My experience from the time I purchased this car has been terrible. If I could return this vehicle I would. The salesman didn't know what he was doing. Never got my concerns fixed or answered properly. Service is now an issue. Nobody keeps you informed. No one answered calls. I have to drive over to the dealer to get answers. It's one of the worst I have ever owned. Customer service is definitely not high on their list.

Sebastian & Josh are both amazing! I am forever a loyal customer because of how well this dealership as treated me from car buying to purchase and any repair. They offer AMAZING prices below the competition but what matters most is they are honest, loyal, fair, compassionate and they keep their word.I found my sales agent, Sebastian, in my search for a Volvo XC60 after a horrible car accident. I knew I wanted Volvo because it was safe and I wanted to protect my family. We live in the Dulles area but after searching online for the car I wanted I called Sebastian because they had the very best deal of ALL the dealerships (Even when other dealerships claimed there was NO way they could go lower on the price- Volvo of Fredricksburg beat it) I shopped around at. Sebastian did all the paperwork ahead of time so we could just show up and take the car. There was no run around, no price changes, he was very patient explaining every detail of the car and even after we left, he called to check on me to see if I had any questions. He didn't just walk away after the sale. He has always taken my calls and has been very patient and understanding with all of my questions. Their amazing business practice really came through when when we realized I needed to get a navigation update on my vehicle I found out they they would need my car for a day or two. I live nearly 2 hours away with traffic. I I'm a cancer survivor and I drive to Hopkins almost 3 days a week. I have doctors appointments daily between cancer survival and recovering from my car accident, and my husband travels and I'm home with a 3 year old and i've been very sick lately. Then enters Josh from their service department who is just amazing. Josh calls me and was very understanding to my situation and said "We will come get your vehicle and we will bring it back to you when we finish>" Who does that for a customer these days?? I am so grateful. Driving was the last stress I needed to add to my health when I have been so sick at at Hopkins so much. If you are in the market for a vehicle and you want fair pricing and an honest and loyal team. Head to Volvo in Fredricksburg. Ask for Sebastian. You won't be sorry and then when your card needs servicing know the Josh is going to be very understanding to your needs. I know I made a great purchase!! Outstanding dealership management, knowledgable customer sales consultants, excellent pricing and competitive trade in made for a positive purchase experience of a 2016 Volvo XC60. Dealer provides exemplary factory maintenance/repair support in their service department, as well as offering a Volvo loaner while vehicle is being serviced. Easy to do business with in their Sales, Service and Parts departments.

Tried to charge me a $1500 dealer fee on top of sticker price for a new XC90. Found out they only charge $699 to all other customers and when I asked them why I was told that they charge a premium on this model and said thanks and goodbye. Also waisted 4 days of my time. If they only knew what real selling was about their customer service would much better than what it is.

i thought the deal was going well until after the purchase and money handed to them only to find just one key(FOB) for the car. They admitted they knew there was only one FOB but conveniently did not share that info with me until after the sale. In fact the response was that is why it is priced as it is. Now I need to go purchase a second FOB at a cost of $300. I don't appreciate underhanded tactics like this whether intentional or not. I won't be going back and I could not consider endorsing this facility to others

Sebastian followed up on my internet inquiry. I found him to be straight forward. He figured out that I had done my research, had already test driven some S60's and was serious about this one particular used car with the interior/exterior color combo and option packages I was looking for.Because the dealership was over an hour away, I talked pricing first with him and later with Lonnie.They didn't move much, but enough for me to visit the dealership. I'm glad I did. The in person buying experience was great, and Sebastian and Lonnie made you feel good that you were buying your car from this dealership. I knocked the pricing to 4 stars because the dealer fee and add ons are on the high end.

I did not go to this dealership to buy a Volvo. I was about to turn around and leave when Sebastian, my salesman, showed patience and manners. He showed me a car he thought I might like, and the rest is history. Sebastian was soft spoken, professional, and very knowledgeable about Volvos. I left the dealership with my Volvo S60 feeling pleased, informed, and glad that I did not leave.

We visited this dealership after seeing a few cars on their internet site that looked like something we would be interested in and the prices were good. We were not swarmed when we wandered the lot for a few moments, which I appreciate. We walked inside the building and were greeted by Tyler Clark. He is an outstanding sales representative and I really enjoyed our experience. I did not feel any pressure and I appreciated his attentiveness to our questions and concerns. Overall, our entire experience was wonderful and we will be back the next time we need a car!

I enjoy shopping for new cars and do a lot of online research along with visiting dealerships in person. Shopping all of the Volvo dealerships in N. VA and Fredericksburg, I was very pleased with my experience at Rosner. The entire dealership is run very professionally and my salesperson, Lonnie Stoltzfus, was extremely knowledgeable and businesslike. I highly recommend this dealership and Lonnie particularly to anyone looking for an excellent car buying experience, great price, excellent sales experience and far superior to that found around N.VA. We have purchased many cars in the past, however, I can honestly say this was by far the best car buying experience we have had. Lonnie was very professional, never pushed us, and the entire transaction never seemed as if we were wheeling and dealing. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all of our questions. We were impressed with the actual dealership, as well as the overall buying experience. We are that family that dreads having to purchase a new vehicle simply because we do not like going back and forth negotiating a price, and walking away as if we didn't get the best deal. We felt the complete opposite while dealing with Lonnie. We negotiated the price we were comfortable paying, without feeling pressured to make the purchase. Lonnie is an excellent salesman. He's very responsive, knowledgeable, and not afraid to go find out if he doesn't know the answer to something. Lonnie made the whole car buying experience appear seamless even though my difficult credit union made me jump through hoops before I could get the financing I want. Ms Dallas had cars of the type which I had told her over the phone interested me ready when I arrived. She presented relevant background information on the the vehicles and suggested an excellent test drive course for the vehicle type. Both she and the sales manager explained additional options to me but were cordial and low key when I declined. Despite a longish delay in finalizing the paperwork, this was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. Excellent facility and classy people, I'll come back here first the next time I need a car.
