This is a very good dealership. I came in with my Ford truck and had a brake job done. When I picked up my truck the brakes was not to my liking so I let them know and they took care of me and made sure I was happy before leaving. I give Trotter Ford a 10 + on my satisfaction level. My service advisor Christy always goes above and beyond for me. So if you want great service and customer service I would recommend Trotter Ford.

Chrysty B. assisted me on Jul 22, when I had my standard regular mileage Service done. Was very impressed with her and specifically asked for her for my problem on Sep 22 when I was having a problem with tire pressure indicator light constantly coming on and having my usual Gas Service Station put and re-put air in. Chrysty was helpful yesterday again, and consider her to be my POC choice for Service calls. The Paper work did not show the name, but the guy who did the work to check the tires was very knowledgeable in explaining to me and cautioning me to "always" use the "sticker PSI" shown on the car for the PSI, which I will do/caution whoever is putting air in the tires.Thank you,Brenda Rump

I have a 2015 Ford Mustang 50 anniversary edition. I prefer to use the dealership service. I get good service and deal with familiar faces. I also receive email notices about service time and my car's health. I have set appointments up that way. Buy Ford...American made and no government bail our for a reason!

The service was excellent. You go in and tell them what the problem is and they take care of the problem right away. Excellent. I have a 2015 Ford explorer. The staff was great and you can even have a bag of popcorn while you wait.

The cost of repairs was a bit over my budget and took longer to fix (almost a week wait); the service desk told me the delay was due to a staff repair person shortage. While I am very positive about my service staff relations, through this latest adventure, I got a "leave me a message" on several calls I made to get scoop on the repair process.

Arrived early, so expected a small wait time, but not hour and half. Good job on oil change, but poor service time. Would be more effective if oil changes were done on certain days or set at certain times so customers can get in and out. Maybe more servicemen are needed. Any way to improve wait time would be greatly appreciated.

Repair Shop managers very responsive to my needs and made a quick estimate. ordered parts nd called me within a few days. Took a little longer than I expected once I delivered the Truck to repair shop for repairs , but I had a rental furnished by Insurance company , so I was ok. Great repair job. Someone cleaned "most" of my truck after repairs , but left spots on passenger side that did not get cleaned. Overall it was a good repair - Thanks Trotter Repair Shop

My air conditioner in my 2013 Edge quit working and I took it in, I was given a loaner vehicle to drive to work and the service dept had my vehicle repaired by the time I got off work. I always receive excellent service from the entire staff.

It was quite obvious things were busy in the service department and I'm sure everything was being done as best as possible to accommodate everyone. The service manager even told me they were very busy, so I anticipated it would be a somewhat longer wait than usual. Regardless, it was fine. And as I told the representative when I paid out, I would rather them take their time and make sure the job is done right than to rush everyone through. I have a 2013 Ford F-150 Extended Cab, now with 33,000 miles. And so far, so good. Was purchased at this dealership. Service was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I don't think I could have expected anything more. Keep it going that way.

Now that we are in our 80th year of life, the help they have given us with our vehicles is even more important and feeling like no one is trying to take advantage of us senior citizens. The people at Trotter have been supper any time I had a problem. They have come out to my house in the freezing cold to start a car, transported me home, loaned me a car, and worked with me until the problem was solved.
