Everyone knows how stressful a car-buying experience can be , specially when you are not sure which vehicle you should get. The minute I met Darian, I felt welcomed and at ease right away! Cracking jokes, smiling and offering us a wide array of delicious candies he keeps in his office, my kids , my husband and I were kept entertained during the entire process, and for a change, I didn't want to leave after 5 minutes after our arrival. Darian also had a conversation with my grandfather in Italian, joking with him and making him comfortable as well. Now he wants to buy a "macchina" (italian for car) from him as well! lol.Darian bombarded us with questions pertaining to our needs and wants and he also made sure all of our questions were answered. Darian asked us to drive a minivan, a Grand Cherokee and a Durango. Darian stuck with us during the whole day and we ended up buying the Jeep and we are absolutely in love with it!I am so thankful to Town & Country for having a such caring professional as part of their staff. We had a great deal with a not so high credit score.We know where we're buying our next car from!I wish the billing process was a little quicker, but Darian kept the whole family entertained throughout the whole ordeal. He even made us fresh coffee (using his own Starbucks ground coffee) lol , gave the kids snacks and even balloons to keep my twins Sasha and Matthew at bay during that long beautiful sunny Saturday. I was looking for a pre-owned Dodge Charger R/T and a found one on Cars.com. I called the number and ended up speaking to a wonderful person named Darian. We set up a date to see the vehicle about 5 days out because I live 1 hour 1/2 away. Darian kept in Contact with me throughout the whole ordeal. It took me about 2 weeks to finalize everything and Darian was right there with me. Answering all of my questions and guiding me through the whole purchase process. I would definitely recommend Town & Country Jeep.

I must say this has truly been the absolute best experience I have ever encountered when purchasing a car, my salesman Jamie Yellin is truly a man of his word. My daughter and I came in to Town and Country seeking to lease a Jeep Grand Cherokee for her we were introduced to Jamie and right from the start he made us feel special and showed complete professionalism he describes the word customer service to a tee. He scheduled us for the installation of our backup camera ASAP the very next day it was installed, we expected it to take at least a week or perhaps longer, that was not the case. In addition we had ordered leather for her truck and again he facilitated that process very quickly, he made my daughter and I feel as thou we were part of his family. I highly recommend the dealership especially Jamie, we love youbig time and thank you once again!!
It was all bad except the car itself. Too bad this car is at this dealership because i would buy it but I wouldn't go back there. They were short staffed even though I had an appointment and that's fine, but I received attitude from one man and no explanation or reassurance from anyone after 45 minutes that I was going to be helped. The one car I had the appointment to see was buried in the back and there was no way that were going to get that out for me to drive. I ended up just leaving.. Wouldn't recommend the used car portion of this dealership to ANYONE.
Good overall experience
Went in for a used Ram which I had seen online after weeks of serving may I add then another caught my eye I had a budget and am expecting second child in a few weeks so I had no time to play. I went and spoke with Jim and he gave me all the info I needed on the truck. I knew this was it so I told him let me speak with my wife and let's make it happen. Wife came in fell in love with it and a few days later the truck was ours thank you guys so much. P.S. I had never purchased a truck like this and these guys took care of all my concerns.

Stay away from them. The sales person comes out with great deals once you agree to purchase the car the finance managers hit you over the head with fees and payments. Worst experience ever. Stay as far away as possible from them. Horribleeeeee

Used them for years
My parents have always owned jeeps, and they bought all of them at Town and Country. When it was my turn to pick a car, I checked out a few places, and figured I'd give them a try since they had been successful for my family in the past. The service person I dealt with was excellent, the car came exactly to specifications, the pricing was good. It does take a couple of hours to finally get done, but it is worth it, I felt comfortable buying from them. Highly recommended.

Don't bother going here. Salesman (preowned section) told me he turned down and hung up on potential customers that offered ANYTHING below their price and he said they were ridiculous calls. They also gave me a barely bare bones and completely offensive trade in offer. Don't waste your time with this place. There are plenty of awesome dealerships. This is definitely not one of them. Avoid this place at all cost. I have previously purchased 3 vehicles from 3 different dealerships with great experiences, but that was NOT the case with town and country Levittown

