Very relaxing atmosphere

Very happy with my experience when buying my new Tiguan. Atmosphere at the dealer sales and finance departments was not hectic compared with the last time I bought a car. No pressure from the Internet sales manager when I started my search, but was waiting on claim from insurance. Got the car I wanted and no complaints about my buying experience, which can be very stressful. Would definitely recommend this dealer.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had, BAR NONE. My sales person Matt Crook made this the BEST. I bought a slightly used GMC truck with 3047 miles on it. I was in Arizona asking about this truck and Matt Crook took the time to take pictures of any scratch, blemish or any thing that might be a deal breaker.( which were nothing ). I drove in from Arizona 250 miles ) to look at the truck and it was everything Matt said it would be. We purchased that truck and Matt sent us to Jeremiah Edwards ( Finance Manager ) and also was a great experience. If you are looking for a car / truck GO TO VOLKSWAGEN OF MURRIETA AND SEE MATT CROOK . If you want an car salesman who cares GO SEE MATT.

I worked with Aaron and John while purchasing my CPO 2013 Tiguan. Overall the experience was amazing. I came in not really knowing whether or not the Tiguan was the vehicle for me. After a test drive and a conversation with Aaron I knew it was perfect. I appreciated their calm and friendly demeanor and their knowledge of the vehicle and financing. I took my car in to get a diagnostic test to fix a few problems my car was having and my experience with that was really good. They answered all my questions and made sure I was kept in the loop through the process. I was given and complete breakdown of what was wrong and needs to be fixed as well as a suggested important problem for future repairs and maintenance. I was also contacted while my car was being repaired by my advisor. It is very reassuring to be included in this important service along with minor ones as well.

2015 Passat SE TDI

I was in need of a more fuel efficient vehicle at a good price. I also had a trade in that needed work and I was not interested in any mechanical investments with my old vehicle. I emailed a request to look at a vehicles and got intimidate response. I got a follow up response directly from the GM sharing his contact info letting me know if I needed any help. The sale rep took my trade off my hands and got us into a brand new Passat TDI for a better prices than I expected. The sales experience was one of the best of any prior purchases. There was absolutely not pressure and we left feeling we made a great decision. We love being part of the VW family and will continue to shop here. Thanks for taking care of us.

I just bought a 2015 Golf, this was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. Great Service

I was driving by and saw the BMW 335i sitting on the lot. It was a vehicle that my wife was interested in. I went home, picked up the wife, and headed back out for the day. I pulled the vehicle information up on the web app and showed it to the wife. She said she wouldn't mind going and taking a look at it. We showed up and no one met us at first. We stood on the lot for about 15 minutes before we were approached by Maria. We explained what we were interested in and took the vehicle on a test drive. Once we drove it, there was no turning back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for all your assistance in us getting the car that my wife has always wanted!

Great Car Buying Experience

Aaron was awesome! We told him that we were just looking for a future purchase. He did not just turn around and leave, instead he told us about the car we had been peeking at even though I had told him we were not interested in buying at this time. He treated us with so much respect and made us feel valued. He got approval for my daughter to test drive the bug of her dreams and then helped us find a way to make her dreams a reality. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Convertable Bug. The service was amazing. We were able to leave the dealership to get some errands done and still negotiate on the car via phone. Aaron then set up a time for us to come back and sign paperwork. It was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had.

Great first experience with service department

My new Passat had a slight pull to the right while driving and I brought it back to Murrieta VW for help with correcting it. It was a bit of a mystery at first since everything seemed in order. Assistant Service Manager Peter McGinnity was extremely helpful in taking the extra time to research and diagnose the problem--including calls to VW Technical Services to trouble-shoot the problem. To make a long story short, the car was fixed as promised and now it drives like a dream. Thank you!

Not to speedy as promised!!!

Unfortunately the express oil change wasn't speedy. After I called to check how busy you were the young lady said no problem just come on down and will have you done quickly. When i arrived you asked if I had an appointment and I explained that the young lady said I didn't require one. Then apparently after they started my paperwork they forgot to write a ticket for my vehicle so I was there almost 2 hours. So not the best experience, but oh well.

Always nice to come in and the service team is so welcoming. I brought my 2011 VW Jetta TDI in for an oil change, transmission fluid change, and a few other minor items. Everything is perfect, and they were able to get things all taken care of in the timeframe I requested. Happy customer! Thank you. :)

Worth the Drive

I did a lot of comparison shopping online and in-person car all throughout San Diego County looking for a mid-size sedan. Drove a lot of great cars and visited a lot of dealerships. Finally settled in on the 2014 Passat SE which I bought from VW of Murrieta at the end of July. It was a great experience all around. My initial online inquiries were responded to quickly and so were my counter offers. Aaron and Lauren in Internet Sales were great to work with and offered me the lowest price of the six dealers I contacted. When I finally met them in person, they were just as nice as they had been on the phone and via email. I also want to give a shout out to Jeremiah in Finance who made that a painless process on a busy day. It was worth the drive up from San Diego. Thanks for a great deal on my new car.

This was my first experience buying a car myself and I can't believe I'm saying this...but it was actually FUN! Link (the salesman) and I bantered playfully during the whole process, and even though he complained that he was giving me my car for so dirt cheap that they weren't going to make ANY PROFIT AT ALL :), we managed to make a deal that made me really happy...AND he threw in some cool extras for free (the service department told me my "extras" would've cost me upwards of $800!) After my purchase, I realized that I needed a bike rack (2 people in a 1 car household means that one of us is ALWAYS on a bike) and since I bought a convertible, several other dealerships told me that I was out of luck! I called Lewis in the service department, and he took a look at some trailer hitches I had found and told me it would be no problem to install it for me--and for cheap! From Jim, who did the service for me, to Nick who gave me a ride to Starbucks, these guys are AMAZING at their jobs. I live 2 hours away from Murrieta, but I would go back just to know I was in such good hands. BUY YOUR VW FROM HERE and you won't be sorry.
