I needed help in the parts department today. Rarely am I this pleased with the knowledge and helpfulness of the employee helping me. This was a wonderful experience! Over and above!!! And then to have a good cup of coffee while waiting the few minutes we waited was an extra nice touch. We live on the Olympic Peninsula and will come to this dealership from now on. Thank you so much. I would like to let the manager know of the gentleman that helped us.

They don't care about customer service.

I went in on the weekend to trade in my car and to lease a 2016 Camry. The sales guy was pretty good in getting everything together. Finished the deal. Three days later I received a phone call from their finance department saying my payoff was not correct. They said I owed them 152 dollars how would I like to pay it, no explanation what so ever. I spoke with Arson and told him that was a problem so do u want me to take your car back. He said yes if that's what I want to do. I took the car back and got my trade back. When I went in they finally wanted to just pay the 152 dollars, but by then I felt like I was dealing with greedy debt collectors. I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all after this experience.

I have had my car serviced here for several years, and the service has continued to excel as they moved in to their new location and now as they have been established there for 8 months. In fact the shop is quite amazing. It has to be the most cutting edge shop in the area.

It has been quite some time since I had been to a Toyota service station. I was truly amazed at the level of service I received. From the moment I drove up, I was personally greeted and escorted to a clearly organized customer service area. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, offered a shuttle back to work and pickup later. It was seamless. I received a phone call midday on the update of my car and picked it up that evening with the same seamless service. Well done.

When I was having issues with my Prius, they went above and beyond to figure out what the problem was. When the issue wasn't resolved at the end of a business day, they paid for me to have a (very fancy) rental car. The next day when I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised by the low cost. Great customer service. I'll be back (just hopefully not until my next schedule maintenance!).

I usually deal with John Parker when I have my car serviced. I've used this shop exclusively since I bought the car there 3 years ago. I recently had an intermittent failure code problem and it took several visits to trace it down. I paid for the first visit and the next two visits I was not charged. I was able to talk with the shop technician directly and after much head scratching and sharing circumstances of the failure/fault event he finally was able to make the final repair. New generation vehicles are super complex yet very reliable. I feel if I treat my Toyota service shop as a partner rather than an adversary, my car runs better and will last longer.

So these guys relocated to a new/bigger place next to a Mercedes dealership; expecting we would get a good experience. Boy were we wrong! They have this "one sticker" philosophy - it's either take it, or leave it. Really guys? You let 2 buyers here with CASH ON HAND walk away because you did not want to even negotiate; not even for a penny? Glad we went to another dealership and found the same (better) car on OUR TERMS. We are never going back there regardless how nice the place looks.Tip for Toyota of Seattle : The customer ALWAYS have the last say. "Money talks...BS walks". You jerks missed out on 2 potential loyal customers.

The lost my car keys and were hardly apologetic. They provided a rental car (by provided, I mean I had to go to the rental place a 10 minute walk away - though I was "lucky" in that one of their guys happened to be returning a rental otherwise they offered no way to get there but walk) and then found my keys and I got an automated call literally 20 minutes before close - no time to go back and get my car. Had to arrange kid pickups with friends and then took me an hour and a half to go through the motions the following morning. I got a "sorry" and nothing else for all my inconvenience. You get what you pay for - it is cheap/free servicing.

Love my 4Runner, on my third. My 92 and 2000 were great, and my 09 is there now getting it's 50k service, loving is so far. Feedback, 2 design errors I feel. Why would they move the tail pipe to the back, so it comes in the back window. My last 2, the pipe was behind the tire. 4Runner is the only one I know of where the back window goes down, nice to drive with front windows up and min road noise. Lastly, when I go from heat to defrost, it turns to cold air, unlike my previous 2. In winter, that means the inside of the car is usually cold, as you have defrost on over 1/2 the time. Otherwise, I love Toyota, and the service is always great. cheers, michael

After signing I walked out to my brand new highlander and the 3rd row seat was broken and wouldn't go down. The door also chatters like it is loose whenever driven. After taking it to this dealership over a dozen times to try to get it fixed I finally asked them to repurchase my car. What do they offer me? Kelly Blue Book trade in value (!?) and a new vehicle at slightly under MSRP and obviously a much higher payment. Despite all the promises of customer satisfaction when it came down to it all this dealership and their management were only interested in making MORE profit off of a customer who had patiently waited for months for them to remedy flaws in a new car that literally was broken before it was even driven off of the lot. Couldn't be more disappointed in a lack of actually standing behind their cars and being honorable when they couldn't fix manufacturing flaws in a vehicle they sold.