I Highly recommend this Dealership. As soon as we walked on the lot and Youri the salesman approached us we felt very comfortable. We were not pressured and He was very knowledgeable about the cars that we were looking at. My partner and I had gone to other dealers nearby and were very unhappy with the sales staff and their managers. Here at Town and Country, Youri and his co-workers could not have been more caring,friendly and helpful . My partner and I had Credit issues, myself was due to a bankruptcy and my partner had a low credit score. Linda in the financing department worked with Youri to get us into the car that we wanted with a low down payment and and manageable payments. From the time we walked on the lot to the time we drove away in our new car was less than 48 hours. Amazing staff and vehicle selection.
Very Bad Experience Town & Country, Levittown
I am not the type of person who writes negative reviews lightly but I feel that this one is well deserved, but you decide. I purchased a New 2015 Jeep Cherokee Overland Summit less than 10 days ago from Town & Country in Levittown. My sales rep Brian was very nice and said to contact him if I had any problems. 2 Days later my Jeep was making a horrible grating sound when accelerating. Upon telling service the car was 2 days old, they told me this did not matter, they had no loaner and recommended I schedule a visit the next week if I need a loaner even though I told them my concern about something really bad happening if I waited and it was the transmission. They seemed to care less of the newness of the car, my salesperson could not do anything further for me. I arranged to bring car in and fortunately they fixed the problem that same day. 9 days later my car would not start, I called Town & Country who said I had to call Chryslers roadside people. The towing guy arrived and said it was not the battery and he had to tow it. It was raining out and I wanted to exchange the key I had given him to the spare which did not have my other keys on it. He made me climb onto the flatbed to retrieve my key myself, I slipped and almost fell off his flatbed but he smirked and went back into the truck and left with my car. Service called me and said again they had no loaner car but would look at the care immediately. I was so aggravated at this time that I called Town & Country to speak to the manager. 2 hours later he had not called back and service had not called me so I called again asking for the GM, they would not put me thru to the GM but then gave me another manager who said there were only 2 of them working and they were busy. I explained my situation and felt I was getting any sympathy or consideration with my new vehicle considering I had to bring my new car in twice in 10 days, I even told him I was considering writing a review about my treatment. He gave me no sympathy but said he would call service and check on my car. It is past closing time 8PM and I have heard neither from service nor the manager, so I have no regrets about writing this. I would strongly recommend you not purchase a car from Town & Country!!!!!
Excellent experience and Service
Our experience at Levittown Town and Country was excellent. The owner and staff did everything possible to assure my wife and I walked away with the best deal possible. With my wife and I expecting our 4th child in about 2 weeks they were tenacious about making us happy / comfortable rather than just trying to get another car/truck off their lot. They showed class throughout all the way down to a follow-up call two days later to see if we had the baby yet :-). Our experience at Town and Country was extraordinary and we can't Thank Tommy, Lisa, Vinny and Tom and the rest of their staff enough for their excellent service.
My Second Grand Cheokee from Town & Contry Jeep
This was my second Grand Cherokee from Town & Country. They are competitive in price and are very professional. Marco was very knowledgeable and made every effort to work with me on price. Also, Jim and the repair department are very friendly and accommodating. They really go out of their way to show their appreciation for your business. There are many dealerships but based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Town & Country.

My father and I went shopping for a used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Town and Country Jeep was our first stop. Based off our research done at home online Town and Country Jeep had the best prices compared to all the local dealers. Jim Stannish was our salesmen and he was extremely friendly and helpful. We told him the price range I wanted to stay in and he looked through his inventory to see what Jeep would fit right in that price range with the best mileage. After finding the best vehicle that fit my criteria we took it for a test drive. This whole experience was very pleasant and we never felt rushed or pressured. Jim even told us to go home and think about it. He gave us his personal number so we could call him if we had any questions. We ended up going to westbury jeep the next day to see what they had to offer. Their prices didn't even come close to Town and Country Jeep. So we went back to Town and Country Jeep and ended up purchase the exact truck Jim had suggested from the start. After I decided this was going to be the truck I mentioned how I wished it was a push start and Jim said "that's no problem, I can get you a push start button for you". My dad mentioned that two tires didn't look so good and he said I'll reccomend they switch out the tires because he agreed that they looked a little worn. At the end of the day I had a push start as I wanted and two new tires. Rich helped us in the finance department. He gave us exact numbers of what everything would cost and what my monthly payment would be. He was also helpful and made the whole experience easy. Overall I had a good experience at Town and Country Jeep and would definitely recommend Jim and Rich to a friend in the future.
The brand new 2015 Jeep ran for 15 seconds
My Husband andI leased a 2015 Jeep Patriot 2 days ago. Started the Vehicle up yesterday for the first time, it ran for 5 seconds and went dead. I called my Sales Rep , Brian at 7:30 in the morning and he answered his phone. He did all he could to assist us , but ultimately the vehicle had to be towed back to the Dealership. As of 4:00 pm yesterday the Service Manager advised my usband and I they were unable to find the problem, and would need to wait for Tech Support on Monday. He was apologetic, and advised he would contact us on Monday. I requested a Loner Vehicle and was told they had none. When I persisited, the manager advised me he would call me back. A short time later, he called back and advised me he had a vehicle for me. BOTTOM LINE....this is my written account of what has transpired in the last 2 days. I will reserve judgement for a final review.........

Classic Used car Sales tactics
Purchased a used Vehicle from their used car Department. I was strung along by lies that they were waiting for lien release. When in reality they had sold the vehicle to another dealership and had to repurchase it to the sell it to me, as evident on Car fax that i reran after sale. May not seem like a big deal but I specifically asked what delay was and I was lied to. This next one is partly my fault. Salesman stated vehicle had NAv and Bluetooth when I drove it. Since radio had icons and buttons for that I failed to check personally. But vehicle did not. Just all goes together, poor dishonest sales tactics. Use caution, you get what you pay for. "we are the cheapest"
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER!
This is the second time I am extremely unhappy with their service center. About 2 months ago I brought my new Jeep (which I purchased there) to get an inspection, oil change, and have my air bags looked at since the light kept blinking on my dashboard. After my car was there all day, they told me they had to order me a part for my airbag and they would call me when it came in. I never received a phone call back. As I was driving home my husband (who brought me to get the car) told me my brake light was out- you would think they would check that with a full inspection - right? Then I had to bring my car back about 2 months after as the brake light kept coming on. When I checked in I also told them about the airbag light still being on. They told me they forgot to call me but they did have the part. My car was there from 8am-1pm and I was told everything was taken care of. The next day I go to drive to work and the brake light came back on. I called to let them know and Tracy and Jim were both very rude and unhelpful. They didn't apologize or anything and just asked me when I wanted to bring the car back. Awful, Awful service!

