Horrible unprofessional service. Drove 45 minutes for an appointment I set up the day prior to see "jason" arrive at 10. Jason has another customer with him. I get another sales guy. He bumbles around looking for the key for the car, he cant find it. After 30 minutes following a guy around in circles, it turns out a customer came in the day prior to have it for the night to see if they wanted it or not. So no car. They could of called me up to cancel my appointment and save me the trip. What irks me the most is they called me 30 minutes prior to verify my appt to see the car! Then the sales manager just says, everyone makes mistakes, I am sure you do at some point"Stay away from this place.Wow!

All their talk on the radio advertisements about their first price will be better than any other dealers' last price is a joke. Went to drive a Jeep with intention of purchasing a vehicle. First price that I was given was about $6000 higher than what I had calculated it should be including financing. Left after several minutes of discussion about how unreasonable our expectations were. Went to another dealer and made the deal at exactly the price I expected to. Didn't feel like I had just been slimed.

I purchased a 2008 Ford F-350 for my husband on Friday, 6/12/15 as a surprise without him seeing it before I brought it home. Saturday night 6/13/15 my husband heard something dragging. He looked under the truck on Sunday morning 6/14/15 to see the exhaust was being held up by an 8 gage wire. My husband had to clean cut the exhaust so it didnt fall off while driving. He took a picture of the exhaust with the wire still wrapped around it and texted the dealer we had been working with. He said no problem, just bring it in to service. The sales manager had the audacity to tell my husband that the truck must have been off-roading, and that the exhaust fell off from impact. He asked my husband to be honest because they found dirt and grass under the truck. My husband explained that we live in the country in a house with acreage, we are having a pool built at our home, we towed our boat on Sunday, and he works on a construction site all areas where a truck can get dirty. The sales manager continued to insist that my husband caused this by off roading and told him this truck was for towing, not off-roading. My husband reminded him that the reason we bought a diesel was to tow trailers, not to off-road. If we broke our truck by off-roading or just on our own time, we are happy to pay for it. Im not expecting anything for free, I just want what we paid for. The sales manager was completely rude about the whole situation he should be more concerned with the safety of the vehicles coming in and out of their shop being passed off in this condition. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership again, and will be telling our friends and family to take their business elsewhere which is VERY sad because I thoroughly enjoyed working with our salesman, Karl Petersen.

Excellent service from sales on up to sales manager and owner. They helped us every bit of the way to get us the best deal! They are selling by volume which means more options and way better pricing than the competitors. They will make you feel safe and secure with everything from the sell to after the sell. I plan on doing business with these guys in the future! Thanks to the staff at Victory for my new 2015 RAM 3500 4x4 diesel!!!

Bought my first car at Victory and was very pleased with the quick email/phone responses from the internet sales team. Since I live in Lawrence and work in Topeka, it was more convenient to communicate via email/phone. I already knew which car I wanted so it was really just about cost; Victory was competitively priced compared to other dealerships. The entire process took just one week; sent an email request for more information on Monday and went to pick up my Cherokee on Saturday of the same week. The office space was smaller than I expected but was lively and busy (even though it was supposed to snow that day). While I waited for financial papers to process, I noticed that all the sales staffs were friendly and attentive. I don't remember how long I was there on Saturday; it felt long to me since I had skipped breakfast and lunch and all I could think about was food. It was probably about one hour, which isn't very long at all. The finance manager could tell I was more than ready to leave with the new car asap and skipped up-selling me the warranties, etc. (Thank you for that. I would've said 'no' to all of it anyway.) JEFF LUCHENE was my main sales representative throughout the process. He is very professional, friendly, and quick to respond. He probably did not make much commission from the Cherokee he sold me given the competitive price and he probably was irked at my back-and-forth emails (This is my first car, so I was very OCD about the entire process. It's like having a first child, I guess. I can't compare.), but I am grateful that he made this easy. Hopefully he made his monthly goal and is generously recognized by his immediate team and Chrysler. I only wish there were more color options in the lot for the Cherokee build I wanted. I got the crystal granite, but would've liked red, white, or blue too. If I'm still in Kansas come time I upgrade to the Grand Cherokee, I would visit Victory again. Thank you again, JEFF LUCHENE. Also, the Patriots won Super Bowl XLIX the next day, so it was a pretty awesome weekend.

The staff are all eager to please and friendly. I worked with Donnie, Jeffrey, and Jon, and they all seemed honest and forthright. I was in a unique situation that made them come across as very pushy to make a deal that very day, but what car dealer isn't pushy? In the end I got a good deal, and would gladly shop with them again.

I purchased a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab the first of November. Dan was a pleasure to work with. I took it back to the service department to have a few things checked out. Steve and Wendy were wonderful. I was more than impressed with their service and how I was treated. I have worked with both the service department and sales team at Victory. I have had an amazing experience in both areas. I would recommend Taylor Griffin to anyone looking for a new or used car. Taylor really listens to what you want, helps you get the car you deserve, and doesn't use pressure as a sales tactic. The few times the service department is great at fixing issues the first time and do not play games by suggesting services not needed. My salesman Scott Woodall helped me find exactly what I was looking for, in my price range with no pressure to get something I didn't want. I recently had to replace my old truck and had decided on getting a Jeep. I looked all over online and found a great deal at Bob Hoss. I was expecting the price to have hidden glitches once I got there but in fact it was actually what they had quoted. On top of that they were extremely gracious and the whole place had a family atmosphere. I great experience and I walked out with a lovely new jeeps and new friends.
