We were looking for a first vehicle for our grand daughter. We were actually in Kentucky on vacation. We did not find anything but the experience was great.

Emailed dealer regarding a BMW 330CI. Heard nothing, no reply. I called and asked about the possibility of having the vehicle inspected as I am a couple of states away. Spoke to Don. First recommendation was a shop which VA does business with. My preference was the BMW dealer as they are equipped to understand the common issues with their marque. I inquired about this, Don said he would need to ask the owner and then said he would call me back, yet no return call. I called twice the next day, went straight to voice mail after ringing several times. Screening calls perhaps?Called the Dixie store the next day, and spoke with another person, who took my info, and said would get back to me. Same person called me back in approximately 2 hours, and said that he did not want me to think he had forgotten me, and had relayed my request to the owner, and the owner would get back to me. Nearly a week has passed, and no calls from VA owner.Guess what? LOST SALE. Awesome customer service, guys... Keep it up! If you intend to place ads on internet, you need to be prepared for inquiries from people of considerable distances from your shops, and then must be able to support requests such as mine which was not really inconsiderate. Note: I would have payed extra to have one of your employees drive the car to the dealer for the used car check (which I was informed is 30+ minutes away from your Dixie store).It will be interesting to see the response to this review...

Since i walked in i hated the feeling of being in a dealership, i hate buying cars cause of the headaches i get, thankfully these guys where patient with me and slowly took me through the process, the whole time i thought i was gonna buy something used and then it was gonna break down, until they showed me the 90 day warranty and their customer discounts. that pretty much took all my worries away and helped me get into my VW Rabbit. LOVE IT!!

This is hands down one of the best used car dealership i have been able to find so far, the rest of them have either ignored me over the phone and kept trying to come in or if i show up they push me to cars i dont even want, this one is very very different they take time, sit you down and put you through a short and fast process to get me the car i want. all in all im very happy with my 05 lexus.

A nice selection of vehicles, and advertised deals in stock. The salesman was attentive, but unlike so many lots, willing to listen, really listen, to my expectations in a vehicle. Obviously, Mark, our sales rep, had the experience and patience to answer all of our questions, and yet not try to guide our choices. Other lots we've shopped were good, but assistance of this caliber is indeed rare. A clear understanding that repeat customers, and their family and friends, are the foundation of real success in any sales type venues. No gimmicks, no 'specials' that cannot be offered later, plainly stated, no games. Not enough salesmen with this perspective are to be found. We are very satisfied and will most certainly shop here again, and will gladly recommend it to friends and family.

Even normal repairs are done quickly at a excellent price! You must start your car search here because you won't go anywhere else. I bought a car from here that ended up needing 2000 in repairs within the next two months. They assured me things were completed on the car but couldn't prove it and turns out they weren't. I couldn't get a return phone call after the purchase but you bet they were quick before the sale. Make sure you get out checked out because the owner doesn't know a thing about the cars! I had him show me things and answer questions and he was clueless. Go buy elsewhere!

I was looking for a car to use in my new insurance business. I was a cash buyer so the loan process did not apply, however it did result in a nice reduction in price. I liked the no-pressure atmosphere. I took a leisurely test drive by myself to put the car through a thorough drive. Unfortunately, a few months after I bought the car, I was involved in an accident. Fortunately, VA was willing to do the repairs and recommended several locations to get estimate. All in all, one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I bought an excellent 1999 BMW 323i w/104K miles. After 5 months and over 5K miles, I've had no issues and the car runs like a top.

this dealer is very unprofessional, they would not call me back like promised. I told them that I'm pre approved through USAA a very well known and respectable lender and they said we don't do business with them because their process takes to long. When we talked to the owner of the dealership about it why he doesn't respect their process he said I want my money instant and is afraid of getting burned by such a respectable institution. He also said if you don't live within his city limits customers must pay cash in person and this was after we told him we have A credit. I really wanted to buy the 2003 X5 4.6is but from the first minute I started dealing with them they started giving me the runaround.