Town & Country Service Review
After suffering a "heart attack" on my 2008 Avenger's computer system which rendered the car dead on the side of the road, I got it towed over to Town & Country where I originally purchased it..... Jim the service manager was very helpful and assuring in explaining that whatever it was that had failed on my car would be repaired quickly and done right. The repair took faster than I expected, and Jim even kept the car for an additional day to check out some noises coming from the front end.... I would recommend Jim and his service personnel to anyone with a Jeep/Chrysler Dodge for their service... these guys stand behind what the dealership sells.... Who could ask for anything more than that?

Prices are decent here but I would rather have paid a little more money and gotten better customer service. The salesman, Jim S., was a jerk. He was nice to me at first until he found out that my husband's name would be on the title and loan. After that, I wasn't important enough to be nice to. My sister came with me to pick the vehicle up and she also thought he was a jerk. We still are having problems with this guy and we have had the vehicle for almost a month. He lies and then denies everything.
EXTREMELY HAPPY 2ND TIME BUYER HERE FROM JASON
My Husband and I purchased a New 2014 Charger AWD last Tuesday, 9/1/14. We could not be happier with the quality of the car, the price that we received, the financing, and the courtesy and honesty of both the salesman Jason and the gentleman who sold us our warranty for the car, Steve. We walked out feeling that we are in very good hands, especially since we purchased the lifetime warranty on our new car. This was our second purchase within 1 1/2 years at this dealership. The salesman, Jason sold us my son's 2013 Avenger in April of 2013, and the reason we went back to him was that in all our years of car purchasing, we have never ben made to feel the way Jason made us feel...like our business was really appreciated . There were no games, high pressure tactics, or arrogant attitudes as we have seen in other dealerships over the years.. We were actually moved to shift our purchase from GM products to Dodge, a complete change in our shopping behavior over the last 15 years. We came quite a long way to purchase our Dodge from Town and Country at Levittown and I guarantee we will be back again to see Jason for our next car purchase! I am unsatisfied with my experience so far. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle 2 weeks ago. The weekend I bought it, I was stranded because my battery died. I had to pay $50.00 for a towing company to jump my car. I called on Monday because service is closed on weekends. I was told I could schedule for service if I wanted to. Really? After owning the car for 2 days? Meanwhile my battery dies every day so I had to buy a portable battery charger which cost $40.00. So far that is $90.00 I will never see again. This is supposed to be certified. When I bought the car the salesman I spoke to Jim said I would not need to bring the car in for service for 100,000 miles. Okay, bet he tells everyone that. Customer service is not great. Sorry is what I am always told. If I could I would cancel everything and look elsewhere. Service had my car for 2 days now. This is for a battery. How long does it take to change a battery? Now I am driving a loaner and paying for it daily. I'm just frustrated. I wish I never did business here. I was better off with my old car.
I would not recomend this Dealership, They are not willing to wheel an deal and are hell bent on sticking to their cookie cutter mold for doing business. They are bad at returning calls too. The internet VIP Chris says they give great trade in value, Yuri, one of the salesmen says they just wholesale cars, so that means they pay you much less than the value so they can make money at the auction too, but in my case, the could have made double and turned the car faster then what I was going to purchase. I drove 200 miles to do a deal and they wouldn't do it. The would do nothing on price, nothing on trade in. They had the car 2-3 more months and dropped the car's price several times to were I was going to get it. But then the FEES, OMG! Darn near $2000 in fees. Also, when I went to test drive, they wer not going to let me drive it. The salesman Ed drove it off the lot and down the street we swithced seats. Crazy. I found a similar car a month later for less money better, trade (the sold my trade in a month too) in Pennsylvania and I was happy.

There is only one experience better than buying our Jeeps at Town & Country in Levittown, NY; namely having them serviced by Town & Country's excellent Service Department under the direction of their Service Consultant, Jim Ingrassia. Mr. Ingrassia is the consummate professional. He has provided unparalleled customer support each and every visit since 2007. I find Mr. Ingrassia to be very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and most importantly, trustworthy. We are currently a two-Jeep family; however, when the time comes for my next daughter to purchase her first car, I will not hesitate to direct her to the folks at Town and Country.
Excellent Experience easing Two Vehicles
We leased a Town & Country Minivan and a Jeep Patriot. Jason was extremely helpful and worked with us to find the two best vehicles in our price range that fit our lifestyle. We looked at several models and he patiently answered all our questions and pointed out features on each vehicle. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the two vehicles we leased. Rich in Financing helped us find a rate and price we could live with and took the time to go over our credit rating with detailed explanations. I'm usually very leery about dealerships and their salesmen, especially being a newly single woman shopping for a car. I had the greatest experience here. Jim Stannish was a gentlemen. He was not your typical pushy salesman and he kept things very light and honest. From sitting with Jim to fill out the paperwork, to sitting with Steve Cottage to do the financials (which by the way he got me a fantastic rate, as i have poor credit), it was seamless. Fantastic service on warranty repairs when I needed it most! I've never been to this dealership, and hasn't purchased anything from them. One of cylinders on my Charger developed low compression and needed warranty work. I called their service dept., got on the phone with Steve who was very friendly, took down all my info, scheduled appointment sooner than another dealership. Brought the car in on Monday, and another friendly person Jim Ingrassia quickly processed me, and I was on my way. Jim was very friendly, and you can tell when a person genuinely wants to help, and make you happy with service - that was Jim. My car was ready on Thursday. No charge. No one tried to sell me anything. Jim even assured that the car was cleaned. If I knew about Town&Country I would've bought my Charger from them even though they are further away from me than another dealership. Fantastic experience! Friendly staff who wants to make their customers happy. Next time I need a car, I bring my business to you guys. Big THANK YOU!

