Best car buying experience ever!

My Lexus was stolen and with no theft insurance I was left with a total loss and forced to go car shopping which I don't particularly enjoy. The process can be long, tedious, full of games, and draining. That was NOT the experience I had with Valley Hi Honda. I was referred to the dealership through a friend. Tom, the manager took excellent care of me. I told him what I wanted and he immediately gave me financing options. He went over all the details with me and patiently answered all my questions. He was professional, nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. Once I decided on how to finance my new vehicle i told Tom I was for sure going to get the car it was just a matter of me finding a ride from Dana Point to Victorville... That's when he offered to have the car delivered to me!!! That immediately brought a smile to my face and helped a lot seeing as I had no car and lived quite a ways away. Salesmen, Rafat and Ray drove 2hrs in traffic to deliver my car. My car arrived detailed, in mint condition. They went over all the safety features, and tech options with me so I knew the car well before they left. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and fun! I am absolutely blown away with how excellent the service was from start to finish. This experience has changed my view in what car shopping/purchasing can be. Thank you valley hi Honda!

Great customer service. Jerry our salesman was very knowledgeable he answered any and all questions that we asked. We told Jerry what we wanted he showed us the way and when we told him we would be back to buy when we were ready he left us alone and helped us when we called him for questions. Right when it was going to get frustrating the manager came out and saw that my brother n law was looking frustrated. He then spoke with my brother n law and took care of him. Great facility.

Had my brother n law take his car for warranty issue and he had a horrible start. A service personnel named Sylvia attempted to get out of the service stating that his windows were tinted and it voiled warranty and then when that didn't work she stated that his extended warranty was not good and that he should speak to his sales people. After all this horrible issue the manager was involved and he then apologized for his rep and fixed the issue. Thanks for the manager saving the day.

2016 Accord purchase

This was one of the most pleasant experiences we've had in purchasing a vehicle. Price was fair and we got the exact car we wanted. The Sales manager located the car and brought it to the dealership. We travelwd 120 miles round trip to pick up our car and we would do it all over again Joe Vickers was easy to work qith as were Andrew Magdaleno and Ray Rego. our after market items were installed promptly and professionally. I had a good experience with the purchase of my vehicle. However, the length of time it took to complete the service of my vehicle was a bit excessive.

Excellent no pressure experience

This was the first car we had purchased in 10 years so we were a little nervous going in to the dealer but we were immediately put at ease. Eddie Rios and Don Marino were fantastic at explaining in detail every part of the buying experience. We never felt pressured into anything and we left knowing we got a good price on the car. Service experience

We have been longtime customers of Valley Hi Honda. Our cars - we own 3 Hondas currently - are always serviced at this dealership. Mostly it's only for oil changes, since newer Hondas are well built and don't need other repairs. One small complaint is the lack of the previously 30-minute time available for that service. Nowadays it takes closer to an hour and a half for this. It would be appreciated if more service people could be used to shorten the wait time.

Trade in experience

I went in wanting to know about the trade in program. I was having my car serviced and after receiving my diagnostics test I realize I could not afford to have it fixed. Therefore, I inquired about the trade in program and both sales people helping me were very attentive. Cynthia my sales girl asked me what I wanted and why I was doing the trade in. After realizing the car I had in service had sentimental value she was very sensitive to my situation and let me chose my next purchase without influencing my decision. She catered to my needs. I truly appreciate her interest help and devotion to this purchase as well as her attentiveness.

Bought a new Honda Pilot

We took our 06 Pilot for service and ended up buying a 2016 Honda Pilot while we were waiting. Dinh gave us exceptional service! He is very professional and got us a great deal. This is our 3rd Pilot. The 06 had over 200K miles and Valley Hi gave us a fair price on the trade- in. I would definitely recommend Valley Hi and Johnson Dinh for a new or used car purchase.

I have gaven Valley Hi Honda 5 out of 5 star rating because the experience I had with the sales person was great. Made me feel like I wasn't at a dealership and worked with what I needed. I felt as if I was part of a family. In 1 year I have bought 2 vehicles already.

Respected while on the Fence

My experience was fantastic. Don and Ryan were professional, courteous, and patient. I let them know I was basically just looking as I was on the fence but their attention and professionalism remained exceptional . I looked at a few models including the '16 civic touring which was the reason I went to this dealership. I decided this time wasn't the best to purchase a new car but I will be back in a few months to Valley Hi for the Honda tent events.

I have been taking both my Honda,s to them since 2013. My service adviser is Sylvia Illman. She is the only service adviser I will work with, she is friendly, trustworthy and very knowledgeable with Honda's especially with my 1991 Prelude.She will NOT recommend service if not needed, She will always tell you what your vehicle needs and when she does it will be the truth. She listens to your concerns and helps with the solution to fix the issues that need servicing.I will only see her when I bring my Honda,s to Valley Hi, if she is not there, than I will wait to see her, I trust her with her knowledge and truthfulness of Honda's, if I have a question that can be solved, without stopping by she has always answered the question, thus making it a lot easier on me. Sylvia's has always shown that her number one is customer satisfaction. is what makes a better day for me, when your vehicle breaks down, and you do not want to have to deal with it, she makes it a better day. She keeps me up to date on repairs and if any changes were made.Valley Hi should do what ever it takes to keep Sylvia, she is a keeper without her being there who knows, if she was to leave that would get me to think about not going back. Valley Hi do the right thing with her keep her happy if she is happy than your customers will be happy too.

