Tried to go look at this truck but the owner drove it to the lake for the weekend, surprisingly they must not want to sell the truck as much as they would have liked. If the truck is not available I would remove it from the search until it gets back from the lake and update the mileage on it.

This is the third car that I have bought from Tummina Mazda. They are so easy to work with and make it so easy for me as a single lady to take care of my cars! I bought Mazda 3s for both of my daughters after loving my CX9. Every time I need anything I have been able to call Todd and he has taken such good care of us. For example my youngest ran over a curb, gnashing her tire. We were able to barely roll into a close-by Goodyear who told us I would have to replace all 4 tires!!! I called Todd and he said he had an extra tire in the Tumminia Service department. He replaced it for free for us! I actually cried when I realized he wasn't going to charge me! I just love Tummina Mazda :) Liz Bono

We drove all the way from St. Louis to purchase a new Mazda6 at Tumminia. That was because Tumminia was able to beat all the St Louis dealerships on sales price and they had the exact vehicle we were looking for. Patrick Emmett was our sales guy; he is very easy to speak with, low pressure and always gave us accurate information. A pleasure to purchase from him.

I can count on honesty and integrity when my Mazda is serviced at Tumminia. I thought my brake pads were going out, turns out Tumminia service spent a great deal of time investigating the problem. Turns out it was a faulty issue and covered it under a recall from Mazda. They could have easily replaced my brakes and I would never have known. Cost to me- $0! And the service department spent a great deal of time working on my car. Similar experience when I thought I needed new tires, Todd Tumminia said I had another 6 months before replacing. Can't beat their service!!!

I just got my new white CX-5 on Saturday and what a great experience it was! Everybody was so nice and Joe who did my paperwork was so funny!! They gave me a great deal on trading in my Mazda3 on the new one, everything went smooth! I recomend them to anyone looking for a Mazda in KC!

We recently purchased a mazda from Tumminia Mazda and were blown away by the easy process and excellent customer service. After visiting several mazda dealerships in the last few weeks, we were pleasantly suprised by the friendliness and general respect shown to us as a customer. It was seriously the smoothest car transaction we have ever had. I would highly reccomend giving them a chance, we will be back next time. It was a pleasure working with an honest, fair dealership and we were treated with nothing but respect from the second we walked into the door. (They even have a kids section while you wait!)

My 05 Tribute needed extensive work done from oil seal leaks, water pump, tie rods, sway bar links, rear motor mount, spark plugs, exhaust manifold and a few others. They literally turned it from a hoopty back into better than brand new!! They did an excellent job, prices were very reasonable, very personable, individualized service personel plus a brand new Mazda to drive while the repairs were being done. Very efficient fast service considering the extensive list of repairs. Thank You Tumminia Mazda and I will definitely return and highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Just wanted to say how delighted we have been thru the entire process of buying the CX-9. We love the car & were so wonderfully served by the entire Tumminia staff, but especially Lisa Graham. Lisa was our initial contact sales associate and she really is so personable. We loved dealing with her as she was a great listener to our needs in a vehicle. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the CX-9, plus she was just so pleasant the entire time. She had great professionalism, humor and ability to really care for the customer--so we didn't feel like a number. We really appreciate how she got answers to our questions if she was not sure and explained the process of buying&financing to us in plain english. She is a wonderful sales associate who genuinely cares for the customer. We also felt like Terry, her boss, went to bat for us as he helped out a time or two and gave us a good price for the CX-9 and our trade-in. And then there's Joe, the finance King, who was just to lovable & kind in navigating us thru the actual financing. He was patient & such a great listener too, so we felt really cared for by him. We have been telling our friends what a great experience we've had at Tumminia and telling them to go too. I was in the market for a CX-9 and had certain options on my wish list. My salesman, Billy, was very patient and worked diligently to find me my dream car. Both Ernie and Todd Tumminia went out of their way to help put together a deal that worked with my budget and a car that included all my 'must haves'. I can't say enough good things about this family owned dealership. Also a bonus is the great service department. This is the reason why we keep returning to Tumminia and have 3 Mazdas. Overall, an excellent experience!

I had already researched the vehicle I wound up buying (a used '13 CX9), and the trade-in value of my old car. The price was as advertised and they gave me pretty much what I expected for my trade in. Was greeted by a cordial and smiling "Lisa" at the front door who quickly scouted out the vehicle I was interested in and took us for our test drive. Had our car evaluated by the, 'also cordial', used car manager and came to an amicable agreement. We're enjoying our first ever 'SUV' and have had no problems at all. Will be taking it back for the free oil change Tumminia offers but will then probably stick a little closer to home for future maintenance... we traveled over 100 miles to buy this one!

