Friendly, helpful staff. Fairly quick turn around on my car. I didn't like the unhealthy lobby snacks like doughnuts or sunny D orange juice. Service warning light came on the day after I had my service.

My wife and I had never had a Volvo but it was on our list to check out for safety and customer satisfaction. We were "walk-ins" at the dealership and Andy Thompson drew the short straw...and the walk around the lot began...V-this and XC-that and every color under the rainbow. We are not compulsive buyers so with XC60 and V60 etc. spinning in our heads we took the night off and returned a couple of days later for a test drive. Andy had a luminous sand metallic XC60 ready with the AC on...he's very thoughtful since the last few days have been extremely hot! He provided plenty of information as we drove around and asked questions...in fact, we asked about the Nav system when you drive into Canada and he immediately called "Volvo Central" and found it doesn't work out-of-country...but, he showed us where you change the SIM card in the glove box and that we could pick up the Canadian Sim card at the (blank) store. Driving the XC60 was fun and exciting. Upon our return, we asked Andy to start a worksheet for us...well, I should say several worksheets as we worked toward our "ideal" Volvo crossover with all the variations and options...and again, Andy proved to be more than helpful as we kept sending him back "upstairs" for approval of the next offer...did I mention that we're not impulse buyers! With our "best deal" in hand, it was time for rest and relaxation and a good Mexican meal! I'm happy to report that Andy did NOT bug us with emails or phone calls (as I had asked) and two days later, I called asking for 6 (count them) more things and we would buy...he went "upstairs" yet again and called back that we had a deal. The dealership "paperwork folks" were most helpful and things went very smoothly. Now, the big challenge for Andy was at hand...showing a "pinball wizard" how to operate a computer on wheels (20" alloys) and he again proved to be totally awesome! It took over an hour and this lasted beyond closing time, but he never looked at his watch while he got Apps working and synched up phones and contact lists...I mean on-and-on but what an amazing vehicle! Andy and all the folks at the dealership were professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with and they did achieve "customer delight" with us! If the parts and service departments treat us as good as everyone else at the dealership has, it will be easy for us to offer our loyalty into the future!

The service department went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my 91 year old mothers car serviced. They dropped off a loaner for her caretaker to use for my mom, And took her car to be tended to. Afterwards, I charged it by phone, and they dropped Off mom's car to her, and reclaimed their loaner. All maintenance was taken care of perfectly Perfectly and in a timely manner.

I wandered in to Volvo of Louisville thinking about trading in my Honda Civic for something in the Volvo family of cars. I fortunately was connected with Andy Thompson to show me the options and sing the praises of the Volvo brand. I must say he was quite proficient at doing both. After a test drive of the 2015 SC60 used model viewed on line, we began the search for a more perfect match for me and the features I felt I must have for this big purchase. Andy reviewed inventory on line and found a 2016 white model on the lot. Needless to say, I loved it and made the purchase that day. It was great to work with Andy and his no pressure approach. If there was a question he needed more info to answer he was confident and resourceful finding the answer for me. We have spoken via email and phone several times since and he even provided me an update on the new home for my Honda Civic 2010. As a gentleman new to the car sales world, Andy does possess many qualities that served him well with my customer interests. His patience as I asked the same question more than once, his sincere listening to what I wanted in a car and just his overall calm and quiet personality were plus qualities for me. I found everyone at Volvo of Louisville especially helpful in the purchase and financing of my new car. I rest easy bknowing I can direct any questions or concerns back to Andy or the appropriate service agent as he made sure I met them all. Customer Service was GREAT, however there is no way for me to KNOW if the "quality of repair" is 100%?? One just have to be trusting that the repair person is seriously qualified for the job.Went in for an Oil Change ($230.something) can out with a new brake-pad replacement, over $560. I like the fact that the dealer's mechanics always find another problem other than the service that ONE initially went in for??Thank you!

Set up an appointment for 10am to look at a car. Showed up at about 9:50 and went in to meet the lady I had been emailing. She said "oh I wasn't expecting you till later, car is being shown right now and they are taking it on a test drive."Fine, that's understandable. So I said I would wait for them to get back. So at about 10:45 or 10:50 I had been sitting for 45 mins or so and hadn't seen the lady again. So I got up and saw her sitting at a desk on her cell phone. I went over and asked her if the other people were back yet and she responded," oh yea they are back, I think they are buying it." So I walked out...Thanks for letting me know lady. If I hadn't went looking for her I'd probably still been sitting there.Didn't feel like my business was wanted at all.
