Making the appointment was timely. The representative I spoke with was very professional and courteous. She followed up prior to my appointment to see if anything had changed. I brought my vehicle in and even though they were busy during this time, I was waited on fairly quick and the time of my maintenance was minimal. Great customer service experience.

Victory Chevrolet Service Department is exceptional. From the time I arrive until the time I leave, I am treated with the utmost respect. I have an appointment time for service on my car and the wait time is really not bad. I have taken my granddaughter with me twice and she loves the free ice cream. Erin in Internet sales started this awesome experience. She was patient and understanding of our needs. Upon arriving at the dealership she hooked us up with our in house salesman Wade. After choosing the ride my son liked, Wade turned us over to Mike in financing and in no time the deal was done. Never did I think a car buying experience could be this easy and painless. We drove out in a 2015 Chevy Cruze for my son heading off to college in less than the time it takes to watch a bad Panthrs game! I bought a 2015 suburban from Richard Kolbe. One of the best sales person I have ever come across. Didn't pressure me at all and was very knowledgeable about what he was selling. I received exactly what price I asked for the first time without having to do a bunch of back and forth with the manager. Great experience with the dealership and salesman overall. Only negative was it was a very long buying process. Took almost 5 hours to get out of the dealership.

The guy I dealt with was very nice and well trained at his job . But before I left I checked and my third break light didn't work so went back to service desk, but the guy I was dealing with wasn't there he went up front . I told another person at the desk that's the light was not working that's when he got a attitude with me saying that was on end that the recall wouldn't have nothing to do with it not working . It was working when I got there . Finally the guy I dealt with in the beginning show back up and got service guy to look at it was a loose wire .So So not naming names First guy at service desk was greatSecond guy SUCKED !!Service tech also GREAT AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD BEFORE I LEFT AND TOLD ME TO HAVE A GREAT DAY. I still have another Malibu that needs the same recall will have done as long as I don't have to deal with the other sevice desk old guy Thanks 2010 Malibu

Love my vehicle but the salesman was very pushy and not worried about what I wanted in a vehicle only that we bought a vehicle that day. Sales manager was only worried about "making a deal" and not helping us find the car that was right for us. They tried to push multiple cars on us that we're not in the best condition saying this is the type of cars we sale that's why our prices are the best and that they do not spend money to make the car perfect before selling. The car buying process was very poor: we visited the dealership multiple times and had called ahead that morning about cars we had seen online and wanted to come see in person. Both times we Had been told the cars were at the dealership but upon arrival the cars were actually at the mt holly location. So we wasted our time calling ahead and we ended up spending 30+ minutes waiting just to see the car while someone went to get it. We love the car but we looked at 6 plus cars before buying one to find the one that was in the best shape. So just take your time looking for the car that is in great shape and don't settle for one with defects that the salesmen will try to convince you to buy.

Very helpful and patient while I searched for a vehicle to meet my needs in my price range. Only negative was that many of their used vehicles are stored off site. Had I not searched online before coming to the dealership, I would not have known to ask about some I had seen that were not on the lot. I would have left without buying because the cars in my price range of the model I needed were not a the dealership. Otherwise everything went smoothly. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service I received.

My husband heard an advertisement on the radio and we were in the market for a 2015 Impala to replace our 2007 Impala. Searched Victory's website and found a lot of good options so we took a ride. Cars were in inventory as advertised and they had a great selection! Daryl Ford was great to work with! Good sense of humor and knowledge of inventory and the buying process. He even was calm during the test drive (my husband gets fidgety when I drive). A very short wait to finalize the paperwork and away we went in our new Impala!

I called Victory Chevrolet for a service appointment, my car was smoking and leaking oil, they gave me an appointment the next day. My appointment was at 2pm, I arrived and I was greeted and taken care of with their excellent and friendly staff. It did not take them long to find out what was wrong with my car which was the wrong seal was put in when the oil was changed and that was not done by victory. They changed my oil, battery cables, and order a part for the steering system, I was so pleased with Victory because they take pride in superior customer service and they make you feel like part of the victory family....I would rate them 100 PLUS, because when you drive away you already know your car will always be in good hands..they will always service my Chevrolet Cruze. I want you to know that your service department is the BEST because they care about the customers and they give details about your car that you can understand and know they will do a awesome job in caring for me as a customer and my car. Most items taken care of. What was (said to repair the noise) did not work. I was back today, this time taking the Tec for a drive. He showed me what he was going to do & take it back out again. The outcome was it did not work, and he is ordering a Strut for the rear. On Monday next they will replace it as they need to order the item. I hope this fixes the problem as they say they everything appears OK.