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Jim and Rich for making my car buying experience a true pleasure. This was my first time buying a car and they made it a stress free process. Jim was a great salesman who is far different then most salesman you run into in this business. He's not pushy, arrogant, or impatient. It's all about the service
It's all about the service! I have bought a few cars from this dealership and I have had them take care of all my maintenance for years. I love that I receive regular monthly mailings informing me of specials and advice on when and how to take the best possible care of my cars. Right now I currently have a Chrysler 300C and my wife drives a Jeep Cherokee. No one likes having car troubles and when you do it can become quite burdensome on your life. He is always very friendly when I come into the shop with car problems and when they are serious he is my rock. His confidence in his abilities to take care of not just my cars but also my life concerns are above and beyond my past experiences with service centers. First new car so I don't have any others buying experiences to compare it to. When you buy a new car from them they include free oil changes . I thought wow great one less thing to worry about. Good luck however actually getting one. They refuse to schedule an appointment for an oil change and if your not there when the door opens at 7am sharp they can't fit you in and tell you if you can leave it with them all day they " might be able to get it" . After 3 failed attempts at the walk in oil change I'm fed up. Happy with the car but frustrated with service department. Bring to Westbury for service. Better hours and much more friendly.

Professional, Friendly & Knowledgeable I visited Town & Country Chrysler to explore a new lease on a Town and Country. I met with Jason Mascia, a very professional and knowledgeable salesman who walked me through the various models and options available. He patiently explained the benefits and challenges with each option and answered every one of my questions. He knew the differences among the vehicles and the was very familiar with the manufacturer's programs available for each. After I decided to lease, he introduced me to Richard DeMott who also was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Mr. DeMott walked me through the financing for the vehicle-- identifying and explaining every term and item and also answering every one of my questions. I had researched the lease both on line and by visiting other dealers before visiting Town & Country and I know that I got a great deal- I strongly recommend this dealership. Jim Ingrassia has been servicing my PT Cruiser since my husband and I bought it in 2008 (also at this dealership). Originally my husband drove this car and he had every confidence in Jim to do a fair, honest and thorough job when it needed work. When my husband passed away, the chore of having the car serviced fell to me and I continued to rely on Jim to care for the Cruiser. It was important to me that the car run safely and reliably since my teenage son now uses it to get to school. Jim made sure it passed inspection, had decent tires (especially important this past winter) and he kept it it top condition without breaking my budget. I am always able to reach him by phone and he takes the time to talk to me and to my son. He gives me an outline of any problems and a pretty reliable time frame for repairs. I am totally satisfied and wouldn't dream of taking the Cruiser anywhere else.

I'd been calling around to various dealerships looking to lease a 2014 Patriot. I ended up speaking directly with Peter this past Friday, and by Saturday my wife and I were in the dealership. I live less than a quarter mile away, so it was the logical first stop. We test drove a 2014 Patriot and both loved it. Now it was time to talk numbers and selection. We loved the car, but wanted leather. They had no Patriots with leather in the color we wanted. Peter knew we wanted to deal that day, and made it happen. He proposed we take home the car we'd test driven, and they would install factory certified leather. We agreed and started negotiations. That was a smooth process, with a little back and forth, and we got the number we wanted. Now it was time to meet with the finance manager, Richard DeMott. I was prepared for the hard sale on various warranties and other accessories, but it never came. It was more of a relaxed conversation than a sales pitch. We discussed numbers, and I was on my way. Very straight forward, nice guy that put my mind at ease and answered any and all questions. My Geico rep gave me a harder pitch over the phone for umbrella insurance! I walked home, came back in about an hour, and my car was ready. Everything on the contract matched what we had discussed, I signed and drove home in the 2014 Patriot I wanted. The entire process took about 4 hours, start to finish. This was my first new car buying experience and overall it could not have gone smoother. They're scheduled to call me on Monday morning to install my leather. I'll update or respond to this review if I have any issues with the installation, but I don't anticipate that happening. My 2010 Jeep Liberty was stuck in a patch of ice and getting it out caused my 4X4 Transmission to bind. I brought my vehicle to Town & Country Service Dept where Craig Rotter handled the situation. I like the fact that "Peggy" saw to it that I recvd. a loaner car, and I also liked the fact that Craig CALLED me when he said he was going to call to give me updates on my repair situation. The repair was covered under warranty but they strongly suggested I get the 4X4 service which I agreed to. What was nice is that I had a slow leak in one of my tires and Craig instructed the mechanic to find and fix the slow leak which they did at no charge. I feel the service dept at Town & Country is honest and fair and I am very glad that I bought my Jeep here.
CUSTOMERS NOT VERY IMPORTANT
I was contacted promptly, regarding my vehicle inquiry. I told the salesman Michael Lester that I was extremely pressed for time due to various project deadlines. we did finally arrrange to meet 5 days later. he did send an email confirmation to make sure and confirm that I had the address, etc. When I arrived for the appointment 8pm friday, the receptionist told me that he was out sick. I asked if anyone was covering his appt. and was recommended to come back and see him, I replied that I really didnt have time to come back and it took a week to schedule this appt. I was told to wait, someone would be with me shortly. There was only one customer in the showroom with a salesperson already. I waited 15 minutes and left. i needed my trade in valued and no one even asked if anything could be done while waiting. Not good, will not go back, I am more important than that, I can get ignored anywhere. There are way to many dealers in a short radius that want my funds.

