I was very please with the professionalism of Aaron Ball the salesman that worked with me. He was pleasant, helpful, cared about my needs and wants. He worked very hard to make sure I felt secure, safe and satisfied with the choice I made. Aaron helped me to calm down and he never ever made me feel pressured into buy something I didn't want. He totally made my experience the very best buying experience I have ever had. He deserves whatever award given. I have already recommended three other people to come see him. I will buy the rest of my cars through Toyota of Fort Worth. I hope and pray that Aaron will be there when I do.

Upon arrival at the dealership, I was met by a salesman. His name was Octavio, He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in, I choose the highlander, and I am very pleased with it. The only complaint I have is that I left some items in the truck I traded in and they were thrown away, I spoke with several people and they stated that there was no policy on keeping and returning items left in vehicles. One said he would try to implement one in the future, Good place to buy a car.Friendly staff and a clean facility.

Matt James was very professional and agreeable and went an extra mile in demonstrating all the thousand and one features on my RAV4. James Jenkins sold us a nice 2013 Camry for a nice price. He made us feel like we were home while visiting the dealership. No pressure. No haggling. The best experience we have had buying a vehicle hands down. Usually the experience goes south at the signing to close the deal. Not here. Mr. Tran (sorry forgot his first name) was equally helpful. No pressure from him to sign up for extra warranties.

I took my 2016 Tacoma in to Toyota of Fort Worth because the headliner was separating from the door trim area, which was disappointing since I had only 2000 miles on my truck and it was only 5 months old. JP quickly evaluated the situation, told me that they didn't stock that part, but would get one in and fix me right up. True to his word, the part came in a couple of weeks later and the entire headliner was replaced. Perfect! Great service and customer handling by JP! They even washed my truck this time. I found it interesting that I got a request to fill out a survey on this visit, but not my LAST visit which didn't go so well. To wit:I took my wife's RAV-4 in on 21 September for a passenger-side mirror replacement. I was in at the time of my appointment, which was 9:00. My service advisor (Greg Stubbs) was paged several times as we stood in the driveway and he did not answer. I was prepared to leave the car, but thought we'd wait if it was only going to take a few minutes to replace the mirror. While standing in the driveway next to the service offices, I noticed a man on the phone in the back row to the left, who looked like he was on hold--he wasn't talking, but he had the phone on his shoulder and just appeared to be waiting.We were asked to go wait in the lounge, which we did. After 45 minutes of waiting in the lounge, we left. We got home about 20 minutes later and right then my phone rang -- the car was ready.We drove another 20 minutes BACK to the dealer to get the car, and, lo and behold, the guy who didn't answer the page(s), was the guy who was on the phone--apparently on hold. To add insult to injury, he then told me that he hadn't been available because he was on a test drive with a customer. No, he was NOT on a test drive, he was on the phone and I SAW him on the phone.As we picked up our car out in the lot, we noticed that it hadn't been washed even though that sign out in front of the Service department says: "ALL SERVICE CUSTOMERS receive a complimentary DRIP DRY exterior wash [emphasis yours] (may leave some water spots)"Ours had not been washed, which leads me to believe this is now an optional service. When I had my truck there last, the service guy asked to me, "You don't want a car wash do ya?" I was already in a hurry, so I passed. I thought y'all did this for everyone, as part of the service? Do you not?I've been going to that dealership since it was Garry McKinney Toyota. Since the "system" of paying in the service advisor office has been implemented, the service has been slower and noticeably less courteous / friendly. My advice is to go back to the letting the people in the cashier's area handle these matters--at least they're friendly and they offer me a cookie.

Requested information on problem with truck not starting. 2015 Tacoma 4X4 V-6. It has happened 2 times. NOTHING no click when trying to start. Radio and dash lights are on. Open door horn start beeping close door push horn button then lock horn stops. Security light blinking Exit truck relock using remote. Open door with key. Truck starts. Had truck in for 10,000mile service. was told to bring truck back TOWED if it happened again

This dealership has the worst service department I have every experienced. I took my vehicle in to get the oil changed and have some diagnostic run. I came in at 5 pm and was asked if I could leave it with them and call back at 10am the next morning. At 11am I called and was told no one has looked at it yet. At this point I told the service rep I needed a vehicle that evening to pick up my kids and would come by in a few hours to pick only up. I showed up at 2pm to pick it up and still no one had looked at my vehicle. Why ask me to leave my vehicle overnight if your not going to take the time to look at it. I was not even offered a loner car. He said I could get a rental but it would probably be 4-5 days repair because they would need to order the part. Absolutely poor customer service. Poor communication. They didn't even perform the oil change or tire rotation that I originally went in for.

