I inquired about a used Jaguar that I'm very interested in. It was after hours and the next morning I received a personal response. He told me more about the car and told me how to get in touch with him if I had any questions. I told him I'm trying to sell my BMW first. He didn't pressure me or try to get me to trade my car. I'm very impressed with the personal interaction.

I drove 200 miles to buy a suitable truck. Going to do business with Union Ford was worth every mile. So very nice. They represented the truck perfectly. They gave me a reasonable price and took care of all the details.. I am an 80 year old lady and they treated me with so much respect. We will contact them again when we need another vehicle and will recommend them to all our friends and relatives.. Wonderful experience.

Great to deal with, no pressure
Much easier than other dealers I priced with. They shot me a trade price that was lower than I was hoping to negotiate the in town dealers to. It's a one price and done thing here as they don't budge on price, but opening price is good. This is the place to buy if you don't like the usual car dealer runaround process.
