Great Customer Service!

This was my first experience with Audi Naples, and it could not have been better. I found my new vehicle (Q7 TDI) online, called to get more information and ended up talking to Tamas Nagy, who was very helpful and accommodating. After about an hour of talking and texting back and forth discussing the terms of their vehicle and the trade parameters for mine, I sent the necessary documentation and hit the road. We had a 3 hour drive from Clearwater and was due to arrive an hour before closing, but bad weather pushed the arrival time to 30 min before closing. When we got there, we were greeted in the parking lot by Tamas and others who got right to work assessing my vehicle and walking us through and test driving theirs...then right to Keith in finance, who had already contacted me while driving, so everything was in place prior to arrival.The vehicle was even better than expected and the overall experience was painless- as promised! We were in and out of the dealership in about 45 min, including the extra time Tamas spent after the purchase (and after closing time) to go through EVERYTHING I could want to know about the mechanics and technology available. I will certainly go to them for my next purchase.

I told him what I was looking for and he led me right to the perfect car, a loaded down Audi A3 convertible. He also knows his product like no other salesman I have ever met. This is my 71st car in 50 yrs. and 31st since moving to Naples in 1994 so I tend to get annoyed with sale people that don't know their product as well as I do. Best dealer I've ever been to!

I never thought I could negotiate a car online, through email and calls. Its unheard of. John and Anthony were very attentive and answered nearly any question i threw at them. We were able to talk car prices features and even had pictures sent when they weren't on the site just yet. They truly went above and beyond their call of duty at this dealership... Lets just say I won't be going back to Mercedes. Ted the Finance Director was a character, and explained everything to the "T" as well. Wonderful experience

Bought a new 2015 VW Jetta. Met with salesman Jacob Roden, who was fantastic to work with from the beginning of the experience. He was low pressure and very attentive to my needs and questions. After spending 5 hours at another local dealership the day before only to be lied to, mislead and treated poorly, the experience at VW of Naples was very refreshing. Disappointing experience

I emailed about a car they had listed and was told they took a deposit that morning. It was still on cars.com a week later so I emailed again and was told they had the car and I made an offer and the sales person said he would get back to me within 15 minutes four days later no call. I emailed and asked why no one called back and was told again the car was sold that day. You be the judge. Would I deal with them in the future? Not a chance.

Love my VW Passat!

Bought a lightly used Passat (my second) from VW of Naples. Just a terrific, comfortable and utile auto. I've always been a believer in the build quality and reliability of the brand. In addition, the purchase experience is an easy and comfortable experience at this dealership.

A Great Car Purchasing Experience

My old car was dying. Erin Presley had helped my family for years. I actually couldn't sleep and had the nerve to text her at 5 a.m. She responded promptly and assured me she would help. She emailed me all the information to begin the process. When I arrived, she was right there. She knew it was a hard time for me, letting go of an 18 year old car that had been my beloved dad's. I had not owned a new car for 10 years. She put me in a beautiful car that I can afford. She and Chuck made it all happen. It is great to know that my family never has to worry about who to go to to buy a car. This dealership, Erin and Chuck are the real deal.

My first choice car was sold out from under me, but, Ryan quickly came up with the perfect alternative. My Sales rep Erin Presley went above and beyond in my new purchase. Her sales process is 100% different than the traditional 9 people that greet you at the door and follow you around in most dealerships I have been too. This was the most pleasant experience ever. We actually texted critical info back and forth while I was Xmas shopping for my kids so that all I had to do was come in and sign my paperwork and drive off with my new car. I would recommend VW of Naples to anyone who wants a good product for a fair price with impeccable service.