This is the best dealership in Charlotte, NC! Customer service BLOWS me away every time! I purchased a vehicle earlier last week and needed a couple of parts replaced on the car, had to go to dealership to get it replaced and what great customer service again. It started with the follow up by Sharon in regards to my first apt when they did not have the part until we left Victory Chevrolet with all of the parts replaced on my new car with no cost to me!!!!!! Everyone is just on point!! They make sure that you are taken care all the way to OB, who thanked us for coming and wanted to make sure that we were taken care of. This place is awesome! Talked with Kimberly A on the phone, gave her my info, she called me back and set an appt, very nice and great conversation! Called me back the day of appt to let me know some changes before I came out, and wanted to make sure it was ok! Wow!! What great service!! I arrived at the beautiful facility, and was immediately greeted by Kimberly A. I felt like we had know each other before, such a comforting thing as we start the process. Then they cleaned my car, went over last minute details and then I drove off in my early anniversary-birthday gift to me and hubby thanks to Kimberly A and Todd Campbell!! I wanted to start off my letting you know that I have 22 years experience in the dealership environment as a parts manager, mostly GM (Parks Chevrolet, Cater Chevrolet, Steve Moore Chevrolet). Needless to say I know how the car buying experience should go and how the process should work. After looking on line I made a cold sales call to your dealership and Joey Scronce picked up. We spoke briefly and I let him know what I was interested in and what I expected. Joey not only met my requirements but he exceeded my expectations. He had the vehicles I was interested in ready for me to test drive and did not pressure me in any way. My wife drove the 2013 Malibu and decided that was the one she wanted. We agreed on the price (which I did shop around and found to be appropriate and reasonable) now I was ready to buy. Next on to financing, Mr. Jamie was not only spot on with his presentation but listened to me as I went over what I wanted and did not want him to waste my time with. Total time less than 2 hours from test drive to delivery. Now on to my second car purchase. Recently my 2000 Blazer blew a head gasket and I felt it was not worth investing in. So who do you think I came to when I needed another vehicle, Mr. Joey Scronce. I looked again on line and picked out a few vehicles I was interested in. Called Joey on his cell phone and he picked up while he was on vacation at the beach. That not only impressed me but he knew my number and answered with my name calling me Mr. Ashe. I told him to call me when he got home so we could discuss another purchase. Basically went thru the same buying process as before. I looked at a few vehicles and was sold on the 2010 Malibu. Again a no pressure approach by Joey and with constant communication we were able to close another deal. I also shopped the price of this vehicle and found it to be priced within reason for this car. I did not want anyone else to do my financing but Jamie because of the experience I had with him before but he had already left for the day and had the next day off. Well here I was without a vehicle to drive. I put down a deposit and Joey asked the sales manager if I could drive it home. Without hesitation I was told yes. I returned in two days and Jamie had all my information and paperwork basically ready. Again a very smooth transaction between customer and dealer. I have seen a lot of bad situations develop in my years in the automotive dealership environment. I have heard many horror stories from customers and friends. And when I tell them about my buying experience they are amazed. Now you ask why did I not choose one of my previous employers? Here's why, I work for Bradham Brothers HVAC and they had recently purchased two Malibu's for our sales people, I liked the vehicles and they spoke very highly of Victory Chevrolet so I decide to give them a try. Not only am I very satisfied with my purchases but with my whole buying experience. I recently had a situation develop with my 2013 Malibu and had to have some service work performed. Things did not start off well but was directed to Brad and he took control and handled the situation with the upmost professionalism. My vehicle was repaired and it was covered under my extended warranty, rental car was provided (thank you Jamie for selling me this added coverage, which I purchased on my second car also). In closing I will continue to recommend Victory Chevrolet and thee above mentioned personnel. I never write reviews but this experience was so bad I felt it was needed. The misrepresentation started on the phone when they stated they had the van I was interested in yet 2 hours later when I arrived I was told it had been sold. They had 3 similar vans that were 2k higher but having driven 120 miles I agreed to have a look. The vans were all filthy one had major interior damage. The salesman had less knowledge of the van than I did. We were willing to buy the best of the dirty vehicles but at the price advertised on internet. Salesman left us sitting for almost 2 hours came back with a the exact price that was listed on window. Needless to say we did not purchase a vehicle and you shouldn't either.

