I enjoyed the purchasing experience at Toyota of Naperville. The sales associate (Kris), sales manager (Tim) and delivery coordinator (Dwight) were all very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The track built for testing cars provided varied driving situations, so I could learn more about the car's performance without having to contend with traffic delays. The dealership was clean and the financial sign-offs were carried out with state of the art computer technology. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

This was my first purchase from Toyota of Naperville, and my best car-buying experience ever! No pressure, no hassles. Scott Bouma was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the features of the Prius Four. A test drive on their private test track was an unexpected plus. It was a great way to get the feel of the vehicle and explore its features (it is packed with new technology!) in a safe environment without worrying about traffic and other distractions. I also got a great price without having to endure the typical bag of sales tricks and gimmicks. Very professional, efficient and respectful. After the sale, Scott gave us a thorough review of the vehicle and patiently answered all of our dumb questions. From start to finish, it was a first rate car-buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I went in for scheduled maintenance on my car. I also wanted them to look at the steering wheel because it was making a clicking sound. It turned out that something was wrong with the cables inside the steering wheel, but they didn't have the parts in stock to fix it. So they rushed the parts needed to fix my vehicle from a supplier and I got it back the same day! Mike did a great job keeping me informed about the status and getting me back on the road.

I went in a nervous wreck, intimidated by the horror stories I've heard and witnessed in regards to sales people and dealerships and was eased instantly. Everyone was exceptionally warm, welcoming and friendly. I was greeted instantly and offered something to drink. I don't think I was left alone for even the shortest of time, not in the way that would be overwhelming or annoying. Jose Rivera was exceptional. He worked very well within my budget and got me a great, custom deal. He gladly answered my millions of questions. The transition through levels for purchase were smooth and each and everyone I dealt with were wonderful and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend Naperville of Toyota!

We chose a 2016 Highlander XLE AWD over Enclave, Traverse, and Pilot, all of which we enjoyed for their ride. All of them boast many comparable technical features/prowess depending on trim levels. However, there were numerous nice touches inside and outside in the Highlander w/ a good price point that made a difference. Look and feel of captain's chair in the second row w/ foldable side table, a deep curved-top console between the driver and passenger seats, a long tray w/ a cutout for charging cables to run through, built-in 120V outlet, floor mats like shallow trays to retain water/mud, etc, to name some salient ones. Glass hatch can be easily opened w/out opening the liftgate, which we found practical. 3rd row seat is large enough for 2-3 kids, and when folded down makes generous storage area. Vehicle's size and modern look appealed to us.Matt George did an excellent job showing the car. He was particular about drawing our attention to many of XLE features alluded to above and how they would make our driving experience better. We felt he was honest and treating us fairly when discussing costs, lease vs purchase, etc. He was very patient in answering questions throughout even when it was two hours past their closing time on a Saturday by the time we took delivery of the car.A.J. Reilly was prompt and was quite professional in closing the deal. I found him to be a straight shooter. There was a small discrepancy between a quoted cost, which was the first thing he pointed out before starting the paperwork so that I don't get surprised. It was appreciated. The paperwork went w/out a hitch.I found Dwight Nash friendly and through in explaining services they offer.

I purchased a used 2012 Ford Fusion and found out after 2.5 months that one of the tires had a defective inner belt that was causing the car to steer as if it was out of alignment. Even though I purchased the car used (as is) the service adviser, Caleb O'Neil, made sure that the tire was replaced with a new one at no charge. He handled it quickly and courteously.

We started our car buying experience at Toyota of Naperville based on the online reviews from Google and other sites. Normally I hate buying cars, but this experience was so stress free and pleasant that I could easily see myself returning for future purchases. Jacob Basathia greeted us, listened to our needs, and presented us with several models that fit our budget and expectations. We decided on a 2015 RAV4 with a fantastic options package. Jacob took care of every little detail on our purchase while we waited for the financing manager (very busy place on Saturday, and I can see why). Eren Gonzalez completed the sale in a very efficient and friendly manner. We will be recommending Toyota of Naperville to our many friends in the western suburbs.

From the minute we stepped in the Dave was here to help us out. We were able to test drive the Mazda CS-9 we has inquired about. He also made arrangements for us to take it to our mechanic. There was only one small issue, and Dave offered to take care of it after the sale.I almost forgot to mention Sam who helped us out with a second look at the car (Dave was off that night). She also suggested that we could take an extended test drive, which gave us a lot more confidence in the purchase.The financing department was ok, but not very responsive. I'd recommend having some lending options lined up in advance so you can fairly evaluate their rates.

