We had shopped around at several other dealers in Cache Valley and had found several options that were enticing but just not quite right. When we went into Valley Motors we were immediately assisted by owner who listened to our situation and what we were looking to accomplish and she quickly came up with several options for us. We left feeling like we had been well informed and been given a fantastic deal that met our needs. We are LOVING our car (2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS Hatchback) and couldn't be happier with our choice smile thanks great job. Terry and Lisa

I went there a few years ago to try to buy a car. They were located in their old dealership. I was trying to work with a guy named Phil and I did not have a good experience. They gave me a price on the car and I pointed out that the price was above the NADA retail price. As soon as I said that their price was high, they told me to get out of their dealership. They must have not be used to being questioned or challenged on their price. They completely changed from the friendly sales people to telling me to get off their lot. Even the owner came out and talked to me and told me they did not want my business. I would never go back. There are plenty of dealers around that will treat you much better.

I drove four hours, one way to purchase from Valley Motors. My salesman was Garrett who was very friendly, not at all pushy, and very easy to work with. Vicki in financing was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all the financing paperwork and finalizing everything. Very efficient. So efficient I had to wait for the car to finish being washed before I could leave! I would definitely make the drive again to purchase a used car. I purchased a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with 60,000 miles. The price was very reasonable, especially for the low miles. Other dealers were asking more than $1000.00 more for a similar vehicle with more than twice the miles and a salvaged title. Worth the drive and I highly recommend them to anyone.


Don't buy a car in Cache Valley before reading!

I know that people usually only write reviews when they are ticked off about something, but I had such a good experience that I wanted to let others know. I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord and had a positive experience from start to finish. The price was posted on the car. I didn't have to try and "haggle" for a good deal. There was no pressure. They didn't bad mouth the competition. They asked me what things I was looking for in a car and then showed me vehicles that met my wants. ( I didn't go in looking for the Honda, but I was looking for great MPG's, electronics package, creature comforts, and a reputation for being reliable...the Honda was a good fit ). I felt very comfortable with the dealership because they were honest. Let's look at the facts here...a used car is a used car. The dealer doesn't build the car. They usually don't even do any mechanical work on the car. They buy cars from auctions, mark them up a bit, and re sell them to the public. There guess is as good as mine as to what the future holds in store with a used car. Valley Motors offered me a third party extended warranty to cover any unexpected issues. I gambled and declined (because of the reputation of Honda) and have had no problems so far! I would have likely purchased that piece of mind if I had bought a different brand of car. Valley Motors charged me about the same dealer fees as everywhere else I had looked. They offered to help me with financing, but I had my own lined up. Valley Motors was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. It is great that we have such integrity right here in little old Cache Valley! Thank You Valley Motors! I'll be back when my teenager wrecks the car and I need a new one! ;)

Overall, my experience with Valley Motors was good. I have purchase multiple vehicles from them over the years. I feel that they have always stood behind thier cars before and after the sale. Anytime an issue has come up, they have been willing to work with me to get it resolved. I like that they put their prices in the windows. They are very professional and easy to talk to. I would recomend anyone to buy a car from Valley Motors.

Just bought my third car from Valley Motors. Over the years I have bought a lot of cars, no one has treated me more fairly and offered such great customer service, than Valley Motors. I had an issue with my last car that presented itself a couple weeks after I purchased it. Valley Motors stood behind the car and got it fixed for me. They were great to work with, and I have never experienced any kind of run-around that other dealers seem to do. They treat customers great before and after the sale! I would recommend Valley Motors when looking to buy a car in Cache Valley.

Dishonest. Overpriced. Unwilling to make a bad deal right. I was extremely disappointed with this dealership. I feel like I was taken advantage of and they did nothing to make things right. All they were interested in was their profit, not in me as a customer. Very poor customer service.