I had a great experience buying my car from Todd Campbell. I called to see if they had a car that was listed online and they did. Todd called me and told me that he would be taking care of my transaction and did so with complete knowledge of the vehicle in question. I purchased the car and they took care of some items that were not in perfect condition and had it ready to go in less than 2 weeks and they set me up with a loaner vehicle that was extremely helpful.

I came in to Victory because I had a 2008 Chevy but due to traveling back and forth from Clover to Fayetteville every weekend, my wife and I were looking for something more affordable with gas. We searched online and found Victory had the best pricing! We drove to the dealership and met Mark Newton. We told him our situation and he instantly began to help us! We were looking for a cheaper used car which he lead us to that direction which we had asked him to do. He was very helpful and no hassle. He let us go to another dealership to make sure the price was the best in which it was!!! We started the process of purchasing the car and Mark was extremely helpful, he had knowledge, and experience. He worked efficiently and laid out all our options. No hidden fees or things the dealers do not tell you. He was very up front and honest. We ended up getting the car and we probably would not have if we had gotten anyone else or any other dealer ship. They do not hassle you or bother you about buying they let you take your time they also give many options! We never have a good experience with buying cars but I'd have to say thus experience was so easy and we felt we had made the right choice. I would recommend victory and Mark to any and everyone!!! We will for sure come to Victory as well as Mark when we go to purchase again!! Without Mark we would not have walked off the lot with a car! The service department is awesome, and they are there to answer any questions you may have, I truly trust them with any repairs to my vehicles, that is when you know you are at a place where customer service is a top priority...thanks for all your help, I really appreciate your workmanship!!!I purchased a Traverse from victory, and they were very nice in meeting my needs and the sales rep was excellent and he answered all of our questions, we felt very comfortable with him, he went the extra mile to explain about the vehicle and to keep us in budget. I really appreciated all the help he gave us and how nice and professional he was, we were well taken care of with all the people who helped us to get the vehicle. One thing that stands out at Victory Chevrolet is the excellent staff and customer service they give every time I come to this dealership. I have to say that my experience with "Victory Chevrolet" was a complete victory!! I was in the market for a used 2014 pick up and after doing some on-line shopping I came to Victory and met my salesmen Joey and OB Woods. They were complete gentlemen and very professional. After looking around at their inventory, I road tested and purchased a 2014 Silverado. I completed all the paperwork and the truck was detailed and ready a few hours later. When my finance came with me to pick it up she wanted one too! But she wanted a Tahoe...so Joey showed her the Tahoe's and she picked out a 2014. Again, all the paperwork was completed and we road tested the Tahoe and a couple hours later she drove her 2014 Tahoe. OB Woods was very courteous, friendly, and made sure all of our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. Both Joey and OB did a fine job and we would like to thank them for making our visit to Victory Chevrolet a very pleasant one!! A big thumbs up for Victory Chevrolet...

Their staff follow you around like a puppy dog to avoid loosing a sale. After waiting almost 2 hours to speak with the finance manager to purchase a car, we were given a 10% interest rate because they "only do business with a few banks" (must be getting a nice kickback off that 10% rate, huh?) Then, 2 days after purchase, they are calling to harass us because they haven't received the check from our bank. How about calling the bank instead of me?? It has been one business day and last time I checked, money doesn't fly. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Save yourself the nightmare and shop elsewhere!

We spoke with Doug and he was fantastic. He worked well with us and answered all of our questions to satisfaction. Doug and Brandon were willing to negotiate to our budget and weren't pushy when we were initially just looking. They were very up front with us and accommodating. They even gave us a bit of gas for the road! I would definitely recommend this dealership. We weren't even buying a chevy, we we're buying a pre-owned Ford. Best dealership we've been to recently (and trust me, we've been to plenty).

After several months of looking for a used car for my son, I finally found one three hours away at Victory Chevrolet . I e-mailed them and Brent Godfrey got right back with me and helped me with all my questions he could . He told me the actual salesman who trade the car was Mohamed Masaquoi , who got in contact with me right away to answer any questions he could , these to guys did all they could do to make sure I knew all there was to know about the vehicle. Being three hours away I couldn't just jump in the car and go so they said they would hold the car for a week so I could come see it. Will I finally got there , I must say a very nice establishment . Everyone was very nice and attentive, Mohamed Masaquoi was very professional and on top of everything. he noticed some scuff marks on the car when inspecting it that morning and had them buffing it out when we got there. He went over everything about the car in detail , all I can say is sold !
