I spoke with the service manager directly. He was courteous and helpful. He took the time to talk with me about recalls for my car and the work it would entail to complete them. My car was finished quickly and kept inside the garage until I arrived to collect it. It was greatly appreciated.

Every think was excellent except the following:I made an appointment in advance, dropped off my vehicle the evening before for routine service, was even given a ride home, thank you. But I waited all day for my vehicle and didn't receive the vehicle until 4:30 the day I'd service. Given it was routine service I feel the vehicle should have been completed at least by noon.

I had a problem with 4 wheel drive light coming on that say service 4 wheel drive and the service manager took care of it he told me that the wiring harness was bad and that he would have to order one and he also told me that I had two recalls on vehicle he was very helpful . At this time I am very happy with the work that was done .

I had no intention of trading in my 2011 Colorado. Ended up in Wilkes-Barre because of missing an exit to go home. Stopped at Valley Chevrolet just to see the new Colorado, to see why it was "Motor Trend's truck of the year". Had no intention of buying one. Drove one, and then saw the Silverado's. Dave G. was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the vehicles, friendly and professional. He explained lease options. Blake G. then made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Have bought several vehicles at Valley, never from the dealer about 4 miles away. Experience couldn't have been better.

Wasn't completely happy when I first got the truck because of some of the things I found wrong after going over it a lot closer when I went home but after bringing the truck to the service they fixed everything I wasn't very happy with and I'm pretty satisfied with my experience now.

I came in to see if I could get pre-qualified for financing since I didn't have much for a down-payment. I picked out a car to start the process. They got me in it at a very reasonable rate and from start to finish I was driving away in a 2015 Cruze in about 2 1/2 hours. Amazing! And this wasn't the first time I've bought from Valley's lot. I bought a 2014 Cruze last year and the ease of sale and customer consideration given on both occasions were remarkable.

I traveled to Wilkes Barre to purchase a new 2014 Chevy Volt. I had negotiated the deal over the phone and arrived by bus to finalize the deal. Will picked me up at the bus station. Blake and Jimmy made sure everything was in order. The purchase was flawless and the supportive paperwork that I needed to register the car in NY came within a week via FED EX overnight delivery. The Service Technician informed me that the front disc brake pads that I had requested to be changed still had plenty of material left in them and that they were not ready to be changed. I felt that this showed excellent Customer Service and a desire to make the customer happy rather than simply do work that was unnecessary. This is one of the many reasons that I always bring my Silverado to Valley Chevrolet and do not let anyone else work on it. The Valley Service Team is and has always been both First Rate and First Class! When it is time for the brakes (or anything else) I will be coming back to Valley (as usual). I can trust this team.

Arrived at for service and was going to get a ride back home do to the fact I broke my back and couldn't sit. Had an appointment set for 9:00am. Arrived 10 minutes before my time to get everything situated. Car was taken out and parked on side of building until 9:20am. What is the point of making an appointment for a set time only to have your car parked outside and not taken back into the building till 20 minutes after the set time? I understand that there are times when it can get busy or there may be walk-in customers but if someone goes online or calls and makes an appointment for a set time, then I believe that customer should get top priority since they took the time to schedule a time that was apparently good for both them and the dealership since there appointment was confirmed as a time that was available. Work was done quickly and properly once car was taken into the building but arriving early to get everything ready and be on time for them to start working on the vehicle only to have it driven out and parked on the side of the building is a little annoying.

Mr. Stephen Murnock is an asset to your dealership. I was prepared for a short stay (45 min to 1 hr) but the stay was much longer due to an inspection which found several other problems which required corrections. He explained the safety needs for repair of a leaking battery, air filtering systems, etc. I was very grateful for his assistance since I only know it takes gas to run the vehicle. During the waiting period I noted his professional manner with other clients. He was always patient and gave the client 100% attention as he resolved their multi-problems. Believe me, I know professional courtesy. Before retiring I was employed in personnel management and there are a Heinz 57 variety of people out there. Even worse, they do not have any labels on them so you do not know what their personality is when they approach your desk. As long as I was going for service, I took the letter concerning the engine power and loss of traction control with me and one from a greedy law firm (Timothy Abeel & Associates, P.C.) offering 100% free legal assistance. Mr. Murnock advised me everything would be resolved if any problems did occur. It was an assurance for me to hear it verbally. Mr. Murnock is courteous, professional and has the knowledge necessary to make a visit to Valley Chevrolet a pleasant experience.

I dropped my car off because the engine light was on. I told Steve I would need the car back by the end of the day. I called at 3pm to check on the progress and was told my car wasn't looked at yet. I told Steve I would be coming to pick it up because I needed it to go to work. About 10 minutes later he called me and said he took it in and hooked it up to the diagnostic and found the problem and would put two technicians on it and it would be ready by end of business. I appreciated this very much!