I purchased my Avalon Hybrid in 2015. Salesperson demonstrated useful apps, synched my iPhone to car, and set up nav, phone book, Pandora, etc. Very helpful. Car has been a delight to drive over first year of ownership. Blind spot monitors are the greatest. Car has been to dealer shop only for routine 6-month services.

Went in to purchase a new tundra this past Saturday, after 3 hours of sitting at a desk and back and forth and back forth i caught not only the salesman but a manager named Ali in 2 different lies. Two hours later i was driving out of Family Toyota in Burleson with same truck, $2400.00 less and no lies. AVOID TOYOTA FORT WORTH.

When I first emailed them about a vehicle it took over 4 hours for them to respond ... When I ask them specific details about a vehicle (ex. Does it have 3rd row seating) sales person told me YES it does... I told him I would be down there the next day they were open to look at the vehicle... I drove 2 hours to get there and the vehicle DID NOT have 3rd row seating.... I showed them where the sales rep had emailed me it DID... Go someplace else ! They didn't even seem to care I drove all that way for nothing .... Horrible just horrible

I've lease two cars from this dealership. Great cars, good service. On site management is the worst I've ever had to deal with. You have to understand and the manager told me, they will tell you anything to get you in the door. They do lie if that will get you in. After I turned down another car for my third lease and left the building, the manager offer me a xls rav4 for $199 a month lease, a higher auto than the ls model in their sale paper to get me back in. After calling me and sending me emails fit 5 days, I told them I would and they had the same Rav4 waiting like they said. After 30 minutes and me ready to sign the paperwork, the manager change the Rav4 and said if I wanted that one, give them extra money. We had a deal and they change it, what a great company.

Fort Worth Toyota made they buying experience complication free. The salesman James Jenkins knows the product and went above expectations when showing the Rav-4 and the options that were available on the different models. He took his time on the test drive demonstrating the numerous safety features and allowing us to really get a feel for the vehicle. After the sale he continued with aiding us in setting up the features on the Rav-4 (approximately over an hour) . He is the reason why we decided to purchases at that dealership. Fort Worth Toyota may not be the largest dealership in the metroplex but we think the dealership excels in the customer service with straight forward deals and no run around. Thank you Fort Worth Toyota.

I was looking for a car to lease and was on the hunt for a 2016 Camry LE. I called on a whim as I don't live in Fort Worth but not getting help from anyone else at other Toyota Dealerships I was not hoping for much here either. I spoke with a Meghan M. Drake and told her what I was needing and instantly told me she had me covered. I instantly connected to her as she was so friendly and just a wonderful person. I expressed I was not able to come for a few days due to my payday and she said it would be no problem. Over the few days before I got my car she kept me updated with the car as well as We set everything up before I even walked into the dealership so the process would be painless. She even put the car under cover when we had a bad storm one night just to make sure it didn't get damaged. The day I walked in to get the car The process was just like walking in a sitting with a friend we laughed and had a great time while we finished the paperwork. Once finished most dealers end the transaction with a handshake and the keys but we ended with a huge hug and I wouldn't have it any other way not only did I drive away with a brand new car. I drove away with a new friend. I highly recommend her as well as the whole dealership to anyone. It was worth everything. Thanks again Meghan for everything you have done to help me. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

On May 2, 2016 my Prius C was hit in Houston and my car totaled. Barry was patient and understanding, knowing I had been through a lot in the recent past. Just a slow leaking tire. Tire shop near house had a 3 hour wait, drove to dealership. They were busy, but took the time to repair tire and complimentary! Way to go....could be the reason I have bought my last seven vehicles here.

This was just periodic maintenance but it was handled professionally and quick. The thing that really struck me was the efforts of two service managers who were assisting an older woman who appeared to be a bit confused. They took their time to sit with her, explain the repairs that she needed on her older car. She was most concerned about the amount of time she would need to be at the dealership and they explained about the courtesy shuttle and that if needed they would personally get her home and pick her up. The courtesy and caring they showed was heartwarming. I didn't get a chance to get their names and to thank them but it was just outstanding.