Rex Manchester of VW Naples made all the difference in our car buying experience. Rex exceeded our expectations; he was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and fun. Our search for a new SUV/crossover had turned into an event involving more than 50 family members and friends who followed the 3-week journey as we looked at/compared more than 20 different cars in 12 car dealerships in the Naples area. Along the way, our opinionated friends were not shy about expressing their views and experiences. When all was said and done, the winner of the search was the VW Touareg. Just leased a 2016 VW Beetle Convertible from VW of Naples. I have been leasing cars my entire life, and this has been the most painless, migraine free experience I have ever had with any dealership. Short story long we left with a new A6 at a very reasonable price and a sense of having made new friends. Jamie was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about his products. Great Long Distance Buying Experience

We were in Naples two weekends ago on a get off the island weekend. We had been looking for a new to us German convertible. We looked at an A4 at the Mercedes dealer right next door to Audi Naples. (See my review of them on their Facebook Page) It was a miserable experience. The next day was Sunday and we were due leave for home later in the day. While having coffee, we looked at the used car inventory at Audi Naples. Why we didnt stop in there on Saturday when we were in the area, I have no clue. There were two possible cars, according to their online inventory. Unfortunately, they werent open on Sundays. We drove over to the lot and found one of the two vehicles; we later learned that the first one had been sold. We were very interested in the second car. The very next morning (Monday), I reached out to the salesman. It took most of the day going back and forth, but we came to an agreement on the price and the car was ours. We had originally talked about trading in our existing Mini Cooper on the new to us A4. After talking with them, they offered us a very fair price on the trade. In the end, we sold the car locally to a friend who needed one. We made arrangements to rent a car and make the 5 hour drive from Key West on Friday. Jason G picked us up at the rental car drop off and drove us to the dealership. We filled out the paperwork and received LOTS of instruction on all the features of the car. Jason took time to work with my wife to assure she knew how to put the convertible top up and down. He also worked with her to set up the memory seats, mirrors, and clock. About two hours after we arrived, we were driving off the lot with our new to us car. If you are looking for an Audi, please call or email Jason G! Great First Car Leasing Experience

I had a great experience at VW of Naples! I was in quite a pickle when I arrived, as my 10-year-old Jetta had broken down in the middle of Alligator Alley and I wasn't even sure when I arrived with it at the dealership if I was going to get it repaired or get a new one. I asked to check out the options for purchasing or leasing a new vehicle while my old one was being evaluated. Ryan Gaumer was the salesperson whom I worked with, and he was great. This was my first experience with buying/leasing a car on my own, because I had my old one since high school. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient while I waited for the results from the repair center and made the decision to trade in my old car and lease a new one instead of repair it. Once I did decide to go ahead with a new car, Ryan was very helpful in explaining all the options and incentives available. It was a very friendly and low-pressure experience, and he made the whole process very simple. Michael in the finance department was great in getting me through all the paperwork efficiently and explaining what it all meant. I spent about 7 hours in that dealership, between the time for my old car to be evaluated, me to consult with my parents and make a decision on what to do, and then go ahead with choosing and leasing the new car! I never would have thought that spending 7 hours in a car dealership would be a good time, but it was! Even the other salespeople, Kyle and Rex, when they were not with their own customers, were kind enough to point out the snacks and coffee so I wouldn't starve, and chat with me so I wasn't bored while waiting for my new car to be ready. Overall it was a great experience, and Ryan followed up with a phone call and a note to make sure I loved the new car!

Great Dealership

What a great buying experience I had at VW of Naples. My salesperson was Luxon Estiverne. He was very professional and even came to pick me up to take delivery of my new car. I was able to get a beautiful new VW Jetta with all the bells and whistles and I just love it. The finance manager even got me a great extended warranty for just a few dollars a month. I just purchased a 2015 Passat from VW of Naples and the experience there was far better than any other dealer. Not only were the prices unbeatable but the customer service. I contacted around 8 dealers in one day and some got back to me thru phone calls or emails within several hours, but not here. They got back to me within so fast and whatever questions I had they answered or called me back within minutes with an answer. There is no waiting around there. I will definitely make the drive past the VW of Fort Myers where I live to come to here for all my purchases and services. Mr. Schutt and Mr. Holman both made buying a used Audi A4 a pleasure. I have not ever been moved to write nice things about dealers before, but I am impressed. Found the car I purchased from Audi Naples on line. I live in Tampa. I made it real clear to my sales rep, Jason Giardina, that the last thing I wanted to do was waste a day driving to Naples. Be honest with me on the condition of the car. I can deal with not making a deal because we can't work out an agreement. What I can't deal with is trying to get me down there and the car was mis-represent just thinking we can talk me into something I don't want. We worked out a deal that was in my budget and drove the car home to Tampa. I would drive to Naples again for my next Audi!! Honesty is always the best policy!

