I called Matt while sitting in the car I had been test driving and I was crying, I did not want this car. Matt asked me could I get to him, I took the car back and made my way to Vann York. I sat down provided my information to Matt, I had a answer within 15-20 min, he was worried i wasn't going to like the vehicle, as soon as I sat in it for the test drive I was sold. After I test the drive I told him, you knew I was going to like that car. I literally walked in Matt's office and drove away in the car I wanted in an hour. Matt, you and your team rock, thank you from the bottom of my heart, best sales experience ever. I will tell everyone one I can about YOU!!!!!

Great used cars and people who want to help

If your in the market for a new car and your credit isn't what most dealers are wanting to work with and you don't have much cash to put down stop in and talk to Matt and Rick they will do all they can to help you drive away that day. They were courteous not pushy and really took the time to work with me as they understood my situation. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a great used car with low miles and great condition. It means alot when someone takes the time to really help you get all you need and desire out of your next vehicle and isn't a pushy salesman just wanting to make a sale.

Very Pleased

I recently bought a vehicle from this location and couldn't have been happier. My salesman's name was Lucas Moreno and he was extremely helpful without being too "Pushy". He took his time with me and thoroughly answered all my questions. They really helped me out in the financing department as well. They were able to get my term extended a little which brought my payments lower and allowed me to get into a nicer vehicle. I recommend this location and salesman to anybody.

Bad business!

I purchased a vehicle from them in October 2014. The buying process was very easy, however the car I purchased had an oil leak. They told me to bring my car in, not knowing they would have to work on my car for two months!! They did put me in a rental but I still was outraged about how long it took them to fix my car. And yet I've have had my can back about three weeks now but it's still something wrong with it and I've called several times to speak with the manager Eric and he has yet to return my calls!!

Great service and great cars

When I needed a car I began looking for something used because I cannot afford a brand new car. When I showed up at vann york's bargain car lot I wasn't sure if their inventory was used at all. It all looked very new. In the end, I now have a car with less than 40k miles on it, plus it still has a manufacturer's warranty and it was affordable because it wasn't classified as a brand new vehicle. You pay significantly less for a used car hence, vann york's BARGAIN cars.
