ship to look at a specific vehicle. When I arrived, they couldn't find it at first. The sales guy was telling me during the test drive about the new tires on the vehicle and the full sized spare. When we got back at the dealership, along with the vehicle pulling to one side and the oil on the top of the engine, I pointed out the unevenly worn tires on one side and the doughnut spare. Their reply was "But it has a $550 paint job!" I spoke with their GM who told me all vehicles were checked for alignment. When I pointed out the pull to one side, he then changed his story to all vehicles were test driven. The vehicle was Not as stated, therefore not worth the price. As far as I can tell their pricing reflects what they've decided their profit is going to be....Not good business.