I came in for routine maintenance of my daughter-in-law's Toyota Corolla and while waiting and looking around the showroom sipping my complimentary coffee I was taken by a new RAV4 with great styling and color (hot lava). As a very satisfied owner of a 2009 RAV4 I was quickly thinking of a possible trade-in when Dave Zidlicky, Sales Consultant approached me and was most attentive. He offered to quote me a trade-in price. Well in a very short time the deal was consummated. Sold by the vehicle and and the salesman for a most pleasant buying experience. Recently bought my Cerified Pre-Owned 2015 Scion FR-S here. The experience was nothing short of amazing. My Sales Associate, Janine Turner was nothing short of amazing. She gave me a great deal, worked with me every step of the way and went out of her way in so many ways to make this not only an easy and stress-free experience, but to ensure I was happy with the car I was purchasing and that every single one of my (sometimes unreasonable) concerns and needs were met.Did i mention she's actually informed about the vehicles she sells? I'm an automotive enthusiast and the amount of times I have walked into a dealership to ask questions about a car, only to be met with total ignorance over what they were selling has been laughable. Not Janine. Bonus points: She can actually drive a manual transmission. Huge respect.I typically DREAD the idea of buying a car, but this was hands down the smoothest sailing I've ever experienced and I honestly credit it to Janine more than anything. You need a car? Go see her. You won't regret it.We took care of everything over the course of several days. I made several small trips, we settled on a price over over the phone, I put a deposit down, she got the car cleaned up in a jiffy even when I randomly moved my pick-up date up by a day, and she had me out of my old car and into my new one in two hours flat. She never pressured me and she was always patient.Serkan in service also gets a shout out. He listened to my concers about an earlier model year of the FR-S and answered every technical question and historical service question (Within reason) that I could throw at him. Kareem Thomas took exceptional care of me from the time I walked in to the time I he had taken care of all my issues. They took care of every concern I had and even paid for the repairs to my used car purchase. This is unheard of for a dealership to take such pride in their jobs and genuinely care about their customers. I took my car in to my mechanic for some needed repairs and brought the receipt to the dealership and they cut me a check with no questions. The business manager Gary Jaros went above and beyond to get me financed and even gave me a ton of specific tips to get on the right road to fix my credit. He had no reason to be so helpful other than he is a good respectable human being which we need more of in this world and especially in the sales industry. The used car manager Push Singh made all my problems go away. He was very attentive and speedily resolved the few issues I had. He was very kind, caring and understanding.

I brought my 2008 4 Runner in yesterday for scheduled maintenance and also because my rear defroster and rear windshield wiper weren't working. Right away my service advisor, Mike Librizzi asked if the rear window was open- I didn't think so- but he told me that if it were open only a tiny bit, that it would disengage those functions. Sure enough that was exactly the problem. These guys know their cars and I was relieved that I wasn't going to have a huge repair bill!They have a rewards program, that you don't have to do any thing for- each time I come in it always seems that they take something off the bill. Also Mike provided me with a $10 off coupon. It was a short and pleasant wait and I drove off with my old SUV looking sharp after a free car wash!I've been a customer here for many years and I've always been pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the whole staff. Working with Mike Librizzi yesterday was a pleasure. Thanks!

I went into Naperville Toyota just to find out how often they get used scion tc's on an estimate and definitely decided this will be the dealership. First dealership to not insult my vehicle or try to butter me up to trade it in just to slap me in the face with a garbage offer and I got a tour of the dealership. I know to some the tour may sound dumb but keep in mind I've been to probably about 30 dealerships so far and this is the first and only dealer to give me a tour and make me feel welcome there for more than just my money. When I am ready to buy I will be back at this dealer looking for Justin to make my purchase as I know I'll be treated like family there.

Walked in after finding a Highlander we were interested it. Spoke with Mukesh Mehta, who was more than helpful. Took the car for a test ride on their test track (What an innovative idea that is! Cobblestone, railroad track, steep hill!) Mukesh had answers for all of our questions, and helped set up our trade in as well. Sudden appearance of multiple warning indicators in brake system. Service department took car immediately, identified problem via computer diagnostics (bad wheel speed sensor in ABS system), replaced wheel hub, and I was on my way in less than two hours. This car has had few problems (100+K miles), but support has been excellent.