I dreaded moving out of the city because I did not want to commute. Well now I listen to music with the great sound system in my Mazda 3. The car is an easy to handle 5 speed. I went to Tumminia Mazda expecting the usual used car guy run around. I was greeted politely but not overwhelmed. The salesman listened to my needs and found me a good value on a car within my budget. I am getting over 30 miles per gallon. The best part is that now I can get away from all of the city noise for a really affordable price. I will return to this dealer again for the good old fashioned customer service.


I am now part of a Family.. The Tumminia Family!

The entire team at Tumminia Mazda makes a buyer feel like he is part of the family. From the salesperson(Leslie) to the sales manager(Justin), financing(Mark and Todd), service(Steve), and even Mr. Tumminia himself, they all went out of their way to make sure our buying experience was the best. They endured our questions and were patient and supportive and they gave us great prices, no haggling, no worrying. It was painless. We ended up buying two cars from them this weekend. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will not need a new car for a while (Zoom-Zoom), but I can guarantee that they have won my service business for years to come. When it is time for a new Mazda, there will be no question as to where I will go to get my next car.

Purchased a 2003 Murano in November of 2013. First visit in was horrible, one of the managers was very irogant and didn't even want to talk with us about the car. We got a call about 4 days later and we went in and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Now granted it had 116K on it but I was told the vehicle went through Tumminia's high point inspection. Well after the purchase we got an extended warranty and the company said we had to change the oil 1,000 miles after we purchased the car which we did. I took it to a Nissan Dealer and they found a leak on the main engine and told me to fix it would be around $1,300 and keep in mind this is less than a 1,000 miles after I purchased it from Tumminia. I asked Nissan how long the leak had been there and they said for a while based on the build up, I asked if it had been for more than maybe 1,000 miles or 45 days and he said yes for sure. I called Tumminia and the response was well it's used so you get what you pay for. Bottom line is stay away from these guys. There is a reason they are located in the boondocks and don't trust any of them.

I saw a car advertised on Cars.com from this dealer and the car and deal looked good. I called and made an appointment to see the car. When I arrived, they had just finished cleaning the car. The sales woman was friendly and we went on a test drive. The car was a good car. The problem: Bald tires on the front (service manager said there was over 50% tread left). There was no where near 50% left on the tires and one of them had a plug in it from a previous repair. When I said I would probably take the car if it had new tires, I was at first told no, then they would replace the one with the plug (you don't put 1 new tire on a car), then they said they would split the cost of tires. This car was for my wife to drive. YOU DO NOT SELL A CAR WITH SAFETY ISSUES!!! YOU DO NOT CHARGE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR SAFETY!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH A DEALERSHIP THAT WOULD PUT THEIR PROFIT MARGIN ABOVE YOUR LIFE!!! RUN-DO NOT WALK

I knew what kind of vehicle I wanted before my visit to Tumminia Mazda and what a fair price would be for the model I was interested in. I found that they had the perfect used car on cars.com and decided I would visit the dealership to check it out. My salesperson was very helpful, polite, respectful and extremely low pressure. After my test drive, I was introduced to the sales manager. I found him also to be very friendly, but straight-forward about the condition and price of the car. We made a deal which was fair for me and the dealership. After all, I believe no one is in business to go broke. Then it was off to the finance department. For me, this is part of the deal where I usually get either a sick stomach, headache or both. But the finance manager was also very friendly, straight forward and low pressure. I was completely at ease. I actually felt like he was totally on my side, by being concerned about what was in my best interest. I've bought a lot of cars in my life. This was by far the best automobile purchase I've made, because of the people.

After negotiating a possible deal online, I stopped by & test drove a 2005 Ford Escape on a Sat. All seemed ok on the test drive, but wife mentioned possible vibration as driving, which went away. Felt perhaps the road was at fault. Finalized the deal, trading our car, & all was left was finance, which I was obtaining elsewhere. Over the rest of the weekend, kept hearing funny noises, feeling the vibration, & other items that didnt seem right. That Monday, I took to another Ford service & had them inspect. I trust them as I have done numerous services with them. They found over $3000 (for starters) in repairs were needed. Oil gaskets leaking, transmission problems, drive-line & rear differential repairs. Called & spoke w/Todd Tumminia, & asked for my trade-in vehicle back & to cancel the deal. They stated their mechanics had thorougly checked the Escape & all was well. Advised I had found differently, & just wanted my trade-in back, & to cancel everything. Todd finally agreed & did cancel the deal (which I did respect, since they didnt have to). But then we found the next day, the Escape was back on their website, ready for sell again. Couldn't have possibly fixed everything that was wrong. If you do buy a used car from them, DEFINITELY HAVE SOMEONE ELSE CHECK THE CAR 1ST BEFORE BUYING. I certainly learned my lesson.

