Terrific purchase experience early 2014. Had an oil leak after 36,000 miles , it was covered under powertrain warranty all work was no charge same morning service. Only had positive experiences here. Can't say the same with purchase from Chevrolet dealer.

I love my new truck, buying a new car was relatively easy. Buying any car can be a lengthy and hand strengthening experience but they did their best to minimize this. My sales person, Jim, had been selling trucks before I was born and knew everything I needed to know to make a confident decision. I highly recommend this dealership and Jim because they seemed much more sincere and less desperate to make a sale than their local competition.

They drove car free to my home, they filled full tank for free, they choose bank with lowest finance charges , they take all their" time in the world " to explain, answer questions, and help with anything and everything, AMAZING !!!!!!!

I would absolutely not suggest using this dealership. I bought a vehicle here about two weeks ago, and was told I would not be able to drive it home. Instead, they would complete the "inspection" and then arranged for a salesman to drive it down and we could then exchange vehicles, as I traded in my old car. A week later, I noticed that the passenger window does not work from the passenger seat, nor did they include the rear passenger side floormat. Due to a family emergency, it was another week before I could contact the dealership to see how the problems would be resolved. I was told that this wasn't something that they normally fixed, but they would "try their best" to get it resolved. Apparently, their resolution was to require me drive back to Culpeper (2.5 hours each way), so they could then drive my vehicle to Charlottesville, and then drive the vehicle back to Culpeper for me to pick it up. When I asked why the defect wasn't noticed and informed them that due to my work schedule that wouldn't be feasible, the "service manager" got a huge attitude with me, and told me that was the best they could do. This is after he told me it was possible they would be able to fix it in Richmond. They never addressed the fact that they sent me home without a full set of floormats. I bought the car less than a month ago. I used this dealership because I thought they would be honest and helpful, not thinking I would be paying for repairs on something that should have been fixed before I was able to take possession of the vehicle. This place is a subpar excuse for a dealership, and I should have noticed while there by the lack of other buyers.

I recently bought a 2014 Mustang from this dealership and Ernie was the sales representive!! He was honest, helpful, and incredibly personable, which made him extremely pleasant to work with. I live in Maryland and drove an hour and 1/2 and can honestly say it was worth the experience!!

My Search for the "perfect" 2015 wrangler took me to several different dealerships but I could not find the vehicle or the deal I wanted. Then I visited the Chrysler of Culpepper Website. I liked the fact that the prices were clearly listed. I talked with Marty on the phone and set up an appointment. Thankfully this was not some high pressure "time-share" set up. Marty treated me with respect and worked to get the figures in line with what I wanted. My wife and I love our new Wrangler and would highly recommend this dealership. It was well worth the extra drive.

We were a one car family in metro Atlanta, but needed another vehicle after our move to Virginia. Our online search for a low miliage used Nissan Frontier led us to Marty Williams at Chrysler of Culpeper, Running out of time before I began a new job, we needed to shop on a Sunday afternoon. Marty came in on his day off to meet us and show us the truck. The online description fit the vehicle precisely, and we were pleased with how the truck handled. Marty worked with us on the price and, while we waited with our young children in the customer lounge, he trod back and forth as details of the financing were decided. Subsequent to the initial financing arranged by Chrysler of Culpeper, we found a lender with a lower rate. Marty and Mike then proceeded to rewrite their financing to match that lower rate. Marty even had the new contract brought to our home, rather than asking us to drive back up to the dealership. We were very pleased with the entire experience with Marty at Chrysler of Culpeper and heartily recommend them.

This is the way to buy a new car! Martin Williams is their Internet Sales Manager and he makes the process effortless. The buying price was agreed upon before arriving and all that was left to do was determine the value of my trade. They gave me more than expected on my trade....which made the deal even better. This is a family owned dealership in Culpeper, VA, and is worth the drive. We met the owner and made to feel like a valued guest. If you want a great experience when you buy your next car see Martin! On a side note... my Jeep Cherokee is awesome!