My wife, 4 yr old son, and I were driving back to Iowa City from Chicago, when I noticed a red liquid leaking from the engine. Luckily we found Toyota of Naperville nearby and drove there. Mike was great! He kept on top of things, emphasized to the service guys the importance of getting us back on to road. He also retrieved our son's car seat and installed it in a loaner car for use during the 4 hour water pump replacement repair. We also loved the comfort and amenities in the waiting area. My son loved the good WiFi. I have used the Toyota dealership in Iowa City and thought their high level of service was an "Iowa nice" thing, but clearly it is a Toyota thing as Mike and the Naperville team showed me!

What I expected is far from what happened. May be I got lucky or all the sales people are as good as Peter Forberg who greated me at the door. Thanks, Kris because Robert took in the vehicle on a trade and new the previous owner and gave it great reviews. Thanks for making our experience great with the awesome service and you weren't too pushy either. Also, after we agreed upon a price, and they did work with us on that, we went to Gary in the finance dept. He also helped us get into an extended warranty. I had questions the next day, and Gary jumped back into action to make sure we understood and he too, was great to deal with. By far, I would drive again, another hour to visit this dealership to buy a car. Great job, and great people!

Me and my friend visited the dealership with a mindset of getting an idea about the prices of 2016 and 2017 Sedans (Camry and Corolla) to know whether they fit in my budget. We worked with the sales representative viz., Kamran Zaidi. Kam Zaidi is a very diligent, professional and knowledgeable person who understood my needs, showed different options and finally offered me a very good deal on a Toyota Certified Corolla LE Plus (just 20K miles) - I would say that's a great deal of the day in my perspective as it was a perfect fit for my budget. Me and my family never expected to buy a car on that day. I was truly convinced with the deal and without any further questions or thoughts I paid $4K down payment - that's a SCINTALLING BUYING EXPERIENCE and that too for the first time in the US!!!. Thanks to Harvey Nyien today 9/27/16. He was our salesman two years ago when we purchased a 2014 Camry XLE. I have been having issues with my tires for more than the past nine months. Started noticing vibration and annoying noise around 17k miles. Had checked at 19k and it was confirmed the tires were defective but Bridgestone wouldn't do anything and this dealership only offered minimal dollar assistance. Had reason to bring car in for tire losing air today. While browsing the showroom I saw and greeted Harvey. He still remembered me. After brief owner dissatisfaction conversation Harvey was able to waive the cost of todays repair and introduced me to the Service manager where we were able to mutually agree on a tire replacement at 27k miles. Thanks to Harvey, customer satisfaction is his major priority.

Had three minivans in mind and test drove all three. After thinking about the cars and what they each offered, came back to Toyota of Naperville. Bought the Sienna because of Janine Turner. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and laid back in her approach. Her knowledge of the vehicle during the test drive sold the car. After the car was ordered Janine called and texted us with reports on the cars delivery time frame. Picked up the car, received a complete tutorial on all the Sienna's features and drove off as a happy, satisfied customer.

Our salesperson, "Tod Croft" took the time to establish an excellent relationship with us which helped him to determine and hone in on our needs, then he thoroughly trained us in the specifics of the two cars that we had narrowed our selection down to. As a result, we were able to make an informed decision in understanding and selecting the vehicle that was right for me, my wife, and my family. He walked us through the financing packages again explaining the pros and con of each one clearly so that we understood which option would best suit our budget. What really amazed me was how throughout the entire experience I felt like I was working with an expert car man who's sole intention was to put me in exactly the right car for me and then to make sure that I got the very best deal that was available. I genuinely believe that Tod wanted the very best for me and my family and would do whatever it took to get that for us. I also have to mention Gary Jaros in finance who was simply a joy to work with. Normally when you get into the finance office in a car buying experience there is an uncomfortable feeling like you are about to be taken advantage of. Not so with Gary! Again like Tod, it was like working with a member of you own family who just wanted to make sure that you were well taken care of and that you understood all of the details. After closing the deal we went out to get our new car, it was late in the evening. I thought that Tod probably went home by now, but there he was waiting for us because he wanted to pair my wife's phone to her new car and make sure that she understood how to use everything in the car. Well done Tod! You certainly sold us on you and Toyota of Naperville. Seriously, I believe that this dealership should train other dealerships on how to bussiness. And as for us, I do not intend to purchase a car from anywhere else in the future! I am sticking with Toyota of Naperville.

After visiting many dealers for a purchase of a new Toyota SUV, me and my husband were understandably exhausted. We wasted a lot of time at other dealers so we had limited time when we visited the Naperville toyota dealer. Harvey greeted us at door and after we explained the situation to him he was fast and efficient in getting us numbers ready and made the process a lot smoother.