Went to Toyota of Fort Worth, after a very bad experience with another Toyota dealer in South Dallas (name withheld). Short story, and to the point of interest: We wasted 2 and one half hours the previous day! No one had the courage, nor the desire to come out and tell us our problem, (With the G.M. standing right there in the shop). Now comes the story of how we, not knowing anybody at Toyota of Fort Worth: Met Doug Ogan,on the service drive.Went for a 10min. drive to listen to a noise coming from the RR of our Sequoia.Doug says: You Need New Tires at 7500 miles! Got the new Tires, No more Vibration! Absolute best Service to date with Toyota Service! Had previously travelled to Weatherford,but no need to do that now! Forever customer at Fort Worth Toyota!

I informed the service rep. that a previous repair to my car in May of 2015 that the repairman did not install all of the mounting screws. Ashley Deans was my salesman and I have absolutely NO issues with Ashley. He did a wonderful job and took care of my Camry buying needs. Ashley even showed me the benefit of purchasing a new Camry over the used one I was looking at purchasing!Kevin in finance almost lost the deal for Ashley. It was prearranged that my new Camry would be hail damage free. Kevin tried to tell me my car was "AS-IS"!Who in their right mind purchases a new car with hail damage unless they receive a discount? I was not offered one, nor did I ask for one, since I was told the car would be repaired. Upon hearing Kevin's "AS-IS" comment. I promptly and probably abruptly told him he could keep the car. Kevin scurried off under the pretense of speaking to the GM and returned telling me it would be handled. I withheld my deposit check until I picked up the car. There is still some trim damage around the doors that I have been promised it will be repaired once the back-ordered pieces arrive. Again... I have no problem with Ashley. He did a terrific job and I am loving my car!!!

During a visit for a simple oil change on a Prius with 10,000 miles my girlfriend was 'accosted' by a man offering to repair her windshield crack for 'free'. She declined as there was nothing wrong with her windshield, and this representative of a Toyota dealership sheepishly erased his magic marker circles. I spoke to the service manager, before she left the dealership, incensed that an insurance fraud was emanating from his shop. He was indignant claiming that this was a 'service'. After she returned home I did a full inspection of her windshield and it was flawless. Here is the real kicker though, I contacted James Lentz, CEO North America and Akio Toyoda, CEO Japan to alert them of the ethical erosion happening at their dealerships, only after I was told this by executive analysts, regional managers, and Gulf States managers as well that U.S. dealerships are independently owned and operated and Toyota Motor Corporation has little to no authority over their practices. Even though appalled, and they were, they have no teeth. This has been a three-month ordeal. So, my only recourse after trying to be a gentleman and warning the corporation is to now warn others and to stay away completely myself. I hope my efforts can enlighten you as I have been educated mightily. Oh, and the upselling and snake oil additives that are being offered at Toyota dealerships have also been well documented but cannot be eradicated by TMC. The dealerships are free to make as much as they can in whatever way that they can. Buyers beware and consumers can rightfully be appalled of these practices.

Scheduled a week ahead to see the vehicle. Made sure that it was still available the day before and was told that it was. Drove 6 hours and when I get there I was told that a customer test drove it the day before and found a mechanical issue so they decided not to sell it. How convenient. Then they wanted me to check out a 2wd knowing that I wanted a 4wd. If it looks too good to be true then it usually is. 3 days after they told me they weren't selling the vehicle it is still on their website and others as still available for purchase. Ended up going to Dallas and found a better deal. They emailed and called numerous times to make sure that i was still planning on making the prearranged schedule, yet couldn't call or email to let me know that the vehicle was no longer available.

i took my 2015 TRD PRO 4Runner in for a oil and filter change. I paid $ 67.24 for this service. Everything went fine until I got home and decided to double check that everything was good to go. Well I shined my flashlight down into engine compartment around where the oil filter element is located. Something did not look right. So I removed the TRD skid plate, and guess what found? There was a dead snake around the filter element location. It had been there for a long time. Long story short, whoever worked on my vehicle did not bother to drop the skid plate to remove the filter element. If they had the dead snake would be right there in there face. I guess they did not think anybody would take the time to check. Don't use this service department, your work order may get worked, or it may not. I am contacting service dept Monday morning. I gave a overall poor rating since the guy that performed the work did not complete the maintenance that I paid for. Thank you

