Great Experience

Great service and sales experience

While we expected to purchase a new vehicle within the next 6 months, we did not intend to test drive, let alone purchase, a vehicle when we walked into the dealership. There are dealerships much closer to our house, and we decided to just stop in because we were in the area (the XC90 was on our short list, having researched things on the web). However, Malcolm Black, our sales consultant, was excellent, and was a big factor in our decision to purchase.Malcolm showed us everything we wanted to see, and brought to our attention things we did not know about. We were impressed enough to take a test drive of the XC90 when offered, figuring "why not." This was the best test drive experience by far. Malcolm took us to areas where we could experience all aspects of the handling and advanced high tech features of the XC90. Malcolm's expertise and enthusiasm for the car really showed here; he knew the car and quickly navigated through the menu system to demonstrate all the new technology. Both my wife, kids, and I decided we loved the car during the drive, and decided to seriously consider purchasing it on the spot. The availability of the hybrid version sealed the deal.Malcolm truly knew his stuff and was a "consultant", compared to most sales people who know less than what you can easily find on google. I appreciated the atmosphere where I could continue exploring without any sales pressure.

I really like the style of the dealership and how it was setup; intelligent knowledgable team. my sales person was Patrick Boyle who was excellent; spend the time but didn't oversell, wasn't pushy..but really made me feel he understood me and my needs..I really loved also Tommy the manager. the team was so down to earth but yet sophisticated.. I will go back in a second and definitely refer colleagues..

Customer Service at it's best

i was one of those people that thought car dealer maintenance and repairs were over rated. The first time I took my first Volvo to Volvo Palo Alto(at that time going under another name)was 2004 and, I was proven wrong. The attentiveness, efficiency and thoroughness has continued under the new name. The staff is friendly and the service impeccable. Cars are something that should be dependable and well maintained and i can't think of another place I would take my vehicle.

Consistent great service!

I've been coming to this dealer for a couple years now to get my car serviced and I consistently have excellent customer service each time as well as quality regular maintenance on my Volvo S60. The staff is honest and friendly and the waiting area is very comfortable.