When ready to trade, we researched many vehicles and decided on a Mazda CX-9. Tumminia Mazda was recommended and we are certainly not sorry we chose to do business here. Everyone we had contact with treated us with the utmost respect...from the sales people, to office staff, to the owners (who make it a point to greet us every time we enter the door). Living north of the river, we make it a point to drive the extra mile to return to Olathe, KS to Tumminia Mazda for regular maintenance and service. We would highly recommend Tumminia Mazda to all those interested in a new vehicle. Worth checking out for sure!

The salesmen never stopped calling. My great granddaughter was being born and I told him I would not be making a decision for a couple of days. He called my husband twice, once at 7am. He called me at least twice a day; it was so bothersome. I was waiting as my granddaughter was giving birth, took her over 24 hours, I did not need a salesman calling asking if I was going to buy the car.

Have not had the best experiences buying cars in the past from dealerships. I went to Tumminia anticipating a difficult time, once again. We were shopping for a dependable car with very good mpg. Our salesman was Raymond. He was professional, sharp, knew his cars well, did not pressure us a bit, warm spirit and attitude, and listened to what our needs were. He was able to supply me his Best price from the beginning (which matched my numbers from prior research) and felt I was getting fair deal from the start. I very much appreciate not having to waste my time, or game playing with the back-and-forth thing with the salesman's boss (the man behind the curtain). My paperwork, including financing, took about an hour. Again, no arm-twisting to by extras. Warranties were made available. I will purchase from Tumminia again, and request Raymond! A very positive experience. I've now had car for two months. Today I got a complimentary oil change and tank was filled with fuel. Wow!

I love it when a salesman comes out to greet me, I've been to dealerships where no one has come to see what I'm interested in, but not here. As soon as I arrived a kind and knowledgeable young man by the name of Raymond came out and introduced himself to me. We took a test drive, he followed up with me a day later. Still haven't decided about the car yet, but so far the customer service has been exceptional.

Usually buying a car tends to tends to turn my stomach, but our experience with Tummunia Mazda made us feel like part of the family! We are now home! I have an older Mazda (2002 Millenia) and when I needed repairs,I took it to Tumminia Mazda in Olathe Kansas. I have owned over 50 different cars in my driving career and I have never had better service than at their dealership. Advice was free on the small problems and their prices on service was very competitive. I will recommend them for A Class service.

We needed a different vehicle to replace a Volvo SUV that had been through too many repairs to justify keeping. I wasn't ready to make the leap from a 7-passenger vehicle to a 5-passenger vehicle and fell in love with the Mazda 5. Every interaction we had with multiple individuals was nothing but positive. They were very patient and tenacious since each time we made an offer on a used Mazda 5 it sold out from under us. In the end they found us a new one, offered it a great price with a generous trade-in on our Volvo. We literally bought our Mazda 5 sight-unseen based on the trust this dealership instilled in us. Not once was I treated with a superior attitude since we essentially bought a car that was half the sticker price of our Volvo ten years ago. We plan to return to Tumminia when it's time to replace another vehicle or acquire a new-to-us one.

We purchased a new car at this dealer 6 months ago. We were treated well until we needed to have some repairs done after my fiancee' hit a curb. We took it in to have them go through it and have it fixed before a trip out of town. Originally it was a grinding noise coming from the front; which is what we told them was the problem that needed fixed. They fixed many things and aligned it, however when she got it back the problem still remained. The shop foreman told us it was roadworthy when we returned the next Monday, and we'd have to wait & no courtesy cars available. Upon figuring out the problem he told us he wouldn't tell the mechanic what he thought it was to see if he could figure it out. We were appalled. When we took the car to have it repaired the following day, we expressed our frustration at the fact the original problem was never fixed, and the shop foreman proceeded to tell my Fiancee' "well I didn't wreck the car" in a very harsh tone. We later went in to pick up the car and told the teller about our experience, my Fiancee' was nearly in tears by the time she was done. The teller(the only pleasant person there) said she would have a manger call us in regards to the way we were treated. I later received a call from an owner who wanted to get the straight of it. I told him how we had been treated and that though all of the repair experiences I have had never had I been treated so poorly by someone. I have dealt with almost every kind of mechanic/ shop there is having ran a large grain farm, but none as rude as these. He was unsympathetic to the service his staff had provided. Overall I would say stay as far away as you can from this dealer at all costs.
