The attention the guys gave us was great . The time it took from beginning to end was long . Each of the,6 people we dealt with was very kind and courteous. They worked hard to supply our every need . The down payment and payment was really more than we wanted but they did take care of the overage we had on our lease car we turned in .i would recommend this dealership to my friends and family .we were in on a Tuesday the place was a little slow and that's why we question the longness of out transaction. When going to Toyota of Easley, we were in the process of eliminating from a long list vehicles we were looking at. We had been to many dealerships, and had narrowed our search down to a Highlander and an Infiniti QX60, and we were leaning toward the QX60. Michael Abbott was our sales professional, and he was very upbeat and in tune, not pressuring, but trying to find out what our needs were, and to facilitate them. They gave us a superior deal on a Highlander on the lot, but it had an interior that we did not like. This is where we saw the difference between them and all the other dealerships. They searched and found the vehicle we were looking for, and then still gave us the same superior deal on it. The salesperson was extremely patient and worked hard for our business, without pressuring us in any way. He was genuinely concerned with us making the right decision for us, even if it meant us buying another brand. The sales manager and owner of the dealership also applied no pressure, but gave us their best offer up front. No back and forth, no sales tricks, just straight forward dealing. Their finance manager worked the same way, and was a pleasure to deal with. I have worked in sales for many years, and was highly impressed. I would highly recommend Mike Abbott and Toyota of Easley to anyone.I have two neighbors that bought there who brag about their service department and how professional they are. Overall a great dealership.

Although we did not purchase a vehicle from this dealer (we went with a Hyundai Santa Fe instead), we would highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service. We currently own one Toyota and have it serviced here and it has always been a positive experience. We don't feel like they are trying to be dishonest with us and get us to spend money on repairs that we don't need. On the service side, we have dealt with Jucinda and Walter and they were both great & trustworthy.On the Sales side, we dealt with Brian Anderson. He was professional and personable, and knew the ins and outs of the Highlander very well. He was also very genuine with us and that goes a long way nowadays. We also spoke briefly with Chad Ratliff, the Sales Manager, and he was genuine & professional as well. We believe they did the best they could do for us, as far as pricing and trade-in value for our existing vehicle. But, in the end, we both liked the Hyundai more than the Highlander, which was a surprise to me since I've been a loyal Toyota & Lexus owner for 15 years. We would highly recommend this dealership for both service & sales. Great people!

Me and my wife went to look at new cars and was greeted by Robbie Posey, who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions without pressure. Then we met Chad who was manager of new car sales. With these two people's attitude, we decided we would not go any where else and buy here. We were wanting to purchase a 2015 corolla sport. We recently purchased a new 2015 Tundra. I used a few online buying services, and was then contacted by Cory Mavis. Mr. Mavis sent me an email with a truck that was EXACTLY what I was looking for, no more, no less. He was the only one to do that (I searched/contacted dealerships within a 250 mile radius of Augusta, GA). I spoke on the phone with Mr. Mavis a couple times, and he gave me very clear answers to all of my questions. Mr. Mavis treated me with respect (which as a female, I don't always get at a dealership), and I never felt pressured to buy. We decided to drive the 2.5 hours up to Toyota of Easley and purchase the truck. Everyone was very friendly, and the process was quick and efficient. They gave me a great offer on my trade-in. We really couldn't be happier with our new truck and our dealings with the dealership and their employees.

On my first visit, Kayla Kelley came out and pleasantly met me, offering to help, but without pressure. I made an offer on a car, but we couldn't agree on a price, so I left. Kayla, and also her manager, remained most friendly and pleasant as I walked out the door. Kayla called a day or so later with details about another car; I went back there, but didn't like the car she had called about. Eventually, however, I did find a car which I truly liked and bought. Throughout, Kayla was efficient and helpful, never showing a sign of impatience or disinterest. She is a joy to work with and a valuable asset to the company.

