I bought a vehicle a couple of months ago and my experience was not great. Now, If you like to be ignored and receive poor customer service than this is a perfect dealership. Everything I said or asked for was in one ear and out the other, not just my salesman but in management too. When I took a vehicle for a test drive they asked ME to put in gas in it? Really? That's how you do business. I had to make several trips to finalize my deal and each time I waited 30-45 minutes sometimes even an hour to even get service. Overall it was a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

My first car ever with a loan . I heard the radio advertising for people with no credit so I called over the phone . I was a little svared to give my ss number on the phone but did . They called me back in 20 minute to say I was approved . I went there and they gave me a civic that I got to pick out . My momthly payment is only 230 for 4 year . My mom said I got a really good deal .If you need help with loan and have no credits they will help you .I am so so happy and excited thank you to. JASON and BRIAN

I saw that this dealership was under new ownership so I thought I would give it a try. Purchased a 2016 Buick Verano for my wife and at the same time had my Cadillac serviced for an issue that other dealerships could not figure out. The salesperson was great, not high pressure, answered all my questions and put my wife in a great vehicle at a great price. The service department was great too. Had an issue with my suspension. Car was not driving right and made an odd noise that no one seemed to figure out. They were able to correct the problem and my Caddy drive great. They have a customer in me for life. Thanks Twins!!!!

The dealership was not honest, I purchased a tonneau cover as part of my truck negotiation and purchase. Then they put on a tonneau cover that was completely different than the one I purchased. I said something that day that it wasn't the one I purchased or wanted and they continued to do nothing other than wait a month to tell me they were not going to do anything. I also tried to call the lead manager who then left the dealership. Then I tried to get a hold of the owner who wouldn't respond to my voice mails. I would never purchase from them again and I think they should not be an authorized GMC dealer with this type of practice.

I went there on Saturday to test the car out , he had it pulled up for my family and cleaned . Visited this dealership on a holiday weekend to look at a truck. I had 2 vehicle to trade, so I took the vehicle the dealership wanted to look at first. After they looked at my credit and appraised my car, they asked for payoffs for the car and truck......and then while I was on a test drive of the new truck they submitted my information to a 3 creditors for a loan. They never told me what they were going to give me for my vehicles or what they were charging me for the new truck. I waited around for a couple of hours and they said because of the holiday weekend the credit approval would take longer. I was still confused because they would not give me the numbers I asked for, such as what are you trying to get me financed for, what are you giving me for my car & truck, and what are you charging me for the new truck????? I decided to wait until the next Tuesday (first day after the holiday) to get an answer. I emailed the salesman - no answer, I called the salesman - no answer & left message, I called back an hour or so later and asked to talk to the manager that was working this deal - no answer. The salesman finally called me back and said they were working on the deal. I asked what about the numbers and they would not TELL ME WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR!!!!! I get a phone call a few hours later suggesting I look at a lesser expensive truck and I asked what about the numbers again without any kind of an answer. A little while later I started getting emails from Credit Karma that I was receiving hits on one of the credit agencies. I checked Credit Karma and these MORONS submitted the request to finance me to 7 other institutions. I sent emails to the salesman and the general manager to STOP SUBMITTING MY CREDIT INFORMATION. If it is not approved on the first one or two, then WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU SUBMIT IT 7 MORE TIMES YOU IDIOTS???? Anyways I am a diehard GM fan and after these turds brought my credit sore down I went and bought a FORD from a dealership that knows what they are doing. If you want a new truck find some other place to shop because the people at TWINS will only ding your credit and not tell you anything.

Emailed to see if vehicle was still available. Was told someone would contact me, they didn't. Sale was over before I heard back. They did offer to make it right (thus the good review) but we decided we may be upside down on our current vehicle too much and would wait. Bryan told us he would "work the numbers" and get back with us the first part of the week. He didn't.

The buying process seemed good until we went to sign the papers. I was told that my interest rate was going to be 2.75% while we were negotiating for the car and it turned out to be 4.5%. I did not appreciate that I was not told that before I started to sign papers. The sales guy was very nice and worked hard for me. Not sure where this communication break down took place.