The reason I gave this dealership a great review was they were truly excellent. I got the truck I wanted at a great price and was in and out very quickly. Anthony Caggiano was easy and great to work with. He was very patient with me and easy to talk to. This is the second time I've bought a dodge ram from this dealership and I have zero complaints. Excellent Pre-Owned Truck Purchase
I had been on the hunt for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for about a year or more before finding a great price on cars.com listed by Town and Country. I immediately called to inquire about whether or not the truck was still available, and was informed by Hal that was indeed. Without hesitation I scheduled a test drive appointment, and went down to the dealership over that very weekend. I must say from beginning to end this car buying experience was painless, stress free, and respectable. Met with Bob Tantillo on a busy Saturday after coming over from another Jeep dealer a few days before. I had a specific Jeep in mind that I saw in this dealer's stock from internet. We went back and forth a bit on the numbers etc and eventually made a deal. Agreed to pick up Jeep 2 days later on Monday assuming financing was approved. Actually, I was skeptical that they would not keep their word about the numbers and also about adding an addition to the vehicle that was needed before I would accept delivery but in the end everything worked out perfectly! Bob Tantillo is a REAL GENTLEMAN and I feel he is a big asset to this dealership. All car dealerships should be so lucky to have someone like him as one of their salesmen. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and he did what he said he would do regarding the Jeep I bought. I also want to mention that Terrance Kelly (aka "TK") was a big help too. On Monday, Terrance called me back and got me a better deal than on the lease than we spoke about on the prior Saturday. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car on Monday he went out of his way to introduce himself and say hello to me and later answered some questions I had before I signed the documents. I have bought/leased many cars in my 50+ years. Some deals went well. Some did not. The ones that did not resulted in my walking out of the dealership to take my business elsewhere. Friendly and Non-Pushy Buying Experience
My husband and I had to buy a bigger car because we are expecting twins in a few months. I first called the dealership to ask a basic question and was greeted on the phone by a very friendly receptionist who transferred me to Peter Possas. Peter assured me that we could make a deal and that he would do his best for us so we should just come on in whenever. When we got to the dealership, we were again greeted in a friendly manner and asked if we needed help. I told the receptionist that we had spoken to Peter over the phone so she called him and let him know we were there. Our buying experience with him was great. He took us for a test drive when others would not go because we didn't want to buy the car without trying it out first. He listened to what was important to us and tried to find the best car to match our needs. Peter was never pushy, but supported whichever decision we were going to make. He even dug our car out of a few feet of accumulated snow so that we could take it the same day! In the end we walked out with a car we love and hope to be part of our family for a long time.

From the moment I walked in the door to the introduction of my salesman Jason my experience was amazing. Jason was so nice and friendly, after asking alot of questions he knew exaclty what we were looking for. There were 2 trucks on the lot and he had to dig one out of the ice and snow to let us test drive the truck we really wanted. After discussing some numbers and figuring out where we needed to be, Sal the sales manager came over and made the numbers work out to where we were very happy. Within 24 hours our truck was ready, they made the paperwork very easy and we drove away on our brand new truck. I have been buying cars for the last 25 years and this by far was my best experience.

We went to see a great jeep. We agreed to sticker price. When we told them we would pay up front because we had another means to finance, they took 2 days to call back. Then the price went up about 6000, with tax and "FEES". 6000?! Shame on us for having the money to buy the car.

