horrible experience

We spoke to Rudy on the phone the night before we planned to purchase a car at Twin Rocks Auto Sales. We arranged a time to meet at the dealership. Upon arriving Rudy was not prepared. We were the only customers in the dealership. We requested a Car fax report on the car we had planned to purchase. 40 min later Rudy came back with the Car fax report. We waited another 20 min for the car to be taken out of the showroom. We drove the car, upon returning to the dealer, we were told there were problems with Car fax report and the cars title, and we were not able to purchase the car. When I asked why they were only finding this information out now, Rudy began to yell at me, stating it costs him money to pull a car fax report. We drove over 2 hours to get to the car lot, we were there almost 2 hours, with another 2 hour drive home. Besides the complete lack of customer service, I find it a problem that they have cars on their lots, listed for sale without knowing if they are even able to sell them.I called the next business day to speak with the owner, William. I started to explain the situation, he interrupted and told he it was my fault for not requesting the Car fax report the day before when I called, stating "If you would have done your part, and asked for the Car fax the day before, you could have saved yourself a trip". I have never been treated so horribly.

Was very happy with the purchase I made at the dealership. Since I live so far away from the dealership they met me halfway to deliver my vehicle. Very friendly

vehicle was not even there after driving 70 miles.told me night before vehicle was there joke,i would not recommend buying there half the vehicles posted on web are not there afterdriving there got a big sorry haha.