My husband and I bought a 2012 Chrysler 300C from Wade Schick Chrysler of Culpeper, Virgnia about a month ago. It is a wonderful car fully loaded with everything you can imagine. It does just about everything but drive itself for us. I could go on and on about each feature of this beautiful car and how fantastic it is, but I think the best thing is to just say "try one and I'm sure you will love it too." But that isn't the only great thing we found at this dealership. Our salesman Glen Tomson was knowledgeable and very helpful. We felt like he worked to give us a fair and honest deal. We appreciated all he did in making the purchase process as painless as possible and delivering our car to our door after it had been beautifully detailed. He was easy to work with and very nice. I also want to take this opportunity to especially recognize salesman Jim Stein. We returned to the dealership a couple of weeks ago about a problem we were having with the cruise control. Mr. Tomson was out of the office on vacation. Mr. Stein approached us immediately to see if he could help us. Even though he wasn't our salesman, he listened to our problem and checked out the vehicle, even taking the time to test drive the car to try to see if it was something he might be able to help us correct. He went out of his way to see that the problem was addressed right away. By the time we left the dealership, it had been corrected and we didn't have to make an appointment and another trip in on a different day. Today, I went in to pick up our license plates which we were notified had just come in. Mr. Stein remembered me from the previous visit, went and retrieved the plates for me and put them on the car himself. He then enquired about the problem with the cruise control and if it was still working correctly. He made sure I was completely satisfied and didn't need anything else before I left. This is the sort of customer service that will ensure we come back to this dealership again and again for all our automotive needs. Sadly, this is not the kind of service we have always found at other dealersips in the past. It only makes us appreciate these little kindnesses and the extra effort even more. Thanks Wade Schick Chrysler and your great sales and service staff.

If looking to get ripped off they'll help you for sure. They'll laugh in your face when confronted just like the MANAGER did to me, after showing him the old sales paper left in the glove compartment from the previous dealer showing the car being sold for 3k less with 20k less miles. Dont waist your hard earned money at this ripoff dealership!

The reason for the visit was just comparing vehicles. Glenn Thompson returned my call with the vehicle in stock. After seeing a similar make model else where and the competition vehicles not coming close, I took a look. There was no reason to put the purchase off for months as originally planned. Glenn made the purchase an easy one and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Purchased the Ram c/v about a month and 3,000 miles ago, still happy with the purchase, process and surprised myself with the more I drive it the more I like it.

Purchased a newly used van from Chrysler of Culpeper, my 2nd purchase here. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and was willing to wait all summer until the right deal. Glenn was incredible knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all my questions, actually walking me through the more intricate features of my Grand Caravan. Todd knew me from my last purchase and handled the pricing perfectly, they gave me an offer I couldn't refuse, but were not pushy at all, allowing me to think things over and come to my own conclusion that no one in VA would give me a better deal for a car that I could trust. Glenn and Todd gave me an exemplary sales experience. When I THOUGHT that I MIGHT HAVE felt the slightest of wheel pull on the test drive, an alignment was immediately offerred, and I'll be bringing it in today, free of charge. After a week with this vehicle, I can confidently say that Chrysler of Culpeper will sell you a great vehicle, be transparent about anything and everything, and that you can trust them for your next car.

i looked online to save gas traveling all over town for a great deal. I defiantly found it here !! Marty went out of his way to help get my payment at a manageable level. Not to mention that the car I purchased ( 2011 Endeavor ) is probably the best car I've owed to date. The whole process was pretty cut and dried, no pressure, and super friendly staff. Dan was so nice he totally dispelled the stereotypical car salesman. I would have no regrets recommending to anyone to make the drive to Chrysler of Culpeper.

Its has been three months and my nightmare is never ending. Not only was i knowingly sold a defective vehicle i have had to drive back multiple times for them to attempt to fix the defect which so far has not been fixed. Manufacterer is involved and has been since the second of three tries so far. I have had to waste my time and money driving back and forth for repairs of a pre existing defect that never get fixed. You would think they would offer to put gas or something in car. But nothing. Never hear from the salesman and he is fully aware of the situation.
