Sales person Delores was very knowledgeable. There was a nice selection of trucks to look at and she identified for us those trucks that had extra incentive programs as we requested. Because we had purchased at the dealership before she remembered those items that were important to us. There was not a long drawnout negotiation required. He told me he though he had what we wanted.When we arrived a couple hours later, Joe had the vehicle pulled out and waiting for us to see and test drive. He told us more about the vehicle during our test drive than any other dealer ever has (even upon delivery) They made the buying experience so simple and quick. Great deal, great service and totally painless. At delivery, they answered every question, demonstrated features and made sure we understood the capabilities and how to use them including setting up our personal devices and accounts. First of all I would Like to thank Mike Bradner with helping me for over 1 week and being patient and answering all of my question and concerns in buying a Used 2015 Chevy Tahoe he explained everything about the the car and being very honest about it, not just saying anything to try to get me to buy .Upon driving from Miami to the dealership it was a 4 hour drive I was greeted by Doug and he was also very professional and quickly attending me and showed me to the Tahoe which Mike had left ready for me.I was amaze in the pristine condition this suv was in Me and my Wife where very satisfied with our purchase it was definitely worth the 4 hour drive , There saving especially there dealer fee prices are super fare compared to other dealers and yet alone the car prices are awesome worth the drive from anywhere. I came to Vann Gannaway because I go to church with my salesman, Joe Kauk. I know Joe to be an honest person and he believes in the product that he's selling. Joe took me on a test drive of one of the new Chevy Colorados. I loved it but they didn't have the color that I wanted. I wasn't in a hurry so I decided to order the truck in the color I wanted. Joe kept me updated about the progress of the order. When the truck arrived, he took a lot of time explaining every option the truck has and how it works. I was impressed because he was more knowledgeable than any salesman I've ever bought a vehicle from and there was quite a bit of things inside the cab that I wasn't even aware that the truck has on it.When we were done with the demonstration, he introduced me to Joel ( I can't remember his last name). Joel explained more options on the truck. I then met several other employees at the dealership to include Chip Gannaway, the owner of the dealership. Mr. Gannaway was very nice and thanked me for the business.Lastly, I met Bonnie in the options portion of the dealership. There was no pressure to purchase anything. I met with Doug Tutin a good time back last year and the time wasn't right. Again came back in February ready to make something happen and due to insurance issue on my end couldn't do it. Both time he handled himself EXTREMELY professional about the situation. Brought my mom in about her car and he was up front and honest with her rather than just trying to "make" a deal. Finally the time was right for me to get a car and there was no way I was going to go anywhere and seriously consider anything other than with Doug. As long as I want a new/used Chevrolet or a different brand used he has earned my business for life and many referrals when I know of someone looking for something.

Stopped in one day to let Wayne Davenport know that I was interested in a Volt. He introduced me to the finance manager, who had leased a Volt previously and I got a thorough in-seat training on the features. A few days later, I took a test drive...then stopped in two days later to let Wayne know I wanted to make the purchase. In a matter of hours, Wayne had the paperwork, the car, and a grand tour of the facility in place for me.I was done with the purchase in about 45 minutes and he even met me at the local gas station to top of the tank for me.Great car, great price, great service and an awesome experience!

This is my second time visiting this dealer and walking away with an awesome car. I purchased a used Impala LS back in 2006 for my youngest daughter. The experience was fantastic. My wife has wanted a new Camaro since they came back out in 2009. Of course she wanted an SS but at the time that was way to much money for a new Camaro SS. We instead got her a low mile Mustang GT Convertible. I am not a big Ford guy, I have been a GM man my whole life but my wife wanted a convertible and the used Mustang was in our price range. We were getting near the end of our extended warranty on the Mustang and the convertible top was getting to look a bit used up so I started looking for cars online and found an immaculate 2010 Camaro 2SS at Vann's with low miles and a great price, Car was loaded including heated seats and moonroof. We met Mel McKee our salesman and everything was handled superbly. Mel is an outstanding guy. I have been buying, selling and trading cars for over 40 years and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. No haggling they gave us a generous amount on our trade and as I stated earlier the Camaro was priced right under NADA book value. This is my wife's car and Mel took the time to walk her through all the features. We met with the Finance Manager Tony Derrico and he got us a super interest rate and extended warranty plan. Tony was very thorough in going over everything. We were in and out in 3 hours with a hot Camaro. Best of all my monthly payment is only slightly higher than my Mustang payment. Vann's is a fair and honest car dealership with an abundance of talented employees. I would not hesitate at all to send anyone there looking for a new or used vehicle. My hats off to them.

