I truly love this place for servicing my car not only are all the service team members amazing but everyone that walks by apart of the Chevy team speaks, smile and want to make sure your time was spent being taken care of. The car we went to see was supposed to be certified, and when I got there, they told me that it would cost too much to certify it, because it had 43000 miles on it. Finally they agreed to do it after I threatened to leave. We applied for financing, and the salesman left us in the office for an hour by ourselves. I tracked him down, and they were all sitting around making small talk. Very "good ole boy" dealership, all older pushy typical car salesman.

Chris always takes care of my major repairs. Brady does a great job on my regular maintenance. Everyone always greets me with a smile and kind words. The cashiers Amiee and Kaley always make sure I am well taken care of and are always smiling. I recommend the service department at Walker Chevrolet to any and every one.

My mom & I purchased a camaro a few months ago. I guess because we were women, they told us of all the things they would do since we were purchasing the car. The salesperson said they would replace the windshield (800.00), and take money off the total financed, because they had given us the wrong amount on the online quote. They did not take care of anything. I would not recommend anyone to shop here.

Our salesman, Doug Kevern and Scott Boyd went above and beyond to ensure we were all happy with the purchase of our 2016 Silverado. Scott Boyd really worked hard to get our paperwork in order so it would not be an "all day affair". We had our two granddaughters with us and didn't want it to take any longer than necessary. This is approximately the 12th new vehicle we have purchased from Walker and that should say something in itself. Not only has the actual purchase been a pleasure but any/all service and maintenance has been of the highest standard. We could not be happier with any dealership.

My sales rep Jonathan Gardner was awesome. Professional yet personal and not pushy at all. I have bought 12 new and used cars over the years. This dealership is over 4 hours from my home in a different state. The customer care is beyond perfect. Everyone from the Owner, Service Manager, Finance and everyone else is nothing short of professional and truly cares for their customers. Let me put it this way. If my front windshield needed to be cleaned, I would drive the 4 1/2 hours one way to Walker Chevrolet, ask them to clean it and drive back 4 1/2 hours home. When I am in the need of another vehicle, I will drive to Walker Chevrolet and buy from them, no matter what state I live in.

Walker Chevrolet has been consistent. It has taken care of my car well and the staff is courteous and profession. Everyone is very, very busy. The waiting room is cold and uncomfortable and they give no free water or snacks. Those things are available for purchase only. There is not enough overhead lighting to do any reading and the TV is always on when no one wants to hear it. Otherwise, they do their job well.

My wife and I arrived at 8:30 and met with our salesman, he was polite, and knew all about the vehicle I wanted to see, after test driving, we decided to purchase. He was very thorough with the paper work and getting us ready to see the finance manager. The salesman, transferred the tags from the old to the new while we were with the finance manager. Everyone we dealt with were very professional. I would highly recommend Walker Chevrolet to all my friends

This dealership is the best one on earth. The facilities are clean and plenty of choices from quiet working space, to space for the kids, to space talk or watch TV. The people are VERY helpful, I cannot say enough about your entire service team. They found my tire problem and fixed it along with my regular oil change and tire rotation. They are all helpful, smiling, and focus on the customer and our needs. I cannot say enough about how great the people are at this location. I have a dealership within minutes of where I work BUT I drive 55 miles...about 1hour and 5-10 minutes depending on traffic to have my car worked on. If I am home which is an hour away from where I work it takes 1 hour and 30-45 minutes for me to get there and I HAVE done this because of the people and the trust I have in everything they do. Special thanks to Chris, he is a joy and a blessing.

Terrible service. They tried to sell me $600 of items I didn't need. When I questioned the service manager David Beasley he told me "if you don't trust us, you should go someplace else as we have plenty of customers that do" I will not return.

I was treated well at Walker Chevrolet, which is not always the case when a woman walks into a dealership alone. Jenny Dobson was my sales person and very helpful and professional. I bought a new Tahoe. I had been driving a Range Rover for 2.5 years. I had to return it to a separate dealership as it was a lease. Walker Chevrolet got the RR in great shape and as a consequence I did not get "hit" with a single charge at RR dealership when I returned that vehicle. I know without a doubt that this saved me several thousand dollars with Range Rover. I really have enjoyed driving the Tahoe. I love the on-star feature and use it for directions often. It is very user friendly system. I was impressed when I locked my keys in the car and on-star remotely opened it for me. The monthly diagnostic test I receive via e-mail is a real plus too! Lets me know to put air in my tires and how much oil life is left... I just had a pleasant experience at Walker Chevrolet. The people were respectful and helpful. I feel I got a fair deal on the new Tahoe, and was grateful for the savings I consequently got on my lease return vehicle.I will definitely return there for my next car, and have recommended Walker Chevrolet to my friends.

This dealership sold me a lemon, knowing I had cancer and was taking chemo. Then they could not fix the thing, and stuck me with it. I lost over $10,000 on that deal, because I was not strong enough to fight with them. They were AWFUL TO ME! and they did not care that while I was taking chemo, I had to have 26 repairs within 22,000 miles. They did not even TRY to help me. I ended up in the hospital after a visit there, about my "Lemon" they had me so upset.I'll NEVER buy another GM, and for SURE WILL NEVER BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM WALKER CHEVROLET!!!!!!! This was the worst experience I have EVER had buying a vehicle.

Light years improvement over typical dealerships. I wandered in to browse and was armed with quite a bit of info on models to be reviewed. I ended up closing the deal within a couple of hours. I found the model I liked with a price I could live with. Given I was "just looking", this came as quite a surprise. From salesman to sales manager to credit manager, it was all a positive experience. I also dealt with the parts department and was quite pleased with the service on accessories I purchased. I think I have found a home for future purchases.