I went to multiple dealerships when looking to buy a 2015 4Runner Trail. Every other dealership treated me so poorly that I was beyond frustrated with the entire car buying experience. Being a female, I cannot tell you the number of times I was treated as though I knew nothing about the vehicle I was purchasing. I didn't want the vehicle to be "pretty" I wanted it to be off road capable, rugged and dependable. I went to Toyota of FW at 6 o'clock on a Thursday and walked out by 7:30 with the exact vehicle I wanted at a great price. Chase was wonderful and worked hard to get me the price I wanted. He treated me with respect and listened to what I wanted on the vehicle without arguing or trying to sell me on something "better." I found a 2010 Ford Mustang online at their dealership in November. I felt like I got adequate information on the phone, and since I live in Tulsa this was important. It would be a long drive if I got there and didn't buy the car. The price was right and the car was in the condition described but there were some minor concerns that caused me to think about an after market used car warranty. Here is where the experience takes a turn. I don't believe any of the people who are responsible for selling these warranties actually know how they work. And if they do then they're actively misrepresenting the product. Both of the salesmen I talked to about it said it would cover anything that might be wrong with the car so I bought an $850 one year 12,000 mile warranty. When I got back to Tulsa I took the car to a Ford dealer and he did find about $450 worth of minor problems. When he called the warranty company he was told they didn't cover the repairs because they were pre-existing problems. When I called the dealership the salesman said I should have told them that the problem had just developed. So in order for the warranty to be honored I was supposed to lie. Nothing was said about this up front or I would not have bought the policy. I cancelled the policy. But since I had put 1,000 miles on the car since I bought it, they deducted $125.00 from the original $850.00 purchase price. Just this week I finally received my partial refund after waiting over two months. This review is so I can say I got something for the $125 the dealership kept, instead of doing the right thing and fully refunding the money. Average dealership. They didn't make a new friend out of me.

I am not sure what I walked into. The dealership is clean and looks like...well, pretty much every other dealership. The deal itself was very good, but the process to get the at#%$ out of there was less than thrilling.The day prior to picking up the car, the customer asked if they could simply wire transfer the money; the entire amount. This would be the fastest way, ***AND*** most secure method to transfer funds. The customer was told that it would be very complicated. Not the answer I would expect.In the end, we ended up paying cash. That's those funny green things with dead presidents on them right? We informed the dealership the day prior to picking the vehicle up that we would pay cash. The end result; they had to count - and recount (5x times!!) the money and they had to make us wait while they got change?!? In summary, the deal itself was what motivated us to purchase the vehicle there - if you want a higher level of customer service and you don't want to spend all day waiting on things to happen, look elsewhere.

This week I purchased a new Toyota Avalon from Toyota of Fort Worth and must say it was as pleasant an experience as anyone could have when buying and trading in a car. My first encounter was with Randy Squires, salesman at Toyota of Fort Worth. He genuinely listened to my wants, needs, and concerns and very patiently answered all of my detailed questions about the multiple features of the automobile and took me on test drives explaining the benefits of each. If he didnt know the answer, he found out. During the hours we spent together, he never seemed rushed or pushy, only wanting to help me find the car that fit my needs and desires. I shopped other dealers but came back to Toyota of Fort Worth because of the confidence I had in Randy and the discounts the management offered. Also, the trade-in offer they gave me for my old Toyota exceeded those from other dealers, including USAAs online car selling service. Another positive aspect of working with Toyota of Fort Worth is they do not automatically add features (pin stripes, trim work, sealant, window tinting, etc) on all cars in their lot so that they can drive up profits. You, the customer can decide what options you want and you dont pay for features you dont want. Toyota of Fort Worth has earned my trust and I will use them for service and highly recommend them for purchasing a car.

My wife and I had the best and simplest experience of buying a car we have ever had. We bought a used Certified 2012 Toyota Camry SE with 28,100 miles on it. I found it on Cars.com. We love the car and the salesman was terrific to work with. No high pressure sales. I recommend Rubin in the used care sales to work with. He was very nice and pleasant and answered all our questions. When we went to the financial department we were treated royally by Joe Bahon the financial manager and everything was completed quickly and efficiently. I defeinately would recommend this dealership to deal with anytime.

