I had the honor of working with Mr. Jose Juarez for my second purchase of a KIA vehicle. Mr. Juarez always has a contagious smile and is very professional and customer oriented. After my purchase of a KIA Forte, he continue to greet at the front door and address us by name. Really who remembers names!! He works diligently in providing the best service and deal. After three years, I decided to shop for a new vehicle but unfortunately, Mr. Juarez was not available. I was forced to work another salesman, and highly disappointed in his professionalism and customer services. I promised myself never to purchase another vehicle at this dealership. So after a few months, I contacted Mr. Juarez regarding a vehicle repair, and as always he was eager to assist. The General Manager showed be a filthy vehicle with over 2,000 miles as a new car! When I objected he was rude and condescending. I have never been treated so bad at a car lot! Never stepping foot at this dealer again.

Took My Down Payment and Sold My Car to Someone Else
This dealership has absolutely no integrity. I put 400 dollars down to hold a vehicle. Manager and sales person assured our money would be safe. The day we went in to sign paperwork, we were notified the car had been sold. On top of that we are yet to get our money back. These people are dishonest and don't care about their customers. I have been receiving emails from the dealer sending me notices on other cars. No shame whatsoever. I am disgusted. I can't believe this happened to us. Way to live up to the stereotype of the crooked car salesman. I am reviewing in as many sites as I can to get the word out. If they were dishonest about this, what else can the u be dishonest about. Take your business else where !

After the initial shock of the cost the repair to our Mitzi would be, the situation changed with the help of VictorGonzalez who explained the high cost, etc. and encouraged us to think about a new car, He then directed us to Ramon Rodriguez. What a wonderful kind, patient, and knowledgeable young man. He not only explained all the benefits of the KIA, but opened the whole car and showed us everything about the auto. I liked his knowledge of the vehicle, and his communication was excellent, spot on and not pushy.The dealership had a fun atmosphere, with numerous employees asking if I needed assistance. The dealership was also clean, with TV viewing areas, and music and food offered outside.My after purchase was also wonderful. Complimentsry first oil change
Service was superb, and I gather the parts used were the ones recommended by the car manufacturer. I thought though, that the price charged for the oil change was a little excessive. Maybe it is the fact that I had not taken my car to a dealership in a very long time.

I took my car in to be serviced. I was greeted by name and every one was very helpful. The service advisor notified me of the repairs that need to be completed prior to them preforming them. The repairs were done in a timely matter.

I purchased my Kia Optima over a year ago, It was an okay experience, the staff met most of my requests, I purchased the vehicle I wanted without all the ammenities I wanted, based on unavailability, but under 3 hours, so that was a positive experience. Cons: I was not explained Kia did not sell vehicles with a spare tire nor kit, that was a surprise when I found out.During the whole process, the staff was judgemental of my requests, and I was not offered water, I asked if there was coffee available, I was told yes there is the machine, i think the filters and coffee and creamers are at the bottom. ( i prepared coffee for 20 people)3 times after purchasing my vehicle I serviced my car at viva kia, once I was told there would be a shuttle I could count on, I did, to find out, it was not something truly available. last week I received an email with a coupon for oil service and tire rotation under $48i was about to take a road tripp across the country so I decided to give it a tryi can not find the words to explain what a delightful experience I had from scheduling my service, getting a shuttle to home, and from work back to the dealership, loved the email explaining my other vehicle service needs, i approved over the phone, i was offered water, and the price at the end was even more wonderful. Viva Kia has fully done a positive 360 focusing on giving delightful customer service, which truly made me feel as part of a caring family. Viva Kia made my day! Thank You! manipulating practices and horrible customer serv
Both car seller(Juan Y.) and finance manager (Fernie) were very manupilative with their sales ethics. First they adverise awesome sales only to lure people in and then once you are there they come up with excuses of why you didn't qualify for their incentive discounts. However the worst part is how they take advantage of people even vets and the elderly when it comes to signing a contract! They have several paper steps in thier contract in which you are rushed to sign wihout any explanation. Next thing you know when you finally go over all the steps you realized that they throw in an extra warranty that they didn't offer nor explain. All new cars come with factory warranties so why offer or cunningly throw another one in? Found out that that's how these finance mangers get paid by offering these warranties and if you decline it, they still add it in after you sign. They just adjust the car price so that you will never notice anything wrong! Retuning calls is also unheard of and getting your refund back after you decline to purchase is challenging!! Buyers beware!!!