Toyota of Easley was a pleasure to do business with. We purchased our 2015 Highlander in September. The experience was outstanding and we received an extremely fair price. The sales team was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle - safety, mechanical, technology, options! We purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle to include the tires. To our surprise, we 'picked up a nail' while on an out-of-town trip. We called our salesperson (Michael Mundy) who immediately helped direct us to the nearest Toyota Dealership to us. Again to our very pleasant surprise - we drove into Toyota of Orangeburg. They were terrific and repaired the tire without a question or minute delay. Two Thumbs Up!!! The car I traded in (GM) was giving me fits since I bought it in 2012 brand new, when a friend recommended speaking with Phil. I went to the website and there was the pretty car I wanted for quite some time. I went in and bought it on the spot but the most important item is that they worked with me on the trade even though I zippo equity in my other car due to it being almost brand new. I had my current car about a month when the lights going on the fritz, and everyone worked diligently to figure out the problem. Customer service is top notch. Highly recommend.

The last time I bought a vehicle from there was the end of 2012/beginning of 2013. Our salesman was Cory Hendricks and he was one of the best saleman we have had. The dealership didn't have what I wanted, but Cory found one at another Toyota dealership and had it brought in for me. Toyota of Easley has no match. I compared them when I bought my 11, 13, 14 and found no comparison in being able to sit down and talk frank with them. Cory Arnold and David Helton make the process virtually with no strain and always meet my needs. Our son also bought a car from them. They go to extra lengths to insure you are pleased with service by having an evening meeting with the lady responsible for handling complaints not resolved which I have never had. The food is not bad.either. At that time you meet with the head of the mechanics to voice any concerns and know whom to contact if you need to. When you need maintenance, I have never had a problem getting an appointment meeting my needs at a predetermined price with no surprises. Kevin Biddle is exceptional and occasional comes up with a bargain. He always makes it worthwhile for me to buy my tires there.Thank you Toyota of Easley for being one of the least problems of my life.

Recently decided to purchase a new Scion FR-S. I sent emails to all dealers within a 250 mile radius of my house. I simply stated the exact vehicle I was looking for and requested to be contacted via email if the dealer could meet my request. As expected some did not reply, some just signed me up for spam, some wanted to speak via phone (despite my email only request), and a few listened and sent me a quote as requested. Toyota of Easley not only offered the best price, but my salesperson (Kayla Kelley) was extremely friendly, listened to my request, followed through on commitments, and was always available to discuss the purchase. I drove down three days after first contacting them and picked up my new car. No unexpected surprises or service contract selling pressure, just a straight forward, great buying experience. I would not hesitate in returning and highly recommend giving them the chance to earn your business.

Thanks to Phil Parrish, at Toyota of Easley (SC) I bought a 2006 Toyota Sienna and was very happy with the car buying experience, start to finish. Thanks to Phil's knowledge of the vehicle and taking the time to go over every detail with us, the transition to a different car after driving a Jeep for almost 10 years, was very easy. I enjoyed driving the Jeep, but the Sienna is a dream to drive in spite of the bigger size. I feel very comfortable driving this car. I have never owned a Toyota before but even this more basic model has the qualities I like in a car. Namely comfortable seats, roomy interior, lots of interior storage spots to keep all my stuff neat. Love all the cubbies, and cupholders galore. I am amazed at how it handles for it's size, it turns on a dime, and with good visibility I am able to park, and back up with ease.I had researched vans and thought I wanted a Toyota Sienna. I looked on line to see what was available in my area and the van at Toyota of Easley got 5 stars on the reviews. The car I bought was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I decided I wanted to see it and am so happy I did.Phil Parrish was great, he encouraged me to seek my mechanics approval of the car. He said, "Buy it!" Phil was available to me when I returned with the car several hours later. I felt no pressure, just all the support I needed to determine whether this was the car for me. I was prepared to make a deal and we came to a quick agreement once I decided I wanted it, and made what I felt was a fair deal that I could handle. I was especially pleased with the offer for my Jeep which I felt was very reasonable, again having done the research to know what I could expect. Phil even went out the next day and removed 2 vinyl clings I had forgotten to take off the windows, and mailed them to me!I will recommend Toyota of Easley to anyone looking for a great vehicle and Phil Parrish for his friendly, helpful service. We were able to get exactly the car we wanted, though it seemed to be in short supply in the region and some other dealers we talked to weren't able to locate one. The price was $1,000 less than another dealer closer to home. We had some trepidation about placing a downpayment without seeing the car first, but Harry Stanley was very helpful in walking us through the process and answering all our questions, and gave us a firm "out-the-door" price commitment before we arrived. We weren't as pleased with our experience with the finance person; we were a little concerned, looking back, with the arbitration agreement, and some extra coverage that was offered wasn't really presented as optional, but overall it was a very good experience and we are very pleased.