I have to say, I was dreading buying a new car for months because of the pushy salesmen and scams. I went to Town and Country with a very nervous stomach. We met with Peter and we told him what we were looking for. He listened to everything we had to say and wasn't pushy at all. He worked out a price that we were very happy with. After that we met with Rich who couldn't be nicer. We talked over all the financial jargon and got me to a respectable payment that worked into my budget. He explained everything thoroughly. And I was very happy with the end result. Very quick turn around. I picked up my car that night. They got it out of the showroom and had it waiting for me outside ready to go when I showed up. Stereotypical Used Car Buying Experience
Was referred by a family friend from the very beginning starting with the Dan Stevens of the Internet VIP Response team to the multiple lies from the salesman. Camein to look at some Chryslet 300's on the website as of the day before visiting the cars were in stock; however, when I got there NONE of the cars were ins tock. So we starter looking at Chargers I was told the car had Satellite Radio and would get 6 months free subscription only to find out that the car did NOT have satellite radio. Was only provided one key because that's all used cars are provided - NOT TRUE the other cars we tested all had atleast two key fobs/keys. I nly purchase this car because the family friend is one of the Lead Technicians who checked out car thoroughly and whom I trust without reservation. Made an appointment at 11am to p/u the car on Sat and was not even seen by anyone until 12:15pm. Finance person was upfront and genuine - no complaint. He turned paperwork over to the " Biller" I had stated to London, our sales person on Friday that I had to be out of the dealership by 1pm if not then please lets reschedule for Sunday. Didn't get out of the dealership until 2PM with a lot of excuse and little satisfaction. The waiting area in the showroom if old and dirty, the "Free Water" station was disgusting with stuff floating in the water catch basin. If I was hungry waiting two + hours they did have vending machines where I could pay for a snack or soda. With the exception of the technician this experience was a disgrace. I would recommend that anyone interest in a Dodge look & purchase elsewhere and return to have serviced at T/C by technician Rob Tiberia. If it wasn't for him I would have left the dealership without the car. I won't make that mistake again. I thought it was interesting that I was asked to complete a customer service survey before my paperwork was completed and before the car was actually delivered. you can believe I did not give a real evaluation of the salesperson or the dealership - I couldn't afford to have them be upset and make me wait even longer for the car and paperwork to be completed. LOOK Elsewhere to purchase, I wish I had!

Town & Country had the best advertised price on the website. Unfortunately they add on too many additional fees. And are not willing to negotiate any of them. Would not recommend them for this reason.

ALL THE SALES PERSON WANTED TO DO WAS PUSH THE SALE WITH THERE ADD ON PRICES. THEY INSISTED I FINANCED MOST OF THE CAR OR IT CAST EVEN MORE. wHEN WE DID SETTLE ON A PRICE THEY WANTED A DOWN PAYMENT WITH OUT KNOWING THE PERCENTAGE RATE. AND i HAD TO PICK IT UP THE NEXT DAY OR THERE WAS NO DEAL. I HAD TO WORK THE NEXT DAY AND OFFERED TO PICK IT UP THE MORNING OF THE DAY AFTER. THEY SAID NO SO THEY LOST A CUSTOMER. I AM A RESPECTED BUSINESS OWNER IN THE AREA SO THEY ALSO LOSE A GOOD RECOMENDATION.
Missed this buyer
This dealership had a price on car.com that was almost 5,000.00 less than the price on their website. As a result, I was offered the vehicle at 5000 over Cars.com price and that is if I qualify for all the rebates and incentives. Who are they kidding. As a retired man how can I qualify for all the incentives? I was misled by Cars.com and will not rely on the site ever again. In addition to that the dealership is useless to this Chrysler product devotee.

Wonderful service from Jim at the service center
After a bad car accident, I had my car in another shop for over 3 weeks and they did not fix multiple issues and gave me nothing but a headache, making my life more difficult at an already difficult time. I should have known better and taken my car right to Jim at Chrysler in the first place! I called him for help and he immediately got my car into the shop, gave it a once over, figured out the problem and even fought with and advocated for me with multiple people at the car insurance company to make sure it got handled! Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied, I could have kissed Jim! in under a week my car was back on my driveway and the issues seem to be completely repaired! Thank God for Jim and the Town & Country Service team! I can not thank them enough, especially Jim for his professionalism and wonderful customer service!
Dear Fred Hoyt, I recently visited your dealership. I walked in at 2pm on October 29th 2013 and was introduced to Michael Lester. I explained to Michael exactly what I was looking for. He was extremely understanding and helpful. I left that same day at 6pm driving a brand new 2014 Jeep Patriot which I absolutely love. They have the cheapest internet prices around. No pressure from salesman at first visit and came back with my wife. Salesman (SM) was selling snake oil in the end...Two other dealers offered same px for my trade in, not here they offered 3K less, SM claimed the book they use is the universal book and that's the pricing, I called my friend in the business and said the car is valued $3,500 over their offer. We were in the process of working out a trade in price when the SM started his Used Car BS....They wanted me to get insurance cards from my company before we see the finance guy and insisted he hold my credit card as he went back and forth with his manager...As the deal starting to fall through that nice SM stared getting loud and changing his tune. End of story we walked out, this is the slim ball tactics they used 20 years ago, funny I did not even argue the extra $1,100.00 in dealer fees, EX. they charge $695.00 prep fee but sell you how the Certified Car goes through a 125pt inspection and is detailed and cleaned. I will go elsewhere and pay more, If their low prices seem too good its because they will get their money in other ways. Be careful or you will wind up walking funny
I have been going to this service department since I bought my car in 2010. Every time I go in to have my Jeep serviced I am greated and explained what needs to be done. All of the employees are wonderful. I have never left the service center unhappy.

