I visited this place in my pursuit of a new Murano. The salesman I worked with was trying to sell me a 2015 model for the same price as a 2016 model in the color that I did not want. I told him what I was looking for with all the specs and colors. He did not have on on the lot but said he would check with his other dealers. Several days later he calls and says he has the exact car I am looking for. We make the trip over there only to find that he did not have the vehicle I wanted at all but instead was trying again to sell me on another color 2015 model which he knew I didn't want. He also attempted to sell me a lower down version of the car (without the tech package I wanted) which was the color I wanted. The pressure from this sales staff is incredible saying things like "this deal is only good for today", and all the cliche stuff that a cheesy, low class salesman would say. No doubt there were a bunch of lies in all he said as well. I can't speak for the service dept since I have had no experience with them. Be careful folks. Colossal time wasted there.

We were immediately greeted by Charlie Spillane upon our arrival. He really understood our situation and went to all lengths to help us get into our new 2016 Nissan Versa. Both my wife and I had pretty bad credit but he was very understanding with us being both full-time college students and parents. At the end of the day we walked away with a great vehicle and a satisfactory experience thanks to Charlie.

I went to Vaden Nissan and had a trade in for a nissan versa with roll down windows and manual locks. Thats what I wanted. My trade in was fully loaded and still had a 7yr 100000 mile powertrain warranty allservice records and was in excellent condition. When it cam down to pricing I used what most dealers use for pricing which was NADA.com for my vehicles clean trade in value. My clean trade in value was 30850 and vaden wanted to only give 29000 even. What is this dealer playing at to make me for a fool. If my car gives a trade in value from a reputable appraiser why cant you just give me what its worth and keep it short and sweet. After all my vehicles retail is 33850 which leaves you with a 3000 dollar profit not including your markup and certifications. Im not dumb! This dealer was prpfessional but needs better negotiators for sure. The vehicle I was interested in was the nossan vetsa s plus they had listed for 11888. I can see why they gave me such a bad trade in value was to make up for the awesome internet deal price they had listed. Bait and switch. Any other dealer would have gave me clean trade in value and I will be looking in the future.

I submitted my opinion review sometime back around the middle of May 2016 after a service appointment and as I subpected I never got a response from that write up. My service advisor (female) was somewhat nice, and to clarity that statement she was not disrespectful but her tone and talking while I was talking did not sit well with me - I was going to bring in a receipt to hopefully get reimbursed for having my vehicle towed after Vaden did work on the battery terminals - all I got was flak for this advisor - so I did not bother. My vehicle was then repaired by Goodyear. I had been using Vaden for many years now and even though everyone experience is different - this was my for me the worst.

I was taken advantage of. They sold me a new car and it was a trade down from the 2012 versa I had. No power windows no keyless entry. I like the car just not the way I was cheated.

This place use to be pretty good until Vaden Nissan took over! We stop going to the dealership in Savannah because it was so horrible and started coming to Hiltonhead. It is roughly about a 45 minute drive, which was well worth it until Vaden took over. We came in for warranty work on some broken items on our 2014 pathfinder. During the removal phase, the technician damaged the overhead cover by using the wrong tool to pry it off. We have been trying to get it fixed since July 2015 and finally they decide to order the part. They never called us, we would have to call them back every time and they always have to check but then they would return and say the part was never ordered or was on back order. They would tell us they will call when part comes in, but again 0 call back unless we call. Then they would say they have to order it again, so frustrating! We finally got all the warranty fixes done at Grainger Nissan with 0 problems from them but they could not do anything about the cover since Hiltonhead damaged the part. So we finally get them to order and get the part in, which took them over 2 hours to install a 5 minute part. Great turn around, yeah right. I even told them to give me the part and I will get Grainger Nissan to do it but they could not so I was stuck there at Hiltonhead forever!! This Nissan dealership as well as the one in Savannah owned by Vaden Nissan is by far the most horrible dealership I have dealt with in the last 25 years!! Avoid these guys if you can!