Went to Ft Worth Toyota after having a bad experience with another Metroplex Toyota Dealer, not naming names but they're located in Grapevine. It was night and day. There were no games or pressure from Ft Worth Toyota. Bruce Racioppa, our salesman was awesome! Very friendly, not pushy, knew all about the car, was very patient with information and questions. Wednesday, August 13th, I took my 2013 Toyota Corolla to this dealership because the AC was not blowing properly. Greg the technician commented that whoever was doing the routine maintenance was not doing it properly because the cabin filer was dirty! I then told him that I bring my car to THIS DEALERSHIP every 5000 mile for service, he laughed and said that "we must not be doing a good job". He then told me that I needed to pay $55.00 for him to put the car back together. I told him that I was still under warranty so he said that if I gave him $25.00 he would reassemble my car. The entire procedure took 10 minutes. (A napkin was sucked into the vent) FYI: The car has 23,000 miles on it. I am a 23 year old black female and my parents believe that because of this I was taken advantage of. Please contact me!!

I searched for a couple of weeks for a 2013 FJ Cruiser with certain options. No dealership had exactly what I wanted so they would have to order one. I then got a quote from a certain dealership for the FJ and my trade in. I took that quote and sent it via email to many dealerships in the DFW area. Meghan Drake from Toyota of Fort Worth responded with an offer that I couldn't refuse. All negotiations were done over email and phone. When my wife and I arrived to the dealership Meghan Drake showed us the paperwork that reflected exactly what we negotiated. The process took about two hours rather than the normal 4 to 6 hours that we previously experienced from other dealerships. I think Toyota of Fort Worth should raise others up with the code of ethics about sales as she possesses. Most sales people are misleading, but Meghan was honest and this is the main motivator for us driving a hour to Toyota of Fort Worth. I HIGHLY recommend her!

I was greeted by a kind older man who knew little about the car but was nice enough to take me on a test drive. This salesman soon lost control of the sale, as Bryan Abbassi stepped in. I let Mr. Addassi know that I came back to Toyota of Fort Worth because this is the place I bought my trade-in. He acted too busy to listen to anyone but himself talking. He made an offer on my trade-in that was so low I realized, if that was his offer, we could not do business. I picked up my keys, readying myself to leave. Mr. Abbassi got upset and proclaimed, "that is not the way you negotiate." I agreed. Normally you make a decent offer and not insult folks by patronizing them. what followed shocked me. As I am walking across the showroom floor, he proclaimed for everyone with in ear shot to hear, "we will not be doing business on your trade-in, do not bother to come back." He said this for everyone to hear, as I am walking across the showroom floor. Nice. So that's the way to negotiate? Is this the way Toyota of Fort Worth treats people now? Please understand, I bought my vehicle from Toyota of Fort Wort less than two years ago. I registered on line to receive a coupon at this dealership for "Black Book" value on my trade, which Mr. Addassi was aware of.It was he who invited me to bring the coupon in via email but then proceeded to offer much, much, much less than the "Black Book" value. Third, all other dealers I visited offered me $3,000 more and in one case $4,000 more. My vehicle was clean with no dents, ran perfect, great interior, flawless maintenance record and with top grade tires and rims. I don't ever recommend that anyone go to Toyota of Fort Worth. The experience was harsh and unprofessional. Good news, I did find a dealership that was professional, made me a good offer on my trade in, and had the perfect car.

