Happy I traded up

I came in to get a battery for my key fob on my 2014 charger..the salesman Alex started a conversation on the 2015 HEMI charger...we took it on a test drive and I was impressed enough to buy it. I am real happy with the car. I get good gas mileage and it is a good road car. I will probably buy my next car at victory dodge.

The Truck I wanted and needed- Dodge RAM 2500HD

I had been looking for new truck to upgrade my GMC Sierra which was a good vehicle but has some limitations. I needed a Crew Cab, Diesel motor, high feature content within cab, comfort for long tows and a highly reliable vehicle. I had looked at FORD, and Chevrolet, however the owners of these type of vehicles I spoke with would not buy a FORD or Chevrolet again, for various reasons. We looked at GMC but could not get areasonable price and get the package we wanted.I happened to be driving by the Dodge dealership, Victory Dodge, and noticed a truck on the lot that may meet my needs. I am very glad that I did stop in , they had the truck I was looking for. I have never owned a Dodge product, but my Father and Brother both own a RAM 1500 and when I asked them if they would buy the same brand again, they both said yes. The reasons they told me were the same key features listed by in the core marketing information I was steered to by the Victory dealership sales staff. The SALES staff Todd and his sales manager provided me with very good data which I reviewed that same evening. I called my Insurance agent and they also recommended the product and dealer based upon factual data of low issues & claims and high safety ratings of the product I was looking to purchase.The Sales staff were excellent in the process to purchase the vehicle and provided me the best offer that I had received compared to the FORD , GMC and CHEVROLET dealers in the area. I am very pleased with the product, the process of which I purchased the RAM and am looking forward to many years of this vehicle. The interior features are excellent and have some very innovative aspects that I did not observe in the other products, these were easy to be explained by the Sales rep. The support documentation for the vehicle is very very good.The design to update the electronics internally, such as a Garmin GPS option, was done by a software upgrade , which is very innovative rather that a module hardware replacementThe MOPAR options and aftermarket options are also very diverse in offerings for the truck.I found a great dealer when I purchased this product. I highly recommend this dealer and had an excellent experience. I am a car "nut" and own all types and brands, Chevy Camaro, Ford Mustang, Pontiac Solstice, Ford Fusion, Chevy Suburban (93), and now will be looking for the Challenger to add to the fleet.