My wife and I went to get a car. We started at one dealership which let us drive the car home and see if we liked it. We ended up at Vaden Nissan. We went in and talked with a salesman about a car and got the process started. Since it went well they started the sale process and before we knew it we were put into the car to drive home. Long story short do to circumstances beyond our control we couldn't purchase the car. We were charged for usage while we had the car. Now we are out $485.00. I understand this is a standard practice and most customers aren't charged or it is up to the dealership. Both parties knew the sale was contingent upon necessary paperwork that we were unable to obtain to complete the sale. I feel that it is poor business practice to put a family into a car knowing the sale may not go through and then charge us for usage when the sale falls through. Also this is my 2nd time leaving this message. I see you only want to leave up the better comments as I see you don't have any negative comments on this page. Way to be transparent. Oh your not by taking this message down.

We came in Saturday, 1-9-16. Immediately we were greeted by Sales Manager, Ryan Kuhaneck, who introduced us to the Sales Product Specialist, Dan Smith. Dan asked some questions. We knew we were looking for a new Rogue, and his questions helped us to quickly narrow down the trim level we fit with. We chose a color, and went out for a test drive with Dan. He was excellent in selling the car to us! He knew we wanted good gas mileage, and described and showed us the Eco feature. We also like to have quick manuvering on the highway, so he explained Sport mode to us and let us try it out. The ride was beautiful and so smooth, and we loved the feel of the car during the test drive. We also wanted to learn more about the features. Dan knew we were looking also at a Jeep Renegade, but he did not insult that car. He just showed us all of the features of the Rogue, along with some bells and whistles we loved but were not expecting. Dan knew the car top to bottom, and explained the features so well. We quickly realized that this was the car for us. We were sold on it! We returned to Dan's desk and filled out paperwork. Financing was quick and easy, but there was a little wait. While we waited, we were greeted By Mike Powers, the New Car Sales Manager, and AJ Napper, a Sales Product Specialist. We got cards from both of them, and were encouraged to call with questions or concerns if needed. AJ took us to financing when it was time, and we met Chuck Brown, the Finance Manager. Signing papers was fast and easy. Chuck answered every question so professionally and helped us to stay prefectly in our budget!We did not take delivery on Saturday. We had to wait until Monday so we could bring our money in. Delivery was FAST! Dan knew we were coming in, and had the car gassed up and detailed for us. He went over the car options (bells and whistles) again, and synched our phones to the bluetooth feature so we had hands free ability. What I liked best about Vaden Nissan was the feeling of being a valued customer. Not once did I feel like I was being hard sold anything or pressured into something I did not want. This was the very best car buying experience I have ever had. The customer service here is excellent! I recommend Dan Smith, and the entire staff of Vaden Nissan if you are looking for a pressure-free car buying experience!

Erik Natham was an exceptionable salesman. We were searching for a car for our 19 yer old daughter before she headed off to college. Erik took the time to show our daughter all the "bells and whistles" that her new Rogue SL had and was very patient and courteous. We were so impressed with all that her Nissan offered we entertained purchasing one for ourselves as well. We decided to do so trading in our ML350 2007 for a beautiful new 2015 Murano Platinum SUV. We love them both and are very pleased with the service we received at Vaden Nissan working with Erik- he deserves a raise selling 2 Nissans to the same family in two days! :-)

The oil change and Windshield Wiper blades were repaired correctly and quickly. I did not like having to order a wheel for my vehicle because I needed a new one as soon as possible. Also the price of a wheel is too expensive for my vehicle. We were very happy with our purchase experience at Vaden, especially with our salesman Gary Wilmoth. We have only had the car for a few days and like it very much so far. Nissan was not on my list of consideration but after checking out the Pathfinder and test drive we really liked it. The sales manager gave us an offer that we couldn't turn down. On July 10, 2015, I visited Vaden Nissan, Savannah, vehicle shopping for my wife's birthday. I was greeted by greeted by a sales representative who was sitting outside. This sales representative name was Gary. He asked if I was there for someone specifically, I replied, I am here to meet with Andrew Beltran. I was escorted to Andrew, who's greeting was very professional. I then was informed that Gary would be helping me and my wife. Gary was also very professional and he made the experience at Vaden Nissan very pleasurable. In fact everyone one that I encountered during my entire time there were professional which made the purchasing of a Nissan Altima a memorable event. I would definitely recommend a friend to shop with Vaden Nissan. My wife loves her 2015 Nissan Altima Special Edition.

