My experience with Tri Stat was top notch. Beginning with my salesperson Lenny, to the sales manager, I was a complete professional and easy transaction. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and knowledgeable. The entire process was completed in a timely manner and before I was out the door, everything was checked and I was assured I was ready to go. The experience of buying our truck was pleasant enough. The salesman and the back office people were very nice. However, we were told that the second key for the truck was "probably still up at the Somerset store" and that they would have it shipped down and would get it to us ASAP. A year and a half later, we are STILL trying to get the second key for our vehicle and surprisingly, no one will call us back. I have tried calling the salesman who sold us our truck NUMEROUS times and we never receive a call back. Finally, I gave up with him and asked to speak to a sales manager. I left him a voicemail and after several days, still have not heard anything back. My advice to you is to make sure you have EVERYTHING that you need for your vehicle before signing any paperwork, because once the loan goes through, good luck getting them to care about helping you again. Although the initial experience with purchasing my vehicle was pleasant, being blatantly ignored by my salesman and the sales manager regarding their loss of the second set of keys for our vehicle has left a bad taste in my mouth and I would have to say that I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who enjoys a positive customer service experience.

I went to Tri Star with a new car in mind already but after the sales person took me for a ride in it and we started talking we found out that I wasn't going to be all that happy with the Car I had initially wanted. Most sales people would have taken the easy sale and just went with it but Patrick Hoyman (spelling?) took the time to ask questions and really find out what I wanted in a car and we ended up on a completely different car. One that I love tremendously! August Pompelia was extremely helpful and I couldn't be happier. I really hope they get to see this review because they deserve the recognition for their efforts. Both Patrick and August gave me follow up calls to make sure I was still in love with my new Explorer which I am of course and that was more than anyone had ever done for me before. Tri Star gets 5 stars and my repeat business.

We had a lot of questions and the salesman took the time to go over over 3 different trucks and the advantages of certain options. We went over advantages of purchase versus lease. Two vehicles this year and both were done with ease. They emphasize getting the right vehicle and take time to inform you of the importance of the options. Ryan Young and Steve, a manager there, showed up at my house with the vehicle to show my wife, she test drove it and said this is the vehicle. I contacted them 2 times about a classic car they claimed to have sitting on the lot. Never did I get any information back on the car, So as far as Im concerned this people really don't deserve anything but a 0 !!! Im not about to drive 70 miles one way for find out they do not or never had this car on their lot, so I guess they were not to interested in selling it, if they even had it in the first place

I have transmission issues with my 2013 Ram 1500 that has 13,000 miles on it. Took it up the other day and from the looks of things I doubt they even looked at it. The first couple times I took it in they screwed other things up. and I had to wait to get them fixed. Got to go back today for the AutoButler paint protectant I bought with the package. I wonder what they can screw up today? I will take my tranny problem to a specialist next week. Not the Back Yard Mechanics they have there. Thanks, But No thanks. I also have 4 or 5 so called free oil changes. No way would I allow them to do that sort of thing.

I was shopping for a Jeep Wrangler, a vehicle that I had been looking forward to purchasing for a significant amount of time, and was referred by a friend to Tri Star. I was impressed by the honest nature of the staff and management which is not a consistent factor among dealerships. The fact that I could truly trust my sales staff member, Ross DiBuono, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the vehicle I was looking at made my choice very easy. Additionally, Greg Turchetta the sales manager of the dealership, was exceptionally helpful and took a genuine interest in making my purchase match my expectations and needs. Having grown up with a father in the automobile business I feel that I have a strong base of comparison for a quality experience and I would say that I couldn't have asked for a better product or experience!

I went there to get repairs done to my Suzuki XL7 and thought I'd ask a salesman to see if I would be able to trade my Suzuki for another vehicle. I was approached by salesman, Jason Coy, who I explained both my "wish list" and my financial situation to and asked that he take his time to find me a vehicle. We kept in touch via phone and each day, he made the time to apprise me of his progress and his ideas. I became hopeful. Within a week, Jason and the General Manager, negotiated a clever deal for me to buy a new car, one with enough of rebates to take me out of an upside down situation. This was the SMOOTHEST transaction ever. I've gotta tell you, I have found that every employee at Tri-Star was pleasant--from the General Manager (Greg), to the Financial Clerk (Jason), the service dept (Mike), and as I passed through the hallways, I would get a smile from each of the various car salesmen. No doubt I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Jason listened very well when I explained what options I wanted in a vehicle and what payment range I needed to be in...there was no manipulation nor lies here. I got exactly everything I had "wished for" and I am a happy customer. Thank you Tri-Star Blairsville for 5-star service and sales transactions.

Sold a wrecked car. Somethings were apparent and were supposed to be fixed but others were not. Could not even get a return call. Promised many things and received nothing. Upon closer inspection this car was wrecked...hood seams out of alignment, door replaced, spray painted on rear panel. A trustworthy dealer would of disclosed these problems as they are required to inspect these cars before selling. Don't ever buy a car from Tri-Star unless you want to be totally taken advantage of.

