great customer service, clean office,nice car
We were very happy with the experience with Unique motors and the vehicle. We purchased a 2009 Toyota 4Runner in February. Raul was very friendly and straightforward about the price, which admittedly was more than I had planned to pay but reasonable. He told us that if we had any problems with the vehicle to call him first. A week after the blower motor fan stopped working. I called and he told me to bring it in that afternoon to check it out. They ordered the part and the 4Runner A/C was working great that same day. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. They were honest you could feel they are warm, energetic and appreciative towards their customers!! I highly recomend them to everyone is looking for a quality pre owned vehicle.

I was looking around for awhile for the perfect car. Really wanted a 2010 Audi Q 7 . I came across calling this place and had a very pleasant experience with Raul via telephone. He went above and beyond trying to help me find the perfect car. I am very picky and for over a month he didn't give up or change his customer service toward me. I ended buying a Mercedes Benz from them and simply did it for the customer service I received there, they were honest, they were not pushing me to just buy from them. they allowed me to take my time and also do my research. I'd def. recommend them to anyone buying. Great cars too! Thanks guys!
Best place for luxury vehicles and amazing service
The sales associates were really attentive and knowledgable. The moment we got here Juan , our car guy, was fully dedicated to making sure we left the lot with a new car . Great pricing as well for luxury vehicles such as Audi and bmw. I'll be back to buy all my cars from here on out

I've had many car buying experiences between myself, friends, and family and I can truly say this was the best one ever from start to finish. Our salesman was not pushy whatsoever with sales and was completely honest with everything and explained everything in great detail for us about the car we are looking at as well as our trade in. My car actually broke down across the street from the dealership and they got it back here and I was able to use it as a trade in. Not only do they offer great customer service, it showed they truly cared about my needs as far as finance, satisfaction, and much more! Our salesman was awesome, as was the rest of the staff being very friendly and extremely helpful even putting my daughter's car seat in our new car. The place itself was clean and comfortable as well for waiting. If you're looking to purchase a nice vehicle from a great place that really cares about helping you in every way, then this is the place. Two thumbs up, I would highly recommend to anyone!

I must say that I came in expecting not to be approve because of my credit and the amount of money that I had to put down! He assured me that he would get me approve by one of the multiple banks that he use, and that he did!!:) not only did he get me approve he got me a GREAT APR RATE and my monthly payment was just what I wanted!!!