This is unbelievable. never in all my days of going car shopping and driving around looking for a great deal have i en counted such a helpful, knowledgeable and TRUSTWORTHY sales accociate.I met Peter Possas when i was just in the preliminary stages of car shopping and i had a guard up as long as the great wall of china. He approached me with a cool and calm demeanor and had a "no pressure " attitude. I work in the business of customer service at its finest and i feel that he was a friend of mine with the actions he took towards me. After talking about what cars i liked, i ended up buying a brand new car of my dreams and i felt no pressure doing so. It was on my own terms. And they were very personalble one of the mangers I think they called him uncle Roy was in charge of making sure all the paperwork was correct well let me tell you something this guy made peter run back and forth making sure the insurance was correct gieco forgot to cross a t in my name so we had to wait another half hour for new card from gieco .......bottom line is it was kinda fun because every body was making fun of roy IN A PLAYFUL KINDA WAY but according to peter , roy was a big asset in getting the paperwork to the bank so that the contracts get paid and our trade also gets paid in a timely matter Thank you so much Peter, i will refer you to all my friends and family!!

we drove for 2 hours to see a car at this dealership. I asked a lot of questions about the vehicle over the phone first to avoid a trip if it wasn't necessary. We were totally misled on the phone about a number of things about the car. The salesman didn't know what he was talking about. Once we got there, we decided to buy the car. Every step of the process was a nightmare. Including the fact that the salesman didn't even know how to check his own e mail . Finally 3 hours later, we got to the finance guy who didn't want to help us at all because it was late Saturday and everyone wanted to go home. It was a nightmare experience. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to buy a car from this place.

Went with my daughter to lease a 2014 Grand Cherokee struck a deal very easily ,was told they would pay the remaining 1 payment on her lease but that was not the case when she went with my son in law,they were told they (the dealer) changed the deal,no phone call no nothing,they wanted ridiculous closing charges and upped the price. These jerks kept them waiting for for 5 hours,you can't believe a word they say. Two managers to STAY away from are Sal Lanzilotta and Roy Bachenheimer. Chrysler headquarters will be contacted this Monday

Worst Dealer on the Planet!
Deal was made for one price. Next day I came to pickup car I waited 3 hours. Then the price was not as agreed the day before. They made the difference giving useless add on warrant for tires. Then the finance people are really slick. They tell you for the extended warranty will be a few dollars more a month. Well expect at write up to pay close to 4 grand over the sticker price.These guys are slick and do not care about your bottom line. The advertised price was for credits if you qualify. Their additional fee's pile up and all they care about was the money, nothing else. Oh yes I have a very good credit rating so there was no excuses. When they finally brought the papers the price was 4 grand more than agreed and the Salesman just shrugged his shoulders and pointed to the finance department. Now it was 5 hours later and I just wanted to leave. Slick, Cunning salesjob all the way around. DO NOT SHOP HERE. READ THE REVIEWS!

Terrible Service Dept.
Well I bought A CPO there a year ago and I can't complain about the deal as I felt I got a decent one. As far as everything else I think this place is god awful. When I first bought my car and finally signed all the papers the sales person forgot about me and I sat there for 3 hours and no one helped me. All I needed was the keys and I would have been on my way. The service dept. Treats you like dirt and could care less about your satisfaction. My side seat for my Dodge fell apart after about 8 months. I thought I could get it fixed with warranty which is fine if it wasn't covered, I just want to know if it's covered...but I remember the guy saying" We can't fix that under warranty, I make enough money were I can fix that for free, but we can't" -... JUST recently I had my car serviced and was upset when my car was returned with the lever to adjust my driver seat was missing. Turns out a service guy must have pulled it off but was easily fixed. I asked them to do a wheel alignment and it was returned in the same shape as it was before and now I have to go back... So so far I have wasted 3 trips for one service. To top off my entire experience when I was looking for something in my car two days later I found cigarette ashes on the passenger side of my car!! I do not smoke and I don't let anyone smoke in my car. I know it can be harsh to speculate but there can be only one place the ash came from and it was from someone working on my car. This place is a joke and is just anoth4r example why so many American companies Tank, but I don't want to go off the topic here. Don't buy here. Do your research first. I came here by recommendation and what I saw online as a great deal and it was. However I appreciate a company that shows integrity and courtesy and I will no longer do business here.
Lease Return and New Lease
We originally leased our Chrysler Town and Country Minivan from this dealership three years ago and the dealership was very helpful then as well. When it came time to end our current lease and enter into a new one we naturally went back to end our current lease and enter into a new one. The sales rep Bob Linder was incredibly helpful in walking us through the process of ending a lease and entering into a new one. He outlined the options available to us and helped us structure a leasing arrangement that met our financial requirements. Bob was friendly and very personable. He listened to our needs and concerns and very quickly came with an arrangement that met all without trying to sell us on all sorts of extras that we did not need. I told Bob when we first met that I would treat him fairly and if he treated me fairly he would have a client for life. He has indeed earned that as far as I am concerned.

They will just throw you back into the general switchboard hoping the right person will pick up. And every person who picked up the phone was just as unhelpful as the last. Brian told me he would look into something for me that day and hold a vehicle for me (if he would have asked for a deposit, I would have put it down). He didn't. He didn't call me back that day, he took the next day off, and didn't call when he came back into work. When I finally called back I said I was ready to buy and again had to wait for Brian to call. He didn't ... FOR 4 DAYS. When I finally called back, the vehicle had a deposit from someone else. I consider myself lucky. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. THEY DON'T DESERVE IT.

Went in to buy a pre-owned vehicle. After driving 2 hours I got there at 11AM and told the dealer I need to leave by 3PM and would come back to finish the deal if it was going to take longer. He promised I'd be out the door by 2PM no problem.... it ended up taking 6+ hours to buy a car and I didn't get out of there until after 5PM. I get home (2 hours away) only to find that the vehicle is missing the jack and one of the key fobs is dead. Dealer is unwilling to address any of the issues unless I drive all the way back to the dealership rather than call my neighborhood dealer and get it taken care of locally. Typical high volume dealer type of attitude.... sell you a car and dont care if you are happy with the end result. If a dealer sells you a car with 2 keys shouldn't both keys work without you having to drive 4 hours back to the dealership 3 days after you bought the vehicle?