The ony problem I have ever had with Valley Chevrolet Service Dept. is my rear window defrostor wire that has come off many times while under warranty. There was never a problem it was fixed. Now it is 90.00 to reattach it to the rear window. The only problem is the wire tightens up when the rear acess door is not used for a while. Then when you open it pulls the wire off the glass. Not only is it 90.00 dollars but if the rear window cracks or smashes they are not responsible. HOW DO I FEEL ??? NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!!!

I bought a 2014 cruz for my daughter. As I was driving home I noticed there was 100 and some miles on it. I looked at the sales slip and it said 39. Had to call GM and complain and talked with manager at Valley who made up a bunch of excuses. I will admit the price was good and they offered me a new car. But pretty hard taking your daughters Christmas present back.

I purchased my 2009 Traverse from Valley Chevrolet new in 2009. I also had all my service performed there including all regular maintenance while the vehicle was under warranty. My vehicle currently has 60,000 miles on it and the transmission was rebuilt by Valley Chevrolet at 39,000 miles. Date of service was December 7, 2012. I recently had my vehicle in for recalls and reported to service that the transmission had been giving me trouble again. They reported to me that they needed to break the transmission down again to diagnose the problem and the cost to me would be $400- $500 dollars just for the diagnosis. I understand the vehicle let is no longer covered under warranty but they did this rebuild not even 2 years ago. valley denies ever doing internal transmission work on my vehicle they have said they have no record of this repair. I purchased a carfax report and it was on the report. I don't believe this is my responsibility. All over their garage they have posters asking customers if they get a surveyIto rate them completely satisfied. I'm not at all satisfied. I attempted to work with Chevy and their so called specialists are completely incompetent and don't even have a clue about automobile service issues. This has left a very bad impression with me about not only the Chevrolet brand but also Valley Chevrolet Service as well.

Having been referred by a colleague and reading the reviews, I am sorry to report from the owner down this service department will fail if you purchased your vehicle elsewhere, I brought my new vehicle in for a seemingly small warranty concern, after two hours of my vehicle not being moved and 1 hour of less than spectacular service I was told by the OWNER of Valley that i need to take my vehicle to the location that I purchased it from. I was blown off by the Service adviser, the Service Manager, and the Owner on an issue that I have GM involved with. Please do not take mediocrity, it is our right as consumers to demand quality after sale service from every franchise owner that represents a larger name!

service is excellent, I choose to come there as opposed to 3 other dealers within 5 miles of me,therefore travel a distance of aprox. 50 miles round trip.

I took my 2013 equanox that I bought in doylestown 12hrs prior to your sevice department because I noticed a paint defect and a small scratch on the back gate. Talked to two people one of which said he was the boss there and even though I have a warranty on my 25000 dollar car for factory defects they would not fix because I bought it from another dealership. Are you not a certified Chevy service center? I am an active duty soldier in the united states army and I have never been treated/talked to so disrespectfully by a "professional" establishment in my life. I am telling everyone I know to not do buisness with you because of how I was treated. Btw I took my car to Scranton and they said they will take care of it. No problem.

i went to your dealership to look at the new pickups,i was really surprisred by the inventory you had,i found a new trk#13430 so the next day i called,as sunday you were not open,ii asked for a slsalesman that i met before,but right now i cant remember his name as all the notes are at my office and im at home,hes a young man.anyway a lady answered the phone and said he wasbusy with customers and delivering trks,i think i called againthe same day or it was the next day and left my cell phone# and name SMILER and was told he was very busy, now its thursday nite and still no call back,if a message was left i would have called back,but no none,so it tells me you dont have time for me,your to busy,im glad your busy,take it from there,if i go to your dealership i fell i will be treated unfairly thru retalation for this message,i did want to buy a trk from you,i had fords for many years,but went over to chev,now im going to look at fords again thank you+

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Car went right in for service as soon as I arrived. Just took a little while for them to let me know that I was ready to go. Car was done and sitting there for 20 minutes before anyone told me I was all good to go.

I bought my SUV about 7months ago, and I had a problem with it in the first 3months,called the dealership and they got me right in. They fixed the problem with no questions. Then I ran into the same problem again and again got me right in. I would not go anywhere else. Very respectful to customers and they don't treat woman like they don't know what's going on. I give this dealership a 10!!!!!!!!

first of all i drove about 130miles out to the dealership and no discount for law enforcement. then it took roughly 3-4 hours for the paperwork to be processed. when i got home the next day.i found a razor in the back seat probrably left by the washer details. i was missing a part for my car it took about a month to get the part after three tried speaking with the parts department,sales manager,and my sales guy.i paid about $500 for plates & registration and it took closly 3 weeks to get from the dealership.i was paying a service from the dealership and they sat on my paperwork for five days until my paperwork was processed and sent out to their service they used.i spent an extra $30.00 because i had to do state inspection&front license installed. i had to callabout 10 times to find out about my plates,parts for my car. so the least the dealership should have done is compenstate me for my time but they didnt.