Great overall experience

Rex at VW was great. I originally shopped for a Tiguan just about a year ago. It was a great experience but I couldn't sell my other car yet. I told Rex we would be looking again when my son got his license a year later. He didn't hound us, but sent me an email a couple times when Tiguans were on special just in case. So when it was time, we asked for Rex. He was great, we got exactly what we wanted and he made it somewhat painless. The facilities are great! Overall it was a great experience. Thank you Rex!

Every part of the car buying experience we had at VW Naples was surprisingly good. Rex Manchester is obviously a people person and made the whole process simple. I had the best service I could have had at VW over the weekend! First off, Michael S. has been maintaining contact with me through email and gave me several numbers I could work with while not needing to come in! We bought a new golf Sportwagen diesel from Rex Manchester (that can't be his real name). He made what is usually a painful experience actually very easy. I highly recommend Audi Naples

I purchased an Audi from Audi Naples in October 2013. I drove from Palm Beach County because they had the vehicle I desired in stock. That car was my sixth Audi which my wife now drives. My other car, Audi A6 lease was up for maturity. Contacting Cris Torres again was easy, pleasurable and we did a deal on a 2015 over the phone. Cris is absolutely the most professional, knowledgeable, honest, friendly sales person I have ever dealt with on a car transaction. No problem for me driving 2 hours each way. After 90 minutes at the dealership I was on my way home in my new A6. Wow, the 2015 A6 is great. I'm sure the 2016s are outstanding too. BTW, my former 2012 A6 got 31-36.9 mpg highway, no joke. German automotive engineering is the world's best. Call Cris Torres before you close a deal with someone else. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Mention Harv from Boynton Beach suggested it.

Erin, I don't think anyone would understand what I have been through this past year. I purchased a Jeep that I was so uncomfortable in, went back to the dealer after one week and gave it back. I just bought an Audi Q5 from Jeff Sawick at Audi of Naples. It was a wonderful experience. Jeff took the time to show my cars in the colors offered for the Q5. The car I wanted - the color and all the features I wanted was not available, so I would have had to do a factory custom job. But Jeff searched high and wide to find me just the car I wanted. The negotiations went well and Jeff was always very professional and considerate. I got everything I wanted at a good price. When I picked up the car, Jeff took the time to go over everything about the car - at least as much as I could take in in one sitting. We returned to possibly purchase a new Audi and on the last minute dropped in to look at cars. Jeff had an appointment but very graciously had a car for us to see and drive. He then followed up with 2 test drives to assure we were making a correct choice. He anticipated our questions and showed us 3-4 cars so we could select specific options. He located a car and provided the information. We did some additional research and returned to select the car. We had additional price information and we were pleased to complete the sale with Jeff. VW Naples Fl Bad Taste

The salesperson makes all the difference in my experience. The first sales person via internet botched many aspects of the deal and sales relationship. It caused many difficulties that the finance department was unwilling to fix or discuss with their potential customer. Then Nick, or "Big Nick" as he is known, stepped in and saved the day and sale. Averting more than a bad taste in one's mouth, this sales person used his sales technique and personal skills to pull out a sale with the firm that would have been lost otherwise.

Friendly and professoinal

I hate buying cars. Always feel the pressure. Not so here. I left the first day thinking about how that was not a stressful experience. Troy was awesome. Left the 2nd day with a car (Audi A3 Cabriolet) and a new friend. No work has been done on the car so I can't comment on the quality of work. But their service department appears to bend over backwards to be helpful in every way. And everyone has everyones back at this dealership. It feels like a family.

It was the end of the year so it certainly helped for me to get a good deal. As typical as car salesman are, they were certainly more on the friendlier side. Luxon was very knowledgeable and I would gladly deal with him again.