Friday in the Valley

I brought my car in to have the oil and transmission fluid changed. i was assisted by Ben via phone and came and asked for him. He originally assisted me but then became very busy and forgot to assist me with locating my car so i could gather belongings from inside of car before car was repaired. Luckily Jess Newman was available and possesed situational awareness, he was prompt in assisting me. I also spoke with Gilbert whom took the time to speak with me regarding my vehicle. I'm confident in his ability to service my vehicle now and in the future. Gilbert, Jess and Tom provided exceptional service in an efficient manner. Thank You Valley Hi Honda

Bought 2014 Honda accord

I had the best customer service ever, first of all I had appointment to go look at cars at Nelson Honda in El Monte, but this sales person that attended us his name was David Roberts but Nick name was Cowboy, he was very awesome person, great personality, hilarious, showed us a few Hondas, and the cars where very nice, but the payments where high, stood there 10 hours my husband wasn't there, so we had to wait till he came out of work, mean while it was labor day & they where extremely busy with customer, he told me he had to attend other customers, but he was going to leave me with someone to help me which was Carlos Macias young men, but new everything about cars, stood with me attended me ask me if there was any questions I wanted to know, very nice guy great personality good customer service provided us with drinks , & stood with us at all times that's what I call good customer service, and was very good with all information about Hondas, then we had the team leader Eric Castro nice guy introduce himself said he was gonna do everything to help me get my Honda, I was very impress with there services, he worked in trying to get me the lowest price they could & they did all excellent in there outstanding work, they are all hard workers, I got my car and I was glowing that day made it happen for us, would recommend them all, hope they all get awarded for there best service, appreciated every single one, but Cowboy thank you so much your awesome, had pleasure meeting all of you, Carlos Macias keep up the good work your awesome, Eric Castro your a great team leader I admire all the hard work you put in this sales Thank you all for making it happen for us. Unfortunately it was the worse experience I ever had. Never believe what they say always read the contract completely before signing. I put my trust in the wrong hands. I bought 2 cars and they managed to write the 2nd contract differently in the same negotiation I was so hurt after I took the time to read it later.

My wife and children recently ran into some mechanical probalems with our Honda Van on the way from Las Vegas to California. Valley Hi was the nearest dealership to help us correct our problems. JIm and Henry in the service department were very good at accomidating both our immediate needs and long term needs. To help my wife get on the road and finish her trip in a timely fashion, they provided here with a rental car as soon as possible. Why the vehicle was being serviced, we recieved daily, sometimes twice a day phone call updatin us with the status of the vehicle, and when we could expect the vehcile to be completed. These guys were awesome! In the end - as incovenient as the experience was, this dealership went way above and beyond to help address our needs. We would recommend this dealer to anyone with full confidence.

We came all the way from San Diego in order to shop at this dealership. We saw what we were looking for advertised online at very good prices. Customer service depended on who you got, and the actual buying process dragged out longer than it had to, but we felt like the salesman really was on our side while working out the details of the deal, and didn't feel like the mangers were trying to squeeze us either. The salesman even drove 15 min each way to fetch our trade in car, at midnight, because that's how long the deal took (to be fair we started at 9). He went out of his way for us. I'd absolutely recommend this dealership for price and for honesty.

This is the worst place ever to take your vehicle. I took my Honda Accord in and found out I needed a new transmission. My vehicle is covered under warranty, however the service department wants to charge me labor besides the cost of my deductible. I had to call my warranty and they stated to me that they are trying to pry money out of me and that I was only obligated to pay my deductible. This place is nothing but a rip off. Its worth the trip to drive down the hill for service. I do not recommend this place at ALL!!!!

Amazing service!

We were looking to downsize and were able to find the perfect fit in a Honda Pilot. The salesman was kind, caring, understanding and didn't mind that my husband and I had our children with us. The process of buying the car was fast and there were no snags. I would recommend them to any and all looking for a fantastic car with awesome service.

I am so happy that I am the first review of Valley-Hi here. They are awesome! Although I got lower quote from other dealership than them, but while I go to check the review of those dealerships, several reviews said that they just give a lower price in the email and will add much more other fee on top of that price and push you to accept their higher price. I choose Valley-Hi Honda because Paul is very nice and honest in his email. While I do my research, I found that his price is very nice and reasonable. I try to clear everything with him through the email and he always answer all my questions in detail and never hide anything. It took us less than two hours to drive our Honda Pilot out of their lot! Its a very great experience. I will recommand all my friend who want to buy honda to go to Valley-Hi Honda. They are very professional, honest and friendly. Paul Olson, Aaron Berg, and Paul Miller help us during the time and everything goes very smooth. I never thought that our car buying experience would be that happy!If you want to buy Honda and read my review, I suggest you give Valley-Hi Honda a try just like me.