I have not been to a dealership since buying a new vehicle over 10 years ago. I did not know what to expect and anxious about having to go though the process of buying a vehicle all over again. To my surprise, purchasing a vehicle was very easy and actually, I was handed the keys to my new car (within hours) on the same day I visited the dealership. The salesman (Ross) was very down to earth, seemed to be knowledgeble about the car, and trustworthy. He listned to what I wanted in a vehicle and really made my experience enjoyalble from the beginning to the end. I went up to talk to Rod Graham to go over a quote on a Suzuki at 3:00 pm New's Year's Eve. He patiently waited & answered all questions I had. They closed at 4:00 & was unaware of the fact. He actually went above and beyond!!!! 150% I met Rod, Shawn, his manager & Haider Rajpar was also there to greet me when I got there. Anyhow, after answering all of my questions, we didn't realize everyone was gone, Rod stayed and helped us out & we were on our way out the door with a 2012 Grand Vitara. These guys are something!!! Rod really went above and beyond staying & being pleasant until we left. These guys are GREAT to deal with & will help you out no matter what! Happy New Year Rod!

I went for an oil change & my engine check light came on. I called Dan in the Quick Lane department & he said, "no problem, bring it up!". Went up the next day & while I was there, I thought I'd just check out the new & used cars. I spoke to Haider Rajpar & after talking for awhile, he told me that he wanted me to meet a salesman that he wanted me to talk to. I told him that I HATE salesmen & if I don't like him, I'd tell him so & go back to wait for my car. Haider assured me that I could trust this guy, Rod Graham, and if I wasn't happy talking to him, just let him know. I spoke to Rod & he was the most down-to-earth person that you would ever meet - not pushy, demanding or rude. With this cut-throat economy, you never know!! Haider was right, Rod was a GREAT person & helped me out & spent alot of time with me asking questions & looking at different SUV's. These are 2 guys that I would recommend talking to any time for a new or used car. They don't "expect" you to buy a car & don't pressure you. I have never had any problems at TriStar in Blairsville and if anyone gives them negative feedback, somethings wrong somewhere because these people are absolutely "fantastic".

e went to several dealerships in Monroeville in got the "typical" salesmen speeches, ignoring you if you didn't want to BUY a "new" car and overall extremely rude!!!! My husband decided to go out on Black Friday while I was shopping. I came home & there was a Kia Sportage in the driveway!!!.... Since I worked 12+ hour shifts and drove 1 hour each way, he was tired of worrying about me on the roads. He spoke to Haider Rajpar & bought me a car! I went up the next day with him & told him if this guy was a "typical" salesman, I would tell him off and go back home!! Well, I met Haider, and he was the most pleasant man that I have ever met at a car dealership. He didn't push for a sale, asked if I had any questions or concerns & worried about me being upset with my husband buying a car without me. The man will go out of his way for you, at great lengths!!! If you have any questions or problems, you will get a straight and honest answer. You will "never" feel pressured into buying a car. The service people are also great - I go to the Quick Lane, and Dan is always there with a pleasant greeting & smile & even tells you how long the wait is. I will "NEVER" buy a car anywhere else. The people there are like one big happy family - you don't get that much anymore, let along a car dealership. GREAT JOB!!!! I bought a Ford Escape for my daughter. The staff down at this dealership are not like any other dealership that I have ever dealt with. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our salesman was Josiah. He helped us with everything from showing us multiple makes and models, helping us choose what vehicle options would best suit my daughters needs, he even called our insurance company to update our new vehicle and delete our trade in from our policy. I was interested in a used vehicle that was located about an hour and half away at one of Tri-Star's branch dealers. Tired of driving long distances to look at cars, I called Tri-Star Blairsville (which is a few miles from my house)and asked if they would be willing to bring the vehicle to Blairsville for me to look at. I expected the process to take a day or two, but John Croft was on his way in minutes! I looked at the vehicle after work that day and the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for! My parents had recently purchased a vehicle from Tri-Star and said how happy they were with the service there. They went with me that night and celebrated my purchase of the vehicle. I can't say enough about the staff at Tri-Star - a few of the other sales people stopped in while we were waiting for paperwork just to talk and make us feel welcome. The staff there is friendly, courteous and on-the-ball! They also gave me a fair deal for my trade-in. I just bought a Chrysler 200 from Tristar. First of all, I can believe some people can be intimidated by the sheer size of this place but I had a great time working with the guys at the desk and my salesperson. They had a half dozen of the models I was interested in in stock and we got a better price than any of the other 3 dealers i visited. The manager at the sales desk must have got up 3 times to make sure I was being "taken care of" he also gave me his personal cell number to call if I have any issues. Check these guys out if you're shopping.

My overall experience was great. I am from out of state and they made everything easy. All the paper work was done and all I need is for the title work to be completed in the next week so I can get my plates. My only complaint is the car wasn't detailed right for delivery. I am partially at fault for not bringing this to their attention while I was there. They told me to bring it in anytime and they will detail it for me.

I am never getting a car from them again. There service is awful and we got ripped off on our car purchase. We had bad credit and the only way to get a loan/car was through them and a program called auto trakk. It came time for the yearly collateral inspection which went well enough however a month later the dealership has yet to fax the inspection in to autotrakk, even after numerous calls and voice messages on our part. If this isn't sent in to them soon our car will not start.(Autotrakk places a box in the car that has something to do with the ignition or something and you put codes in it when you make a payment, no inspection=no codes=car won't start). This isn't our first problem with tri star. When we first got the car there were a few cosmetic defects on the car that in the contract the dealer agreed to have fixed up. It took forever for them to schedual the body shop appt, then we take the car in and find out that the lady we talked to never got in touch with the bodyshop and made the appointment for the date we were to bring the car in on. So we reschedual the appt for in another 2 weeks, we get there and they are too overbooked for that week and can't get our cr done. Another appt. and 3 weeks later and our car is finally in. We get the car back and find out that while they did a great job on the hood of the car, they forgot to fix the huge key mark and rust on the door. When we let them know about this we got no reply. NEVER go here unless you like getting the run around and little customer assistence.