Definitely have a 3rd party mechanic check any car you buy here! Do not make the mistake I did. In March I bought a 2002 VW Golf with low mileage that seemed too good to be true. Carfax checked out completely and actually recommended the car was worth more than Kelly Blue Book based on the maintenance records. After some haggling it was agreed that the dealership would replace a broken trunk latch and spark plug wires which were causing it run rough. When I took the car to their service garage to have this done, I inquired about some noises made while turning. Their mechanic assured me it was a bad shock and strut and agreed to repair these for an additional 300 dollars. After getting the car back, the noises persisted though less frequently. Fast forward 2 months. I take the car to a well respected import garage to get the AC fixed (which was not mentioned as nonfunctional during the sale). While they are looking at the car they discover 2 broken springs which are the source of the noise as well as a worn CV joint as a result of broken springs. Those repairs, plus replacing the AC compressor and fan are now costing me an additional 2400 dollars. I find it extremely hard to believe that the dealership would be unaware of these issues but none of them were mentioned when discussing price. The car was presented as immaculately kept (which it certainly appeared to be) but actually had serious issues. If for some reason you should choose to do business here despite this warning, do yourself a favor and get any car you intend to purchase checked out elsewhere and use that information to negotiate your price. Do not trust this dealership to be honest regarding the condition of the cars they are selling.

A few weeks ago I purchased a 2005 Nissan Maxima from the Fern Valley road location. Jay was the salesman. He wasn't pushy at all. I think he knew that once I took the car out for a test drive, The car would sell it's self. The paperwork and loan process went smoothly. I was approved in a matter of hours and was able to drive my car home by the end of the day. The owner set up a time to meet me at the DMV. He was prompt and we had some nice conversation while waiting our turn. Long story short. I would highly recommend VA Quality motors to anyone.

I am 21 years old I found their car online and drove 2 1/2 hrs to come. I worked with Tony, I always wanted a BMW saved for years and he was very helpful as I am a BMW enthusiast I did not know how to work all the inter workings of the car. Tony say in the car with me and explained any question I had showed me how to work everything including the iDrive system. After everything was over he even showed me how to get to Steak 'n Shake. i recently purchased a 2003 Ford Expedition from Va Quality Motors a week ago. My experience was pretty remarkable from the day I came by to look for a car. Jason was very pleasant and answered all the question regarding the cars I had interest in without any pressure of buying a car. The day I purchased my truck, I had to take it back because it would act as if it did not want to go once the speedometer reached 50-60mph. When I took it back, the owner drove in the car with me to check out the problem and explained to me what he thought the problem was and gave me a loaner car until my car was fixed completely. Once I came to pick up my truck, he took the time to tell me what they fixed and also bought rubber mats for my truck, took my car to the car wash from all the snow build up and put $30 worth of gas in my truck. So far my experiece with quality motors was a pleasant experience.

I bought a car from there about six months ago. It worked pretty well for three months. Then everything completely fell apart. First was the "massive oil leak". I paid 700 to get that fixed and was told it would be fine. Next, I drive several hours away on business. I luckily get there before the car just won't start anymore. I'm stuck there for an extra week while I wait on a special part. Another 600 later, I'm on my way home. The next day I'm driving in the middle of nowhere at 3am, trying to get home, and my tire blows. No big deal. I go to change it, but the spare tire they gave me was BLOWN OUT!! I hadn't noticed it before because they turned it upside down, disguising it as a useful spare. I sleep in my car in the freezing cold while I wait for something to open, in this village of 451 people. There's one mechanic, but he's not open on a Sunday. I thankfully call Triple A and they tow me 100 miles into the next actually town. I call all the tire shops in town and none of them have the tire to fit my car. I wait there three days for a tire. The reason that my tire blew out, and the reason the spare they gave me was blown out, was because the shock was bad and had rubbed into the tire. That's how they sold it to me. 600 in repairs and hotels, I'm finally on my way home. Currently, I'm at home waiting on my husband. He's stuck in the below zero weather. Because the car won't start. Again. In sure this isn't nearly the end. I would never, Ever, for any reason, recommend this place. If there were any possible grounds to sue, I'd pursue it.