First of all I wish I would have read the reviews before I went to Town and Country Chrysler Jeep in Levittown, I had the same problem with the place as far as they don't tell you the full price of the car until all your paper work is done and you have your pen in your hand ready to sign the bill of sale,we were looking for a car for our daughter and We found a jeep liberty for her (pre-owned) Well My husband and I spent about 2 1/2 hours there looking at the car talking to the sales man and then I went and picked my daughter up and brought her back there so she could look at the car too Well she fell in love with it so we test drove it and then we went to do all the work to buy it,Well here it goes....They added $1,700 dollars on top of the price of the car without telling us thank God my Husband realized it before he signed the papers, Well that was the deal breaker for sure, We left there with our Daughter really upset that she wasn't getting the car she wanted.So BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY WILL ADD MONEY ONTO THE PRICE OF THE CAR.and like the other person on here also wrote they don't try to make things better as far as waver the fee for you since you were ready to buy the car,NOTHING....they let you walk out and thats it, It is funny because we were there to buy a car and we wasted alot of our day there, Usually Sales men worry about People wasting their time Well they wasted our time,for sure. Worst dealership I have ever been to. Walked in to purchase a Grand Cherokee Limited on 5/31/2013 at approximately 830 pm. . Requested to speak with salesperson. Guy stationed at front desk requested a sale person to assist me. Waited 20 minutes for sales person ( I was the only customer in the location). Several salesman walked by as I waited having friendly conversation in front of the location with one another. Finally the person that walked by five time came over to assist me after I guess was his supervisor asked him to assist me. Needless to say I left and brought the car at a neighboring dealership. Beware of Service Dept.
Stay away from the service dept. Fast talkers & they just add things to your bill. Yeah they might have told you about it, but they talk so fast & don't explain anything. Then you get your bill!
Bought 2 certified pre-owned
Ed Hyne in the used car lot was fantastic, As was Theresa in the finance office, From start to finish Ed made the deal go smooth, answered all my questions, always called me back, worked up the out the door numbers for the RAM 1500 and the Chrysler 200 like I asked , after the numbers were written up and agreed to there were no changes to the pricing other than things I added on. Some dealers add on there fees to the advertised price some don't , You have to get the out the door price on the vehicle, If the salesman wants to play games walk, there are plenty of car dealers in Nassau county. Do your research when going out to buy a car, know what you want and what it is worth. If you think car dealerships can have a hundred used cars sitting around average price of 25,000.00 each in a lot with office facilities on a major roadway and employy a dozen people to staff it are going to sell you a car and not make money on it, you should go shop in la-la land. If you need a good pre-owned vehicle ( maybe not 100% perfect, but close (it is not new) go see Ed Hyne in the used car lot at Town And Country And Make sure Theresa handles the finance paper work. The only reason I did not give the facilities a 5 star rating is because there was some loud mouth ( I believe he was a sales manager, because he had an office on the wall and not a cubicle in the pen) yelling at other employees in the rear of the showroom to do things it brought the professionalism of the entire dealership to a lower level. Some guys you give them an office and they forget how to act and where they came from .

I saw a nice C300 I wanted to buy off of them but after doing my research on this site and reading reviews i decided that this is clearly a place I will never do business with. Gross reviews.
I went in to look at a Envoy. The navigation cd which was in the car when I 1st went to look at it was missing the day I finalized everything so they were suppose to get back to me to see if they found it or as to when I would get another one. I ended up calling numerous times and all they could say was "the guy who could authorize that is on vacation coming in May 1st". May 1st hit no calls once again so I called them and STILL no answer as to when I would get the cd. So easy as a navigation cd to make this so difficult. I was called daily when I was going to buy the car, as soon as the car is bought they couldn't call me or return any of my calls just to let me know when I would get the cd. A month after purchasing the envoy I STILL don't have the navigation cd. Also called numerous times to speak with the manager and all I got was "he'll call u back" and I NEVER got any call back. I will NEVER buy another car from here again.
I went to look at a car with a price of about 8,500 dollars. By time they finished piling on their fees, some rather ridiculous fees such as "transportation"(this fee was almost 500 dollars." the price jumped up to 11,500 dollars. It was a complete waste of time. Don't even bother going here for a car, the price will be nowhere near what is listed.

Went in to see a 2010 dodge avenger. Certifies car . Specifically asked before I got there if there was any visible scratches, dents? Specifically said " no nothing the car is in perfect condition. " lie. When I confronted sale man he seemed to be very upset that I called him out. Refused to help in touching up scratches on a certified vehicle. Tires were bald and asked if they can replace bald tires...than proceeded to tell me if they dont pass inspection they will change them but "they will inspect it even if the tires are bald" who says that?? Crazy! Gave me 3 different prices and 2-3 different bill of sales....in writing. Showed up at the dealership 2 times to pick up the car....wasn't ready. I can go on and on but you guys get the point I hope...very rude! Very unprofessional ! Bought the car because of the car not the dealer!