I live in California, while browsing the used car adds on a site I came across a 2010 Toyota X-runner in black, this is a truck I had been wanting but never thought I would own, especially since 2013 was the last year they were made. I decided to put my contact info in and ask for more information about the truck even though it was in South Carolina. Within 5 minuets my phone rang and it was Harry Stanley from Toyota of Easley. The price was already excellent and the miles were very low for a 2010, 20134 to be exact. I talked to Harry for a little bit and he said he would send me pictures of the truck if I wanted. I did not have to wait long and there were photos of the truck in about every angle. Harry was never at any time pushy or pressuring me to make any decision. I decided this was the truck for me, I went all in and so did Harry, From the word go he kept me well informed at all times, I had put money down and was worried about the rest in financing because of a tax problem I had in the past. Harry was there every step of the way, at one point I called the number he had been contacting me from and realized it was his cell phone and we were talking about the next steps while he was on his day off! I was blown away! This did not happen once but several times throughout the process, I just could not believe the length and effort he made to make me feel comfortable and informed! After the purchase Harry advised me to contact my insurance company and get the ball rolling there to keep me covered just in case anything happened, he was still looking out for me. I had to set up transportation to get the truck across the US to California. The initial transportation company had left me hanging and I was starting to get worried, Harry assured me that the truck would be kept safe and locked up at night. Luck would be on my side and another company was able to pick it up. While the truck was being loaded on to the carrier Harry took it upon himself to take pictures and send them to me via text. He was supportive the entire way through and even after I have had the truck for a few days now he is still following up on me! I have to add this in, when I took delivery of the truck from Perez and Sons, the driver named Hector commented on how " Harry was a great guy" and "He really liked him, he is a stand up guy". Harry had gone above and beyond for me, more than I would have ever thought, having never even met me. It feels great to know there are people in this world like Harry. My experience with Harry and Toyota of Easley is one that I will never forget. Through out the entire process, I was never alone or left wondering what was next because Harry was always there before I could even begin to think it. Each time I have purchased a vehicle from them I have felt like I was treated so special and as if I were the only customer there, even though they are always busy and have many customers. The salesperson who helped me, Harry, was so professional and friendly. I left there so proud of my new Camry and knowing that I had received excellent customer service from Harry, Chris Hall the business manager, and Chad the sales manager. I totalled my car and insurance covered a rental for a limited numbers of days, so I was under the gun to find a car. I spent HOURS on the internet looking for the specific used car I wanted. I found several- all in different states. Toyota of Easley was one of those dealerships.Prior to contacting Toyota of Easley, I'd talked with salesmen at other dealerships who had similar cars, making it clear to them that I was buying a car within the next 2 days. When I asked them questions about the particular car in which I was interested, instead of walking out to the car, with me on the phone--which would have most efficiently and quickly answered my questions-they said they'd call me back. So I waited and they finally called me back. Seemingly, they were not that interested in my business. Ok, back to Easley Toyota, via CarGurus.com I emailed an inquiry to Easley. To which, Stan Hill with internet sales service promptly responded. I called him with my numerous questions and he actually went out to the car as we talked! He quickly answered my questions and addressed my other car related concerns. We went back and forth with phone calls and finally negotiated a very reasonable price. The car was in South Carolina but I live in Louisiana. I planned to fly into Greenville, SC as it is the closest airport to Easley. I would need someone to transport me to Easley; I asked Mr. Hill if he would do so, without hesitation he agreed. My impression of him from our phone calls was that he was an honest and trustworthy person.My flight was delayed, but Mr. Hill readily agreed to pick me up at the later time. He drove up in my new car and it was fabulous! I had asked him to bring the completed paperwork, so I could look over it on the drive from the airport. Which he did.Upon entering Mr. Hill's office area at the dealership, several employees in the Used Car Dept made a point to meet me---even asking how my flight was. Within a matter of minutes the paperwork had been signed and I was headed to the finance dept. Before I left home, my husband warned me not to let the finance guy talk me into an extended warranty or tack on any fees etc. With that in mind I was a bit experience apprehensive, as I entered the office. The finance gentleman asked me if I'd reviewed the extended warranty option with Mr. Hill. I told him I had and I'd declined. And that was that. I paid the exact price we had settled on during our phone conversation.I've bought several cars but this was by far the best experience. Firstly, Mr. Hill was a man of integrity and true to his word, secondly, the transaction was smooth with no problems or surprises, thirdly, the car had a full tank of gas (Mr. Hill even topped it off before I left--making up for the gas used in the trip to and from the airport) and lastly, everyone I encountered at Toyota of Easley was professional and kind.I love my car, so if you want a car--Toyota or other make--go see Stan Hill. In fact, I will recommend him to everybody and anybody I hear who needs a car. Oh yeah, Mr. Hill wears bow ties which is always a plus in my book.