I see you responded that you were, "fixing the car even as we speak" Hmm, we never heard from you. After your mechanic told us he would charge double ($2,000) for the repair. When my son called you about it your reply was not very nice at all and you told him not to call again. Last week a repo man came and we told him the car was at your repair place, he said, "No one told me that". You probably did repair it and then sold it again. Don't bother with a response to try to make other people think youre honest. You know who you are.

I never made it to the lot. I called about a Lincoln LS on a Sunday and someone answered. They didn't seem very anxious to make a sale, no "When would you like to come take a look at the car?" or any of that. They gave me the hours of operation and I said that I would call back. When I called back, the person I spoke to said that someone had looked at the car that morning and the car wouldn't start. I gave up from there.

I bought a 05 chevy pick up first thing had to install catalac converter second had to buy new brake calliapars and lines then throw out bearings and now after a year of always making my payment I'm late on my payment by a couple of weeks that's all and they repoed it that's ok I will be there tomorrow to get it back that's just wrong a couple of weeks late really

I recently bought a 1999 Chevrolet blazer from them. I am having too many problems with this vehicle already than I can deal with. I went from trading a previously bad vehicle to them for another vehicle that I cannot even drive!!!!!!! I do not recommend anyone buying from them because you might get a bad vehicle. They were dishonest with me about the vehicle I purchased and am now extremely upset because I have a vehicle I cannot drive!!!!!!!

We went to look for a vehicle for our son who wasn't with us and found one, so we put a deposit down for them to hold it for a few days. That evening, our son had thought about it and decided that he wouldn't be able to afford the payments. I immediately called VA Quality Motors and spoke with Don (owner) and explained the situation and he was willing to return the whole deposit! That's great customer service and I know where I'll be going in the future!

I am from Bardstown and I travel to Louisville on a weekly basis. I always have to drive by the Fern Creek dealership. I have had my eye on this old beater up truck for the past few months, just because it would get great gas mileage. I bought a 97 VW Golf GTI from them for 3995 plus tax etc. I love the car. Like any used car its going to have problems what do you expect? Its not a brand new car. I did however find out that the floor pans had been rusted out after I bought the car but the owner was a man of his word & replaced both sides for me free of charge. I feel like it was a good deal for the car, they made their money & I was happy. I would recommend checking them out if your looking to buy a car!

I recently purchased an inexpensive used car off the Bardstown KY lot. I have no complaints with the Customer service I received. I asked a lot of questions and the Sales person was up front and friendly. The lot had lots of inexpensive cars to choose from. Each car had the Car fax in the windshield. All of the cars I test drove appeared to be structurally sound. There are cars on the lot with some defects and some cosmetic issues, I.E. window sticks or doesn roll down & some dings or dents in the body. But these are only small issues which can be fixed. The Sales person would tell you if he knew of any problems. One must also consider the price and the age of the car. A 2K to 3K car is going to have some dings and dents. In addition the lot did offer a free 90 day power train warranty for a little extra peace of mind. As far as a buying experience I would recommend this lot. I have only had my car now for a week and we will see if the car holds up to my expectations.

I was very disappointed in my recent visit to this place. The facility looks amazing, I was expecting the cars and the staff to measure up but boy was I wrong. Staff lacks in professionalism and basic car knowledge. And cars, despite all the bragging in the ad were far from quality. Excluding about 10 cars the rest was trash. I gave this place a fair shot but will not purchase here.

ASK FOR CARFAX!!!!!! Most cars carry a rebuilt/salvage title and will not start. The salesman had to jump every car. He claims they been sitting for a long time "another reason why you shouldn't buy". I don't see how this place is in business. Cars look nothing like the pictures online. The ad claims the car went through a "101 point inspection" the car didn't start, rear window didn't work, severe oil leak ect... What exactly was checked? I assure nobody at Human will buy a car here I told EVERYONE about my horrible experience.