My daughter recently had her 2014 Buick under full warranty towed in to these people, she is a OSU student and works , car was having a starting issue. Servise told her they were closing in 1 hour and would not be able to help her unless she wanted to leave it and they had no loaner for her ( It is entitled to a loaner under full warranty). I called GM and they towed it to Sandoval who fixed it promptly and were very courteous and informative , it was as simple as a dead cell in the battery which Twin could have checked in 10 minutes. Avoid this dealership as they flat don't care about GM owners.

I called Twins Buick about an Enclave they had on line. I talked to Jared, he was quite helpful. I dropped by on a Sunday, met Jared and told him exactly what I wanted. I had driven the Enclave at another dealership, so I did not need a test drive. Let's get down to the bottom line, Jared said. I agreed. I presented Jared with what I would pay for the Enclave and what I expected for my trade. He not only met my figures, he surpassed them and we danced.

From the first call to the final hand shake the process was easy some small issues with the truck, i offered to take it with the damage and they refused until it was repaired their mechanics did a great job fixing it. Service and price on most of their cars so reasonable will be back next month to purchase another. Owner was also there real nice person to speak with and professional am Off to drive my truck now ,Thanks Twins.

I would give it ZERO STARS if they would let me..My story starts out like this.. I'm looking for a nice, lightly used 4x4 farm truck from their facility, granted I had loads of other offers, My salesman *Protecting his identity as this wasn't his fault let's just call him Bob*So Bob was very diligent at finding me what I was asking for and on January 29th he said they had a nice one with a little higher miles on it and it's everything I was looking for and they were running it through "Service," you'll understand why I put that department in quotations in a little bit.Friday, January 30 rolls around and Bob says that my truck is getting out of detail and "service" and it was able to be test driven that day. I went to the dealer to test drive it and it ran fine for the block or two that I ran it. Now this is my first vehicle purchase, let alone a truck, so I thought that much of a test drive would have been fine. We go back and Bob hooks me up with Nick Markoff, not protecting him, and we settle on a deal where I'm buying this vehicle and I have an implied guarantee that it will not cause any major issues after driving off the lot. After talking to the finance lady and getting approved it was time to take my "new to me" truck home and no more than 5 miles down the road my service engine light came on, ABS light and Parking Brake light come on. Surely this was an overlook on the "Service Department" as I told my salesman Bob the next day he told me to bring it in to "Service" to have it looked at further. Monday rolls around and I did, except they didn't have any openings so I had to drive back on Tuesday after making one. I make an appointment for 7:30 AM the earliest I could and I am stuck there until 12 PM with no word as to what is wrong with my truck. I decided to have them give me a loaner until its fixed and Bob gave me a car with no gas and oil change light on..Guys this dealership is a joke..Back to my "Service" problem.. Well Nick gave me a callback stating that they have fixed the EBCM switch for me and thinks that I should be grateful as it was overlooked by the "service" department that OK'd it for sale and on top of that I find out that two (2) of my engine valves are severely misfiring and could cause my engine to stall at speeds over 50 miles per hour..Needless to say I was FURIOUS! After paying what I thought a VERY high price for a 14 year old vehicle, only to find out that the engine needs to be replaced and that the Dealership, JEFF SCHMIDT, will only cover half of the cost. So on top of my $10,000 truck I now owe them $2,000 extra to replace the engine.I try everything in my power to cancel the deal within the first 5 days of ownership but Nick Markoff and the rest of the Managers there don't give a xxxx about a customer after the sale is made. Wouldn't respond to my emails and didn't think that what they did should be covered by them, when I could have gone to ANY corner car shop and bought a truck for a quarter of the cost and still not be as butt hurt about buying a new engine..Save your time and money and DO NOT shop here!! They only care about you until you sign those papers.. then anything that happens is on you.. As the great Nick Markoff said: "We can't Possibly Guarantee every vehicle that goes out, they are machines, and machines break."Way to hide behind your logic as a destroyer of lives.. Now I have a vehicle that I owe $10,000 on and it won't even start to leave my house.. I now need it towed to a mechanic.. All this is due to JEFF SCHMIDT's "SERVICE" DEPARTMENT not looking over their vehicles before turning around and selling them.If you made it this far thank you for reading my review.. If the car is sold AS-IS, buyer beware, as anything that happens to it the SECOND you leave the lot it's likely all on you..