My husband Tom and I did extenstive research online and at several dealerships before comming to see Jr Gonzalez at Vann Gannaway. We were looking for a somewhat larger car than our Hyundia Elentra to travel in. Gas millage, comfort for both the driver and passenger, interior space, XM radio, cruise was some of the "must haves". We narrowed our online search to Hyundia, Ford, Mazda, GMC and Kia. We were on our way back from a business trip in the villages and visited the Lady Lake dealership and thought we had a deal but the salesperson was new and excited promised us a great deal but the management manipulated him in a sameful way and we left feeling bad for the young man and was disappointed in the process. We than visited the other dealerships and did not find what we were looking for. We than choose to go back to the way we prefer doing business and called CHip at Van Gannawy for an appointment. He set us up with Jr Gonzalez. I am past president of the Tavares Chamber of Commerce and we have found the best relationships with other chamber members. Jr was wonderful, he listened to what research and visits we had completed. We looked at the inventory, narrowed down the options, color, style ect. Jr had an almost perfect Equinox on the lot but realized the 2 other things, color and back up carmer with sound was what really wanted. He found the car locally and said we could have it the next day. We explained our finance options, the Credit Union at 1.99% which qualified us for up to $35K. He spoke to your credit dept and they offered around 2.5 with apx $2-3K down. He said he would have the Equinox the next day and my husband would stop by the credit union to pick up the check. Jr called us back latter that day and said he found equal financing as the CU. We came in the next day, signs the financing. Jr reviwed the "technology" of the Equinox to me and I drove away feeling wonderful! Tom and I have "showed and tell" our new Exquinox to all our friends and family. We especially told them of our professional buying experience at Vann Gannaway, especially of Jr Gonzalez! Not only as a consumer but as a chamber member we will contine to sing the praises of your dealership and staff. I have been back in the last few weeks to add on a few exxtra's and to ask to have the aligment confirmed. Nancy Martin was very helpful in choosing the extra's and Jon Gemeroth check the aligment. I felt comfortable with both of them and also Debbie Fike whom I chatted with for a while. Thank you for beginning a strong foundation to our relationship as a Professional Financial Advisor whom has built my career on "the client always comes first" and "strong foundations build strong futures" it is great to see other business such as Van Gannaway have the same values.

This is the FOURTH Chevrolet vehicle I have purchased from Vann Gannaway, specifically Hank Newton. Hank is the reason I keep coming back. He is always over the top honest, friendly and willing to assist me in finding the vehicle I want. He always has taken the time to explain the differences between the vehicle I am looking at -- versus similar other vehicles. He does not try to sell me something more than I want -- he works with me - takes his time and explains every single feature. Just wanted to take a moment and share with you the experience that my wife and I had this past Saturday when we purchased a new 2012 Chevy Silverado.Our journey started out over the internet where we first met Delores. Right from the start I noticed a difference in how Delores started to get to know us by asking what we were looking for in a new truck, about our budget, and a host of other details that would allow her to understand where we were in our purchasing process.Delores proceeded to provide us with information in a way that we felt she truly understood our needs, over a period of several days we corresponded back and forth with Delores, we felt as though we could trust her in a way that we have never trusted any other dealer sales person before.So early Saturday morning July 14, 2012 we visited the Eustis showroom and met with Delores, feeling a bit apprehensive, after all Delores is a sales person, we looked at a few Silverado trucks and found one that we really liked. Delores informed us that she was an advocate for her customers and would work hard to do whatever she could to get the price where we needed it to be, so off she went to that magical office that no one knows what goes on in there. A few minutes later Delores presented us with the information, my wife and I looked at each other in utter surprise; for the first time the price of a new vehicle was exactly where we had hoped it would be. No hassle, no haggling, no arguments, no threatening to leave, no remorse. Next it was off to see the one person everyone hates to go and see, the finance person where magically the numbers always change from what was originally discussed only a few minutes ago. We were introduced to Bonnie Seabury and immediately we had a felling of trust and respect. Bonnie was a real down to earth person who made us very comfortable. In less than thirty minutes Bonnie clearly explained all the figures, the different options that were available to us and the paper work was completed. but before we left her office we felt as though we made a friend.In and out with a new truck in under two hours, I think this just might be a words record, you may want to check into that.taking the truck home, the long way because we loved driving it, we noticed a slight shimmy from the tires. When we got home I sent an email via the VG online maintenance request. Within less than thirty minutes I received a personal and friendly email form Amie Duffy. I though I new Amie for ever, she was very personal, sympathetic, and attentive. Amie contacted Delores first thing on Monday, Delores put me in touch with a Mechanic who explained what I needed to do and how he would help me with this issue. Latter the next day Amie followed up explaining what she did and summarizing what I was told by the mechanic (I wish my wife and I would communicate as well as I did with your entire team at VG).This email probably sounds like I am rambling on and on, however I want you to know that you have an extraordinary team and it shows. Your team all say the same thing that the difference that they make all starts at the top of the organization; it is for this reason that I am sending you this e-mail to let you know you are doing a great job, one that inspires your team to do and be the very best.Also keep in mind this is the first time that we have purchased a vehicle dealing with an all female team, this might also have contributed to the pleasant experience that we encountered.I wish we could afford another car just to go through the experience once again.