I would recommend buying a used car from this deal every time! My mom has been buying cars from them (for our family and then my sisters and I) for about 10 years. We drove up from Flowery Branch, GA (about two hours away) just to see these guys. Every time one of my family members go there we have a great experience. My husband and I just bought our first car from them this past weekend. We were greeted right away in a friendly manner, not pushy at all. We told the sales guy, Tim, we were just looking and getting a feel for the process and may not actually be purchasing a car today. Tim was still very friendly and showed us two Camrys (a 2012 and a 2010) and even let us test drive them. After the test drive he offered to get a quote on what our trade in value would be mentioning that he knew that we were just looking and wanted to give us an idea. [He probably knew that we were going to go ahead and buy the car anyway but he was still very friendly and didn't put any pressure on us to buy a car] He offered us a lot on our trade in and when we decided to go ahead and purchase the car we wanted (2012). It was a great and friendly process and that's why we always go back to Toyota of Easley when we're looking for cars. There is a little bit of "Salesmen Psychology" to look out for. He showed us the 2012 first and told us the price and then showed us that the 2010 (an older, less "showy" model) was only $1000 less. Don't get me wrong, its was a GREAT deal on the 2012, but that's how they get you excited for the showy car. Also they showed us the KBB trade in value for our car and it was pretty low, but then they came back and gave us $1500 MORE than what the KBB suggested, to make you feel really good about the purchase. They probably just wanted to sell the car but since it was still $1000 more than what I thought they would give us, I didn't really care. With this being said I would still go back EVERY time and buy a car from these guys. THEY ARE GREAT!

I made an appointment to see a specific used car they had. I arrived and the saleperson was with someone else so I had a new person to work with. That was fine, she was very nice and helpful (Tiffany Dennis). She was the only good part of the entire appointment.I also so a new car that I liked and they offered to let me drive it. I did. When we went inside to talk, I said I like the used car better and it was in my price range. The used car manager started pushing me toward the new car. I said no, that I would like to discuss the used car. They gave me a very fair price on my trade, so I was ready to deal. Then a finance manager came in the office and said that the used car was no longer available and it had just been sold! I learned that someone else had driven it and was interested and working on financing. And their financing just happened to come in as I was getting ready to negotiate. So the hot and heavy pushing for me to buy the new car started. I left, and will not buy a car from them. Poor customer service!