Bought a new 2014 Tacoma from Fort Worth Toyota yesterday. Salesperson Meghan Drake handled every part of the buying process in an extremely professional, courteous, and helpful manner. I enquired about several trucks online - Meghan responded very quickly, answered all of my questions, and provided very competitive pricing. After deciding on a truck, I set up a time to meet Meghan at the dealership. Meghan greeted me at the front door when I arrived (didn't even have to ask for her) and she walked me through the buying process. The truck and price were exactly as we had discussed, no surprises! The truck was clean, full of gas, and ready to go when I arrived at the dealer. Meghan and Fort Worth Toyota exceeded my expectations! Greetings I just wanted to write and say what a great buying experience my wife and I had recently at your dealership. We were just comparing a new Toyota Tundra truck against the Chevrolet Silverado LT that we had driven earlier in the month. I currently still own a Tacoma (1990 w/257K miles and had a 1987 SR5 before that one) and thought I should at least give the Tundra a look before working a deal on the Chevrolet. Your sales person Page made us forget all about the Silverado. She showed us several models on the lot and explained that with current sales incentives we could have a better truck for the same amount of money. I must say she spent more time with us than any other sales person has in our entire lives. She suggested every possible option that you can think of to help us purchase a truck with in the amount of money we planned to spend. She also let us test drive two trucks and even offered to get others for us to view. After showing us all the features and the current cost savings offered by Toyota we were able to purchase a superior equipped truck than the Chevrolet, on top of the fact that the Toyota is a better built truck. We could not have been treated any better by anyone anywhere else. We started the day around 11:00 am with no intention of buying that day but before the night was over we had closed the deal on a new truck that has done nothing but received great compliments from others. Page helped us all day and even stayed after hours to see us off and answer all the last minute questions we had. I had a most regrettable experience at this dealer. I found a car online that I wanted to purchase and contacted a salesman for assistance. I live in Dallas and advised him that I would be coming to far west Ft Worth to view the vehicle the next afternoon. I again spoke with the same salesman the morning of the visit and confirmed my arrival later that evening. I drove the distance and asked for the salesman in question only to find out that he had taken the rest of the day off. I next proceeded to inquire about the vehicle and was told that it was being sold to someone else at the precise moment I had arrived. I did not receive a phone call or email to let me know that 1) he was not be present to sell me the vehicle, nor did he notify anyone else that I was coming to purchase the vehicle. This is very bad business. I do not recommend using Toyota of Fort Worth for any of your future vehicle purchases.

Wow what a day! I drove over 5 hours to look at a truck. The interior was dirty, the rear window was scratched, the tires looked like they were about 30% and the truck was just aligned but the steering wheel was off! Jeff the salesmen said he didn t know what those kind of tires look like. I guess he has never bought new tires! Then they want you to donate your trade in at about 20 cents on the dollar. Don t trust them and just don t waste your time!!!!

I was quoted a price for a Tacoma online. I visited the dealership, test drove the truck and liked it. The experience was great so far. We sat down to talk numbers and started with my trade in, a Jeep Liberty. A price was agreed upon on the Jeep. They wanted to jump ahead and start talking financing and I mentioned that we needed to get the Tacoma price set first before we start talking about paying for it; since the sticker was not in line with the online quote. I was then told the online price couldn't be honored if they gave me the amount we agreed upon for my Jeep. Well, either we agreed or we didn't that the Jeep was worth the amount that we came too. And, the price of the truck is the price of the truck, if I'm paying cash or trading in and financing or anything else; I want to know what I'm paying. Only, they wanted to play funny car dealership math where they act like they are doing you a favor by letting you buy a car from them. All I wanted was for the dealership to be honest. What is the point of playing this game?? Honor your word and pay what you agreed to for my trade, then honor your word and accept what you quoted as the price of the truck. This is a bad dealership.

I asked this dealership to service a car I'd bought in VA on the promised free service for a new car that all Toyota dealers advertise. I was told by a service person that they would not service it since I bought it there. But I tried again one year later and was told that my purchase included a 4 year service plan on my 2010. Felling better about that I ventured to buy a new 2012. The buying experience was laughable. I did buy it but it took 7 days of old style games. Then I asked them to takea look at the tires on my 2011 Camry because of a shimmy, to which they said we don't service tires on warranty. Maybe that is fair but how do they know that their is not a steering linkage problem. They sell tires I know. I will never go there for service or purchase. We recommended this dealer ship on the virtue of a great salesman and the girl, a foreign grad student in the area was messed around and she went over and paid cash for a hyundai!

I normally dont like to write a bad review on places but then I met someone that had a bad experience at this place and decided to go ahead. Back in July I saw a 4 runner for sale on their web-site that I wanted to buy. But becuase we lived almost an hour away, I called first to make sure of the availability. Once they said yes, I then told them I would be leaving in twenty minutes to drive there to purchase it if it looked great in person. Once I was on the road I called back to verify that it was still on the lot and the salesperson says yes I am waiting for you. I get there 45 mins later ONLY to find out that the 4 runner had been sold earlier in the day!!!!! But the salesperson kepting saying don't worry we have alot of other ones that are nicer..I was soo furious and upset that I walked out the door. Later that month I moved to Arlington, TX and drove straight to Don Davis and told them about my experience and thankfully the people there did not make false promises, plus they gave me a better deal..As a military family, I expect people to be professional and not represent themselves in a negative manner. But I guess at the end of the day all that mattered to that person was his commission check.

