I took my 2012 ford fiesta in for repairs for a minor fender bender damage a few weeks ago. I spoke with Frank at the autobody shop who first gave me a quick look at my car after my accident. He suggested a few things after taking a look at the damage and after wards I filed my claim with my insurance agent. Frank was very professional and up front right away about the damages and the estimated time for repairs. I really appreciate his friendly attitude and willingness to help me understand the process. When additional supplement damage was found, Frank was very timely and told me as soon as his team found the additional damage, so that the repair process could be quickly continued. I honestly wish my last time around I had these guys around to fix my car, since my car is Ford make, I trust Ford more than anyone else to do the job right, and Frank said so right from the start. His team does things the right way, not with a half effort like many other places I could have taken my car to for the repairs. Thanks Frank and your team at Ford Autobody on El Camino Real for the excellent and speedy repairs on my car! -Chris Update: I took my car in for some repairs last week and was really impressed with the overall attention to care with my car. Scot was my advisor and he provided clear updates along the way along with what the technicians needed to do for the repairs and the estimated time remaining to do them. The team here always does such an excellent job and I honestly don't trust any other repair shop with my car than Ford. Thanks for the great service and keeping me in the loop during the repairs!

Sandy, the service writer, does a good job. I was satisfied, but hought labor was high. Car was fine, but needed a sensor and a wheel hub, coast $1035,,,,labor was $750.....hope things last for a few years

My new 2021 truck is great. The Ford website for configuring the truck and the site for tracking the site was also great. The sales day, thanks to Bryan Velasco was good, and he was great about getting me the missing info about the Key Code after the sale. Sadly the sales experience with Manuel Serrano was bad and it really hurts Ford's great products. I say this as a die hard from a Ford family. I still have our family's oldest Ford, a 1929 Model A we have had in the family for almost 50 years. After configuring my new truck in November it got sent to Towne Ford Sales. First thing Manny did was try to sell me something on their lot. Did my final configuration in early January and could not get a response via email or phone. Finally had to drop by in person and ask to get an email reply. Finally they put my order in 3/3. The continually misled me when my truck was built. I eventually found the Ford site to track my new truck and was the first to tell them it arrived at their dealership in September. Honestly I would simply avoid Towne Ford of Redwood City.

Picked up a used truck here recently. I was a bit difficult with the finance guys, being a younger Marine vet from Oceanside (the mile of thieves, am I right?). There guys were super accommodating and explained everything, and showed a lot of patience. Carlos was the salesman, awesome guy. I had the truck examined by an independent mechanic and there were no mechanical issues. Overall pretty trustworthy dealership and I would let my mom buy from here.