Wonderful experience. The only dealership we would buy from. We have purchased 5 vehicles from them and all 5 buying experiences have been great - with our most recent purchase last week. We had been looking at a 2009 Mustang for a couple of weeks. While on vacation we made the decision to make the purchase. They delivered the car and documents to us on our vacation. Also 2 weeks prior, my parents, who live 200 miles away in another city purchased a RAV 4 from them without even seeing it first. My mother, who uses a wheelchair or walker needed a vehicle with certain diminsions for cargo. Phil measured the cargo area of different models to find the best fit. When he found the right vehicle to fit my parents particular needs, he immediately let me know. They also delivered the car and all paperwork to them. The sales person was friendly, informed and not pushy. We enjoyed working with him and the finance guy. They were both helpful and not overbearing and there was no high pressure at all. I would recommend this dealer to my friends. I had previously been to this dealership when I purchased my last vehicle but the vehicle I was going to see was sold before I got there. Whew i was bringing my car in for service i was told that the stink comming out of my A/C was not coververed on a new car. After talking to the owner they fixxed it but at the same time the seals around my rear window had not been fixxed. From the time we pulled into the parking lot everyone we met or passed was extremely friendly. Mark was the first and showed us the model we were interested in and then worked with us to achieve our goal of lowering current monthly payments. Even though we had to step down within the model, we got a price we could accept. Don remembered dealing with me in 2003 and went over the financials with us. I truly appreciated being treated like an intelligent buyer rather than a single female sucker. Buying a car and going to the Dentist are two of my most un-favorite experiences and Toyota of Easley proved me wrong. I like being educated on cars and Philip Owens did that quite well in a non-aggressive manner. He had a soft sell manner that works best with me. That is why he and Toyota of Easley will get my business as well as referrals. Now, as soon as I was trasferred to the finance person the hard sell came on real strong. If anything causes me to run in the opposite direction it is being hammered with options I really need for another 2-3 thousand dollars that I was not expecting. He also contradicted Philip by saying I did not need to come back to Toyota of Easely for my maintenance and service (because I live about 15-20 miles away) and that I needed the extended warranty because he sees a lot of Toyota cars in the service department all the time. Needless to say I declined. I should have signed up for something and if he had educated me on costs to maintain the car with and without the extended warranty with examples in writing I probably would have picked something.

I went to Toyota of Easley to get the oil changed in my 04 Tacoma and while waiting I decided to look at the new trucks (with no inentions of buying). Needless to say that after looking at the 2010 Tundra and the great deal Mark put together, I went home in a new Tundra. (boy: what an expensive oil change). I have been a customer of Toyota of Easley since 1998 and have never had a complaint. The staff is always friendly and courteous and always give OUTSTANDING customer service.I have used the service department since 1998 and Kevin has never given anything short of OUTSTANDING customer serice. John Willis, our salesperson, listened and showed us only what we wanted; no pressure to get anything else. Don Wolf, in financing, got us the interest rate that sealed the deal. Mike Hasson, new vehicle manager, made sure the transaction went smoothly. We were treated fairly and respectfully at all times. The staff at the dealership were all very friendly and knowledgeable, and not pushy or annoying with an agenda. My sales person spent several meetings with me helping with finding the best possible deal among several models. Bought a vehicle at a decent price, was assured that it was top quality and already inspected. So when I had the vehicle inspected the day after I bought at a private garage, the quality of the vehicle was not AS advertisted. In all the car had to have the front rotors replace, all four brake pads replaced, and all four tires replaced. Plus, the factory back up sensor that was advertised turned out not be a factory part and is completely useless. Had electronics shop work on it per agreement with dealership and still does not work. Spent more than a month and a half with disputes and people seeming to forget to call back. After a report to BBB, talked some more to them and they started to claim that they never advertised car with factory part.All in all, it would have been worth shopping around than paying more this car and all the service and still not having a backup sensor that worked.