I went in and met with Meghan, she was very easy to work with. We quickly found the vehcile that I was looking for. My experience was not like the below poster. When I arrived at the used lot, the people could not have been nicer. Sadly, my praise ends there. The certified car I was sold has problems in many of the areas that were allegedly checked and fixed to bring it up to Toyota certified standards. One major problem I pointed out and asked to be fixed by the next day when I was going to take the car home was not fixed. The sales man told me that the service department didn't think that a clicking/shaking steering wheel when I turned to the right warranted any repair. As a savy consumer, I insisted on being presented information to back up the promises that their finance department was making me regarding their warranties. In response, their finance people became very abrasive and rude; they did finally give me what I asked for though. I bought a good car for a good price, but don't trust these people, they will not "steer you right." Tonight, however, I was contacted by the dealer and asked about my experience, I told them about my issues such as the cigarette burns and loose door panels in my "certified" used Toyota. We'll see if they rectify these problems. If so, I am prepared to say that I just dealt with the few bad apples at a great dealership.

Run don't walk away from this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership 4 days ago. Financing became a nightmare when I had come up with $2000 down and got a horrible interest rate despite having excellent credit. I was able to secure my own financing the next day with a lower interest rate. Then I was told their service department had looked over the vehicle before it had been put on the lot and that it was in excellent condition. The next day I decided to have the vehicle looked at by a mechanic because of a squealing in the brakes. I was okay with having to put a little bit of money into the vehicle, that is expected when you buy a used vehicle. I now have a vehicle that has been in a mechanic for the last 3 days and have $1900 in repair costs (it may be more because I haven't got the vehicle back yet). I have been in contact with the dealership since the day after I purchased this vehicle and even took the truck back to the dealership for their service department to look at, but was told that they don't do major repairs. They have refused, as of this writing, to do anything to help with these repairs or any type of compensation. This is turning into the worse dealership my family has ever dealt with.

We drove up on a Saturday, ready to buy a used vehicle. Got out of the car and see 4 salespeople sitting or standing next to a bench inside the door. Found an SUV, he got the keys, it wouldn't start, just clicking. Great! So he jumps it and off we go. It's a great SUV in looks, very clean, very nicely equipped and we got it for about 3 grand less than KBB. We wanted to come back on Tuesday to pick it up because couldn't get monies until Monday. Was ready to go home and he takes us to financing- we have a check waiting for us at the bank, our bank. He says they are willing to let us take it home for a few days to try it out. OK, great. They were taking forever so we decided to leave. Came back on Wednesday, asked that all paperwork be ready for us to sign, it was an hour and half drive home and hubby can't drive in the dark. No paperwork done, asked if we wanted Lo-jack, then find out they won't come out to our area, too far away, but we paid for it! So now have to meet in a Wal Mart parking lot for them to install, not cool!Vanderputt assured us that the service people checked the battery and all was well, in great shape, no problem. We go see family, go to start the SUV, grinding noise LOUD grinding noise! It's after 5, so we get it jumped and drive home. Bought a new battery on Monday! Old battery was the ORIGINAL in a 2005 SUV!!! Sure hope the starter and alternator are fine!Had disabled vet plates to put on it, no one gave us paper plates, was told we could put them on. This is THEIR line of work they are the experts at the paperwork! I was driving illegally! They didn't take the paperwork I had to transfer the plates over to this vehicle. I was told today they hold the title papers for 14 days, Vanderputt told hubby they were already sent to Austin!LIAR!!!So we had to put out 25 bucks for 30 day permit. Do NOT trust this dealership to know squat and make sure the vehicle you want is looked at by an independent auto repair place! Too many hours of my busy life was wasted playing phone tag and dealing with these people!