We had our 2010 Malibu in for routine service (oil change & tire rotation)on a Wednesday. 2 days later, we began experiencing service lights such as Air Bag service and tire pressure service plus a moldy smell coming through the vents. Monday, I called Joel Scarelli, our service consultant at Vann Gannaway, described the problems and he had me bring the car in immediately that morning. Bottom line, all problems were addressed and resolved by the end of the day and Joel provided excellent customer service in that he explained in detail the cause of all the issues and resolution for each issue. Furthermore, the car is back running at 100%, so we are very HAPPY customers! Our hats are off to Joel and the service team!

Always very welcoming. Any question is answered promptly and advised what my options are, including what is NOT needed to be done. I have NEVER felt as if a "sales job" was being done on me to try and talk me into additional maintenance services - refreshing. I prefer to wait on my vehicle and have always felt service was done promptly. Waiting area in service department always clean, plenty of seating and ample reading materials provided. A year or 2 in past I had some bodywork done on my vehicle. The bodyshop dealt with Van Gannaway per my request regarding parts, etc. The bodyshop actually mentioned to me that VG was the most courteous, helpful and efficient service dept they had ever dealt with!

The team that I have dealt with at Vann Gannaway for the past 8 years all exude the number one trait that I look for and that is trust. They are all professional and always make me feel I am getting the best treatment available at the best price. Of course the quality of the maintenance is always there as well but I can always trust and believe what I am being told about my vehicle and without that trust there would be no relationship and I would have to walk away. I've dealt with other dealers and mechanics over the years who gave me the uneasy feeling that they were trying to charge me as much as they could get away with. Jon and Hank are good people to deal with. i prefer to deal with only those 2. Jon is understanding and tries to do the best he can for me. i have had issues with other people, Jon let me vent. Would i recommend this dealership? yes and no, for Jon and Hank, yes. For the pricing, no. but they do good warranty work, which i've been in there alot with my impala. matter of fact, i just had it in there for 2 days with transmission problems, and they ended up rebuilding the entire transmission, covered by warranty of course. to sum it up, i'm leary of dealerships to start with, but Jon really is a good guy, and it shows in spite of the fact he works for a dealership. we and my wife are talking about buying another car in a year or 2, and we ill go talk to hank. but theres competition out there, and as much as i like hank, i'll go where i get the best price. i just cant say enough good things about jon and hank, good guys .. you're fortunate to have them.

Since moving to Lake County in 2002, I have been bringing my Trailblazer to Vann Gannaway for service and have NEVER been disappointed. My most recent visit was with Joel and the service he provided was outstanding! I'm not sure that it matters who is behind the service counter (Joel, Jon or Debbie); everyone has a smile on their face, remembers my name when I walk in and treats me with the upmost respect. I bought a set of four tires through them twice; the last time was tied to a rebate through GM. I had a problem with the company that was servicing the rebates for GM. I won't go into the run-around they gave me over a few months; suffice it to say it was ridiculous. That company ended up going out of business. I thought my rebate was toast. I went to Terry P (Cashier) in the service department and presented the paperwork to her; in less than five minutes, she had it all submitted again (to the new company) and I received my rebate within ten days! Terry seems to be a "Jill of all trades" as she has also taken me back & forth to work when I want to leave my vehicle for service. So, all in all, I guess you could say I'm a Vann Gannaway fan!

The entire experience at Vann Gannaway was a great one from the moment we walked in the door. Melvin was fantastic. He was very up front with us about prices, and didn't try to push us towards any one vehicle. We greatly appreciated his honesty and just his overall demeanor throughout the entire process. I have been to several dealerships looking for new vehicles, and sometimes I got the sense that I was being ripped off, or taken advantage of. Not once did that happen at Vann Gannaway. A friend's car was repaired at a different repair shop as designated by her insurance company. I brought the vehicle to Vann Gannaway to have "alleged needed repairs" on wheel bearings done. I was informed that the wheel bearing were find, but the repair shop had failed to properly repair front end damage caused by a serious accident. I informed the insurance company of Vann Gannaways findings. The insurance company wanted to inspect the car (2009 Cobalt) at Vann Gannaway. I meet with the two insurance adjusters and the Vann Gannaway personnel were extremely helpful in having the car inspected and pointing out defects in previous repairs by the other shop. The insurance adjusters admitted that they had incorrectly stated the repair problems and agreed to pay, I believe it was over $1,000.00 in additional repairs. All personnel were respectful, efficient and knowledgable in getting the problem resolved.