I brought my car in for two sets of service, from start to finish I was completely impressed with the professionalism of everyone I encountered, from the initial phone call to set up the appointments. N. Jackson handled my first appointment, and K. Woodall the second, and both were awesome to work with to get the service that I wanted and needed. They didn't advise any unnecessary service, and explained all that was being done. I even got back a cleaner car than I brought in, as they vacuumed and quick washed the car before I left. My name isn't Arnold, but I'll be back!

I am a biased buyer, because my first car as an adult was a Nissan 240SX. My father sent it to me from the West Coast and thought it was an ideal car for a college student and it was! Then after marrying, my husband and I invested in a fully loaded Maxima for me and my heart was sold to Nissan's. These cars provide the right look, luxury, along with power and speed. Nissan's are the right cars if you are looking for safety and quality. My Nissan's gave me the same performance in hot and cold weather. Any issues that I've had with my cars were very minor and easy to fix. This time we invested in a new, 2015 Nissan Altima, and I love it! We chose Vaden Nissan because they had the best internet deals and several of them. Once we got to Vaden Nissan they were fast, friendly and willing to seal the deal without the gimmics and sales talk. They also provided other services, such as vehicle insurance and helping you find ways to save money. We are very pleased with our Altima and looking to maybe purchase another Nissan in a few years, but without a doubt, Vaden Nissan of Savannah did there job!Michael and Stacey Hall

We purchased a 2015 Nissan Versa at the end of February. We drove from Bluffton, sc to Savannah due to filling out a credit application through them to see if we could purchase another vehicle they responded and said come in they could work a deal. While there we mentioned about how does it work being out of state customers when it comes to taxes and with the money we put down we wanted it to cover everything to getting the license plate put on. They replied with yes it sure will needless to say I asked 3 times even right before signing paperwork and even "Chuck" Brown the financial manager stated it was covered ok cool everything's fine until we still didn't recieve anything for registration, plates or anything. We contacted Linda aka title clerk and she proceeded in telling me I would have to go to the treasures office pay property taxes on my brand new car than take that receipt to the dmv for my lisence plate (?) Ive never had to do this before I have purchased plenty of brand new vehicles and never heard this in the past. So I called other Savannah dealerships and they told me they haven't either. So I cobtact the treasures office and my name is no where in their system (?) I called Linda back at Vaden nissan and she said well she don't know what to do(?) isn't that you're job. So now even trying to do this on my own I am having no hope my 45 day tags are expired I have a new vehicle which is parked and no one can help me with title work (?) so honestly please be extra cautious when dealing with Vaden Nissan of Savannah they will pocket the money that you paid for this to be done and than leave all the extra up to you now I'm stuck paying the 2,000 I put down and for my tags and 300 for property taxes and tags which should have been taken care of thru the dealership like requested and promised. I've tried calling the GM and left numerous messages for a call back to help explain things and no call at all I'm getting no where with them so who knows what's next.

These 2 were something else, they like to play a lot of games and talk down to women (surprising since there president is a woman).They bolth, lied to us.We don't do business like that so we walked out.They care more abt. there Nissan Rating than customers.Worst experience ever had at a car dealership in 20 years!!!Way they treated us and things they said and did were unbelievable!!!Can not believe these 2 are representing this business or any business to be honest with you!!!!Let alone be in a customer service aspect of the business.They cost Vaden Automotive a lot of $$$ we were planning on buying more than one auto, not to mention how many we would of had bought down the road and our friends and family and business associates business.They knew that too and didn't seem to care.


over filled oil...dealership dont want to pay

Took my car to get the oil change. The next day my check engine light comes on. Called the dealership and they told me to bring the car back in. Come to find out they over filled my oil. Now the check engine light will not go off and on top of that my car is now making a tapping noise. They told me the noise is from the crankshaft bearing. Now they telling me they are not going to fix my car. Very poor service. If they don't call me back about fixing my car than I will just have to see them in court cause this will not be the end result of this situation.