Purchase of an Audi A6

My wife brought an older All Road in for repair. After analyzing the costs of the repair VS. the value of the vehicle, we decided to shop for a new car. Having a great deal of loyalty to a Japanese brand (we have owned and at present own the Japanese brand) we intended to shop both brands. John Holman, our sales person did such a good job presenting the features and benefits, that we bought a new A6 without shopping further. Another big plus is that the dealership is only 12 miles from our house instead of 25 to the Japanese dealership.

Wonderful experience at Audi Naples

I purchased an Audi Allroad from Audi in Naples. I first dealt with Mike in there internet sales, since I found the vehicle and we lived across state in Stuart. He was very courteous and prompt with any questions I had with the vehicle. We went through the buying process over phone calls and emails and came to a final price without stepping foot into the dealership. Reason for this is simple, We did our research and new exactly the car we wanted in order to make this happen. So I set out across the state to pickup and trade-in my car. I was greeted in the parking lot by Wayne in Sales and instantly got to business. Wayne was a very kind and professional individual. We took the car for a quick spin and then returned to finalize the deal. I enjoyed my experience dealing with everyone I met. They even threw in a hat for me (most comfortable hat ever!!) I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in the Audi Experience.

Excellent Experience with Audi Naples

My wife and I had been searching throughout Florida for a low mileage, "like-new" 2010-2012 white Q5 Premium Plus/Prestige for 3 months. When one popped up online at Audi Naples I immediately contacted them and got an immediate response from Michael Shutt. He was tremendously helpful, answered all of my questions, quoted me a good "internet price," and even went out and took pictures and videos of the vehicle with his cellphone and sent them to me, He also immediately sent me a copy of the original sticker as well as the Carfax report. When we arrived at the dealership, we were met at the door by Wayne Clark who greeted us by name and immediately escorted us over to the vehicle, did a thorough "walk-around" with us, pointed out every "bell & whistle," and escorted us for a test drive. They worked with us on the price of the car, as well as our trade-in, and we purchased the vehicle on the spot. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and totally professional. There were a few items that they wanted to take care of before delivery, and I had a list of 7 or 8 items. When we came back to pick up the car, everything had been done, and the vehicle was perfect. Wayne spend about 20 minutes with us going over everything, he set up our cellphones with the bluetooth, and explained every operation. He was very patient, didn't rush us, and answered all of our questions. He truly knew this car "onside and out." We live in Sarasota, and this dealership is a 90 minute drive away, but it was totally worth it. I am happy to give this dealership, and especially Michael and Wayne my highest recommendation. (And trust me ... I am not the easiest person to please!)

Worth reading

I bought a q5 for myself last year and love it! I have been waiting for the Q3s to come out for my girlfriend. As soon as they did I went to my local Audi dealership in Richmond and put the car together with my checkbook and that's where everything came to a complete stop. Sure they could sell me the car, but 90 days from now it would come in. I had to think about that! The next morning I was discussing this problem with my friend Andy on the phone who lives in Naples Florida and he said Tom, you need to talk to John at Audi of Naples. I've bought cars from him before he's terrific. If anyone can pull it off its John. That was last week ..... I called John and not only did he get me the car, color, set up the way I wanted it - its being delivered this weekend as a surprise from Florida. John did a great job, was a pleasure dealing with and was right on top of every detail right down to the red bow I wanted in the car and the trailer hitch installed for her bike rack! 5 stars for the service and 5 stars for getting the job done. I can wait for the Audi sales people in Richmond to see the car driving down the street 90 days before they could get it! That's what I call doing a good job!

Great Experience in my new purchase

I came in to have some work done on my 2005 A-4 Audi. I found that the repairs were extensive and decided to talk with sales before I proceeded with the repairs. I worked with John Holman who had the patience of Job. Not pushy at all, knew his inventory listened to what I wanted in a car and I got it all even the color. I couldn't get my garage door opener and gate programed and he never hesitated to come by and take care of it. Great experience!

We recently took delivery of a 2015 Audi A3 Cabriolet from Audi of Naples and couldn't be happier. Marty Ingesoulian was our salesman. Marty sold me a 2013 VW Passat so we I knew him and wanted him to handle the Audi transaction. He said no problem as usual. Our transaction was a little tricky since I was turning in a lease on the Passat a year before it ended.
