From the fellow who took my keys when I pulled up to the customer rep who handles my service needs, I was made to feel welcomed and that I would be very satisfied when I left. I was!Two separate requests to have a part of the car checked (shifter control and the drivers side door latch ) resulted in parts ordered and replaced, all on a timely manner and professionally done (just before warentry was up).

My wife went to start her car and she couldn't. I reviewed the menu and found the battery level to be low. I called Village Cadillac and Debbie Henry (service manager) told me not to worry just bring the car in. I did so and within and hour my car had a new battery and I was on my way. I can not tell you that I also walk away with a smile and complete satisfaction whenever I have my car serviced at village Cadillac and how professional, respectful and personal Debbie Henry is along with the rest of the staff at Village Cadillac.

After shopping at three other dealers (two of them were closer to home), we purchased our third Cadillac from Village. Chris Mehelic went out of his way to find the vehicle we wanted. Visited their service department on three occasions. Alicia, the Accessories Manager, graciously solved the first two problems without any hiccups. The most current problem was a pierced rear tire that caused a very slow leak. "Rich" in the garage couldn't fix it and the tire was replaced the next day. During these visits, the pleasant helpful attitude of Debbie Henry made the visits a different experience from what you would normally expect. We live almost fifty miles from this dealership, but with the service we've received from this staff, we know where our car will be taken care of in the future.

Once again I needed to take my car in for a repair. As usual I went to Village Cadillac.Debbie Henry handled it in her usual efficient manner. She wrote up the order and got the car into the shop. In short order the found what was the problem and in their usual inspection found another serious one. She handled both of them and ordered parts set up a return appointment and we were on our way. the parts came in and a new appointment was made. that appointment was kepe and again we left feeling good and felt safe because our car was done right. That is an example of "Excellence" and why I travel 100 miles to have my car done right. Debbie Henry helps to set the standard for excellence.

Joe Ceperano walked us through the details and provided us with a loaner of the exact car we intended to lease. He took lots of time to answer any and all questions re payments and benefits of leasing. After we signed about 100 forms he didn't abandon us, but took the time to sit in the new car and explain all the features and showed us how to take advantage of wifi, cell phone and nav. features.Since there are so many new things to learn, he invited us to come any time and he will go over any of the features we are having a problem understanding or using.WHAT A GUY!!! I recently purchased a '13 Cadillac STS and walked away feeling like I'd gotten a great car instead of being sold a used car. The guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. Jacob Horn, one of the salesmen endured several test rides before I picked out my STS. Joseph Ceprano also helped a lot and is a Cadillac wiz. I felt like I bought the perfect car for me and my family versus being sold a used car. Even the sales manager helped in the process.. Best car buying experience.. Debbie Henry is my service writer, and is probably one of the very best I have ever dealt with. Over the years I have owned more than 30 new cars, of various makes, including Cadillac, Mercedes, Infiniti, Corvettes, and others. This current 2014 Cadillac CTS Coupe is my latest, and with it, my second servicing experience at Village Cadillac, and with Debbie. She was very knowledgeable, and understood that I'm very specific as to what I want done to my car, such as using a full synthetic oil, as opposed to a synthetic blend. I also really like the fact that on my first visit she introduced me to one of the "Tech's", a fellow named "Rich", who listened to what I had to say about how I maintain my cars, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. I was also impressed by the fact that it is an "open" shop, whereby the customer has the option of actually watching the tech perform the the service. Very impressive. Debbie also was very helpful in regard to my asking her some technical questions regarding my specific car. I have nothing but high praise for both Debbie, and the service department in general. I'LL BE BACK!

The best way to find a good dealership and repair shop, is by how busy they are. Village Cadillac is always busy. What makes them exceptional is their employees. Debbie Henry is a wizard at scheduling and organizing and always makes her customers happy by getting service and repairs done to fit your schedule, on time, and done right. The mechanics are among the best I've seen and never have a problem with explaining anything the customer may ask about. I've never noticed any grease or dirt marks on the inside nor outside of my Cadillac after service was completed. The dealership is setup for the comfort of the waiting customer with coffee, TV, DVD and a quiet room for reading. The only dealership I go to.

He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, showed very sincere concern and care that my wife and I were being treated as customers with our needs as a priority. They were very courteous and efficient. My 2015 ATS had a re-call for the moon roof that needed to be done, not only did they repair it while I waited, they called me to let me know about the recall in advance. My only complaint is that most luxury car companies, ie Mercedes, BMW, Audi wash your vehicle after service. If they wash the cars after service they will be five star in my book.

Our customer experience was outstanding from the start with many long phone calls for a week before we went to Village Cadillac to meet with our salesman Joseph Ceparano for a test drive. He was terrific in every way and answered all our questions. He was there for us when we went to pick up the vehicle as well as at the delivery of the vehicle to explain all the options to us. Very knowledgable service staff. Pinpointed and addressed all sevice issues I brought to their attention.Very impressed with this dealership from top to bottom. Waiting areas are very comfortable, this is important to me, i've had to wait in waiting rooms that have standard office chairs. This shows they care about you, because lets face it you could be there awhile.

My boyfriend and I have been in search for a new SUV, We came across this dealership one afternoon while driving through town. We came across a few vehicles that really had taken interest to us. It took a while for any sales rep to come consult with us. Not to mention the one we had showed no interest in a sale to us at all. Right off of the bat he asked what we did for a living. After explaining we are independent contractors, he immediately starting turning us away as if we were a waste of time. He embarrassed us in front of his fellow co workers. He had no interest in checking our credit to see if we were eligible for a loan or not, he did not care. Well thanks to his ignorance, we went down the road and within 2 hours we bought a BRAND NEW KIA SORRENTO vehicle from Citrus Kia. So thank you to the guy who judged a young couple not showing any concern of their stability status. We are so thankful the commission from our purchase went to a salesmen who deserved it!

The car I was interested in was in stock with all the options including color. Further it had many options that I was unaware of and frankly were quite challenging in learning their use. Joanne was extremely helpful throughout the process, scheduling several training sessions. She had support from other staff members as well, all exhibiting a high degree of professionalism.