I originally had high praises for Toyota of Fort Worth, having bought my first Corolla there back in 2004 and had a excellent experience. I had intentions on purchasing a new Corolla this time from the same place, but it wasn't meant to be. This is regarding Meghan Drake, Internet Manager- I didn't feel she went the extra mile in helping us to to purchase new vehicle. She wouldn't work with us on price, she gave us an amount and that was it. Meghan, told us that we would not be able to get into a new vehicle at the price we wanted. I tried to get her to meet us somewhere in the middle on price, even a vehicle with a lower MSRP, but she wouldn't work with us. Although, it was discouraging, we didn't give up. We went to other dealerships and within a couple of days we purchased a new vehicle in the price range we could afford with no hassle. I think Toyota of Fort Worth has lost their Customer Service.

Kent Sitton, my salesman, listen to excatly what I was looking for and what I needed in my new used car. He was extrelmly attentive to my needs.Mr sitton had my car ready when he promised and it was detailed and looked brand new. I am very happy with my first of many Toyota's. When the time comes for my next car I will only use Kent Sitton to purchase.Jeff Lund was my finance guy. Mr. Lund was very effecient and took the needed time to explain everything to me that I was signing. If I had questions Mr. Lund answered them.I will always use Toyota Of Ft. I am an avid Toyota fan. I drove my 1998 Corolla for 12 years without repairs except for new brake pads and service to the air conditioner. Getting ready to upgrade, I looked at my budget and decided to go for a used 2007 Avalon at Carmax for $23K + $2,700 for an extended warranty and transfer for a total of $25.7 before TT&L. Then on a whim, I contacted Meghan Drake, an internet sales manager at Toyota of Fort Worth and asked for a "No Hassle, No Haggle" quote on a 2011 Camry Hybrid. I was astonished at the low price I received, and made an appointment to meet with her. Before going in, I looked through their online inventory, and chose my "dream car", a fully loaded and upgraded 2011 Camry Hybrid with an MSRP that was not within my price range. Meghan and I discussed the car I originally asked about, and then she asked me if I wanted to drive my "dream car". We went for a test drive and the car performed beyond my wildest expectations. She asked me if I wanted her to run the numbers with various incentives and discounts calculated in, and she showed me her work and explained in great detail what she was doing and where she was getting her numbers. By the time she was through, my "dream car" was well within my reach, not very much more than the 4 year old used car I had been looking at! I was flabbergasted. We filled out all the paperwork, and then Meghan turned me over to Brian Thompson in Finance, who treated me with uncommon dignity and respect, and carefully explained all the financial nuances of my purchase to my complete satisfaction. I left this dealership driving the car that I have always wanted at an incredible bargain price that I was more than willing to pay, knowing that I had received outstanding service from two individuals who acted in my very best interests and were dedicated to making me happy. This was not only the best car dealership I've ever worked with, but one of the best businesses of any kind! I would not hesitate to recommend my new friends at Toyota of Fort Worth to my oldest and dearest friends. FIVE STARS!

I contacted multiple Toyota dealerships in the area via email asking for their best price on a new 2008 FJ Cruiser with very specific information about options and color that we wanted. I got replies from most, include Toyota of Ft. Worth, and this dealership offered the best price. I had done my homework before starting this process and paid to get the dealer wholesale pricing information (forgot what service I used) and knew that the quote I got was a realistic one. Interestingly enough, Toyota of Plano insisted to me that I was being low-balled and would not match ToFW's price. I concluded negotiations over the phone as we were on an out-of-town trip during all of this. Reached a verbal agreement with Mr. Bolin and had to wait, if memory serves me correctly, about 2 weeks for them to receive the truck from Houston.The day came and we went to buy the vehicle. Met Mr. Bolin, he gave us the keys, pointed out the vehicle and let us take it for a test drive. It was equipped exactly as we requested. Not a single thing wrong. Maybe 2 miles on the ODO before our test drive. We then sat down and signed the paperwork, paid the price and were out of there within an hour. No surprises, no crap, everything exactly as we verbally agreed. I could not be happier with this buying experience. These guys really know what they are doing with internet sales. I would recommend them to anyone. My only advice is to know what the dealer costs really are before negotiating.

Mr. Bolin is a crook. He told me not to worry about mileage on a leased Tacoma and when I brought it back 3 years later he went ballistic about the number of miles on the truck. He then proceeded to screw me on a Tundra. Mr. Bolin is a liar. Don't walk away from this dealership, RUN!

It is impossible to negotiate the price and not willing to work with the future customer, instead they look down at me and telling to look at other alternative. ********************************************************************************I am not quite sure I understand your point.