I had requested online, and received conformation, for an oil change, tire rotation, and a replacement hood rod prop clip. There was a ice storm the morning of my appointment and the garage did not open until 9am. This I understand. What I am upset about is the attitude of the workers there. Rather than apologizing for my inconvenience in being admitted 50 minutes after my appointment, I was lectured about an "act of god" (which had been forecasted several days in advance). While waiting for my car to be services, I was confronted by a hostile worker regarding the location of the wheel lock key. He was upset and made it seem like my fault that he was unable to locate it in my car. He told me that the last person to rotate the tires must not have put it back. I find this disturbing, as the last place that rotated my tires was this dealership. I also find it hard to believe that the dealership does not have a master key. I told the service person to skip the rotation (I will go to another, more competent, dealership and have this taken care of). The issue of the hood prop clip was never mentioned. I will not be back.

The power steering went out on my daughter's Pontiac while she was away at college. Usually I do all the work myself but was too far away (and it was below freezing out). Did some research and found Jeff Schmitt Buick was close. Called and scheduled an appointment. They had courtesy transportation and fixed the car for less than I thought it would cost. Also fixed a coolant leak that I had been trying to track down. The entire experience was easy and simple. I forget the name of the service manager I was working with but he was one of the most helpful people I have worked with at a dealership. This was one of the best service experiences I have had.

My husband and I were looking for Certified Pre-owned Chevy Impala LT's with low miles. We are from Indianapolis and contacted Jeff Schmitt Buick to find out more info on one we saw on their website. Stephanie from Internet Sales contacted me via email almost immediately and was friendly and knowledgeable. We were preapproved in minutes and set up an appointment to check out the Chevy Impala LT and make the purchase. We arrived early and looked around the lot for a few minutes and found a second certified Chevy Impala LT. We decided to ditch our gas guzzling truck and SUV and buy 2 Chevy Impalas! Andy did an excellent job coordinating the 2 sales. Shawn did a great job getting the transaction finalized. I have never had such a stress-free car purchase in 30 years of car buying. We will be making the drive to Schmitt Auto Group for our future purchases. The Impalas got 33 mpg on the highway back to Indianapolis.

I had an amazing experience at Jeff Schmitt Buick GMC. Ryan Stueve is a great salesperson, he is truly a master of his craft. This store does not care about making a huge profit on every customer. It really does feel like their main concern is getting people into a better automotive situation. I went in there with "less than ideal" credit and was not judged. They understand that bad things can happen to good people. Ryan took the time to find me the right vehicle, and was able to fit it into my budget. BEFORE BUYING AT ROUTE 2 HYUNDAI, I HAVE ALWAYS DESPISED DEALING WITH NEW CAR DEALERSHIPS!! NOW IT'S LIKE GOING TO VISIT FRIENDS..We have been long time customers of Rte. 2 Hyundai. In 2001 we purchased our first SantaFe from Josh Hamel. As some problems did arise with our 2001 SantaFe, Jesse, the Service Manager, always had a loaner vehicle available if necessary and scheduled repairs quickly and efficiently. The vehicle was always washed and vacuumed when we picked it up. We were impressed with Josh, Jesse and the dealership in general.Back in 2004, we purchased our second SantaFe from Josh, along with personal assistance from General Manager, Mike DiPlacido. Mike, personally kept us updated in his extensive efforts to locate the SantaFe, exactly equipped and in the Burgundy color we wanted. We were very pleased and surprised that the GM truely wanted to make us happy with our second SantaFe.On 11/13/2011, we made sure our friend Josh was working so, we could purchsae our third SantFe at Rte. 2. We wouldn't THINK OF GOING ANYWHERE ELSE! Josh asked if we would be trading in our 2004. "Absolutely not, that one is going to our daughter." It still runs like a top and we won't give it up. Josh has always been friendly, couretous,knowledgable,and VERY HONEST when dealing with us and he never applies pressure. Josh applied all rebates and promotions that he possibly could to help us negotiate for our new SantFe Limited. My wife and I were very happy with a fair price on the best vehicle for our family. We anticipate many safe, happy, trouble free years ahead with our new 2012 SantaFe when it arrives. We have confidence and have always been very satisfied with this dealership and their vehicles. When I need a new vehicle in 3 years, it will be a Sonata for me.