Debby Manny from Toyota of Seattle was a pleasure to work with. I worked with her in person, on the phone, and by email. She answered all of my questions completely and immediately, showed me all of the numbers up front, and made me feel very confident about buying a car from her. I visited five other dealers in Seattle, but this was the only I found where I could buy a car with no games, no manipulation and no frustration. I highly recommend shopping at Toyota of Seattle, especially with Debby Manny on the sales team there.

This was my first time shopping for a brand new car. Toyota of Seattle was my first stop. I worked with Debby Manny on finding the right car for me. Prior to coming into the dealership I had my eye set on the perfect car that they had on their lot. Debby made this experience very welcoming and smooth. She definitely exceeded all customer satisfaction. She showed me different cars that may fit my needs. In the end I got the car that I originally came in for, striking a great deal! This dealership is definitely about making customers happy! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! I am glad this was my first and last stop. Thanks Toyota of Seattle for your business, I was very pleased with your service!

Called to ask about a price on a Lexus. Asked if they would consider an offer and told them what I could afford. The salesman treated me like I was crazy and told me if I was serious I would have to drive in and talk with the sales manager. I told the sales person that I live over 60 miles away and didn't want to make the trip if they didn't have room to come down or even come close. The salesman said he couldn't help me. Very indicative of a high pressure sales environment that I avoid.

The reasons why I have given a very poor rating to Toyota of Seattle is because it was not up front about what it would charge for servicing my Tacoma pickup truck and because it made no honest attempt to resolve my complaint.Toyota of Seattles service advisor, John Parker, was fine when we met & wanted my business regarding my 2005 Tacomas failure of WAs emission test. The test results specified what the problem was and why my truck had failed the test. Only after I paid the bill & later reviewed it did I learn of some of the charges Id be responsible for - an undisclosed (unless it was in the fine print somewhere) $139.95 inspection and testing charge and the amount of Toyota of Seattle's labor charge for the work. All totaled, over $400 including tax. I had trusted Toyota of Seattle to be fair and up front. Not so.I called Parker after I reviewed the bill. He called back; said hed look into it & call me. No followup call from Parker. I called 2 more times. No followup calls from Parker. Not hearing from Parker I e-mailed the details of my experience to Toyota of Seattle and Elizabeth (apparently Toyota of Seattles service manager). Elizabeth replied & in her e-mail asked: What did you expect to pay for this Service? Not realizing her question was merely rhetorical, a statement not a real question, I replied thinking there would be some response and perhaps an adjustment of the bill. She never replied or called. Any genuine attempt by Parker, Elizabeth & Toyota of Seattle to resolve the issue - not good, not good at all; a waste of time and effort.I dont recommend Toyota of Seattle & will in fact tell everyone about my bad experience.J. Jones

Unbelievable...had the exact car, color, make and model picked out, with money in hand and kept getting the run around, unreturned phone calls, promises to call in 15 minutes (which never happened), late return voice mails left with wrong numbers (they don't know their own number? come on....) and fictitious last names, --I'm not kidding. This happened over the course of two days, I finally just said kill the deal and they didn't care. Left a voice mail for the general manager, no response. I can only guess they are not interested in selling on the Costco program, which is what I called about. Either way, RUN don't walk from these clowns.

Lin Loya the sales manager is dishonest. He plays games.I had everything in writting before I arrived...quote for the car total cost and everything. He told me to come on down pay and I would be out the door with my new car....I was working with him because I could not get the says people to respond...Cash for Clunkers law made things busy for all the car dealers...so be it.So I walk in at 9 am while he talking to his sales staff...telling them what to say about why the cash for clunker law means they can get more money from customers. Really this is the government that is doing this not them....After hearing that I should have been concerned...forshadowing.He then charges me 1000 more than I have been quoted. Now some of this was for options...so Ok I get that...they are not options I wanted but they do cost money. the other 700? that is because he said the car is now scarce because of the clunker law so he can charge me more. Scarce in 3 days? come on...He lied when he said come down and pick up the car everything is ready...I confirmed the price over the phone with the sales person. Same as I was quoted via e-mail.(one other thing Toyota was giving a slightly larger rebate than when I got the quote...he mention that as well when telling me too bad that we got you...)This is great dealer game...he had me stuck...do I walk out or do I get cheated....I got cheated and really hate myself for it...It was a new car for my wife...so...Lin Loya is a cheat....beware!!!!!
